I’ve gotten my ears pierced here when I was a teen now my mini me got her ears pierced here too!! We came for a 2nd hole in her ears, Ella was great!! I hope that was her name!!

Marily was great! I took my sister in here to get her piercings changed because she only trusted Claire’s employees 😭 and Marily was so so patient and caring with my younger sister!!

Adriana pierced my ears yesterday, and she did an excellent job. They are perfectly done, and not crooked! She made sure to go over the aftercare with me, and assisted me in selecting the best studs for my ears! I appreciated her candor, and excellent customer service. Whent in last minute because my daughter wanted to get her ears pierced, even though they dont do last minute piercings the lady was nice enough to get us in and get her ears pierced. My daughter loved it!

Went to purchase three things, the cashier said that there was a sale for buy three get three free. Went and picked out three things, walk up to the cash register and she charges me for all of them.

This place is horrible. Misfits employees who can barely take out the trash. Close this location, you know it’s not making money.

Lots of people, not a wide verity of selections.....mostly for teenagers. ....no staff available to assist you.

Got this super cute phone case on clearance for two dollars! It even quacks!

The place is late to open for almost an hour with no one in sight. And in another day it was entirely closed mid day. Very unreliable. Call ahead.
