I went to another highly regarded dermatologist in Montclair who I was not satisfied with, and am so grateful I didn’t give up and discovered Dr. Chasin. My needs were related to stubborn, deep acne scarring. He’s very patient, informative, gentle and respectful. He does not push products or services on you and honors what your concerns and needs are. The staff are all incredible as well. I met Alex for the first time today and she was so upbeat and positive, her energy was contagious. I recently finished underarm laser hair removal sessions and treatment for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) with the Q-switched YAG laser under the care of Dr. Johnson. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with her expertise and care. Dr. Johnson is not only a highly skilled dermatologist, but also an exceptional communicator who genuinely cares about her patients’ skin care and overall health.From the moment I walked into her office, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was friendly and efficient and Dr. Johnson took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing me. Thank you so much to Dr. Johnson and the rest of the staff for everything! To alleviate my severe acne scars, I signed up for 4 sessions of RF microneedling with each session requiring at least a month of rest. I had to simplify my skin care routine (no retinols, salicylic acid, etc) a week before and after a session. It usually takes around half a year for each treatment to take full effect but personally, I was quite happy with the results within the first few weeks. For reference, I’m 26 and Ive been told young skin has a great chance to respond well. The risk was indeed scary but every staff member met me with the most utmost care and support. Hospitality, integrity, and love for their profession are just few of the remarkable traits they effortlessly show. If you’re quite anxious about committing to a similar procedure, I strongly recommend anyone to give Reflections a shot!

Called in July to see what availability would be like for the day, I told them I’d call them back to confirm once I make sure I’d be able to get off from work. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to confirm the appointment because work was too crazy that day, but figured nothing was set in stone since I made it clear I had to check first to see if I could come in. Fast forward a few weeks later I call in to schedule an appointment and they wouldn’t allow me to unless I pay for a bogus “no show” fee for an appointment that was never confirmed or made.Guess they’d rather lose out on 800+ in Botox over a 75 dollar made up fee for an appointment that was never made.Tons of other locations in NJ. See ya!

I met with Allison Pine and Dr. Verity Johnson to discuss my options and they were both professional, kind, understanding and very generous with their time and expertise. I was super impressed by them and the office in general. They answered all of my questions and were honest and frank about potential outcomes. This was the first consultation I had like this, and any preconceived notions I had about this process are gone.

I came to Reflections after continuing to suffer from hormonal acne even after doing Accutane which was really frustrating. I started losing hope and then I finally found Dr. Johnson!!! She assured me that she would get it under control and she kept her promise. My acne FINALLY drastically improved with the appropriate lasers, topicals, and oral medications. Shes a really great doctor and a really lovely person. She doesnt push unnecessary treatments and is very honest. I drive 35 minutes passing many other derm offices to see her. If you have the time and money I cannot recommend Dr. Johnson and Reflections enough. Wish I wasnt moving so I could continue to be a regular!

From the first day I walked into Reflections Center, Dr Johnson was very welcoming and listened to all concerns I had regarding my skin. Our initial consultation was a breath of fresh air because I truly felt that she understood how insecure I was of my skin. Whenever I had any questions she was more than patient and took the time to answer back to all of my emails. After doing a combination of treatments for my acne scars, I am definitely seeing progress and owe it all to Dr. Johnson. Dr.Johnson is AMAZING! She is so down to earth and makes you feel very comfortable. I did v-beam and q-switch laser for a scar and she made me feel a lot less self-conscious than I was and told me that we will get rid of it. She is sweet, kind and relatable. We are our own worst critics on ourselves and sometimes you feel a little bit uneasy going for a consult about things, but she makes you feel welcomed and is knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend her to everyone who wants a little more confidence in their lives! :)

