My husband was a patient undergoing Mose surgery.He could not stop talking to me about how incredible your whole staff was.The surgeon was outstanding and the medical assistant i think her name was Julia (she went University of Delaware) was outstanding.Gabby was also outstanding as she calmly put15 stitches in my husband to cap off a long morning and afternoon! You made my husband day with your kindness and professionalism.Thank you very much and we will be recommending your practice.

Service, yes, people are spectacular… There is not better experience than making an appointment and the last question is about the insurance, contrary to other places!! kudos for that!Not crowded! Yes, it’s clean, organized, perfect!Now the treatment… better than best! Extremely professional, ( I don’t mention their names :-) but the short answer is… I am ready for the follow up visit!They check my skin problem, took couple of pictures (something I was pushing for maybe 20 years ago) and prescribed the medicine… perfect 10!I almost forgot, if you go, take a good look at the pictures, Dr B has a great eye… I have to meet him or join him for his next trip! Very professional, courteous, and informative. I came here for a consultation for hyperpigmentation scaring and possibility of laser. Office environment was uplifting, they have top award plagues which was reassuring. Eileen was able to address my concerns and questions. Everything was very courteous from the front desk to the medical assistant. If you’re probably considering laser this would probably be the place.

All the staff here is superb. I have a very pleasant and fruitful interaction beginning with the receptionist, the physician assistants, as well as the main doctor himself. My skin concerns were properly addressed. Very glad that I have found and consulted with them. I will not hesitate to recommend this center to anybody.

No one would spend so much time writing reviews online out of boredom unless they were genuinely treated this way.—————————————————————————————————————I recently visited this laser beauty clinic, and I want to share my experience to help others who might be thinking about going there. Honestly, I was pretty disappointed and hope my story helps you avoid the same letdown.I had an appointment at 9:15 AM but arrived at 9:05 AM. The check-in process was standard—fill out forms, pay, and wait. After about 10 minutes, I was taken to the exam room, where I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for the doctor. During this time, the door was opened twice, but no doctor came in ,later a nurse and a laser technician showed up and took some photos and asked about my concerns.When the doctor finally showed up, he didn’t knock or greet me. He came in with a bright light and started examining my face. Once he was done, he sat next to me, crossed his legs, and briefly discussed my treatment plan for about 3-4 minutes before leaving.After the doctor left, I continued discussing my treatment plan with the laser technician. I asked the assistant if the doctor was coming back since my consultation was supposed to be with him. The assistant checked twice and then the doctor returned. When he came in, he immediately said, “I didn’t know you had any more questions. I thought my assistant had already answered everything” His tone was abrupt .The entire consultation felt rushed and left me feeling quite disrespected. I paid $200 for this experience, and it was not worth it. The clinic is on the pricier side, and the service didn’t live up to expectations. If you’re considering booking with Dr. Bajoghli, I’d recommend checking out other options first. I hope sharing my experience helps you make a more informed decision and avoid wasting your time and money.

Everyone was very courteous and knowledgeable. They made sure I was very comfortable during my procedure and kept me informed every step of the way. I felt that I was in great hands! If I experience any skin issues, I will definitely go back the to Skin & Laser Dermatology Center again.

Dr Bajoghli and his team make every effort to keep my skin healthy. Being older and fair skinned puts me in a very “at risk “ category , and they watch over me like a mother hen…what more can anyone ask of their doctor and team? I’m very fortunate.

I came to get a cyst removed. There was a new medical assistant at the time being shadowed by another medical assistant that appeared to be a little more experienced. I lost count how many times the needle was used for the numbing process.In addition, when I came back to have the sutures removed, things did not go well. The medical assistant that appeared to be a veteran/more experienced removed the sutures. Also, she was about to put a small band-aid over the area without any dressing. Ultimately, I spoke with Gabby and asked for a gauze with dressing and some of the Hypafix tape. The next day there was a pain in the area of the surgery. I went to the urgent care because the pain was so severe. The doctor at the urgent care saw that all the sutures were not removed. He removed the remaining sutures without any problems. Of course, I had to pay another co-pay.Later, I called the doctor at the Skin and Laster Center to report what happened. He was empathetic but repeatedly reminded me how nice the medical assistant was.This was not a good experience for me. I have decided to choose a different provider for future appointments.

