Fun stuff for the kids! Smaller store but overall good selection

Always something cute to buy for my daughter. Got her ears pierced and she gets a free pair of earrings every month for a year!

Holy. Cow. I can count on one hand the number of times I have ever been in a Claires. The selection is crazy. The stsff were all dressed in holiday stuff and at 7 pm they were all friendly and polite. I cant even begin to list all of the things they carry. Its not just jewelry. Pokemon cards. Purses. Backpacks. If only my 8 year old daughter was easier to shop for.... thank you team!

Came in July 22nd around 6pm. The store is always so cluttered I can’t even turn my stroller around. I wasn’t greeted. Wasnt told about the sale going on. Wasn’t offered a basket. I stand at the counter to pay for my things and no one greets me or even looks at me. Instead they are blaring their music off their phone so loud I can barely hear when they do speak to me. The African American worker was singing and being extremely loud while I was up there trying to pay for my items. I find it very unprofessional and annoying to have phone music blasting in my ears while I’m trying to have a conversation with someone.

Bought a belly ring a few days ago, unfortunately the screw was stripped so it wouldn’t screw closed. i tried to exchange it and the store manager argued that she could not help me at all even though I had just bought it a few days before. then as i was leaving she loudly started complaining to her coworkers about me. the store is 5x5 so she knew i was still in the store. grow up.

For moms with strollers and people using wheelchairs, it is not big enough. I think I hot something every time moved. Thats why I gave a 3... The store needs fewer displays in the middle to leave more space for wheeled contraptions.

I went to Claires, Friday, and another guy took over the register and shorted me some items that were on my receipt. But when I came back the next day the manager was quick to replace everything and was very courteous.

Took my daughter to Claire’s last night to pick out a gift for a friend. Two young girls working there kept talking at the register leaving me waiting to be rang up. One finally acknowledged me while the other kept eating her food. Asked for a gift receipt right when she started ringing me up. She stood there and stared at me so I repeated, thinking she couldn’t hear me. Then another blank stare. I was thinking am I speaking a different language! Then after another long blank stare she turned to the other one eating and asked if she had any idea how to do one of those. The other girl had no clue either. After 5 minutes of them just standing, staring at the register like the buttons were written in Arabic I said forget it. How can retail employees have no training on how to issue a gift receipt?!!! Ridiculous!

Scheduled a ear piercing through the website for a specific time. Got there 10 minutes early and they were on break for another 1 1/2 hours. Poor management.

Lady was very helpful and saved me a lot of time finding what I needed.

Ear piercing service went well for my daughter. Associate took her time, explained the process and ensured that the placement was correct before piercing.

Staff was so incredibly rude. Stood at the cash register for a good five minutes waiting to be helped while the two employees were talking to each other. When we were finally helped they were both so rude and unhelpful that I ended up going back to the store and returning what I had bought just so as not to give them my business. Never returning there.

Very expensive wish I would have asked the first time to go to a tattoo place next time 100$ and the earrings broke in my granduaghters ear while she was doing it

Did a great job at piercing my 7 and 4 yearlds ears. She was very kid friendly and made them feel very safe and comfortable even while wearing a mask.

Claires was really cool and they have good service and they have cool stuff and I bought a big flurry animal sketchbook.

I take my daughter here often, usually pretty cheap and its usually buy three get three free. I wish it wasnt in the mall.

For their price of one ear piercing and I was able to get two kids done for the same price in the middle of the mall thank God