I had acne scars on my face and was going to different dermatologists in my area including doctors in NYC to try and get help. I had a microneedling treatment performed by a skilled dermatologist that left me scarred. I felt defeated and discouraged with little hope of finding someone who could help me. I got to a point that I thought I would just have to live with it without any chance of even an improvement. That changed when I found the reflections center.I have been getting different skin treatments with Dr. Chasin for over 3 years now. I highly recommend anyone that wants results to come to him at the Reflections Center. When I first came to Dr. Chasin, I had such little hope that someone could help me.At my first visit I was surprised to have such a different experience than with all the consultations I spent a fortune on and appts that provided no changes to my skin that I had prior to meeting him. His knowledge and expertise eased my mind but even more so how he cared. He took the time to listen to my concerns and outlined a plan that could help me. He really listens to his patients and treats everyone like an individual and gives them a personalized treatment that will give true results. Not only is he knowledgeable and excellent at what he does, but he has a kind heart and cares about his patients. He has such a warm and friendly demeanor and every visit with him is a wonderful experience .My skin has shown a tremendous improvement thanks to him. I now dont let my scar hinder my life and it has brought back the confidence I lost during such a traumatic experience. I got the Clear and Brilliant laser with Dr. Johnson and love my results!! Went 3 times (1 month apart) and the difference is incredible. She actually recommended this laser over one I walked in requesting, which actually would’ve been 50% more in cost. She’s also lovely - overall had an amazing experience and would recommend her and Reflections to anyone!

I came in for a botox consultation and met with Dr. Johnson after a friend recommended her. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable so I gave it a try. I was nervous since I didnt want it to be obvious to everyone I worked with but the result turned out great and I couldnt be happier. Ill definitely be back to see Dr. Johnson again and would highly recommend her.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Johnson at Reflections. I can’t say enough positive things about her, but to give background, I had gone in because I had a y-lift procedure with another plastic surgeon, and it left me with undesirable changes to my face I was already strong jawed, so it looked awful on me. My jaw was out at least an inch from my cheekbones on either side after it was done. The plastic surgeon didn’t feel comfortable dissolving the filler although I asked him to do so three different times after the injections, eventually he left the state to start a new endeavor. I spent three years having consultations with other plastic surgeons with none being willing to dissolve the filler. If you look up places that are experts at dissolving fillers, they all seem to be in UK.As time went on I pretty much gave up, I would have a consultation here or there. This was because after the one year mark, I was told the filler had already dissipated and if there was anything left, it was just scar tissue, but it was still so different than my original face and bone structure. Anyway, I actually went to reflections to talk about getting a laser procedure done, but I started to tell Dr. Johnson about this procedure, something telling me to try one more time, she was so patient as I told my story and showed her pictures of before and after (no other doctor was interested in seeing these), she felt my face and she said, “you could feel the filler, it is definitely still there”. She was willing to dissolve it. I wanted to scream, “Yes!!!”. I almost cried at the relief that someone would take this on.Dr. Johnson did a session immediately, and that day I headed home and what I saw in the car mirror was my face looking back at me. The one that has been missing for three years. It takes a few sessions, and I have had two now, and I really can see the difference. I see myself. I am so grateful to her for listening, for her kindness, for her skill understanding injections, being so familiar with derma filler that she is able to feel it. She is very competent, she can tell you about so many different procedures, what would be good for you, what wouldn’t be as effective, I love that she was honest with things that wouldn’t work for me. It showed she has the patients best interest at heart.She injected botox into my platysmal bands this last time she did remover, and it made a huge difference, she is so skilled. She knows her business and I feel so safe being in the hands of a doctor that truly cares. I will be doing many more things with her. I feel grateful to have found her and wanted to share my story in the event it helps others.

Funny I comeback here on my search to finally get some more work on some acne scars. I had been seem by Dr, Renata. After seeing her I had lost all hope for me because she told me there was nothing that anyone could do for my face back in 2018 or 2019. I was hoping that upon my visit she would of once come close to examine my face properly with close up, instead she was distance and in a hurry. I have never had that experience from a dermatologist and I had many great results from different treatments before. Also if I may add, what drove me to pay her a visit at the time, was only because of what the site said about fraxel laser and before and after results i knew i was within the range however to only hear it was a no can do.

The entire staff at Reflections is very helpful and professional. I had a lot of questions and they answered every one of them. Dr. Chasin is extremely helpful and very knowledgable about all the procedures they offer. His experience is invaluable and his ability to recommend what treatments would work for your skin type was very helpful. He is doing this to help people feel better about themselves, not to make a quick buck. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his entire staff at Reflections!