Im a loyal customer and patient--this team is always compassionate and very helpful ... the only reason Im giving a four star instead of a five star this time is because pricing for services have gone way up and will be cost-prohibitive for many. Id respectfully encourage the practice to consider adjusting pricing for long-established patients, students, and lower income patients.

I have been going here for years for routine skin cancer checks and treatments to include MOHs procedures. From start to finish I have remained very satisfied with what they do and how they do it!

WOW, great experience! I saw Suzanne Adler and she was very knowledgable with all the questions I had. She was patient, gave me time & listened to me and my concerns, and provided me great feedback. Usually doctors hurry to get out but she even asked me if there was anything else she could help me with before leaving - love that! The office is very clean and welcoming. The staff was patient with me as well as I had my 2yr old son with me. Everyone was so kind. Definitely one of the best doctor visits Ive ever had. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I came here for to get a venous lake removed- I had previously been told it was not able to be removed/reduced. I came in for a consultation and they lasered it off the same appointment for a good cost. Highly recommend

I have been a patient of Doctor Bajohli for a number of years during which time he has administered fillers as well as botox. His work is beyond incredible. He is an absolute perfectionist. In fact, I was in his office yesterday; and asked him why did he chose to become a surgeon of dermatology versus a plastic surgeon as I have had two face-lifts done by other plastic surgeons and have ended up back in his office for corrections/ehancements from these facelifts; hence the reason for my gentle question of why he had chosen the path of a plastic surgeon as he has a magnificent eye. Having said this, I would highly recommend him to anyone Who is contemplating filler or botox injections.

I have been a patient at Skin and Laser for about fifteen years and I see Dr Mehdi Bajoghli, Dr Amir Bajoghli, Dr Smith and I’ve seen Janice, NP.Wow, the consistency of true healthcare is remarkable! When Dr Mehdi Bajoghli had his separate immunology practice, I was his patient there too. He is an extremely organized, present, brilliant doctor and a genuinely kind man. Dr Smith is a genius and so humble, Dr Amir and Janice are so knowledgeable and funny too!In fact, the entire medical team has been nothing short of amazing!! I don’t use these words lightly and when I am gifted with a medical team that takes my health as serious as I do, I want to share the good news!I’ve been seen for both acute and chronic conditions and please hear me when I say that every person I’ve ever been in contact with here communicate so well with one another, this is care!Since I only saw Janice once, here’s the beauty, I was treated with the same knowledge of my history, professionalism, kindness and brilliance of the other three physicians I regularly see! To say I trust my health to this team, is a blessing!!I am seen, heard, understood, appreciated and treated with integrity. Doctor is friendly and competent. But spends only a few moments with dermatology patients. It seems that the practice is devoted mostly to cosmetics. The MA, however, Nicole, is outstanding. Intelligent, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took the time to explain what the conditions were , what should be done, and how to treat them.

My sister Joette Baldwin (the patient) was quite apprehsive about her first biologic drug injection, Tremfya for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. She and I were very impressed with Carmen, who arrived for the appointment promptly and put us at ease. The nurse administered the shot in Joettes abdomen and she didnt feel a thing! Its comforting for my sister to have the option of home visits also. Dr. Bajoghli and his staff at Skin and Laser Surgery Center are first-rate!

My wife Elizabeth has been a patient for over 15 years and now I am a patient. We have received excellent care by Dr.B and the entire staff. The office is very welcoming and friendly. No matter how complicated the surgery, we always feel we are in very competent hands. And, we enjoy the office music and the beautiful photographs throughout the office.

I took my daughter to have a laser hair removal. Carmen (sp?), a laser technician was very informative, knowledgeable and caring individual. My daughter will stay with her until her treatment is done.

Dr Bajoghli, is one of the best doctor I have ever seen. Finally he comes savior for my problem. I have a deep scars left by cystic acne which are aging more than 8 years. I travelled many places like Boston, Chicago, Herndon but no Doctor was to able to identify my issues as all they did was laser treatment and hydroquinone, none of them had worked actually. As I’m person of color it’s not recommended to use co2 fractional laser, so I ended with no hope. But Bajoghli understood and gave me the right treatment for my scars now I’m able to see the results and I’m still going to him. I got multiple subcision and safe laser treatments. My scars were so thick that destroyed my smile line on right cheek, but now I see my smile line is getting back. Happy and I recommend him 100%.

