I took my daughters here to get their ears pierced while visiting NC this summer. (Ages 8 and 11). I believe it was the owner who did the piercings. She was so kind and made them feel right at home. The shop is very clean and so much fun to be in as it is filled with all kind of cool items! She did a great job and was very patient when my 8 year old cried a bit. She took her time explaining which earrings were best and how to care for their ears after. She was also very helpful with recommendations on which products to use for the aftercare. I cant wait to visit next year and go see her for a tattoo for myself!

I came in for a septum piercing and jewelry change on my right nostril, had some complications trying to get my jewelry changed but she was so gentle. When she did my septum it wasn’t painful at all. Extremely satisfied with how kind and soft she was on my nose. Definitely coming back!

Neil and Sarah have literally started the best tattoo business back when they were harbor rose. They moved and came back as diamond city and I will never go to another tattoo shop. I live in Raleigh and drive 2 hours back to come to them. Beautiful work from the 2 of them and the crew. Derek and Paul and angel, just awesome very talented people.

I was a walk in , I was able to get my tattoo within a couple hours. It came out amazing , even better than the photo I showed the artist. The customer service was also amazing. The staff was very friendly! The whole experience was great ! Neal was the Artist for this tattoo!

Came in as a walk in, my tattoo artist was Noah, and he gave exactly what I wanted. Everyone was friendly and understanding :)

I went into the shop as a walk in for my first tattoo. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The shop was organized, clean and very professional. Neil listened to me try to explain what I wanted, I am not very artistic. After he listened to my funny explanation of what I wanted he was able to design two perfect tattoos for me. I couldnt be any happier. My friend Laurie was with me for moral support but she decided to have Pat design her a watercolor paw print, which turned out beautiful also. I appreciate the time that the whole shop took with me. Their price was very reasonable and very worth it!!!! I recommend them highly.

I highly recommend this place! I called here & asked if they had time to do a nose piercing & without hesitation as busy as they were they told me to come in around 7 & they would squeeze me in. The Girl who pierced a second hole in my nose for me was incredibly nice and just overall was a really calm environment for me.I asked about the wait for a tattoo appointment and she told me they could get me in as quick as tomorrow (today) so I made an appointment!Pat I believe his name was hands down is awesome and I highly recommend him. Made me laugh, talked to me and made me feel comfortable. Getting this tattoo was important to me as this is a memorial piece for me for my best friend who passed away. I love it so much ... thank you Pat!

Derek absolutely killed a cross for me a few weeks and a happy dancing Skelton the next day. Everybody in the shop is professional and welcoming. Definitely make you feel comfortable and take their time working on to get your ink just the way you want it.

My daughter and I came in last weekend for piercings. We were able to be fit in the same day and it was a great experience!

This was my first tattoo and I had done a bunch of research prior too bc of a tattoo I plan on getting in the future I got this to get familiar with getting a tat and hopefully find an artist to do it. I was a walk in and off the back they were very welcoming. The artist that did this tat was Patrick. Awesome guy and with my design he pointed out something I completely forgot to think about so for his knowledge on it blew me away. While doing the stencil he got it exactly how I wanted and even suggested the best place to put it and I’m grateful for that. Before he started tattooing he made me feel very comfortable and his work ethic got rid of any nervousness I had. While tattooing he was not heavy handed at all which I appreciated he also informed me on how many needles he was using and was super informative and very helpful the tattoo itself the line work was damn near perfect all the way through with straight lines with minor very minor shaky lines that honestly only I’m able to tell from close up. I do feel he could’ve shaded a tad bit more but overall 10/10 tattoo especially for the price. Super happy with the tat and will def have him tattoo my next one the shop itself was very very clean and cold but not too cold had great music playing will definitely be going back for sure

Went there yesterday for my first tattoo. Let me explain the whole process. So, I was searching around Monday of this week trying to find a good parlor that could make a quick walk in tattoo for me. I ended up coming here, and got Derek as my artist. He drew up a quick 20 minute design for a smaller tattoo I wanted, and it was alright (not dissing Derek, hes an amazing artist). But I decided to switch to what I originally wanted (Attack on Titan forearm piece). Well, we got an appointment set up, gave him some time to design the piece, and it came out amazing. He gave me a design I could put practically anywhere I wanted, and in a style where it could be made into a sleeve or something similar. He then got to tattooing. It was roughly 3 hours of pain (first tattoo keep in mind) but he was awesome the whole process, letting me stretch my arm throughout, and made sure not to rough up my skin. And after all the amazing work. IT ONLY COST ME $200. I was expecting more for someone as skilled as him. So all I want you to get from this, is come here, and get Derek. Hes an awesome artist, and the store itself is clean, so your first tattoo, or really any tattoo experience, will be fantastic.

