This store was the same from when I was younger and in a good way! I can’t believe how affordable the items still are and the ladies who worked there were so nice! My 4 year old had her ear pierced and both were sooo nice and had a great experience thanks !

Bring my daughter her for jewelry all the time and the staff here is always rude. I dont ask for anything special literally just need to be rung up but always get attitude. Its been multiple occasions, usually the same person weeknights.

Today June 6, 2021 I took my 14 year old daughter to have her cartilage pierced. We were assisted by Joyce and she provided excellent service and a positive experience. She was extremely thorough, kind and patient. Although the store was busy and she was working alone she never seemed overwhelmed or rushed while she was assisting us. I appreciate her very much!

Went to Clairs in the Moorestown Mall to buy a gift. Saw their sign Buy 3 get 3 free. Took 6 items up to the counter and the register did not give the discount. Asked the cashier if she can override the prices. She said no and proceeded to charge me full price for everything. She said that is what the register said. Needless to say, I only purchased what I came in for and left disappointed. Poor customer service.

Love this store! Nice and clean and neat since I was a little kid

We took my niece to get her ears pierced. The clerk on duty was PHENOMENAL! She explained EVERYTHING step by step, eased my nieces mind and helped her pick out some beautiful starter earrings! The clerk was so kind!

DD loves this place. I wish they carried clean makeup. I always have to explain why we arem buying makeup there.

I had my cartilage pierced by Taylor today. I have had other cartilage piercings done at other places in the past. Taylor was so friendly, professional, thorough and used proper cleanliness/sanitation procedures. I barely felt it when she pierced my ear and it looks great! Very happy with my piercing!

The young ladies that work here were very helpful and delightful. I was able to find just what I was looking for and there was a sale going on. BOGO!!!

Worst customer service ever，if this spot does not want to take customer then don’t need to open. No patience and rude. I’m just trying to see if there’s availability for ear piercing but she sounds very rude, that’s what you do when you want to push customers away.

Great for young girls and tweens. They carry jewelry and accessories that are stylish and current.

Just horrible. The people in the store are RUDE! You do not want to go here especially for your kids first piercing.

Always have been my go to store for stud earring sets. Always been pricey with no real sales imo.more of a kids store.

Cute place but if not for the sale they were having incredibly expensive! Even with the sale I spent$30!
