Baltimore Avenue Tattoo

I’ve gotten two tattoos now from Jay and he’s been awesome! His work is and professionalism are top notch, my last tattoo he drew up and did for me. I was intimated at first going and getting a tattoo, but Jay is super laid back and thorough so he put my worries to rest immediately. I’d recommend Jay and Baltimore Ave tattoo to anyone looking to get a tattoo, I also met Ron while I was there too he was a super chill as well.

Eva is AMAZING! Her work is beautiful, her energy is wonderful, calming, and she’s so easy to talk to. I’m really happy with my experience getting tattooed by her, and just being at the shop in general. Can’t wait to come back! (I never write reviews but couldn’t pass up the opportunity to rave about Eva)

I’ve had work done by Eva on multiple occasions at this shop. No complaints, always a good time. Great tatts, conversation and soundtrack.

I got my first tattoo here and the experience from start to finish was very positive. Granted the piece I got was rather larger so it required multiple sessions, but between all of the scheduling and overall experience it was awesome. Michael Langdale was my artist and he was super friendly, also very talented and knowledgeable on his craft. He made sure I was comfortable and was happy to explain the whole process or any questions I had before and during any session. I felt I was getting quality service and work, and ultimately did. The piece looks amazing and was definitely worth it. Healing was also a breeze. The location is also convenient and really nice. Its easily accessible by septa, there is also parking available too! Its a smaller shop, but welcoming. Everything is really clean and sterile, which I feel besides the overall atmosphere and quality of work, thats REALLY important too. You can see new items being taken out from the packages before your tattoo/work is started. Everything is organized and well kept. Whether you have many tattoos, few, or none, I recommend checking this place out!

As far as piercings go I absolutely adore Brian! He has done my septum and my helix (cartilage) both of which I am completely happy with. My friend has done her rook with him and was also very content. He is more then willing to answer any questions you may have and really has a steady and easy hand. He also explains everything very well so you know how long it will take to heal, instructions to clean it, when to change the jewelry etc.....He is always very amicable and makes the experience great!I recommend him to any of my friends because I know he will do an amazing job each time.

I have gotten quite a few tattoos from Gill and she is awesome!! Im so happy with each one. She even helped by covering up a very stupid tattoo from a previous relationship and you cant even tell the old one was there! She was also very nice and made me feel completely at ease.

Got some piercings re threaded by Joe who was super nice and clearly an expert in his field! Everything was very sanitary and everyone in the shop was super friendly

I had a great experience here. The shop was clean and safe. Eva was my tattoo artist. She was very informative and listened to what I wanted. Her artwork is fantastic. I will be coming back!

I got my helix pierced here by Brian Sane. It was a great experience! Brian was very professional and easy to talk to. He talked me through the entire piercing and gave me clear healing instructions afterward. The piercing itself went very smoothly and I barely felt a thing! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a piercing. Thanks Brian!!

Went to Baltimore Ave. Tattoo to get my tragus pierced. The shop had just started doing piercings, but the piercer was “experienced.” The set-up time took at least 15 minutes, there was so much back and forth struggle with the piercer and tattoo artist to even get everything together. The piercer (I believe her name was Roe) had a hard time clamping my ear because of the clamps, after putting the needle through she couldn’t get the ring into my ear because of the type of pliers used. The tattoo artist, Jenna, had ordered all of the piercing equipment and was not educated on what worked best. After at least 30 minutes of Roe struggling, Jenna answering a FaceTime call while all of this was happening, they had both stood over me and verbalized to themselves and each other that this was “a mess.” My piercing “looked good,” but they couldn’t execute the job. After multiple attempts to get the earring in and the two of them talking back and forth, I had enough. I told them I would feel more comfortable if they had just taken the piercing out altogether. I was unfortunately the guinea pig that took the brunt of their chaotic first attempt at a piercing with instruments that were just about useless. Because of the complete lack of professionalism and unpreparedness, I would never go back to them for anything. If the situation had been handled differently, if she had told me from the start that the instruments weren’t the correct ones and weren’t going to work properly, that would have saved me a lot of time, pain and a definite headache. Complete and utter disgrace. I truly am baffled that this was the experience I had. Never again.

Eva is the best! Gave me a tattoo better than I couldve even imagined of my dogs. Definitely will be going back to her!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Jay DiRita. He is professional and truly has mastered this art. I can’t wait to finish healing and and get a third piece done from him!!!

Got my first tattoo from Jenna Cade. She was incredible and professional and the facility was well decorated and clean.Im going back to get my second tat from Jenna and will keep going back. 5 stars all the way.

I have been to this shop for 6 out of 8 tatttos and my sternum dermals when they had a peircer. Mike is an amazing artist and I have had him do multiple peices. I carry business cards because I get stopped so often and my friends who havent been to him, due to distance, recomend him to people.

I just got a tattoo from jill today and never have i been so 😞. When i got home and saw almost every line was crooked it looked like a three yr. Old drew on me, Jill is a very sweet girl but this is just not the profession for her

They were suppose to be open at noon according to their website. I drove all the way there to find out they were closed with no note saying so. I wasnt happy about that. Usually not a bad experience but it would be nice to have some accurate information especially in these already annoying times we are living in.

Excellent service, David, my Tattoo Artist was excellent, he talked paid attention to what I wanted and was very understanding when I needed breaks from sitting, my tat was , is beautiful, one sitting , Beautiful Red Rose, beginning of my sleeve, YHANK YOU DAVID, THANK YOU BALTIMORE TATTOOS 🤗👍👍👍👍👍