I had a consultation for tattoo removal. I was told 5 sessions my tattoo would go away and was charged a little over $1,300. After five sessions my tattoo is still there and the woman told me I would need five more sessions. I felt like they should have completed the tattoo removal since that was what I was promised. I had the consultation at this place and I really do feel it is unfair to buy another package when I was told I would only need 5. The workers are really nice and the procedure takes a total of two minutes. Its not the staff its just that I ask for a consultation received one and then my last session they want to tell me something different. I didnt think that was fair at all now I have another tattoo I want to remove and I have to get the one I already paid to be removed, removed again plus another one. So next time Ill be sure to go somewhere that doesnt go by packages but goes by promising they will do it until it goes away

Went through a series of fraxel laser and subcision treatments to help with acne scarring with Dr. Johnson and team, and they helped make the procedures as pleasant as can be. It usually takes a couple of months to see the full results, but the improvements started showing early on during the whole process. Dr. Johnson answered every question I had regarding acne scars outside the treatments themselves and was just all around a joy to work with!

I walked into Reflections Center to go over a game plan with Dr. Johnson on how to tackle my acne scars. I had done my research beforehand, and had some modalities in mind.To my surprise, Dr. Johnson suggested a modality I hadnt considered, and also noted my progress I had been making to correct my scars from the initial consultation.Ill definitely be back in September to start my scar revision journey with Reflections!

Both Dr Chasin and Dr Johnson take their time explaining and don’t oversell . Their work is great and the scheduling is also on time . Dr Johnson did my lip fillers and the results are so natural . I highly recommend them both .

Wouldnt trust my botox or any other related procedures to anywhere else. The team at Reflections is exceptional. Dr. Chasin is a master in his field!

For starters, the place is clean and sanitary. This is the perfect environment. Dr. Jefferson made me feel so at ease during my procedure. My skin is already showing results after a day and Im so excited to see how it looks in a month! I recommend Dr. Jefferson because she is so professional and informative.. she comforted me during my procedure and asked if I was okay and everything. I enjoy her services and Im happy with the results so far.

The staff is extremely helpful and courteous and there is no one more competent or more compassionate than Dr. Chasin. We travel an hour from our home to receive their care and amazing results. I found this place on internet, no one had recommended it to me. I went to get treatment for a acne scar because the pictures on the website were good. At the first appointment the doctor told me the scars would be fine and pretty good. Two days later I didnt notice any difference! I came back to a touch up. It took only 5 minutes ( I felt like I wasn’t welcome there anymore ) and the doctor said there was nothing else she could do. Wast of money!!!!! Terrible!

I was one of the first patients he saw after his office re-opened post the co-vid 19 shutdown. There are not enough words to express how amazing, talented, patient, and professional Dr. Mitch Chasen is. I am a perfectionist so naturally I wanted to choose the best of the best doctor there was and had been conducting research on best doctors for over a year. That was 18 years ago and he is still my go-to cosmetic derm I trust beyond a doubt. I had visited over 5 doctors in which where all rated as top... well the minute I met Dr. Chasen and his amazing staff, I knew he had to be my doctor and it was indeed the best decision I made. I will only let Dr Chasin administer fillers, laser treatments and botox. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and strives to maintain a healthly and natural look for all of his procedures. He is an amazing doctor and I only have positive things to say about him.I would like to also mention how friendly and caring his staff is. I tend to ask many questions as I like to be informed, before and after procedures. Every single time I had a question, his staff was so helpful and even had Dr. Chasin call me back when appropriate. I went for a consultation for laser scar removal last week and my first session is this Thursday. I cannot speak on the results just yet but the first impression was a great one. Dr. Chasin is an amazing doctor. Hes down to earth, knowledgeable and its evident that he truly cares about his patients. I cried during the consultation because no one wants to hear that the previous doctor who stitched up your wound (ON YOUR FACE) did a bad job and creams/ gels/ silicone sheets wont really help the appearance. But his honesty is what I appreciated most. He consoled me and seemed truly concerned. I immediately cancelled an appointment that I had made for a second opinion because I knew I would be choosing Reflections. I am very confident in the medical advice that Dr. Chasin gave me. Im excited to start the journey to remove this hideous scar. And if the results are great, I plan on getting a little botox and hair removal done there too :) I highly recommend!

First let me say that the office staff is excellent. Not so much for Dr. Renata Wix-Harris.It is extremely rare that I stop and take the time to write about about an encounter with a medical professional. However, my encounter with Dr Renata Wix-Harris was so shocking that it warranted my doing so.I’m sure she is excellent at what she does and has garnered the highest respect in her industry - but when it comes to treating prospective patients with respect and gratitude she receives a failing grade. I have never had a consultation done so poorly in my life. She was rude, cold and unapproachable. I went to hear about services and for her to opine on what my options were - but instead she offered nothing not even a warm smile.Maybe her demeanor and lack of professionalism has gotten her far - I can only imagine how much further she would go being a kinder version.My mom has always taught my family to do unto others what you would have them do unto you. I hope she never experiences the belittling and dismissive attitude I faced from her.

