The staff, Marlena and Anthony, both provided exceptional knowledge and expertise when deciding on the placement of my new piercing. I had a poorly placed piercing from a different piercing establishment that made adding a new hole rather difficult. Marlena and Anthony were able to come up with a solution that I loved. Marlena did 3 piercings for me and each had minimal pain (as minimal as it can be). She ensured I know how to take care of my piercings and was very accommodating in scheduling a follow up appointment. Could not recommend more!!!

Jamilette was awesome and friendly, she talked me through my ear piercing process which made me very relaxed. Very pleased with my service.

Tashiana pierced my daughters ears today, and she couldnt have been more wonderful. She was kind, informative and made the experience a memorable one for my daughter. All the equipment was fresh from the package new, and we couldnt recommend them anymore. Prior to waiting on us, we witnessed her waiting on an incredibly difficult customer for over an hour and a half (we actually had to leave and come back). The whole time Tashiana was professional and courteous. I really have no clue how she managed to do it. Wether it be another piercing or other jewelry needs, we will definitely return to Tashiana. Thank you for going over and above to make today a great experience!

Tashiana pierced my daughters ears, she was very kind and patient. Would highly recommend and will most definitely be coming back.

I made an earring purchase here and there should have been a 20% discount applied, which they were advertising and the sales associate specifically told me about so she was aware. It was not applied and I also was additionally charged $11 for a warranty, that I did not agree to purchase. I did not realize this until I was home a few hours later. I used the text customer service feature to explain the situation and I was told there was nothing they could do, I would have to go back to the store in person. I told them this was really inconvenient for me. I would have been happy with even store credit as a refund, however I was just told they could not help and they could not give me an email address to voice my concerns. Very unhappy with this experience.

I went and got third piercings on my lobes and a second piercing in my cartridge. Both of the staff working were very friendly, explained everything and were clean and quick. The whole process took about twenty minutes. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend if you need a quick ear piercing. They also have a huge earring selection.

Amber was amazing. She pierced my daughters ears (3 year-olds) . Amber was so nice to her. Highly recommend.

If you want to get your ears pierced, this is place to go!! The lady who pierced my sons ears was very kind and helpful, even during the busy holiday season!! Great selection of earrings, prices are a little high. My son was super happy and totally recommend this place. I actually got a 3rd piercing a few years ago and they did a great job back then too. It is located right outside the food court, very convenient.

The staff is very nice and my ear piercings came out great... That being said the pricing is not as it is portrayed. When you pick out your earrings from a display they are in PAIRS and have a price below, so naturally you think that price is for the PAIR... You would be INCORRECT... THE PRICE POSTED UNDER THE PAIR OF EARRINGS ON DISPLAY is actually for ONE. However you are told you have to purchase a PAIR. Well that is fine and dandy but I got 3 sets done (I had them before and needed them done again as they closed up). And if you purchase the extended service plan plan it is applied per earring not pe rpair. So even though I am happy with the service I am extremely unhappy with the pricing and feel as it I was taken for a ride.

I got 2 cartilage piercings here and my ears got infected and they started bleeding badly. I went to the ER to see what was wrong with my ear and it turns out that the earrings were made of nickel, causing the back of my ear to get cysts. Considering the price, I thought I would at least get a fully gold earring. At least the people here were nice 🤷‍♀️

Sierra was very helpful today at the store!! I needed help with a warranty on a belly ring and replacement. She was pleasant and answered all of my questions!!

Rip off, bought a gold bracelet and broke in 2 weeks and wife went back with receipt and they said sorry clearance item, which we were not aware it was a clearance item so we went to the rapid repair kiosk and had it fixed and they showed us that it was hollow garbage, and it broke again one week later in different spot, never ever will we spend a dollar at that store again! they are a rip off

Beware dont buy no chain from this place i brought my wife one and it was like 225 dollars and let me tell you.Its been a damn nightmare with this 14k rope chain 22inch it broke like 10 times its not worth it at all.the charms n the belly rings are ok and earrings are cool.But the chains there garbage leave them alone.find a better place for chains honestly

They were very patient in piercing my 2 yr old. Both ears were done at the same time so she didnt even get a chance to think about it; zero tears.

Had an appointment, went in, started looking at the earrings display on the counter, the girl removed it to the other side like I wasnt even standing there, needless to say, I left without getting anything.

There quality of jewelry depends on what u buy dont buys neaklaces there cheap the earrings arent that bad but I suggest sales instead of them
