Got my first piercing here, an eyebrow piercing, about 2 weeks ago. I was a little sketched out because they pierced me with a captive bead ring instead of a curved barbell. After doing some more research the jewelry was definitely improper for a fresh piercing, as well as the aftercare process of using antibacterial soap.Went to another shop in Windham to get a second opinion. They confirmed the jewelry was improper, and they told me that the piercing itself is too shallow on the top and too deep on the bottom, which will then cause migration... and on top of that, using antibacterial soap to clean the piercing is one of the worst things to do to it.On top of this, the man at the front desk was incredibly rude. He was not very rude to me specifically, but everyone who spoke to him afterwards got basically belittled and treated like theyre stupid. I understand wanting to educate your clients about the piercings they want, but being unnecessarily rude does not do the job.Overall a pretty bad experience. I do not recommend getting pierced here at all.

Got my nipples pierced here. not only did bill use a captive bead ring but he pierced too deep:( nipples are supposed to be pierced with straight barbells.i ended up going to the ER to get them removed because of how deep they were. definitely do not recommend

I needed some plastic retainers to replace my jewelry for a medical procedure, and this was the only place I called that had them. They take walk-ins so I was able to head over and grab them right away. In my haste I completely forgot that the guy said its cash only, so my husband had to run across the street to use an atm, but thats no biggie. The shop was pretty cool, tons of eclectic things for sale, which ill definitely be back for. The guys there were really nice and even helped me switch out my jewelry for the retainers. Very good experience here.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. Has great reviews, seemed very reputable. The guy at the desk, while very knowledgeable, was extremely rude. I understand firmness with th complexities of piercings, but he started arguing with me about something completely unrelated. I came in on the fifth of July. I asked him what the date was for signing the consent forums. He mocked me because the 4th of July was prior and there were fireworks going off all night. I live in a fireworks prohibited zone. He also indurectly called me stupid. Anyway, the piercer was, albeit very nice and uplifting, impatient. Drew my dots twice. He had been piercing for 18 years, so I stopped asking him to draw it differently and decided to trust his judgement. I walked out and they were vastly asymetrical. I got Angel fangs. I had to leave a poor review, but as one of the most reputable piercing shops in the state.... What? I paid $100 for them, a good price, but not to have to remove them and get them done again somewhere else. I dont want to bother you drive 1.5 hours up for the man at the desk to probably say you agreed to the placement and not do anything for me.

I came to this place to get my first piercing which was just a nose stud. As it was my first piercing I was already nervous (not that it matters) but when talking to the front desk person he seemed very rude and I’ve heard from multiple other people that have come here and experienced this. He also slightly argued with me over another piercing I had mentioned I wanted (not then and there just meant a piercing I had also been wanting) and he argued that it’s ugly and he “doesn’t get why people want it”.. I get everyone can have their opinion but at the end of the day why ruin things for other people ESPECIALLY when I’d be paying you for it? My cousin also just recently went and asked about gauge sizes for a nose piercing since she wanted it pierced with a bigger gauge then 18 and the man answered rudely to her genuine question.. I don’t usually complain like this but when I’m hearing from multiple people that this person has been rude that probably means it’s a problem. But regardless the piercer was quick and tried to distract me as I was nervous so no complaints on the piercer. don’t want to be annoying here but it’s not that hard to just be nice! (especially to your customers)

Sooo happy I found these guys! they were the only ones in the state of Maine who had the experience to pierce my split tongue. I will now only go here for anything I want done. The piercings healed amazingly and he was soo fast and knowledgeable made me feel very comfortable I cant wait for more!!!

The person behind the desk was completely rude and not professional at all. The entire conversation he talked down to us and made us feel dumb/uncomfortable. The piercer was super great and knew what he was doing. My advice to the company get rid of the man behind the desk!

I’ve gotten 2 piercings here before. Both of them went great. Very professional.Came back for my third piercing. NSFW. Felt very nervous and shy about it. But J.B made me feel comfortable and was extremely professional!!Would definitely recommend to other people.

