Tim is so wonderful! Very kind and welcoming each time I go! Very clean, great atmosphere. Super talented artist! I will keep going back- I’ve had 4 beautiful tattoos done by him!

Tim at Palmers has now given me 3 tattoos and they are my favorite. He does quick, amazing work that ages well.

Palmer has done 4 of my 6 tattoos. I drove two hours from Sioux Falls to have him do my most recent. Hes fast, but also does a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

I cannot begin to say how amazing Palmer is. His pricing is reasonable for his skill level no doubt. The tattoo I got pictured was the birth flower for November when I was due with my first baby I miscarried. I provided him a picture of what I wanted and it took him all of 15 minutes. He will forever be my tattoo artist going forward!

This is where I got my first tattoos and I most definitely recommend! He makes conversations about your tattoo and is just the nicest person ever! Not one bad word, he also makes sure you like what you are getting and how to help it heal! Best place and will be going back for more! :)

I understand that I went in with the idea of getting a large tattoo. I changed my mind from getting it because it didn’t mean anything special to me and it’s going to be on my body forever. The tattoo I chose had meaning from my past (an addition to a semicolon tattoo) and was significantly smaller. I came in and told you I had changed my mind. You responded by swearing at me in the lobby and giving me a speech about changing my mind and how rude I was for doing so and started acting out. And you rejected any apology I tried to make for making the change last minute. I understand that your time is important and I’m genuinely sorry you had to come in early and put in extra time because you thought I was still getting the larger tattoo and had everything set up. I know a lot of work goes into the prep. It was my fault that this happened after all for not giving you enough of a heads up. You could have just said next time give me more of a heads up and left it at that, but you chose to be upset and unkind, and complaining to me about past people who had done this and how I’m just like them. Behaving like that to a client is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional for an artist with such talent. I apologized and was willing to give you a big tip to make up for the work you had put into it. You declined it and called me rude. I hope to come back later for a more positive experience. Getting a tattoo here for the first time was a very negative experience. I hope you read this and change the way you treat people who are thinking about getting permanent ink. If you are reading this don’t let this post discourage you from getting a tattoo here. He is a very talented artist after all. Just make sure you give him a heads up if anything changes.

I received a couple simple tattoos. The service was great and the healing instructions are super easy to follow. Overall it was a great experience (much better than my last tattoo at a different place) and Im planning to get a couple (bigger) future tattoos there as well.

I got two tattoos here last week and they look amazing! I also dont have a very good pain tolerance, but he made me comfortable and joked around to keep my mind off the pain. 100% recommend to anyone looking to get a tattoo!

Drove here feom South Dakota. I had a sleeve started by a reputable shop in Sioux Falls, and the results were disappointing. I kept putting off having it fixed/worked on again. My husband and I had been wanting to each get a tattoo for the last year or so and we were looking around the Sioux Falls area, but went to several places and werent thrilled as they didnt seem to be able to do our ideas. After talking to a few people on where to go, they recommend Palmers. I read these reviews and we right away made an appointment. He listened to our ideas and gave us a few ideas/tips since it was our first tattoo. He did exactly what we were looking for! He was professional and friendly. My husband plans on going back for another.

Does good work but customer service isn’t there, maybe it’s a race factor but from a business person to another you suck at how you treat people

Came in with a couple sketches/ideas - good thing he called it a trainwreck, because I LOOOOVE how the final (albiet rather different) product turned out! Palmer does very good work. In fact, some of it has become quite famous in the library community!He can really cover a very broad range of interests and execute unique designs in a fluid manner.Instead of doing the same tired designs that many artists in the cities seemed to be content with, he is alway able to take a concept and completely fit it to the needs of the person.I like this. In fact, I recommend him so highly that I give total creative control to him through the process. I think anyone that does this and maintains the original content and meaning of the work has true talent.At any rate, I would highly reccomend his work before that done in the Twin Cities.