Love Reflections in Livingston. Dr. Ellern is very sweet and knowledgeable. Entire staff is welcoming and friendly. Office is very clean and comfortable. They present you with all options, answer any questions and make you feel comfortable. Also really love their points program which allows you to save $$ on procedures. I come here from Bergen county and would recommend to anyone looking to continue looking their best as they age!

Last year I went here for a consultation for hair removal and it was awful. The office looked clean and the front desk staff were nice, but the doctor who consulted with me was beyond unprofessional. First of all, she spent all of 5 minutes with me. She didnt even ask to look at the area that I wanted laser hair removal to see if my hair type even qualified for laser which is a HUGE red flag. She couldnt answer basic questions about her laser such as how many joules the laser emits. To add insult to injury, she let her student intern stay and listen in the room while I spoke about my sensitive health issues. At the end of the consultation she handed me a quote for how much each session would cost. The prices were ridiculous and I believe its because you are paying for a Dr. to do it. This is law in NJ but not so in NY where qualified nurses can perform the same procedure but for a lot less. Skip Reflections and go to a center that cares.

I have visited Reflections in Livingston 3 times for my Clear & Brilliant Full Face laser procedure. The results were amazing and I love all office staff! Everyone is knowledgable, polite and very good looking! Dr. Chasin is a professional and explain treatments in informative way, so its easy to comprehend. He suggest on the best course of action and does not push nor try to sell their services. I highly recommend this office. See you in the fall!

I came here a few months ago to get a consult for cool sculpting for my abdomen and legs. The doctor, Dr. Wix-Harris, came in after some photos were taken and said I would need a tummy tuck and a thigh lift because I had so much stretched skin. She wasnt really empathetic at all and basically turned me away. She didnt recommend a plastic surgeon...nothing. I went and got a second opinion. Guess what? I just finished my first round of cool sculpting last month and the start of my results are AMAZING. Thank you for not servicing me and being completely unprofessional about it. I am glad I gave my money to a different provider. I guess I didnt have so much stretched skin like she said because my stomach is getting flatter as I type.

Dr. Chasin is master artist. His work is incomparable. He is kind, personable, honest, and genuine. He has a way of making you feel great about yourself before he has even started any procedure.I recently received a treatment at the Livingston location. The staff there are sweet and accommodating. I have been going to reflections for the past 5 years. Dr. Chasin is very professional and knowledgeable. He is also conservative - he doesnt sell services. He advises you on the type of services you need to look youthful without looking like you had work done. The improvements are subtle yet impactful. I also like the staff in the Livingston Office. They are always so nice and courteous.

She not only possesses that she exudes it.Moreover Amanda, is in a class of her own her level of professionalism and personality are bar none. I was treated by Dr. Chasin at the Livingston, NJ office. I went to him for aesthetic facial care. I have some rosacea, and I needed someone who just did aesthetics. I had experiences with dermatologists and plastic surgeons. They all do this type of care. The difference with Dr. Chasin, is that he is not doing skin dermatology and not performing plastic surgery. He just does aesthetic care. My experience with him was so different than these other specialists, who also perform this type of care as an adjunct to their main specialty. I saw right away in Dr. Chasins exam and his recommendations for my facial skin lines, sun spots, and wrinkles. He was gentle, painless, and so skilled. There is a difference in what he performed to add youth to my face. My advice is seek out a physician who just does aesthetics. Dr. Chasin is on another level compared to the dermatologists and surgeons. If you dont need surgery and dont have dermatology issues, theres no one better than Dr. Chasin. I am thrilled with my results.

I am a recent client at reflections and my first experience is not was I expected. I thought I would be going to some type of hospital setting with its uncomfortable, tense, pack filled ambiance, but quite the contrary. The peaceful uncrowded environment, decor, complementary snacks, and especially well attentive friendly staff really made me feel alot more comfortable than I thought I would be. As for the doctor, I specifically went for laser tattoo removal. The doctor and his assistant gave me a free consultation and explained everything I needed to know and answered all the questions I had. I got a great bundle package deal for session, and even enrolled in a free rewards program to save more money.