Went with a friend.Decided to get my belly button pierced. I left with my stomach pierced not my belly button. With the way they were arguing in the shop and after showing a friend I dont dare go show them what they did. I will just have it redone.And never go back there ever again. Got my nose done last November and love it so much I’m going back for a one year anniversary Piercing and getting my other side of the nose done

Got my belly button done here. They went way too deep and my body rejected the piercing despite following the care instructions provided. I went to a different shop who informed me they my belly button was pierced not deep and that is was it wasn’t healing and that was why my body was rejecting it. They also said I was lucky that my body wasn’t reacting worse for how deep it was.The staff was unpleasant. Came into work sick. Openly were fighting with each other and took out their anger on customers. They also talked poorly about other tattoo artists in the area, which wasn’t professional. And it smelled of cigarette smoke so I had to immediately take a shower when I returned home. I am very unsure why this shop is rated so highly. If they can screw up a belly button piercing this badly on someone not overweight then I’m not sure if they should be piercing period.

I went with my daughter(12) at her request for her birthday to have her ears pierced. She was scared, so I got mine done first for her watch, and my roommate got a piercing as well. The gentleman that did the piercing was incredible. He had fun energy, was friendly and felt safe to be around. He was so patient explaining the details of getting a piercing, and when she was struggling after the first one was done, He waited and helped her through her emotions. 100% will go back for more work. I definitely feel like we all made the right choice to have been there. ❤️

I had just turned 18 and went to get my nipples pierced. It was a quick and professional procedure but the piercer was a creep. He kept commenting on my breasts saying things like I had nice headlights etc. Would not recommend.

The man behind the desk was so rude to me and my mom in front of a bunch of people in the waiting room and he just had a really bad attitude so I left without even getting a piercing. He was so degrading and completely unprofessional.

I went in to get a second cartilage piercing the awesome guy at the front desk was so helpful and went over the after care instructions to the last little detail & the Piercer who did my cartilage piercing was so nice & kind & was making jokes the whole time that Definitely eased my anxiety! I will recommend them to anyone looking to get a piercing done! I will definitely be getting all my piercing done here! 😬

Just had my lip done yesterday, same guy who did my ears wayyy long ago! Whenever I go here Im always super happy with the atmosphere, the workers and also the way my piercings come out. I dont go to anyone else but these guys theyre my number one go to! Thanks again Bill, JB and the other human with amazing purple hair who I didnt catch their name when I was signing my soul away hahah. You guys rock!

Ive seen a lot of conflicting reviews of this business, however my experience was great. I got my septum done with JB. I was immediately greeted by him when I walked in, and he was very friendly and helpful. He described the whole process and gave a very detailed care sheet. The room was very sterile and bright, and he used gloves and sterile equipment. The piercing itself wasnt too bad, and he was able to work around my deviated septum. Very good experience overall, will be coming back!

I love the guys here! They are friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. I have brought my teenagers to them several times and they never disappoint. If you are looking for a new piercing, grab some cash (cash only) and go see them! They also have a little room with some cool fantasy items for sale. Again cash only but great gift ideas.

Took my 12 y/o here today to have his ears pierced and they rocked! The front desk staff was helpful, patient, and had a great sense of humor. The piercer was also so patient, and funny too. He took his time, explained step by step what he was doing, and they both clarified aftercare for me to make me feel confident (we had a bad experience with a Claire’s piercing last year) and my son loves his earrings. If all goes well with his lobes piercing, we are considering going back for nose piercings on his 13th bday! Huge thank you to the staff today, we are confident and satisfied. They also said we can come back for free up to one year after the piercing if we need any help. I would recommend this place over a mall piercing.

I highly recommend getting pierced here. The man who pierced my belly button was so funny, kind, and professional. I told him I get dizzy easily and he was VERY accommodating. He was joking the entire time and it made this experience feel extremely safe and fun. I would give this place infinite stars if I could! Going here for the rest of my piercings in the future!!

These two know their stuff and work insanely hard to make sure you understand how to get pierced RIGHT, safely, and honestly I was taken back by how nearly painless my ear lobe was, and even my nose wasn’t nearly as painful as the first time I had it done many years ago at a tattoo shop. These guys owned multiple shops it seems at one point before covid. You feel you’re in experienced hands the entire time. The guys kept me smiling, and all the other customers, too, keeping things flowing and professional even with a busy line before closing. I was sent home with detailed instructions (they verbally went over as well) of what to do. What I went through at my last piercing was a mess. I’ll be going here from now on. The one year warranty and offer to come in should anything start developing like an infection etc is just super comforting. Thanks guys!! I’ll be back 😎

They picked the perfect name for this shop because these guys were pros. Everything was explained super well, it was obvious they had seen and done every type of piercing 1,000 times, and they just have it down to a science. Would recommend this shop to anyone!