I had a terrible cosmetic experience here. I went here for fillers and Dr. B completely messed up my lips. My lips now have nodules all over them. My other facial filler migrated, and when I asked The doctor to dissolve them he said he didn’t think we should dissolve anything and sent me home without addressing my concern. Instead of listening to my concerns he told me his opinion and sent me home. Unless I was going to spend more money to add more filler into my lips it seemed like my opinion did not matter. When I told him my lip filler migrated he told me it was discoloration around my lips and suggested a cream to help with discoloration, instead of dissolving them. I went to another injector and they in fact told me my lips had migration and it was not discoloration and that it had nodules all over them. This place is extremely unethical and I wouldn’t trust the advice they give.I would suggest you go to any place that specializes in filler and not waste your time here. Also it took me around 2 hours with wait time to get any kind of service here, even with appointment and with me arriving on time. They simply don’t care about patients here just how they can make their money.

My experience with this center has been less than stellar. Trying to make an appointment is like trying to see someone in Congress. Just too difficult. Even when I saw a provider it was very short with no results. Go elsewhere. I did and am happier for it.

Update: only received a phone call back after my google review was seen, if that says anything. Saying we have been trying to call is a flat out lie, I only received 1 call (from a blocked # which is strange in itself), and that was only after my review was seen, not because of all MY calls and messages. Also, its not an issue with MY insurance, its an issue with your office billing it incorrectly since Im not a new patient yet was billed that way. Also, I have still yet to receive the prescription because it still hasnt been called in. Unprofessional to even respond in a way that this is my fault, rather than taking responsibility.I thought it was okay until I received a bill in the mail despite being told my insurance would cover my visit. I was NOT there for anything cosmetic, but for a skin issue I was having. I then got a bill for hundreds of dollars. The other major issue is the NP has never called in my prescription authorization, so a month later Im supposed to get my follow up visit for something I was never even giving the prescription for. Even more upsetting to receive such a high bill when Im still waiting for treatment. My pharmacy said they have tried calling every day and have never had such a difficult time getting in touch with a doctors office before. I have also had trouble getting in touch with the office to cancel my visit as well as to discuss my bill. Not worth the trouble.

I travel from wherever I am in the country to see Dr. Bajoghli He is the best dermatologist in the world, especially if you need a surgeon who wont scar you. His staff is wonderful as well. Do what ever you need to do to get an appointment with him. You wont be sorry!

Ive had an excellent experience working with Carmen, Dr. Bajoghli and their team. A month ago I had two moles removed from my face by Carmen with laser. The healing process was fast and easy and the scars are barely noticeable a month out. They were able to see and schedule me quickly after my initial call, prices were quite reasonable (I did not use insurance) and they have been cautious in monitoring my healing. I have felt in very good hands the entire time and would not hesitate to go back to this team in the future for derm. needs. Thank you!

Its really difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy professional to treat something sensitive such as your face. I found Dr. Bajohli and his team to be extremely good at what they do, and I am so happy with my results! Also, writing this review out of my own appreciation of how awesome they are! Simply put, I love this practice. They are simply top notch. My appointments have always been taken promptly and professionally. The staff, receptionists, med techs, assistants and doctors are exceedingly friendly, outgoing, service oriented and knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is that everyone thereseems to be happy to be there and enjoying their work that speaks highly of Dr. BaJoghli and the culture he has built and cultivated. No recommend them very highly.

