I really wanted to like this place but my experience with this place peircers have been terrible. You would think people putting literal HOLES in your body would be competent enough to not peirce you crookedly but I guess not. My first terrible experience I got my septum repeirced and the lady peirced my septum crookedly. She then ask if I wanted her to repeirce it as if I would want crooked jewelry in my body. She then repeirced it and it was STILL CROOKED I walk out upset and wanting a refund but the owner repierced my septum correctly for free. I then got my ears double peirced for prom and the person that did them didnt even line them up correctly. I put new jewelry in my already healed ear holes and noticed the studs dont line up at all. I tried not thinking about it but Im beyond upset. One of my ears jewelery is literally overlapping the stud while the other isnt. I dont even want a repeircing I just want my money back. I dont trust these people to put anymore holes in my body. Theyve lost my trust and I believe these peircers should go through more training because this shouldnt have happen to me more than once or at all for that matter. Wouldnt recommend this place.

My artist is Leah, she does amazing work, she is always clean and hygienic, and provides great results! Everyone else is friendly and knowledgeable.

I’m writing this review with a heavy heart and deep disappointment. My son recently got his first tattoo to honor his late father, who tragically took his own life. This tattoo was supposed to be a meaningful tribute, but instead, it’s turned into a nightmare.The tattoo is peeling excessively, and the ink is barely present. What should have been a strong, vibrant piece is now a half-finished mess on his arm. The quality of work is shockingly poor, and it’s clear that little care or skill went into the process.This was my son’s first tattoo, and the experience has left him with a bitter taste in his mouth. Instead of a beautiful piece to remember his father by, he’s left with something that looks awful and incomplete. He trusted the artist with something deeply personal, and that trust was completely betrayed.I’m heartbroken that this meaningful tattoo was ruined, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you’re looking for a place that values their work and respects the importance of what they’re doing, I’d strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

Ive cherished this place since I was 16 entrusting it with all my tattoos. Its not just a tattoo parlor its a part of my history. Growing up I accompanied my dad here as he got most of his ink and seeing it thriving today brings me immense joy. The staff has always been incredibly kind and the quality of their work is unmatched. I recently brought my older sister in for her first tattoo and she was blown away by the experience. I am always recommend this shop to friends and family because of the exceptional skill of the artists and piercers. When my younger sister turns 16 Ill proudly bring her here too. Thank you for consistently delivering such incredible service.

Body Art Gallery Mishawaka is always clean when I come in no matter the time of day. There work looks great when there done and they work pretty fast compared to other places Ive been to its definitely is my go to place for tattoos.

I just went here to get my first tattoo tonight on a whim. I was a walk-in, but even though they do prefer appointments to be made in-advance, especially since I wanted a small, simple tattoo, the people there were very nice and understanding, and were willing to answer all the questions I had. I was also very nervous to get a tattoo for the first time, and everyone there was super patient with me, and even gave me a squishy blobfish toy to squeeze while I was getting my tattoo! Overall, everyone there was very sweet and professional, and my tattoo artist did a wonderful, very clean job with the design I requested, even on such short notice! The shop itself was also very clean and well-maintained, and they gave me detailed aftercare instructions and sold me the things I would need to help me take care of my new tattoo at a low price! If I ever get another tattoo, I will definitely come back here!

For anyone looking for a tattoo artist destiny at body art gallery is the best. Very patient and awesome person to talk to. Helped me with a very sentimental memorial tattoo for my mom that passed unexpectedly. HIGHLY suggest destiny to everyone.

I went yesterday to get a Surface Tragus on both sides by my ears and Id have to say it was a very pleasant experience. Great atmosphere and L.J was very nice and professional. Im an anxious person but I felt very at ease there. I will definitely be back for more piercings. Thanks again L.J!!!😁👍

Highly recommend for any tattoo/piercing needs, everyone is so kind and welcoming and charlie is an amazing artist who has done nearly all of my tattoos :) i have gotten piercings from both of the piercers as well and they were both very patient and gentle. overall a very clean and comfortable tattoo shop!

I had a very pleasant tattoo appointment/experience with Casey and Body Art Gallery. Everything starting with my initial email inquiry with Haley, in-person chat with Chelsea and consultation and eventual appointment with Casey went smoothly.I will definitely return to have more work done in the future.

They told me I could change it in 6 weeks. They didn’t tell me it takes at least a year to heal, not to change it into a hoop until 6 months, the stud I got was too tight, and then also you’re supposed to lube it up with something to basically help guide it through. So thank you guys for doing me dirty, I had to go to Michigan City and get a new one put it and start my healing process all over ALL because you guys said I could change it in 6 weeks.

Ive been going here for years now, and gotten several piercings and been back many times for tattoos. I wouldnt go anywhere else! The people are so great and skilled, and a very comfortable atmosphere. Ive been going back to the sane artist to add to a tattoo, and they really take the time to plan out the designs with me.