Called Monday 10/30/223. At 1:30 I went in to have my nose ring put back in. It had only been in for 2-12 weeks so I was really nervous! I remember the 1st experience, from the other shop, I was Really expecting it to hurt today Just like the 1st time, AND IT DIDNT!The staff is amazing, even offered to have one of the guys come over and hold my hand But I decided to be brave 😅. I will Definitely be back! The piercer took the time to explain Everything she was going to do + even took Extra Time of hers to explain how they could make some changes so that I would be happier with a couple of the tattoos I already have! Sara give my 9-year-old her first ear piercing. My kid was very nervous, and Sara did a great job putting her at ease. The piercing was quick, sanitary, and accurate - overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

I went in with a cover-up idea that I wasnt sure would even work, and Sarah really delivered. The shop is clean, the service is prompt, and all the artists are very talented and knowledgeable. Its not my first tattoo from Sarah. It certainly will not be my last! I highly recommend them!

Amazing experience at this establishment. The staff was awesome and the owner/artist Neal was as down-to-earth a guy as youll ever meet. Plenty of laughs and ink to satisfy everyone!

I went in today at 6:30pm for a piercing and a tattoo. when I first got there they were being nice and told me they were able to do my piercing AND tattoo. they gave me my price and estimate of how long it was going to take. When I was done with the piercing (that they rushed into) and walked to the front they told me that they didn’t have a person to do my tattoo and didn’t want to stay till 8 to do it *WHEN THEY CLOSE* because it was “FIGHT NIGHT.” they were very unprofessional about everything and it was my first time going in and I had a terrible experience. I definitely don’t recommend. They also left as soon as I walked out the door. Very unprofessional and I’m very sad with my experience. it was terrible. They did not provide any cleaner for my piercing either.

This establishment is amazing! It’s ran well, all the artists are talented and the vibe is awesome. Literally the best spot in town, comparatively speaking. Neal does my work, but the artistry by everyone is top notch. If you’re looking for some ink. Def recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Neal far exceeded my expectations during our tattoo appointment. He took my idea and made it even better than my imagination could have. He customized my idea to fit perfectly in the space I wanted it and it turned out better than I imagined. On top of all that he has great people skills and was fun to talk with for a few hours. 🥳

5 stars just doesnt feel like enough! This place is FANTASTIC!! got my first tattoo done here, had no clue what I was doing or how it was gonna go but the staff there was super kind, patient and informative through the whole process and Sara/Sarah did a FANTASTIC job!! I got it on the wrist and it wasnt nearly as bad as everyone had told me it would be. Will absolutely be coming back for more!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 11/5 stars

Stopped in with a friend to get her first tatoo. Everyone in the shop was so helpful and friendly. Beautiful shop with comfortable chairs. Laine was thrilled with Neils designs and her husband said she cried when showing them to him. He loved them as well. I had a beautiful piece done by Pat. He was great to talk to and his art is beautiful.Well definately be back!

Great spot!! Staff is friendly and helpful. Tattoo was exactly was I was looking for and colors were so vibrant and still are today.

Just went in to get my nipples pierced and even though they did not have a private room they do everything thing they can to give you privacy and make you feel comfortable. The shop is one of the cleanest and nice looking shops Ive been in and I will only use this shop for my future piercings and tattoos. Highly recommend.

Neil and Sara are legit. Years of experience, very pleasant to be around. Chill atmosphere. Down right smooth tattoos and piercings. If you want a good tattoo, youve found the place.

The husband and wife artist are very good and they do all styles of tattoos plus portrays. Neal and Shara are great people and we have become friends over the course of my tattoos!!

Sarah pierced my daith I was pretty nervous since I had heard it was super painful but it wasn’t bad and she was amazing!

Took my daughter to get her nose pierced, and had mine done too. Shop was clean and comfortable, Alison was super nice, and Sarah was great!

The shop looked clean, the lady that pierced my daughters lip was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Seemed like a great place to get a tattoo and will e going back there in the future!