I have been to both the Livingston and Martinsville locations. The staff and doctors are knowledgeable and professional.The offices are clean and beautiful.I could not be more pleased with my results!! I am a repeat customer.I look and feel younger. Dr. Chasin will listen to your worries and recommend viable options (more than one) and YOU can choose which fits into your budget, There is no pressure. I made an appointment to get a 2nd opinion on laser for my arms to help eradicate dark spots on them as well as perhaps seeking better overall skin texture. When I made the appointment I was on the phone with a receptionist for about 15 minutes whereby I told her what I wanted and what I was looking to achieve. She assured me that they had all of the same equipment as the first doctor I had seen and emailed me paperwork that took about 1/2 hour to complete before my visit. Upon arrival, I was brought into a poorly lit room with all of the shades closed by a woman who asked the exact same questions I had already answered on the phone and on the documents I had completed - what was I looking to do, why, when, where, etc. etc. I explained exactly what I had told the 1st doctor I had seen who had given me several solutions (that were pricey), and that I wanted another opinion due to the cost. She gave me about 15 reasons why what I was suggesting was not going to work, I would not be happy with the results, why it is not a good time to do the procedure (late summer), and treated like I was some kind of freak for even asking about these issues (how she could even see my issues in that poor lighting I dont know). She then left and came back in with Dr. Jefferson who asked me the same 80 questions and claimed she really didnt understand why I was there, looked at my skin for about 3 seconds, and said she guessed I would see some results from a laser but that I would need a bunch of sessions because we have to do each section of your arm at a different time. Of course I was also told that the hands arent included in the price. She then left the room and the first nurse came back with some ridiculous estimate that separated out the upper part of my arms from my lower arms and hands. What a stupid and unprofessional way to provide an estimate on something - if I were bringing my car in for an estimate on body work I needed done, would you put each panel on a separate page? Maybe a different line item but a 3 page estimate? The nurses and doctors here seem like quacks. I also asked if they still had a plastic surgeon on site and got some lame response that he wasnt there any more because his commute was too long. Um, yeah. Never going back here, totally ridiculous waste of my time - I think this place is really just suited to doing Botox and fillers and not really much else.

Dr. Chasing is absolutely the BEST Dr. He is very patient and tells you honestly exactly what he thinks you should, and most important shouldn’t do. He makes you feel totally relaxed and comfortable. Made an appointment here for consultation and made me wait 2 months. At the time there happened be a snow storm the day of my appointment so of course they closed and it was no big deal. However, i never received any emails or phone calls to reschedule. I had to call myself. I asked why they never called and they gave me an excuse about my information being wrong. How? When i made sure my information was correct. It made absolutely no sense to me. It sounded like an excuse and they refused to reschedule me. When i finally got them to reschedule they expected me to wait nearly 3 more months. I hung up and never called back. I would not recommend this place. Extremely unprofessional.

Ridiculous expensive place!!!! Worst experience that I ever had!!! I went there for Botox and I paid 670 for 39 units and on my follow Up, the doctor charged me for it when I wasn’t supposed to pay anything. I called to make my appointment today got a follow up, I asked if I had to pay for it they said not! The assistant said if it was a follow up is no COST!!!! But I was charged 85 dólares for 5 units. I never paid for a follow up! Doctor is supposed to apply it without cost

I found Reflections Center online when looking for laser tattoo removal. The staff at Livingston have been helpful from the beginning. I had a number of questions and felt they were all answered honestly and fully. Reflections has provided professional, patient care and I trust them to perform laser tattoo removal sessions without fear or hesitation. This process is a bit expensive, but worth the rate to get quality care. I would recommend them!

The Dr. took his time during the consultation. He even sat down for a bit to chat. He proceeded to tell me things that I SHOULD NOT have done. It was refreshing not to be pushed for services. I had Botox and he was thorough in his explanation on why he was using the amount and technique that he was. I am very pleased with the results so far.

Overpriced, and even though they advertise a lot of products and services, they really have their own generic brand which is ineffective and straight rip off. Wired, vague, shady services.Very racist, unprofessional, rude, and commercialized.Whatever you see on their website about the cosmetic procedures, are lies, lies, lies. The claim to be leading in chin and jawline contouring, but they actually laughed at me when I asked them about this procedure. During the procedure, they kept whispering and chatting about me as a costumer, criticizing me just because I asked about the jawline treatment. They judge you even if you are paying them for it. It turned out they dont know what the heck is jawline or chin contouring and they were mad I asked. Charged me double for a vile of regular juvderm filler (they charged me $1200 for a $500 vile).

