I normally don’t have the time for posting reviews but when a service is outstanding I make an exception and find the time. So I have done 8 full sessions of tattoo removal (3 tattoos) and they have been completely erased and also as of today completed my 3rd hair laser removal session. This place is simply the best when it comes to tattoo removal and hair laser removal, greatly recommend and shout out to Jackie she is just the best! Much love 🙏❤️.

Jackie is the real deal - she knows her lasers, shes friendly and knowledgeable and HONEST, which is so valuable. I feel so taken care of whenever I go in for sessions, and from the start she was upfront about how many sessions it could possibly take, and gives tips for getting the most out of each one. This place and its staff make you feel like comfortable and feel at ease. As I walked in and spoke to Jackie she made me feel that this was the easiest decision on getting a tattoo removed and she even helped with me even though I didnt make an appointment so just make an appointment before deciding to go. I have been coming here for a few years now! I have a huge color tattoo that Jackie has been removing for me. She is personable, amazing, and patient and explains everything you need to know. My process is very lengthy and can become overwhelming, but I forget all about that when I come in for the sessions. Jackie is my therapist too! Haha. I have seen a big difference, but I just have so much color that it is taking time. Sadly, I am moving to another state now and had my last session today. I am going to miss Jackie! Great customer service and my microblading removal went very well. No pain and Jackie and her other staff member made me feel very comfortable. Waited way too long to make this since my appointment was in January I believe lol? People who are scared of Microblading Laser Removal— look no further! I was terrified after reading horror stories on the internet of inks turning yellow or gray and never going away after people went for removal, hair falling out, etc. I was nervous but knew that my 5 year old turned red microblading was not going to leave me anytime soon unless I tried laser. I’m so so grateful to have found this place. Jackie was wronged herself by a laser place which inspired her to open her own business and be a true help to people seeking it. She answered every annoying question, and took her time to find the perfect combo of intensities with the laser to get the best result. It’s been almost 6 months and after ONE session and it’s basically gone. No more having to grow out my eyebrows to absurdity to cover the ink, or feeling like I have to laminate them. It’s so weird how you appreciate small things like this after years of not being able to see your OG face. The first picture honestly doesn’t even show how red these things were. The place was very aesthetic and clean, which was a surprise (because I thought it was going to look like a tattoo place) NO wait time. It was literally 1-2-3! Staff are very friendly, conversational, and guided me through the process. Let me know that we can always take a break, but the pain is very minimal so not needed. They were candid about how many sessions it may take to remove which I appreciate. Plus gave me all the aftercare info needed.

Had my first ever tattoo removal consultation here with Jackie. Within 2 minutes of speaking with her, I knew I wanted to proceed and start my first session. Shes very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand the process along with the after-care instructions. I also appreciate that shell keep it 100% real with you, no gimmicks or false hope. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients results. I was nervous about the pain, but she made me feel really comfortable and reassured me that it wouldnt be nearly as bad as Im imagining- and she was right. The process truly was pain free, only felt some very light throbbing afterwards (emphasis on some and very light). Listen to all of the good reviews, theyre there for a reason. Also, she gets booked up pretty quickly which is a telltale sign that shes great at what she does. Her office is also super clean and the reception desk is very friendly and helpful. My experience with bye bye ink has been a very good one . I had my first session in April of 2017. I had no idea what I was walking into dealing with tattoo removals. Jackie ( the owner and lead tatto removal tech) was very polite and welcoming. She did a great job with making me feel very comfortable in her facility. I was very surprised to see how knowledgeable she was about skin tattoo removals. She explained everything thoroughly and if I ever had any questions before or after the sessions she was always available to answers any questions. As for her work I would say I am extremely pleased with my results . I barley look at my neck tattoo that I’m working on removing . Today I looked in the mirror and I was shocked to see that the full tattoo on my neck is almost completely gone. I never had any physical issues after any session. First of all, Jackie and Bye Bye Ink came recommended to me from *the best* laser medicine connections that I know. Fully expecting for the owner of the institute (in Manhattan) to refer me to someone close to his company, he referred me to Jackie - saying she is the absolute best of the best for laser medicine. I’m a professional actor so I needed to see THE BEST when it came to my tattoo removal needs. (@nicgable if you’d like to see the journey) ..I understandably RAN to a consultation with Jackie regarding a color tattoo on my shoulder. She was so honest with me and explained with my Arabic skin tone and the fact that the tattoo was a colored cover-up, it would be nearly impossible (if possible at all) to remove. I was so glad to have someone be UP FRONT and HONEST with me instead of throwing money down the drain for the next year or so.I decided to move forward with removing my black lettering tattoos - 3 in total. I’m only 2 weeks post my first treatment and small parts (such as quotation marks) of the tattoos have nearly DISAPPEARED .... in ONE TREATMENT.... y’all - what? Excuse me? Who told this woman to be so good at her job??? I’ve never heard of some voodoo blood sacrifice like this. Can’t wait for my next session and for these suckers to be gone by hopefully next summer!Cannot recommend Jackie & BBI enough.