This place was the only place I could find that dose 13 yrs and up and my 13 yr old who has wated her septum done for years, was due for it and honestly I was nervous. And I will tell you what....this guy...is amaze-balls. I have never met a better piercer in my life. I felt safe and he made my daughter feel secure and brave. We got through it and the look on her face was priceless. Id pay 1000 dollors for that service if that were the price because it was awesome. Wish I could remember dudes name but here is his picture!

I had my septum done here about a month ago. I was very surprised at how quick and easy the process was. The piercer was very professional, friendly, funny, just all around nice guy! Came here for a few different piercings and couldntbe happier with the turnout. Though, every time Ive stopped in the piercer has excessively complained about having customers and being at work, making it very uncomfortable. Every job can get stressful but the customers shouldnt be dragged into that.The owner is so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful.They also have a pretty wide jewelry selection!!

I got my septum pierced here about a month ago and J.B. did an amazing job! It was a really quick process and he used a numbing agent before he pierced my nose. It has been healing great and all the staff here are very friendly! Would highly recommend!

Got my cheeks done there. They were pierced standard sized but my cheeks swelled abnormally and the piercings became embedded. I went back and my piercer was SUCH A DOLL. As painful as it was to fix the issue he was super comforting and apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault. My piercings are healing soooo much better since he put longer bars in. I could give 4 stars for the pain I went through but all piercings are painful and unpredictable and they handled the change out AMAZING. I absolutely loved my piercer. I included first day pictures vs after they were changed out 🖤

The man I spoke to on the phone when I called ahead was super nice and helpful. I was excited to come in and get a piercing done. When I got there, however, the woman who I dealt with behind the counter was very rude, snarky, and had no sense of costumer service. She was belittling, and treated me like I was scum. I would not recommend this place to anyone based off of how poorly I was treated. As someone who has worked many years in costumer service, I can tell you that was unacceptable, and extremely unprofessional. I would recommend the company try hiring front desk workers who understand how to handle themselves like professional adults.

I went in today to get two piercings. I called them they said to come on in when I was ready. I got there and went in, the guys there informed me on all the rules, even underlined important details on the sheet to take home with me. They were very professional and quick and the whole process went smoothly. They even said if I have any questions or problems to come in anytime and they’ll do it whatever needs to be done. I will definitely be going back if I end up wanting more piercings!!

First time ever getting my nose pierced and the experience was more than I expected. Not only are the prices amazing but the process and the people were as well!! Great place and great people, highly recommend.

Everyone there was super nice. I got my nose pierced and it didnt hurt at all! It healed very nicely and I just overall love the service. Update... I legit went there to get a belly piercing and then I had problems with the ball going inside. I went to ask what I should do and immediately this man put his hand out like ✋ and tells me to stop and had me pay $15 for a new one and I change. (I thought he would clean it and look to see the issue but nope) its the exact same size jewlery and I even tried talking to the other one and he said it looks fine (he was the one that changed the piercing). 5 minutes is not even how long I was there. It was different people and honestly got caught by surprise because before I had Bill pierce me and he was super nice and funny.

Gast, reliable, friendly, clean. So many good things to say about it. They always want ID, so sorry minors if youre looking to sneak a new tat or piercing past your parents, it wont happen here. They use all brand new, sterile equipment and you actually get to watch them take things out of the package which makes you feel much more secure in your own health whilst in their hands. Prices are fair and the work is top notch. Never had a problem with a piercing from these guys!

One of the best places. The piercers know what they’re doing and will walk you through everything they will be doing. They’re all very down to earth and they make you feel like a person instead of a needle cushion.

I was so nervous to get my lip pierced but they didn’t pressure me at all. They were very honest about the pain level ( which wasn’t bad at all) and pain tolerance. They numbed it which helped too. They joked around which made me feel so much better. They were very clear about after care. My experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend them.

My daughter wanted pierced ears like most every girl. But multiple attempts at the retail stores always ended in an infection or supposedly an allergic reaction. So a year ago we tried PPoM. No problems. Very clean environment and very specific instructions.Since then, shes gotten an industrial and a nose piercing. No problems.Weve dealt with various front desk staff and both brothers. All have been friendly and funny.Im not into tattoos or piercings and wouldnt have thought to go here for the original ear piercing. It was my wifes idea, and Im glad we did. My daughter is very happy.