Destinee(Psycho) is the freaking best tattoo artist Ive known. Well, her and Sly:) The latter inked in my first two and the latter did my next six! Why I keep thinking my newest tats would be the last, I have no clue, but with the prices so cheap, the processes so quick, and the ladies so nice, I keep punishing myself for more. Thats how theres another Psycho, albeit a regular.

I got a vertical labret done a few hours ago. The staff were very nice and friendly. Along with being helpful on all the information about cleaning the piercing etc. I will definitely be coming back for more piercings!

This place I absolutely LOVE can’t remember the woman name that did my husbands piercing but she was great and was about to school me on some things lol they have a Japanese theme that’s very beautiful! Really small shop but very nice people

I went in for a helix piercing and at first I spoke with Cody who was super friendly. The woman at the counter was also super nice. I wish I remembered her name. The piercer Chelsea was amazing. Did a great job. The place is spacious, super clean and they are very professional. Highly recommend! 😊

Ive gotten various tattoos and piercings there for the last 10 years and they never disappoint. Fast and friendly stuff with a clean environment an exceptional professionalism.They were very busy this Saturday evening and were still able to get my best friend and I in for 2 piercings each and we were in and out of the building in about 30 minutes

Haley did a great job on my tooth gems. This is my second time going to her for gems. Shes also done 3 piercings on me previously and Im never disappointed! I will continue to go here and I always recommend people to go here! She is always more than happy to talk about the best ways to do things, and takes time on placements (gems and piercings) .

This is the only place I will get pierced! Everyone is so welcoming. I drive over a hour to come here every time! I had my nose done by Stacy and she was very quick and gentle, talked me through the whole process and calmed me down. Hailey has done my tongue, naval and nipples and I will be going to get my conch soon! She is so gentle and makes sure you are relaxed and talks you through the whole process! They whole place is very clean!

Don’t go here I just got a tattoo done and now I have Mrsa . From somebody else’s skin to skin with the needles ! DONT GO HERE ESPECIALLY FOR A TATTOO I’ll come here for piercings but not a tatt .!👎🏻

I recommend this place highly. Went a couple months back anf got a whole forearm piece done. Billy was my artist and he performed some great work. I initially went in wanting only black and white but came our with a beautiful colored piece that I will forever love.

Okay so my experience here was so good that I immediately hopped on here to tell my short story. This place is great. Low prices. Great quality people and tattoos. Even as the first customer of the day I felt like it was a smooth process. My tattoo was quoted at $180-$200 at other places and I ended up paying $100 here. So 5 stars for the people here. I forgot my artists name but he was honestly a great guy and very easy to talk to. Would recommend 10/10 times

Went in earlier today to get some new nose cuffs. Right off the bat, the women who attended me did not seem interested in helping me out. I asked to see some of the jewelry up close and she would pull the display back everytime I pointed to one I found interesting. It felt like she believed I was going to rob her or something when I couldn’t even reach the top of the counter without standing on my toes. Nonetheless, I bought 2 cuffs, went to the my car and tried them on. One of them was absolutely enormous on me and kept on slipping off my nose. I walked in and asked if it would possible to get a new one and I was told I would have to be charged for a new one. I understand policies are policies, but there was no way of knowing if the cuff would fit me while in the shop. What upset me the most was the way I was spoken to and treated, it felt as if they believed I was not good enough for their business. I’m genuinely disappointed with the customer service I was provided.

Been coming here for many many years.. Ive had a few tattoos , and several piercings done here. I keep coming back for this place is very clean and professional, friendly and great atmosphere not too mention I think great pricing.. I just recently brought in my 15 year old to get her ears pierced and her nose all at same time.. We were in and out quickly But they made sure to answer any and all questions.. They let me and her sister and her friend all be there to support her as well.. I will always come here to get any piercing or tattoo done. Came here 9/10/2021 for a nose re pierce. Say over 20 minutes then when it’s my turn a person that CLEARLY CAME IN AFTER ME was serviced before me because they was paying. Now they sitting here eating and clearly don’t care 🤣💀

I completely forgot to leave a review when I got my tongue pierced but I was actually looking up the store hours to plan out a piercing after work and I wanted to share my experience! Absolutely love the workers here, I unfortunately don’t remember the name of the person who serviced me that day but she was so comforting and completed everything with such a high level of professionalism and ease. Very clean and comfortable waiting room along with the room they took me to, loved the decor and would 100% recommend this place for your next tattoo or piercing. The only thing I have to say towards the lower rating comments, you have to understand that during these unfortunate times many places of business struggle with being short staffed and if your looking to walk in and be serviced right away, that won’t be the case just with every other place you will go to during a pandemic. They handle it very well in my opinion, their service is outstanding so a little wait doesn’t hurt me.

