Took my granddaughter here to get her ears pierced.She was really nervous, but the young lady who was doing the piercing was very calm, cool, and calmed her down quickly with her soothing reassurances.She made the comment that I was lucky to get to hang out with my granddaughter and said she wished she could hang out with someone so cool.Well, this made my granddaughters day, and she smiled as the piercing took place. Afterwards, she was saying how easy it was, and was that all there was to it?Five stars for the young woman who made this into a memorable experience.

Their manager, Alyssa, is absolutely fantastic! Helped my daughter through her piercing a few months ago, super friendly and informative!

Could use some restocking. Every time we go in, they never had my daughters initials for anything she is interested in. I wish they just had normal sales, not one where we have to purchase 6 items to get the deal. Anyway, my daughter does love going in and looking around.

There only seems to be one employee and she must really hate her job. Its always closed and once as we walked in, she announced we had to leave as she wanted her break. So I guess she doesnt care to make money for Claires. I wont be back .

I went in today to buy some nose rings the person out front was like “I’ll open the case in just a few minutes” and at that point I was fine with it. But a few minutes turned into 10-15 minutes. I was standing at the case waiting for her to open it as she was just putting earrings and stuff back just watching me stand there. There were two people who were ready to check out and she checked them out right away. Like what did I do to deserve her not helping me. All I wanted were the nose rings and I shouldn’t have had to wait 10-15 minutes to do so. Not impressed with this worker. But what I’m assuming was the manager was amazing, she walked in and helped me ASAP.

We had an appointment set for noon as we walked up at 1157 the young ladies locked the door, said well be back and walked away not impressed will not go back

Great customer services, vinny the manager was great helping me finding what i wanted. Military discount is a plus.