I got my septum done here. They were really nice and friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. I was very satisfied at first and trusted what they said when they said Looks perfect. They dealt with my nervousness pretty well. When I got home I realized how off it was. Went to a different piercer and they were astonished. They told me that Professional Piercers of Maine put the needle through the wrong place in my nose. Yes, it cant be perfect every time but it was the wrong part of the skin that was getting pierced. Youd think that a place with the words Professional Piercers in the name would know where the needle goes. Im not the kind of person to complain but being a broke college student that just wanted to treat themselves to a nice septum piercing, yeah Im kind of mad.On a brighter note, shout out to White Mountain Tattoo and body piercings in New Hampshire. I got a tattoo done there. Excellent job. Very nice people. 10/10 recommend. Getting my septum re-done there.

HIGHLY recommend this place for piercings. Their reputation is amazing everyone goes here for piercings or help with piercings. They have pierced my ears all over, tongue, tongue web, nose, Monroe and nipples. They are very professional, They educate you on piercing care and always ID. They make you feel so comfortable and they open everything up right in front of you VERY clean as safe place to get piercings of any kind!

My goodness, visited this place 3 times in the past 15 years. These wonderful people are welcoming, knowledgeable and clean♡ the front desk gentlemen was a sweetheart and the piercer was just as amazing as I remember him. I love you all and will ALWAYS reccomend you!

I have received two piercings from these guys and it’s been a great experience both times. My last one was my nose. Fantastic experience with these guys and the piercings healed perfectly.

The worst service! Bought contacts from them. I put them in a couple days later and they are two different colors! I call them up and they say all sales are final. I didn’t ask for a return just asked to purchase the right colors and was told I’d have to pay Original price for their mistake. The service is poor they will talk over you even if your calm and kind or have a point. Very disappointed.

First, I didnt participate--- I was an onlooker. ;) My sixteen years old daughter wanted ear piercings, so she and her friend researched and found PPofM. The experience for my super-nervous kiddo was quick, easy and STERILE! She has had no issues with infection or pain. They turned her fears into confidence. Im sure we will be going back again.... :)

A very professional approach with a laid-back, personable staff. My 11yo was respectfully given a thorough education in proper piercing care and required to read and initial a care & instructions sheet herself. Would go here again.

I had to get my piercings removed because this piercer didn’t do it correctly and went too deep with the piercing. When I went to go get them changed out they weren’t able to do it because of the problems listed above. I will never go back to this place.

I went to get my cartilage pierced and the guy at the desk explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I understood what he said. I walked into a separate room after receiving a paper of aftercare instructions. JB pierced my cartilage and it only hurt a tiny bit and I didnt cry.

I go visit these guys for every one of my piercing needs. They are proffesional,lol, and clean. Considerate and respectful. They use great care with all of their work. I absolutely would not suggest any other tattoo or piercing shop to anyone. They are even child friendly for simple lobe piercings. You will not find a better place to get what you need!

Dude literally pulled a booger out of my nose for me to get it out of the way right before he pierced my nostril and he was just like “it’s ok.”They definitely care about their customers and are professional as hell.

Had a little girls ears pierced. They were kind and professional. They were clean and explained everything to her. She didnt even know they were done. Not a usual tatoo kind of gal, but I would recommend them.

They were so awesome I loved them i almost passed out because I didnt eat anything and they revived me back to sanity so to speak wasnt dead lol but non the less Ill never go anywhere else for anything ever again these guys are home

We see, hear, and fix piercings from this place WEEKLY! They almost always Pierce with improper jewelry, leaving clients in pain, we change it to proper jewelry very often. Usually when we see a client walk in with a painful improper piercing, we know right where its from. Weve seen cases where theyve laid dermals way too deep, and need to be removed. Theyve hurt clients by doing a piercing multiple times in the same spot to attempt to get it right. And a ton of people say how rude the employees are. The owner calls himself a master piercer but hes training people very improper procedures, hes very unsanitary (Ive witnessed this with my own eyes) and Ive reported him to the State DHHS Office for improper procedures, in which they cant or wont monitor. So..Get pierced at your own risk.

I drove 2 hours to have him pierce my tongue. Very professional, very clean. Very friendly I was very nervous but Im going back in a week to have him put in a smaller stud when it heals more. Price was lower then I expected.

Being my first piercing the receptionist explained in full detail the process and how to keep it clean to avoid infection the piercer explained the whole process so I was more relaxed ..

Had a nose piercing done 16 days ago which went great however it is NOT recommended to use dial antibacterial soap on piercings anymore but a sterile saline solution should be used.