Everyone is professional...I been to both offices. I started with botox. I moved into fillers. The aging process happens to all of us. If u want to tweak the years gone by, cosmetic medicine may the way to go. There are pictures on the website. I saw my before and after pics. Names and ages are not mentioned. I think clients sign a waiver to have pictures shown. HIPAA laws are followed. Covid protocols are in place. The office and procedure rooms are beautiful and relaxing. LD

My dermatologist recommended Reflections when I mentioned wanting laser hair removal. I couldnt be happier with my treatments here. First appointment was a consultation (complimentary) during which Dr. Petrowsky answered every question I had (and I had alot!). I highly recommend Reflections and Dr. Chasin. He is very knowledgeable and very conservative as not to make you look overdone. I have gone there for many years and have had a variety of treatments. Setting an appointment was easy. The doctor was informative of pros and cons, patient in answering my lists of questions. I was able to receive my first session same day.

I have been coming to Reflections for the past 4-5 years. Initially, I came for tattoo removal that I wanted to get redone. I had excellent results. I then came for laser hair removal. I started with the axillary region in the Martinsville office. A few years later, I decided to have other areas, such as my face and legs done out of both the Livingston and Martinsville offices. As an Indian woman, I was concerned about what Id read for laser hair removal for the face, ie. hyperpigmentation, hair growing back thicker and darker, etc. However, Ive responded very well and Im ecstatic about the results. Dr. Wix-Harris is excellent at what she does. The office is professional and they have been delivering excellent patient care especially during this pandemic.

I’d give Refections 10 stars if I could. Working with Dr Chasin is a partnership and an ongoing conversation around my desired outcomes and his insight and information on the options available. His warm pragmatic approach, with a down to earth recognition of both time and financial cost/benefit of each option is so rare and appreciated. He is not going to promise unrealistic results, talk you into anything, or agree to do a procedure that is not appropriate for you.His vast knowledge has allowed him to use a diverse set of tools to provide amazing results for me now, and options for the future. He has educated me each step of the way so I am a knowledgeable investor in myself. I trust Dr Chasin implicitly and can’t imagine seeing anyone else.

My first Fraxel treatment at Reflections went very very well. It was a Fraxel Restore Treatment ( full face laser resurfacing) I expected a bit of discomfort but it really did not hurt at all! I was very pleased ! Dr. Karolak and his assistant were very nice. My second visit was two weeks later for Botox. I saw the other doctor which was fine although I thought I would see Dr. Karolak again. That went well also. The staff is very nice. If anyone is considering Fraxel and is anxious that it will hurt a lot, it will not . I was very pleased. I will have another treatment soon as at least three are recommended for best results.

I just recently went there for stretch mark removal. Was quick, the doctor was knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. Prices really vary with stretchmark removal but it was a good price for me.

Having seen a number of doctors over the years, some are very eager to try just about anything on you in the name of healthy skin. Dr. Chasin came highly recommended and I could see why. I dont hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

Went to Livingston location about a year ago for acne treatment and the staff was very nice. however, my acne did not get any better, in fact it got worse after the treatment. when i brought it up to the doctor, she said it will get better after all the sessions of treatment but it didnt. i asked them to compare my pictures after the last treatment to the first day of visit (before any treatment) and it was definitely no change or worse. i paid almost $3000 for no results. when i called back after a couple months to let them know i was not satisfied, i was asked to come in again to see other option but why would i have to spend more money for nothing? so i didnt end up going.

Dr. Chasin and his team were great..sincerely a very positive experience.I need to preface this with the fact I rarely write reviews unless truly impressed with integrity and honesty.My wife suggested I seek alternative fat reduction methods. She could not understand how after years of intense training I could not lose my belly Initially I considered Ultrashape and Coolsculpting. After researhing them I understood they would not meet my needs. They are really for fine tuning not significant reduction of fat.I continued with Laser Lipo. I watched the videos of the procedure and the dramatic results. Also, looking at traditional invasive plastic surgery.Dr Chasin came up as an expert in the field, he has many other expertise as well and is an actual surgeon.So, I arrived at the decision to go see him at Refections. Reading the reviews, I focused on the positive ones which are the far majority of them.I arrived at Refections, grant you as a man in foreign land, and was treated gently and respectfully.After a very frank consultation with Dr Chasin he sent me back into the wild with more health advice than anyone has been honest with me to date.Dr Chasin told me he could take away the exterior fat easily but that was not my main issue. He directed me back to my doctor to focus on nutrition and said that we would meet again if I could lose my viceral fat and that no amount of training would do it.I take this as a personal challenge and I will return. A lesser man would have taken my money. And they do regularly in this arena.If they are more expensive than others. I say this ...you get what you pay for and I respect my body too much to take chances just for moneys sake.I thank Dr Chasin again and I will return without a second thought.Hope this helps someone.Be well.

