The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They made the process simple and stress free. I feel the pricing was fair. My daughter and I both got ear piercings and it was a great experience. The piercer was fantastic. I highly recommend and plan on going back.

I just got my rook pierced by Sara here at Whatever Piercing in Mauldin! Sara was a dream. She explained everything to me step by step. She also explained the aftercare to me. Told me what to do and what not to do when it comes to healing! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a piercing in a sterile professional environment. Her sister did my tragus back in February and it has healed beautifully!! 10/10 everyone is very nice, welcoming and professional.

My piercer was Sara and she was amazing! Very sweet and informative. She made navel piercing experience very pleasant and I will definitely coming back for future piercings. The atmosphere of the shop is very nice and welcoming I never felt odd or out of place while I was in there. Definitely recommend!

I had my ears pierced at whatever piercing. I was impressed by cleanliness of the place and how it looked like a proper safe business. The two girls working there friendly and helpful. They had a big selection of jewelry and looked like they do every piercing imaginable. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a piercing studio

I love this place! Every time my husband and I come in Todd always hooks us up! And he gave me this incense burner as a gift! I’m at an oddball size and he usually keeps oddball sizes in stock!And the new shop is awesome! Really great place!

I honestly wish their were more stars I could put they are amazing and are passionate about helping you find the right Piercing . I got new jewelry put in yesterday and as always they went above and beyond I felt comfortable and welcomed. They are also quick its a in and out process almost makes u wanna get another piercing. they had no problem showing me the different type of jewelry they had with no hesitation. I felt when I went through the door. I had my first piercings ever with them and it was always a smooth and kind process. I remember when I went to go get my septum and nostril piercing back in December, how kind they were, and even the piercer holding my hand and how the process was and they walked me through the steps and I felt like that was really something that helped me that day because I was so afraid of having a new piercing something I never done before and it was out of my comfort zone they help me feel more adjusted to that that I am grateful 🩷

Went during their grand re opening. Wife got a piercing done, bought a few new pieces. The amount of knowledge and attention was fantastic. A great experience all around.Clarissa did amazing, making sure my wife was happy with the placement, and took care of an older piercing that needed to be swapped.

I love the Whatever family! I have gotten many piercings by Clarissa and Sara. Both of them are very professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention all of the pretty jewelry to choose from. 10/10 experience every time!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I’ve been to many different places that sell bellybutton rings, etc. but this is and will be forever my go to! They have a super broad selection of piercings/options to choose from, and the people who work there are so so nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend choosing them for all of your piercing needs! Their new location is also very nice! :)

Before having my daughter I had to take all my piercings out and I have finally had the confidence to get them all back.Thanks to Tianni I’ve gotten my nose septum and belly redone and she’s helped convince me for my conch.I’m forever grateful to have her as my piercer especially with how comfortable she makes me feel prior during and after getting everything done.All the staff is incredibly sweet.Definitely coming back for more

Omg Sara and Tia were amazing and so professional. I can I’m thinking I wanted to get my nipples repierced but after talking to them I decided to get it done. They let me know that they could do it at the same time and play music and they definitely put me at ease. I will be back.
