My wife was the manager and just was recently fired over the older Asian lady young who would always claim to be the owner when she was not even a manager. Made up a ton of lies just because she dlesnt like anybody to have mlre power then her after working there 20 years beware if you work there she will be your best friend while plotting to get you fired with a smile on her face like shes done with the past 4 mangers in the matter of 2 years.

I have always enjoyed looking at the beautiful selection of jewelry Piercing Pagoda has for sale. My favorite part about going to the Pagoda is they offer free piercings as long as you buy the jewelry. The employees that work there are helpful and friendly. But many years ago, I remember going there as a young girl. Almost all the girls that worked there at the time were not nice at all. They didnt offer any help to customers, that acted very stuck up or like they are better than everyone else. But now the staff and store are both great

My first time I went there to get my cartilage piercing they did it the right way and made it straight but my second time for my other ear they pierced it at an angle and and like its really sore from them putting it in at an angle. But theirs no way to clean it cuz of the angle its at and if I were to ever take it out it out for something it would be difficult just to put it back in. The lady who did my ear did a horrible job and she was acting like as if she was in a rush but when I came their she was just sitting around doing nothing. She didnt even bother to make sure if she was piercing it strait she just put it at a angle and pierced it. The first time I did it the other lade did it perfectly she put the dots where she was going to pierce my ear and made sure it was going in straight not at an angle. And the lady who did a terrible job ignored whatever I said like I wasnt talking to her I even asked her were I would like my two piercings to be but she ignored me. But if I were to get them redone id recommend telling them that you want it in strait not at an angle and if they are rushing or ignoring me id jist leave and ask for my money back and go somewhere with more professional people