This place is horrible. The doctors said they could remove a boney protrusion under the skin on my forehead – they started the procedure and then acted surprised that it was bone (which was obvious from feeling it and I had told them that at the first and second consultation appointments). When I showed up for the procedure, I was kept waiting for over an hour after my appointment time. After Dr. Bajoghli cut me open he starts scraping and then says “oh - this is protruding bone - I don’t have the tools I need for this.” I’m slightly in shock at this point and he follows with: “Well - let’s close you up and see how this heals.” At the follow up appointment for removal of the stitches, Dr. Bajoghli told me I needed to go to a neurosurgeon, which is insane as I have no reason to believe a neurosurgeon – who, by definition, does brain surgery - would even be willing to look at a boney deposit that sits just under the skin on a forehead. My best guess is that he was just trying to save face because he cut me open just to say, “I can’t do what I said I could do”. NOTE: when I went in for the consultations, I told them it was hard and felt like bone. They felt it, inspected it, and said they could remove it. I even went back for a second consult because I was concerned, but Dr. Bahoghli assured me (and clearly his assurances did not come to pass). I highly recommend nobody go to this practice – they clearly don’t listen to what their patients are saying/telling them and it seems all they care about is money, not the well-being of the patient. Highly recommend NOT going here. I would also note a friend of mine went around the same time and had an equally horrible experience w/r/t a skin cancer issue on his scalp.

Dr. Bajoghli is extremely friendly. His staff is friendly, and extremely professional. They never fail to make me feel comfortable. He knows exactly what hes doing and he doesnt waste my time. Appointments are very quick and theres never any waiting around for 30-45 minutes like at other practices/doctors offices. The treatment hes given me has really improved my skin and it looks light years better than how it did around this time last year. Ive actually recommended him to other family members and friends. Hes definitely one of the best dermatologist in Virginia.

I have been going to Skin & Laser Dermatology for almost 2 years now. I usually go to the Woodbridge location to see Dr. DiSimone, but this time I went to the McLean center to see Eileen and she was great. She listened to all of my concerns and made sure to find a solution to them all. The appointment was quick, but I got the answers I needed and that’s the best possible outcome! So pleased as usual.

Very pleased with this clinic. Check in was easy and on time. Staff is professional and thorough.

Dr. Bajoghli and his team are incredible! I needed Mohs surgery on my nose, and they guided me through the process with skill, encouragement, and professionalism. They were just as concerned with repairing my nose and getting it back to looking normal as they were with removing the cancer. Highly recommend!

My review has more to do with lack of communication than the actual consultation.I’m not very satisfied about my correspondence with the office. I had an appointment in Feb and then was billed for my visit the following month by a third party service. Nothing out of the ordinary. I was billed for a 45-59 minute visit even though it was nowhere near that. I had questions about this charge for the third party billing service and they said all I could do is dispute and they would reach out to the doctors office for further correspondence. I call the billing service back after about 2 weeks because I didn’t hear anything and they let me know that they didn’t hear back from the office and my next steps are to call the office directly. I did that, left a voicemail, and still never heard anything back. I went ahead and ended up paying the disputed charges even though I did not agree with the service I was billed for. I won’t be going back.

Dr.Chong, has a very sweet demeanor,. She’s also attentive, and well informed. I’m thankful to have her as my dermatologist!!!

Very professional. Did have to wait about 15 minutes and was initially evaluated by one of the staff. The PA was prepared when she walked in and took care of me without delay.

Great service! I want to get a few dark spots removed around my lip area. Doing some research beforehand. I thought the task for them would be challenging being I have melanated skin, it wasnt. Ive gotten remarkable results after one treatment. Carmen (I think her name was) did an amazing job!! Very professional service, well worth it:)

Dr. Bajoghli has responded to my many skin cancers, including another new melanoma, with excellent treatments and surgery and with urgency. Over twenty years his patient, I think he is one of the best.

Absolutely amazing .... came in to remove red and green veins from my under eyes and the results are stunning. The YAG laser was not to terrible and experience light bruising and swelling - also did a little Botox and a lip filler to correct lip since they where not Symmetrical - the look is completely natural! The office staff and doctor are knowledgeable and and super friendly - but most importantly honest about what should be done! Thank you so much - customer for life over here! Highly recommend.

My last visit to this dermatologist went very well - I was seen on time by a competent team. Much improved over the previous visit.

I would contact a different dermatologist office. It has been over two years Ive been with this office and I should have left sooner. Appointments here take a month minimum on average even when I explain that it is a simple routine appointment that never takes longer than 15 minutes. When I arrive it takes more than 30 minutes after the appointment time before I get into the office and another 30 minutes before the doctor even shows up. A derm appointment should not take half a work day. Every other service, for instance SkinDC in Rosslyn, has consistently met with me within the week and the cost has been lower. Truly though this place offers services, Ive never experienced this lack of efficiency since changing dermatologists. (re: the reply below: yes I told them to delete my profile and stop calling me after being charged for a 1 hour visit just to get a prescription refilled, because I found a better dermatologist office.)

