Went to this location on Tuesday 08/06 and received the BEST customer service from Rico.My three year old daughter was getting her ears pierced and I was so nervous. Rico reassured me that he is experienced and we would be just fine and HE WAS RIGHT! Obviously, my daughter cried a little, but was just fine. He even gave two lollipops to my daughter.I am so thankful to him! Thank you again Rico!

Aaron was very patient, assuring correct piercing angle, as quick and pain-free as possible. Got a beautiful pair of pearls to boot. An all-round excellent experience!

We had a great experience! My 6-y.o. daughter got her ears pierced today and Aaron was amazing. He even did the imright thing when the price on the register was higher than the stated price and gave us the stated price. He was very kind and even made helpful suggestions about their sales which we took him up on in the end. He also took a lot of care in making sure the angle was right and that the placement was correct / even between both of the ears. Both my kids ended up with a lollipop in the end. I recommend them!

The reviews were right, awful customer service. I was looking at the earrings and the lady working there refused to acknowledge me or ask me anything. While my friends and I were talking about how cute the earrings were, we just got snarky comments from the employee about what we liked which just deterred us from even buying anything. Will not be visiting ever again.

Aaron was very helpful in assisting my daughter get her second ear piercing. He was very professional and patient with us. I highly recommend him!

Aaron did an amazing job with my piercings and walked me along the whole process by far the best piercing experience I’ve had.

Aaron (sp?) is 2 for 2 with me. He pierced my left a month ago, and today I had him to pierce my right ear. Very professional.

This place is great they have a really good variety of jewelry but also the customer service is excepcional the manager Aaron was Great! he had so much patience to help us with what we needed it and make the process seamless for us I’m really grateful he was there. We will definitely come back here next time we are in the area. We highly recommend.

I came in looking for some earrings and found the one’s I wanted. Unfortunately neither of ladies working on 11/30/23, in Tysons, around 2pm, acknowledged me. I even made eye contact and signaled if they could help me. I don’t know if it’s because they thought I wasn’t going to spend money? Either way I saw one lady helping one person the other was free and on her phone the whole time. And at one point both looked and me and still didn’t acknowledge me. I waited about 7mins, waiting for a “hi, I’ll be right with you just let me finish with this customer.” They only were helping 1 at the time. I literally would have not minded to wait if their customer service would have been better. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t even get a “hello, I’ll be right with you once I finish up here”. That I walked away and purchased the earrings at Macy’s which was next door to them. Please be mindful of customers and not just the ones your working with because you got them at the register ready to pay.

1 star if not for 1 employeeFew days ago I went to get my ear pierced and to exchange an earring under warranty. I mentioned I want to get the warranty again for the same earrings I’m exchanging. The older lady working charged me for the initial earring for the piercing and warranty so to double check I asked if the warranty is for the cross earring (the one im exchanging). She lied to my face and said yes. If it’s an older lady make sure you avoid her service. If it’s the younger chick I highly recommend. She’s super nice and professional. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she’s the only reason I’m leaving 3 stars after being lied to my face. Without the recent experience with the lady I’d give them 5 stars so if you don’t want to get cheated just avoid that.

Aaron the store manager took his time and explained everything! Would really recommend his professionalism and piercing skills!

Kyla and Fefe were absolutely amazing they made the whole process quick and painless with an amazing sense of humor. I will definitely come back for seconds and bring everyone I know for their first ear piercing. They’re and amazing staff and a true asset to your company.

I had an amazing experience with Tyler. She pierced my ear -my 3rd hole on my right ear not too high.I didn’t even feel it. Did not hurt even moments after. It’s been 3 days and no pain only if I lay on it for bed but not much. I also did buy the spray to clean the piercing. Easy to do. Very nice . Great conversation and super sweet with my toddler. I’ve been wanting to get it done but hadn’t and I’m glad I did that day with her. Passed by and went for it. Thank you so much Tyler ! Blessings to you

Ridiculously awful customer service. Arrived at around 11 pm and asked if they were open and available for peircings. The lady working didnt even greet us and said they werent open even though on google maps it says they open at 10 am. When we asked when they would open, she told us she didnt know and would open whenever she finished organizing the jewelry. She didnt bother to ask us to come back at a different time and practically just stared at us waiting for us to leave.

Affordable place for piercings with quality products. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I went to ask to get piercing and they say they dont pierce BUT its called Piercing Pagoda. The lady was very rude anyways, theres a nice way to say NO
