Got our girls (3 & 4 year olds) ears pierced this afternoon. Great experience. Valued. Follow up in 3 weeks. The associate was very welcoming and made our girls very comfortable. Too comfortable, they didnt even feel a thing. Thank you for the great experience.

Wonderful team and amazing experience! the teams managers Nishan and Jay I believe were extremely knowledgeable in their craft and the team members under them treated us with kindness and respect, and made sure to focus on our needs and wants instead of simple numbers, taking the time to learn what we were looking for and suggesting items they thought might match well/that we would be interested in. Overall an extremely pleasant shopping experience and I will absolutely be returning.

Best experience Ive had with a piercer! My daughter was pierced by Jasmine. She was so kind and informative and energetic. Definitely will be coming back here when my other daughter is old enough to get her ears pierced!

I came close to closing time and they were still more than happy to pierce both my ears, no problem. They didn’t rush to finish at all. Friendly employees and they went to every measure to make sure I liked the placement. The only thing I’d warn is that if you’re getting your ears pierced for the first time, they only offer their variety of 14k gold earrings. So expect to pay $50-$70. Overall was a great experience getting my ears pierced for the first time.