Every single visit went great, efficiently, and in a timely manner. The appointment times were on point, with no delays. The staff was very polite and obviously knowledgeable. My dermatologist, Dr. Amir Bajoghli, was highly professional, efficient, and overall one of the best doctors Ive ever encountered. I completely got rid of my acne! Im sure the rest of the staff is just as great.

I cant say enough great things about Dr. Amir and his team. What started as tattoo removal and help calming down a keloid 10+ years ago has continued on with amazing recommendations and services to keep that youthful glow. Im excited to start with their new skincare line tonight! Its amazing that the office balances the whole range from medical to cosmetic. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The Physicians Assistant knew exactly what the growth was on my leg and did a biopsy and explained the procedure very thoroughly.

Dr. Bagoghi and his staff welcomed me to their office when my physician contacted Dr. Bagoghi directly and asked if he could “fit me in” for an urgent consultation yesterday morning. I’ve been coming here for over a year to get several tattoos removed and i’ve had a excellent experience. Carmen, who has done my laser treatments is a professional, and she is very good at her job. The treatments are affordable, fast and not too painful. I would definitely recommend the Skin & Laser Dermatology Center in McLean to everyone who is looking to get a tattoo removed.

If I could give zero star, I would. I made appointment with Dr. Amir Bajoghli, but he was so rude and has no bedside manners at all. He sent his assistant in when he was supposed to get in to greet me, it was fine I guess, but when he got in, he didnt say hi or anything, he just grabbed my arm and looked at my skin without even trying to sit. He was in a rush and tried to get out of the room. It was so rude and I was mad that being treated this way. I asked questions, maybe one of the questions reminded him that he is a doctor, he finally sat down and briefly answered my question impatiently. When I was told a possibility treatment I could think about for next visit, I was told I should go to their Woodbridge office to see their nurse practitioner. This is so absurd and one of the reasons I went to them is because they are close to me. I complaint about Dr. Bajoghlis attitude towards patient to his nurses and assistants, they laughed and said yes, hes always busy. Ha, this is typical I think.

And the owner who did my treatment raised price during treatment, with 150 non-refundable, so you kinda have to do it otherwise lose that 150 consultant fee.It’s the OWNER that gave me treatment, rude, impatience, said I told you to do more, if you don’t next time will be another 595. Since he is the owner it’s hard for me to file complaint. He did 20 seconds injection, balalbalab told you…. then left the room without finishing his word.One star for the polite staffs.Find another place, if you get assigned with the owner guy.to the response below: I don’t think I’m the unique case.

I would give 6 stars if I could for this dermatologist.

Best dermo practice. My husband and I drive from Leesburg to see Dr. and his staff. We have had checkups freezing of spots of concern and surgery. The whole staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I had Pico laser done on my face and Carmen did an excellent job. The results were fantastic. Dark spots are at least 85% gone and my skin is so soft and fresh looking. We recommend this practice they are worth the drive to McLean for us.

Dr. Bajoghli is an amazing dermatologist. His bedside manner is unmatched, he listened to my concerns and put an action plan together to fix the problem. His office looks amazing! I really enjoy looking at all the photos in there. Thanks again Dr. Bajoghli!

Let me begin by noting that I rarely post reviews of anything (and by rarely I mean I post a review about once every 5 or 6 years on average). It takes something truly extraordinary to get me to want to share my opinions so broadly and with people that I do not know. Dr. Bajoghli is that extraordinary. He is an incredibly talented, friendly and caring person, who is an incredibly gifted surgeon and wonderful photographer.As Mohs surgery goes, my surgery went very well. It was in fact rather uneventful which is the highest of compliments. The real surprise came with the healing. On day 1, after removing the pressure bandage, I was a bit shocked at just how ugly things looked. I anticipated a nasty scar that would give me character. At least the cancer was gone. By day 3, the swelling and redness had subsided and I was now even more surprised by how good the incision looked. I looked like I might end up with another worry line at worst. I was amazed that Dr Bajoghli was able to envision this while he was stitching me up. Like a sculptor who can see the figure in the stone, it seems that Dr Bajoghli can see the end result as he sutures up his patient. The only downside to this is that when all is said and done, my friends will not believe that I actually had surgery.

