I took my 7 month old baby a week ago for ear piercings, Annisa and Haily were amazing and patient! They walked me through the Aftercare instructions and very thoroughly. The cost for earrings and piercing was very affordable $48 with tax!

Staff needs training on customer service. We were visiting in town for a basketball tournament and decided to go to the mall for a little bit. I walked in the store and the first thing the clerk says with a terrible attitude is we’re closing in 20 minutes and you can’t pay with cash because I already counted the drawer. I told her that it would’ve been nice to be greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. 20 minutes means you are still open and I am permitted to shop. Lovisa missed out on a great customer and a great sale. I just politely walk out.

I spontaneously went in today to give myself a little Christmas present and Ariana pierced my left ear cartilage and my right lobe double. She was informative and the actual piercing process didnt even hurt. Quick and easy. Definitely would recommend her!

So glad I found this store. Not only does this store have a huge selection of some beautiful jewelry but it also had one of the sweetest girls working there name Eloísa. She is amazing and Lovisa is lucky to have her. This place is a must with great prices and great customer service.

Friendly staff that got my ear pierced right away for free too. Earring selection there is very nice too. Definitely recommend coming here if you are getting your ears pierced for the first time like I have!
