I’m new to the tattoo world so we shopped around for who we thought would be a great fit to put something permanent on our bodies. Honestly, there was hardly any communication back with other shops, so we decided to go with Redemption Tattoo because of Jordan. She was amazing! She put us with the best tattooer for what we wanted! She was honest and helpful in every way possible. She made us feel comfortable and confident that we were getting the right tattoo in the right spot. Very knowledgeable! Austyn did my tattoo and he was amazing! It’s hard to trust someone to make sure that what you are getting permanently tattooed on your body will look good and he knocked my idea out of the park. I can wait for another!!! Found my new place for new ink! Redemption Tattoo is the best!! I wanted a new tat in memory of my late wife, Lisa and Wes exceeded my expectations with the custom piece he created for me!! Hes a cool dude, that I felt like I had known for my whole life! Cant wait til I can have him run my next one!!

Visiting from out of state, stopped in a whim. My sister and I went in for piercings (me already having piercings and tattoos). I had my nostril done, she had her second hole on her lobes and belly button done. Services were done quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. The shop itself is very clean. Staff is very professional and personable. Would 100% go back if we lived here.

Austyn is my goto guy and he always does awesome work! Very creative. Savannah was very friendly and super helpful at the front! I am actually getting some freckles done by her in the next few weeks! My favorite shop around.

We traveled into Macon from Texas with hopes of finding a great tattoo shop. We absolutely hit the jackpot finding Redemption! Cody was the artist, and he did a fantastic job at bringing our ideas to life! He was also a super cool, down to earth guy. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone!

Austin was my artist. Super chill dude, great experience. The shop was clean and the staff was cool. They have plenty of flash to review. Their artwork was clean and sharp.They are about 3 hrs from my home but Im already looking to line them up for some future work.

Austyn has designed/tattooed 5 pieces for my western tradional leg sleeve, and theyre awesome. Super nice place and he does a great job, will definitely be coming back.

I cannot adequately express how awesome this shop is. Jordyn is amazing in providing a nice customer service approach to a tattoo shop. Chris is by far the best tattoo artist I have had the pleasure to meet. The shop was very clean, the staff was friendly and I left one happy customer!

Redemption is super clean, and the atmosphere and artists are really nice. I absolutely love my tattoo that Chris did, and when I realized I wasnt 100% happy with it a month after I got it, he fixed it with no problems at all. Im already planning to go back again (for a new tattoo, not the same one). Redemption is also really responsive, whether youre calling or emailing them, and thats always a plus. I definitely recommend this shop over others in the area.

This place is amazing and our first experience here was awesome! Everyone was very nice and friendly. My husband and I both got tattoos, Ashlie did mine and Austin did my husbands. They both listened to what we wanted and went beyond that. We both left with smiles on our faces!! We will for sure be going back!! If you are looking for a tattoo place, look no further!!

Ashlie and Jordan are pretty awesome. Ashlie Layne is a very skilled and well versed tattoo artist, I highly recommend. Ashlie thank you for taking the time to listen to our ideas and work with us to give us exactly what we wanted.Redemptions staff is very welcoming and the atmosphere is very laid back. Today my husband and I got our second tattoos, a month out from our first. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted by friendly faces and a knowledgeable staff. The studio is very clean and inviting. There are TV’s and Radio magazines etc, great pieces to take your mind off of the tattoo. Great family feel, thanks Jordan and Ashlie!

Staff is friendly and make you feel at home. This it the absolute cleanest tattoo shop I’ve ever been in and will definitely get all my tattoos here. The artist tell you how to take care of your tattoo in great detail and send a print out home with you. Follow as they tell you and you should have no issues and a well healed tattoo.

Five stars all around for this place.Got two tats done at once about two weeks ago. I had Chris as my artist and he made it clear he cared about my satisfaction with the work.I even got a small care kit and instructions I hadn’t gotten from other places before. Two weeks out and my ink still looks as good as the day I got it.

Went in yesterday and had work done by Ashlie Layne. The whole atmosphere is really nice and everyone is super friendly. I would feel comfortable with any one of their artists working on me. Definitely check this place out if youre in Macon. Its a gem.

Best Experience!! Chris made my first experience getting a tattoo great. I told him what I wanted and show him a picture. He drew it on me and added the extra design. This shop is very clean and has a very friendly atmosphere.

Completely unprofessional and not clean. Artist smoked a cigarette and then came in and started trying to tattoo me without washing his hands. Disgusting behavior. Will be reporting to the health department ASAP.

I went to Redemption with an idea for a tattoo. I was given great recommendations. I was educated on pain levels and how certain parts of the body work with tattoos. I was advised on a good starter tattoo location and we actually talked about my idea and why certain things would or would not work. She managed my expectations well without completely dismissing me or my ideas. I highly recommend this place. The people were very nice. Sam was the only girl in the shop at the time. She understands people, takes pride in her work and makes sure the customer is satisfied. I plan on going to her for my next tattoo also, if possible because I know it will be done right.

So, my wife and I have been tattooed by many artists at the shop. Austyn is my main guy, but Marcos is awesome too. Jordan and Dorough are amazing. Best shop in central ga. I Cannot say enough.

Called them up for a quick tattoo surprise for my wife. They were able to fit us in that night. They were extremely professional and extremely talented. The tat came out perfect and will be going back for future pieces. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop and their artists!