I’ve been visiting Dr. Bajoghli for several years. Both he and his team have been great. I moved to Florida two years ago but make sure I schedule my check-up when I’m in town visiting my family.

We had many interesting conversations during office visits that I had over the past eight years.Let me also commend him for the quality of the staff he has on hand to support his patients. I always look forward to greeting of welcome by Yessica, the front-desk receptionist (who is cheerfully competent and is always helpful on issues of scheduling appointments and other matters related to the records side of things). Also, one of the several support professionals who always provides good support on medical matters is Carmen—one of my favorite persons on his staff. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and has a pragmatic sense of how to get things done to help the patient.My wife and I are moving later this month to the Richmond area. I regret that I will no longer be able to turn to this fine physician for his continuing care.

The doctors are great but when I was getting laser treatment on my face, they had their tech work on me and it left a permanent scar from a burn that happened with the laser. Two years later that scar still stands out and looks terrible. I think this place is fine for medical needs, but don’t go to them for anything that’s not medically necessary.

Probably the worst place, worst $150 ever spent for a consultation!! Waited 1 hour and 20 min to be called to “see” the doctor. He came in said hi, told me the price and left, not even in the room for 2 min, didn’t even check the problem area at all. I really wish I could get my $150 REFUNDED!! Also saw 3 clients leave the office because they got false information on phone. The secretary told them they did that and once people got there she told them that they didn’t do that!! Prices WAYYY too high compared to other cosmetic doctors! Won’t go there again!!

He even don’t explain well and he even listen to you.I went to there to treat black spots on my face. I have 2 dots little bit black spots on my chick and nose. I paid $150 for consultation, I waited about 1 hours. When he came and he offered melanage peel and disappeared with in a minute. I thought, he will discuss more about condition but he never come back. Is this not consultation? $150 for just 1 minute?Anyway I believe him because he promised me to rid off the spots and I really wanted to treat it.I paid $800 and set up next schedule. He promised me it will work on my skin type but after doing peel the dark spots are getting worser ever before than I have and more spread. It’s all over on my face now.According to him, following up visit will be free, I called him to visit and he didn’t say anything, he even didn’t give me money back however he charged doctor visit again $145.Therefore this is just SCAM. Don’t go there.

Ive been seeing Dr. Bajoghli for a number of years now. I cant say enough about how he takes the time to explain things and discuss options. Throw in the friendly and helpful support staff and I keep going back.

I really appreciate the polite and professional service that Dr. Bajoghlis practice provides in my dermatologic health. All of his staff make you feel welcome and are concerned for your care. I get e-mail alerts for upcoming appointments, and if I havent visited the office in a while then I get texts, e-mails, and phone calls emphasizing the importance of maintaining good health practices. Speaking as someone who neglected his skin care when I was young, I appreciate having a physician who is personally concerned for his patients.

I was in very educated company having my procedure performed by Ms. Cossio RMA. She has an excellent efficient approach focusing on all the variables presented. Very thorough & timely she is a master cosmetic laser technician. I follow Dr. Davin Lim on YouTube and he once said that the laser is a tool but the person using the tool must understand what a laser can and cannot do and that is where a technician excels and stands out from the mediocrity that one finds in this area.