A friend and I came to get her triples and cartilage pierced and I got my belly button re-pierced and two crystals placed on my teeth. Haley helped us with all of our services and she was so great. Super friendly, and funny too. The woman at the front desk was also super sweet and every staff member we met was kind. The environment is also very clean. I will be coming back.

Only 5 stars because of Haley she amazing I came and got back dermals done and the First Lady that did them ( her hair was red) did them wrong they ended up rejecting so I had to wait for them to heal and come back and get them fixed by Hayley who did my belly button piercing when I was 18 . Had I known Hayley did dermals I wouldve waited for her to do them but so far so good my dermals are healed and healthy . Also subscribe to my YouTube channel @cuban feed tv for more !!

Destiny does amazing work! If you are looking for ink, shes your girl. She also does UV ink! She has done two of my pieces now and I always get compliments on them especially her line work.

My sister was visiting from Ohio (where due to the pandemic, all of the tattoo and piercing shops are closed) and she wanted to get her septum pierced. They were responsive on social media and let us know they were still taking walk-in appointments.I went with her and we were greeted by the most amazing staff! The place was incredibly clean and spacious. Everyone was friendly and talked each of us through the piercings. I will start by saying I only have 2 small tattoos. The 2 other shops I had been in before were ok but I DID NOT fit in. I went to Body Art Gallery and I walked into a clean environment where I was quickly made feel welcome by staff. My piercer owned the shop and went above and beyond to accommodate me. This was my second time getting my nose pierced and it was a COMPLETELY different experience. She was quick, super sweet and my peircing healed very quickly. She answered every question I had. They, also, had an excellent jewelry selection at affordable prices. I will definitely be back!

Not one cool person in the place. People here are a**holes. They act as if they hate life. Horrible I went in to have a conversation with a guy named Justin kinda throw around some ideas he flat out told me he wasn’t Interested in doing my tattoo just like that lol ….. like wait whattttt. And he was super rude about it. Not pass me off to another worker who might be or anything just shut me down …most definitely will not be putting my body art in the hands of a place that operates like this thanks for your attitude buddy No business from me and I have hella more work to be done.

I came to get my nose pierced. Very fast and no pain at all. I loved how she made me feel comfortable talked to me along the process. Didn’t hurt at all.Pain level 2/10 just a 2 second pinch.would totally recommend my friends or others to come to this place !

After my friend and husband had a terrible experience at Paparazzi (very overpriced, took 7 hours to do a teeny touch up and a palm-sized basic tribal), my friend and I saw Anastasias work online and made an appointment here. We got the friendliest welcome when we walked in - this is my 12th tattoo and never had such friendly people. Anastasia looked at some of the photos we had and listened to what we wanted. She designed it perfectly! Rooms are private which is awesome. She was efficient but also put a lot of thought and care into what she was doing. All in all, from the time we walked in to when we walked out, it was exactly 3 hours to talk about and design the tattoo and do both pieces. Prices were more than fair. Anastasia is very talented and knowledgeable and put us at ease. I will definitely be back and will bring my husband to Anastasia for his sleeve work!

I have been tattooed at a few shops now, however my experiences here are by far the best. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, hospitable, and is more than willing to work with you to ensure a great experience and beautiful body art. I have had tattoos drawn out and done by both Betzy Eaton and Ray Rogers who both showcased amazing artistic talents and application skills as well as patience and understanding with me as a customer. I have also been pierced multiple times by the shops head piercer, Blake Eaton, who, besides keeping an extremely sterile work environment, was very confident and precise. This shop is definitely my #1 place to go and i would definitely recommend it to friends, family, or anyone looking for beautiful body art.

My wife and I got septum piercings and I also got a pair of lobe piercings. The staff was friendly and professional. Haley went so far as to measure and reposition my lobe piercings to make sure they lined up perfectly...and got me a piece of candy and water when my sugar dropped suddenly after getting pierced (blame adrenaline and nerves).

I had three lobe piercings done here. Everyone was very nice and professional. My piercer was great and listened to what I wanted. I felt safe, and all materials were sterile.

Got my nose and septum pierced here, and the piercer was great! She explained everything clearly and was very efficient. No issues with the piercings either.

Everyone here is great! Took my daughter to get her ears pierced and she decided after one poke she was done. Haley let us take our time to get her calmed down and even helped! When she was ready for the other side to be done( which took some time) haley was ready and did it with no problem. Even made the cleaning solution the magic pain reliever. Will be going back!!!

Had my nose done, most professional piercings Ive ever had. Perfectly placed, slanted and increased. Love my flat student as well!!! A lil pricey but it is worth the money in my opinion.

