Extremely happy with my whole experience. Being my first tattoo I couldn’t be more thankful for the great service, advice and design suggestions given. I have gone now three times and am excited to go again to work on another project. Highly recommend.

As with most shops we were greeted when we walked in but then we started to notice a small difference that became more apparent the longer we were there. Our artist ( les Williams) was not only very helpful and receptive, but was some of the best conversation ive had on our trip! Clean shop, good , good music & and a great artist that was was eager to help two wondering out of towners!!!( even stayed a bit late to finish us up, not saying they will everytime ) Thanks for making chicago kick ass!!!!!!

Owner was quick and on it I love the consumer service definitely recommend because I’ll be back.

I came here with my adult daughter to get her nose pierced and my ears pierced. We gave our ids and were filling out forms when the owner started playing some comedy show on the speakers, which kind of made us uncomfortable because of what was being said ?! We were called back as the piercer was ready for us. As we walked into the room I didnt notice right away..... BUT I noticed a nice sized confederate flag sticker on his work box...Umm, so listen he charges us $50 per ear, so $100 to get my ears pierced and $50 for my daughters nose piercing.I would never come back

They do great work but be ready to wait awhile. Went in with a group of three to get a small tattoo and took almost 4 hours. Actual time tattooing was 20 minutes a person.

I went in as a walk-in for a nose piercing and Im so satisfied with my experience. The price was reasonable and Les was awesome! I pierced my nose a few years and had a bad experience but I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. It was quick and (almost) painless, plus Les was comfortable and knowledgeable about the process and aftercare. Ill definitely be visiting again for any future piercings or tattoos.

Today was my first tattoo, I walked in and they were beyond amazing! Told him what I wanted and were fully behind my back with what I wanted. I was so happy to of found this shop. I told him what I wanted and one of the artist Jim, was phenomenal. He made me feel amazing. He talked to me the whole time. And I love my piece. Perfect day!

One of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet! He made me and my friends feel so welcome and comfortable. I got a nose piercing around a week ago and it’s been the easiest to take care of and it hasn’t hurt or gotten unclean since I got it.

I got my first tattoo there and they were absolutely great. While I was only getting something small, I was in and out in under an hour without an appointment. The price was quite reasonable as well. As this was my first tattoo, I was quite nervous and it did not help that the artist told me that it would cost more for every time I made him stop (even though I was the only customer the entire time I was there and the next appointment was an hour after I left). Overall, it worked out fine. The only other thing I would add is that was kind of a lot when the artist that did my tattoo left twice within an hour for a smoke break (the scent triggers an allergic reaction for me, so it was kind of a problem).

I got my tragus pierced here and it was a problem. I have never been in so much pain for a modification ever and I am a fairly modified person. My piercing swelled so much the hoop they gave me popped open and I lost the ball. I went back to get the ball replaced and waited until 12:30 but no one showed up to open the shop when they are supposed to be open at noon. I went to another piercer who said I had been absolutely manhandled and whoever pierced me should not have done what they did. I was informed I was pierced so far in that its almost a face piercing and that I was lucky the ball popped out so that I could have a barbell put in. I will never recommend these people to anyone.

Ive come here for both a nose piercing and my first tattoo and both times I felt super comfortable. The prices are extremely reasonable everything in the shop is really well organized and clean. Will definitely come back!

My husband and I came here on March 28th to get matching tattoos on our forearms! I’ve been here many years ago when I got a back tattoo of our kids, my husband got that for me as a gift for my birthday! This time we wanted to get something together since we were celebrating 11 yrs together! We came up with an idea let’s connect each other with a Dna design with both of our flags mines being Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 and his Mexico 🇲🇽 With our kids, parents and grandchildren on us this connects us together! This means a lot to us, once he was done we were so impressed with the way he made our tattoo idea come to life! Our kids, and parents were so touched! Thank you again for the wonderful work you have done for us!

I got my first tattoo done there and it was amazing! They work with you and take their time. The turnout is amazing. My feather tattoo is still amazing. I got my tattoo and first piercing there.

I went to get my nose pierced. I was made to feel comfortable and he helped reduce my anxiety. He was fast and he was very professional. If I need anything else done, this is where Im going.

It was my first tattoo and I love it. The detail was great and it was very clean and friendly. Would go there again for sure! I would reccomend it to my friends

Really disappointed. He pierced my tounge so far back you cant even see it unless I stick my tounge all the way out.. I asked if hed redo it but said hed have to charge me full price. Really bummed out that I went through that pain for nothing .

Awesome place to have ink done!!! I would recommend them every time. Great artists very clean facility.

Both my industrial and daith were botched here. He used a straight needle to pierce my daith, and bent the needle himself. He pierced my industrial straight across, not even at an angle.

Guys are awesome great work. And fun to talk to. We will be back there for next tattoo.