Been watching the business via instagram and I finally made an appointment for a consultation! The Owner is amazing and very professional. She answered every concern and question I had pertaining to removing my tattoo and a question I had about a facial. She was totally honest and wanted the best for me. When it was time to start my first session to remove my tattoo it was quick and painless and it was done in a sensitive area. The business itself is neat and clean. I cant wait for my next session!

Ive been getting treatments from Jackie for almost a year now and I am more than thrilled. She is like a caring mother when it comes to treating you. She will not over treat you (more often than recommended) or treat you at all if your skin conditions at the time does not meet recommended conditions (e.g., if your skin is too tan or has recently been in the sun). Her priority isnt making money but making sure you get the utmost quality care (AND RESULTS!). She is very friendly and outgoing - definitely knows how to keep her clients comfortable. Shes very personable and honest. You can tell how much she loves what she does and can feel her passion when you talk to her about her work. Shes a laser-nerd! Give her a chance and you wont regret it. Oh and not to mention her frequent specials and already low prices - what more can you ask for?

I am on my third session of the tattoo removal and the results is looking amazing. Jackie keeps you distracted while you going through the process and Jenny greets you at the door. Everything there is clean. Only thing I always complain about is the Wi-Fi , signal is lacking but at least I can use WhatsApp

Crystal was accommodating and informative. She let you know when she was starting the procedure and adjusted according to my pain level. She explained the process and I was able to start within that day. One thing that stuck out was that she didnt force or pressure me into buying more sessions and products. It never felt like I was being sold to, just given facts about what would work best for me and was understanding about not getting extra.

So I’ve been wanting my horrendous teenaged mistake removed from my neck and life for years. My tat is/was 10 years old and never faded and after just 2 sessions I see a big difference. Jackie knew as soon as she saw me what one I needed gone and was so patient with me and my 1000 questions and after my consultation visit she was able to start my first session right then and there. It’s a painful and time consuming process but Jackie makes it so fast and easy. I look forward to seeing her for the next year 😁

Jackie is excellent. She makes you feel comfortable and takes pride in her work. She genuinely cares about your results and will explain everything from the procedure to the healthing process. Plus she morally will not do anything if its too excessive to your skin. I tried to get a tat lasered before it fully finished healing and she was not having it. Lol. I have grown from a client to a friend and now have 5 co-workers who also come to her because they liked my results.

She is in process of removing my tattooed eyebrows the first person who did them messed them up then the second person who claimed he fixed them made them worse. After the eyebrows are removed Im also, getting another tattoo removed on my arm that faded and I want removed. I recommend this procedure if you dont want your tattoos anymore. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ I had to give extra stars. Also, if anyone tells you not to go here please do not listen this woman is amazing I recommend this place to the fullest.

I had laser spider vein removal on parts of my legs that have been embarrassing for many years. I have to say it really didn’t hurt at all and the results are amazing. The pic of “after” was taken 1 day after. Very friendly & professional atmosphere, I highly recommend. I am also having a very dark tattoo removed and will post progress pics of that in the future

I went for a tattoo removal, my tattoo is 17 years old and very small. I paid 250$ 1 times in hopes of seeing a change, I saw no change at all. It’s a loss I was okay with taking . Then months later they make an appt without my consent where I did not confirm and they charge my card 250& for services I never received and an appointment I did not make or approve of. When I called To ask if I can respectfully get reimbursed as I never authorized there fraudulent charges. They didn’t even try to accommodate me in any way but I do have a “250.00 credit”. I feel it is wrong and a form of fraud and theft to Charge me with no authorization. I recommend anyone seeking services to pay with cash and never leave a card on file so that they don’t get charged unlawfully. They were nice as they see you as a potential customer then slap you in the face when u ask for money back for services never received or scheduled for by you !

I cannot thank Jackie enough for the amazing help removing my microblading. I had microblading done 5 years ago (yes, it never faded away completely!!). My microblading was not terrible , but I had really harsh lines in some places , lines that did not allow me to fill my brow as I wished, and one brow was significantly straighter... I always had to get the darkest pencil shade to match the harsh microblading lines.It took my 2 years to build up the courage to get the microblading removed. I was afraid that my hair will fall off, nasty healing process, and that I would look weird without my brows…I did a bunch of research, but everyone said all my hair would fall off so I was terrified.The removal did NOT make my hair fall out, NO ugly healing ( I looked the same, but with less ink) , and I look just fine without the ink and my natural brows.Bye Bye Ink is amazing , and I highly recommend you get any microblading removed here. It has been 2 months since I got the process done , and I LOVE MY BROWS NOW!! I get to use my correct pencil color and fill them as I like.Thank you so much!!!!!

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I wish I could give it 0 stars. I came here for a tattoo removal and was met by a person named Jacky Gibbs. She immediately gave me a bad vibe and was so rude to me, You would think she would be nice to her customer but no. After hrs later. My tattoo still looked the same. I left with such a sour taste in my mouth... To top it off I got an infection and was treated with IV antibiotics. Thank you Ms. Gibbs.

Terrible attention, I am removing 2 tattoos and I canceled an appointment 24 hours before, because I had to work, to which they responded that they were going to deduct half of my card, that is, $250, that in order not to do so I had to send them proof that I should work, she also ends up saying that she is not going to talk to me anymore because she is not paid to talk at that time. Terrible rudeness!! This forced me to cancel my card.