I went there about 6 months ago to get my nose pierced, had it for about 3 months before I went back to get it changed. Unfortunately I ripped my piercing out and couldn’t get it back in so I had to go back and get it re pierced on the other side but every time I went I had a great service they really helped me by walking me through step by step what they were doing 10/10 recommended this place!!!

Their artwork is not that great. The girl that sets up appointments for me tried really hard to convince me to not get the tattoo I wanted in memory of my grandfather. She went through books and google pics on her phone to change my mind. I was very angry and she also said the size I wanted, it wouldnt look right. Are you not supposed to keep the possible client happy? Not convince them into getting something they dont want just because you, the employee think theyre better off getting something the employee likes. NO!😡that is not how you go about getting a new client. This company is not even worth your time plus they want you to put a big deposit down first.. I wonder how many other clients they did this to. So my advice to you is turn around and walk away.

I went in and added to the tat I already had gotten from someone else. Casey is my go to for tattoos hes polite, very helpful, loves what he does and very talented. Hes so light with the needle barely made me bleed and I could hardly tell he was done already. Maybe twenty mins tops. Im completely in love with it and reccomend going to Casey for your next tattoo 💕

Haley did an amazing job with both my girls piercings! One had her 2nd cartilage done and the other had her 3rd lobe piercing!She was thorough and made sure they loved the placement of their piercing prior to piercing!!

Coming into the shop I asked about getting my Tragus and Helix pierced. I had to ask about the jewelry selection which was super small, and I also had to ask about the type of metal they use which is surgical steel. I later found out when I emailed them, that they offer higher quality metals, which I would have obviously paid for had I been told they have them. I also had to pay before getting the piercings which is not cool.Overall, the experience with the helix went pretty well, I wanted titanium jewelry but went ahead with the surgical steel they told me they used because I though the piercer would know best.As for the Tragus, let me tell you, it was pierced terribly! I had another piercer look at it and the piercing went at an angle back into my ear way too far in the canal. When I had it taken out, the jewelry ended up having to go back into my ear before it could be taken out because of the angle it was pierced at. The bar was only 1/4” which wouldn’t be a problem had it not been at an angle which left the bar super small with no room for swelling. On top of this, my Tragus is pretty small so I was concerned if I could get it pierced at all, the lady looked at me like I was crazy which leads me to think they’ll pierce whatever even if it’s not in the clients best interest.Pretty annoyed by the whole experience and will never come back.

I just left there a few hours ago. They did a good job on my lip but my septum is pretty crooked. :/ I suspected as much since after she poked me, they stared, pulled, and even took pliers to the piercing. Then she only showed me my lip, not my nose. They make you pay ahead of time too so no compensation of any sort. I wont go back for a piercing.

Justin (“Lambo”) is a great artist. He stuck with me through some photo changes, because I originally wanted a painting, but the details were too petite. I loved that he combined two different horses, to create this cameo-style unicorn on my upper right arm. The girls up front are very nice and helpful. All over a great local place to get tattoos done, without going out of town about 30-45 minutes.

I went here to get my bridge pierced, the person who pierced it did not leave enough tissue for it to heal or anything, the other piercer who works there even said that it was incorrectly pierced. I was recommended to take it out and was not offered a refund or even a coupon, and no apology that it happened due to them.

Really nice people, very clean facility. The only reason Im giving it four stars is that my tattoo started fading soon after the healing process, but they do give you free touch ups if you go back within 60 days.

The most highly skilled professionals in the field of body art seem to have found themselves together in this studio.I was told by at least two other tattoo artists that the image I wanted just couldnt be done without significant changes from the original. Casey recognized the concerns of the other professionals but then, seemingly without effort, found work-arounds and gave me exactly the tribal image and colors I needed to honor the memory.Since then, Ive gone back for more work and I really cant imagine going anywhere else for tats, piercings or body art of any kind.Studio proprietress, Haley Korpal, participates with and leads a staff of pros that you wont find outside a major American city, and maybe not even there.Thinking about it? Just go. Now. You can thank me later.

Ive been tattooed by ray and betzy, both did a great job. They r both easy to talk to and they do amazing work. Its a very clean and friendly place. I would recommend them 100%.

Went there today to get my nose pierced I called before and asked if I needed my I’d or if my mom could use hers to say it’s ok for me to get my nose pierced since I left my ID at home they said that’s perfectly fine I come in and the lady that “greeted” me / “helped “ me seemed very rude towards me and I told her my situation and she straight up told me that they can’t do that and I must of not called their store which I know was their number but okay fine , so decided to leave but still very rude to me for no reason the others that worked there seemed very nice but I will not be returning because of her attitude.

Torie is a great tattoo artist and she has a steady hand when she is doing your tattoo. Her art is amazing and she take the time to listen to you if you tell her to ease up she will.