My experience with Skin & Laser Surgery Center was not good at all, and to be honest was awful. I made my appointment few weeks in advance, and made it to my appointment as a NEW PATIENT.I was there 20 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out forms. When I arrived, I went to the window and introduced myself. A Receptionist that was behind the front desk gave me the paper work, which I filled out and gave it back to her. She then, called me to the window with a very unpleasant attitude and said that I have a deductible, which I acknowledged, and it says that clearly on my card, but it also clearly says that I have a copay of $30 for any specialist. I told the lady that I only would need to pay my co-payment plus the deductible so my balance is ZERO when I leave the office, but she said that I will receive another bill excluding what I had to pay today because there might be other charges. non of these made sense to me. I am a healthcare professional myself, and am well aware of the laws and regulations.I called my insurance company and confirmed with them, that I ONLY had to pay my co-pay since this appointment was ONLY for evaluation. My insurance company also mentioned that they were over charging me for the deductible.I must mention that I asked for the manager, but she was not available, which was expected of them.The staff (front Desk) are very unprofessional, have no knowledge of insurance laws, fees, and EOBs. they over charge people in advance, and from what I saw today, DO NOT CARE about patients.I just hope that you DO NOT consider this office for your future treatments. If you do, what every penny you spend.P.S.The owner (Amir B) saw my review on yelp and here, and allowed himself to text my wife at 11pm (former patient) to discuss my experience.1- you can never try to reach patients late.2- you can never try to communicate with someone else other than my self without my prior authorization (this is a HUGE violation of HIPAA.3- I shouldve been called directly from the office regarding my experience, not my wife.This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. If not the smartest doctor Ive ever known, he is one of the top two - from medicine to history(!). Recommended by a former patient, Joey, Dr. Bajoghli has measured up to every expectation and hope. He is precise and concerned - his endeavors are about a vocation and not merely a job. I alway have his name available in the event someone needs a recommendation.

Dr. Bajoghli is a dermatologist that is more interested in cosmetic enhancements than skin problems like skin cancer. I made an appointment to see Dr. Bajoghli, which took over a month to get, for skin cancer. My appointment was at 2 p.m. after one hour in the exam room the PA came in to look me over. He finally came in (after another 20 minutes) to freeze the areas of skin cancer she pointed out but never checked the cysts under my arm! He was in the exam room for a little over five minutes and started pushing Botox and fillers. I think Dr, Bajoghli has forgotten he is a DERMATOLOGIST! I will NEVER go back to him!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I have to make an appointment with a REAL DERMATOLOGIST to the the cancerous areas retreated!

Dr. Bajoghli and his general staff are very nice and knowledgeable. I am so happy with the results of the surgery. The procedure was painless and the recovery faster than I expected. I would recommend this doctor and clinic to anyone.

I would not go here. Dr. Boghli said for the laser it would be a one and done treatment and he then did the laser twice and it produced no results he uses the lowest settings so it doesnt work and the assistant went over a mole with the laser and the mole is irritated still months later. What a waste of money and I tried to get a refund but after months of trying to get a refund Teresa never returns my calls. I will be contacting a lawyer because of this.

The front desk and nurses/aids were polite and professional, and the office was comfortable and clean. The doctor was friendly, but not thorough in my opinion. During the mole check when the doctor got to my scalp he wanted to know if my hairdresser had ever seen anything (assuming moles, discoloration, etc.) on my scalp. I didnt think so, so he proceeded without checking one inch of my scalp. Its not my hairdressers job, nor is she trained. After the check I had to ask him to check above my chest, left that out too. My father in law, a pediatrician and hospital director, warned me about some of the chemicals in the Obagi system because Ive used them on and off for 12 years. The doctor said the Obagi system is safe. Will not be back.Update 12/13/2017Billing is disorganized. We have insurance and paid our copay leaving the office with a zero balance. A month later we received a notice stating we were 30 days late. When I called I was told we didnt owe. We received another notice now 120 days late. This shouldnt happen.

Referred to Skin & Laser practice by my Dermatologist, Dr. Nandekar, for a mohs removal of a nasal cell carcinoma removal. The spot, which I never noticed, was discovered by her in a full body exam.Dr. Bajoghli’s staff was professional and calming during a procedure that frightened me. The preparation was thorough and explained throughout.In September, the original scar was ugly and frightening. By January the scar was barely noticeable.In my follow-up visit, the nurse said healing usually takes 18 months.I was, and am, very pleased with the level of professionalism shown and the care given to me during this experience.

UPDATED 5/17/2022 I continue to visit this practice for Vbeam laser treatments for rosacea. The appearance of my skin is improving . It takes time money and patience to get the max from laser. And I need to face the fact I need to cut white wine off of my adult beverage list. Some rosaceans can drink it, I really can’t without my face paying for it for a few days after. 😢I plan to receive further laser treatments here whenever my budget allows it. This practice sometimes runs special pricing which is usually just the nudge I need to make an appointment….

Getting rid of melasma and adding some rejuvenation was what I was looking for as I stepped into my fourties. Being a physician myself I researched quite a bit before choosing him. By far the best place !!
