Jessica was remarkable both times we needed assistance. First, my daughter was upset that her earring wouldn’t go back in after removing it for a ball game (this was her doing). Jessica was not only able to rectify the piercing dilemma, but most importantly, calm my daughter’s anxiety nerves with her patience and encouragement. Today, she was such a delight with helping two pre-teen girls with earrings and accessories. The girls were excited and had so much fun. Thank you, Jessica, for your enthusiasm; the Liberty store benefits from you tremendously and is lucky to have you!

Wow! Just wow! 10-12 people in the store shopping, while 2 people are in line to get their ears 👂 pierced! 3 people in line to checkout with Christmas gifts 🎄 and nobody to check buyers out! I understand the need to finish a persons ears getting pierced, but maybe take a break between and check people out! 🤔 Just a thought! Not only did we, but the other couples also went ahead and put their items back and left the store! I do understand, its not the employees fault with understaffing! I believe a little better policy could be in place! First time to enter this store, and probably the last!

Very welcoming staff! Lots of CUTE items. This is my daughters FAVORITE store! My son came here to get his ears pierced. The staff was very informative about the process to him and I. It was a super fun experience and my son was so happy to get his ears pierced, they look great!! *They also helped me find my lost phone!* Thank you again Claires girl, you SAVED the day!! For my son and myself!

We came here to get my daughters ears pierced for the first time. She wouldnt go anywhere else. The two ladies were so nice and made it such a good experience for her. She loves going each month to pick out her free pair of earrings!

My sister took my niece to get her ears pierced. The lady’s name was Jessica. She was super rude to both of them saying that it had to be “Mom or Dad” to bring my niece. We ended up taking her to Zona Rosa and had a great experience with the girls there. But very inconvenient that we had to drive all the way there because Jessica doesn’t know what she’s talking about or how to communicate with customers.

I came in search of a hand-held foldable fan. To my surprise & flat out delight, I was able to find what I needed with a variety to choose from. I had a nice time meandering around the store as memories from early 2000s flashed back in my head of those Mrs Bloom and Mrs Timberlake purses danced in my head. So many fun gift ideas from jewelry, hair accessories to odds & ends. Also, POUND PUPPY PLUSHIES! Y2K hit me hard during my visit. Im happy to have Claires nearby!

This store could benefit from better customer service. While in this store recently I encountered an employee- middle aged woman with straight brown hair. Not helpful or friendly. When asking for assistance she spoke to my child and I, with her back towards us. Incredibly rude. We were there for a service in which we had an appointment for. I spent $77. I would recommend to management that their staff are more approachable and accommodating with customers.

Staff is always welcoming and super friendly. Store is a tweens dream, and even mom (me) likes to browse. They offer basic ear piercing. They often have great sales. You are also able to sign up for rewards, the rewards see.to offer a $5 off coupon every other visit.

Jessica at Liberty, MO Claire’s (733) is GREAT! Had an appointment to pierce my daughters ears and my daughter decided not to before it got too late. Two days later we are back and Jessica was so patient and kind in between each ear. She went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday special. We are excited to shop as the piercings heal!

I had a wonderful time. Jessica greeted me as soon as I walked in and pierced my ears as well. She is fantastic!! She was friendly and incredibly sweet as well as professional and very clean when piercing my ears. I will definitely be coming back to see her! This location is my favorite so far!

I was nervous taking my 7 month old baby to get her ears pierced but we had the most amazing experience all because of JESSICA. She was absolutely outstanding and did it so quickly. Ask for her you won’t regret it!!!

I went into the store and waited about 10 mins before anyone asked if I needed help, having 2 people at the register with only 2 people on the line. When I finally got helped, I let the young girl know what I wanted to get. I wanted my ear pierced she didnt really know how to answer my questions and looked at me like I was stupid to everything I said. Only good thing she did is disinfected the area but another young girl came and they started just having conversation right in front of me. The one who came put on gloves without cleaning her hands and did the piercing, just to find out I am paying 90 something bucks for 2 high school girls in princess dresses to do the piercing and they didnt disinfect my ear before piercing. when they were done they didnt give me info about caring for the piercing and what to do, just brought me to the register and didnt say nothing else. I just feel they needed to be more professional and if we are paying this much money to have someone who knows what they are doing and give the right info for the money being put for piercing

I went in for my second set of earlobe piercings. I was concerned about not having a repeat of my first time, which went poorly. I requested to have a more experienced employee help me and everyone was very nice about it. I think its a very good location and I will probably return in the future.

Not sure what the h*ll just happened but I made a call JUST NOW to see if there was an item in stock and someone picked up the phone the first time but hung up on me right after I asked for said item. NOW SAID EMPLOYEE IS NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE? I CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES AND NO PICK UP. I WILL BE SPEAKING WITH A GENERAL OR REGIONAL MANAGER ABOUT THIS. WHOEVER THIS WAS NEED TO BE FIRED IF THIS IS INTENTIONAL. I cannot believe this is how an employee would act.

They have a lot of cute jewelry and accessories but everything is really expensive and honestly overpriced I love to go in and look but I rarely ever buy anything.

They are really expensive but occasionally they have great deals like today several boxes with a bunch of goodies for only $2

Beautiful store, its very clean, and everyone there is so kind.

Good luck. Ive been here 4 times. Either the store has a ton of customers and you cant get waited on or they are closed during business hours. Grrr.