I saw Dr Chasin last week I had a very very bad day and was very upset Dr Chasin came in the room and saw I was upset he took his time I relaxed and told him what I would like to have done and he asked me a question do u trust me ,I answered of course he has been my dr for years I closed my eyes he said I have a plan he did what he always does work wonders and told me to have a great day.I went down stairs to pay and that’s when I was told no charge this is Dr Chasins gift to u . Reflections at Livingston is simply THE BEST! The staff is welcoming - (Julie is my favorite at the desk) - the esthetician (Alli) is great - and Dr. Chasin is amazing! I personally wont have cosmetic surgery - but what Dr. Chasin can do with lasers and especially with injections (Voluma is life changing!) is beyond words! I highly recommend Dr. Chasin and Reflections!!

I gave them a 1 due to the hospitality and professionalism that I did encounter during my visit. I went to get some fillers to help with dark circles. I came all the way from Philadelphia and regret it. She overfilled my under eye where is looks like I have two lumps under my eyes and made the look even worst. I am so disappointed!!!! I paid literally $1600 and I wish I never did. A total waste of money and now I have to wait till these fillers go down within time.Overpriced and horrible job. Now I am forced to wear makeup to cover up the mess that was done to me.

Review is only for Dr. Michelle Ellern as I have no experience with others at this location. I would not go to anyone else for Botox. She is conservative, she is artistic, she listens to my concerns. She takes her time. I recently got some ugly broken capillaries lasered away- she was thorough and very careful. What I LOVE about her? She will not do something you dont need. She makes you feel beautiful as you already are- with just some small tweaks. She takes her time- I trust her and I trust no one lol. Got some filler in the nasolabials over a year ago and it still looks great.

I did my research and found DR Mark Karolak thru DR Mitchell Chasin at Reflections Center in Martinsville, NJ- Both doctors well known and amazing-along with Michelle and Paula - 2 awesome surgery techs/“the glue “ who made my experience even better (u can look up Dr Chasin in another review I wrote when he performed smart lipo- even they way they give me my Botox injections is better than the last 3 places I have been too and that is basic,, lol. they are constantly in the news, board certified, and not to mention the most amazing beside manor- that u just dont find- after surgery u get there cell pine number to call, text ,send pics, at anytime about any small question, etc ..... I mean who does that? That made me feel sooo much more relaxed during my procedures to know my doctor is a text/call away- and I am a worry wort,picky about every little thing,lol! I just ant say enough. If u r smart, u well see yourselfs...they are above skillfull masters! Note that I was almost 2 hours drive(each way) from them and did the drive many times for all I have had done and it was/is sooo worth it!! Trust me I would NOT do it if it was not! I have multiple types of scars on my face- adult acne with ice pick scars and tethering scars(scar tissue adhering under the skin making a ripple affect- UGLY). I decided to do subcision, with PRP, nano fat transfer, and ECO2 laser(the best laser out). Dr Karolak perform this one month ago and my results are show stopping- i now have SOFT SMOOTH skin and its only been 5 weeks. I will continue to get more improvements over the next 8 months - I cant even imagine! I will post pictures as u will have to see to believe!!!! And well since he did such an excellent job, last week(exactly one month after acne scar removal surgery) I decided to have him perform a neck lift- I am one week post op and AGAIN-OMG, I am still recovering, but I look 20 years younger... in a week!!! I am 44 and look 25 thanks to him- i took photos thru both procedures to show u the healing process and the amazing results so u can see REAL photos- not ones that they show and u wonder if they r real or touched up. I am being 100% honest here,so I open this can help other women like me!! Luckily I had 1 1/2 weeks off for first procedure and I will have a total of 2 weeks off for this neck lift (a week to go)- look for to the pictures I will be posting soon!!!!!!
