I first came in for laser hair removal on legs, underarms and happy trail. After 8 sessions, I’ve only needed to go in for maintenance. I spent $4,000+ on full body and the results were horrible. The staff did absolutely nothing to compensate. If I am paying this much money I better be getting the results worth that. I did not. NOTHING was done to compensate, as if there’s a laser shortage?? Come on you guys are a joke. Staff is also fake, I can see right through you guys. Terrible service. It’s a shame I spent so much money on such bull.

Noelle was so patient and knowledgeable about my procedure micro needling she made me comfortable, relaxed and after I noticed improvement in my skin immediately. The staff at the Naperville location are the nicest people I have ever worked with. Kelly who takes my appointments is always asking me if there is anything she can do to answer questions I may have and is always willing to go the extra mile by making me feel comfortable. Noel who performs my service is extremely sweet and shares her knowledge with me during the service. The reason I gave 4/5 stars is because I wish the company, as a whole, was more transparent about how painful laser hair removal is. Also, that it is not permanent removal, it is permanent reduction. I feel that there is misleading advertisement.

Natalia is the best! She takes her time to make sure the laser treatment is done right but also quick enough to keep any pain at a minimum. She also keeps you talking and calm during the whole procedure. Highly recommend her and the facility

Just had my first session today. The person at the front desk is extremely nice and I ended up adding a treatment to my quote. It is completely painless and the nurse was very quick (took about 10min for LL and UA). It is too soon to tell what the results will be since we shave before we go but will keep you guys posted!

I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!! Hair started growing back fully right after… Just finished my last 10 sessions treatment did exactly what they recommended and paid the full price$ 1700 for chin the treatment was very inconsistent. some girls we’ll take their time some we’ll get you out of there in 3 min. After I reached out to let them know that the hair is growing back as it normally was I was offered to spend more money on treatment and that hair is very stubborn blah blah blah… and the only solution is to pay more $$$$.

Honestly my experience was amazing. I spoke to Vanessa over the phone. I have even rescheduled twice. They still accommodated me when I arrived 22 minutes late, my technician I forgot her name but she was also very helpful and lovely. This location is my favorite Laser Away the best , no regrets.

Ze did my treatments and was amazing. She’s 100% professional, but friendly and made me feel comfortable, and what I really appreciated was how thorough she was. She wasn’t rushing at all. She moved quickly and efficiently but covered all the areas being treated very completely. I requested her for my next treatment and will continue to always request Ze!

I have been shaving since I was 12 years old. It has been one of the most time consuming tasks of my weekly routine. And regardless of how often I shaved, I still felt self conscious about the results. This is the first summer (after having only completed 3 treatments), where I am wearing tank tops and skirts everywhere I go. My strawberry legs are hardly noticeable. My dark underarms are considerably lighter. If I had the money, guts and options. I would have undergone this procedure in high school. It is life changing!

Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful, especially Zena. Zee was my injector and gave me my dream lips, she listened to my goals and worked with me.

I recently received a call from the Receptionist with the new offers. She started the conversation very casually and started telling me the prices. I told her I am outside and she can email me all the details and I will respond back to which she got disappointed and said that’s why I have called you as the offer ends tomorrow.The receptionist seems more desperate in selling the service rather than listening to me!! What kind of customer service is it? I waited for a day and didn’t receive any email with the offers lol. This shows how desperate you are yo sell your service over a call rather than listening to the customer what they are saying! I would not recommend such a place where the customer service is so low!

The staff was really nice and welcoming to me and my baby. I know this isnt a place to bring kids but luckily they gladly watched him for the 2 minutes I went in the room. 100% would come back.

I am in love with my Laserway sessions! I had Stephanie the last 5 sessions and I am blown away! She is the absolute best technician! She is knowledgeable and kind and has the best technique! Staff was friendly for my first time, which they had identified shortly after I walked in, while I was engulfed in fear and anxiety. Technician answered all my questions upfront and during the procedure and was genuinely interested in my comfort level which put my mind @ease. Thank you Marissa.For first timers, it sounds worse than it really is and it is quick! Each follicle is not addressed individually as I had assumed. Regional subsets are addressed @ once, which streamlines the time for larger areas. I am still nervous/unsure if this will actually work but will comment after I have had the full frequency of treatments.Update: I have had 3 treatments so far and I am so excited!!! Marissa is the best and always puts my mind @ ease and performs exceptional quality service while maximizing efficiency. I am in and out so quick which is convenient for those who have kids or work. Ever since my first treatment, I have bought my mom a package and want to do it everywhere. Met new front desk personnel and they were even more friendly offering me tea since I was under the weather. I am so happy I did this for myself and my mom and wish I would have done it earlier.

I went into the laser away in Naperville IL, as a first timer, and I was NOT dissappointed! Reception was spectacular, with making me feel comfortable.They were also very informative. The nurse was attentive & experienced.. & 5 days later Im thrilled with the results! I will be coming back and I will most def recommend to friends who are apprehensive! Love laser away!

Dont get me wrong the staff are always super nice. Its the treatment that had it for me. I did 10 months and had to pay over 2 grand. The hair is still growing back. Then I got asked to do another 6 months for an additional $600. Umm no thanks! Still makimg payments after treatment. Hair is still growing back, not as thick but its growing back. Then I felt the treatment through my teeth. I just hope they dont fall out in the long run. 5 starts for the staff but it should b 1 start for the treatment. Too much money for not so great results. Smh..Edit: after months from this review the little hairs from my face grew back like as if I got nothing done. I should get my money back. Waste of my time and my money that I still have to pay. Dont even bother wasting money, just wax it n call it day. Never again!

As a client, I believe it is essential to provide feedback, especially when there are significant issues that need to be addressed.During my recent interaction with your staff, I encountered a series of distressing incidents that have left me feeling disrespected, unheard, and disregarded. I was contacted over the phone and pressured to purchase a 3-pack hydrafacial with a $650 store credit that I perviously had , despite my initial interest in a single facial priced at $299. The sales approach felt forceful and focused solely on upselling, which made me uncomfortable. I choose to move forward and buy package but want to pay the remaining $160 in person. They refuse to book my appointment andThe situation escalated when I tried to express my concerns about the service I received previously. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, I was met with argumentation and unprofessional behavior from Joseline, who identified herself as the director. Her dismissive attitude and refusal to provide my records or any contact information for supervisors was extremely disheartening. Moreover, her statement that no one else would see my complaint but her indicated a lack of accountability within this organization.Furthermore, I want to bring this to attention that I had an unfortunate experience where I was injected accidentally with the wrong medication by the nurse which was fake Botox, which resulted in me seeking medical attention due to vision impairment. In I actually went to the hospital!!!!!! This incident, coupled with the unprofessional handling of my complaints, has significantly eroded my trust in there establishment.It is disheartening to feel that my concerns were dismissed, especially as a person of color. Today I saw Noel for my 3rd laser treatment and she was phenomenal. She was so sweet, talkative, helpful, funny, etc. Noel and Stephanie are definitely my favorite at the Naperville location and I highly recommend either of them. With my 3rd session, Im seeing a lot of results. Originally starting, I was skeptical and nervous since Ive never done this before. Laser hair removal is expensive but it is so worth it. Laser away has many different options and packages to choose from too. I absolutely love coming here

I submitted an online request for a consultation. Within an hour, someone from various numbers called me eight different times. I could not answe due to being at work. When they called back a ninth time, I asked them to remove my number and not continue calling. At that point they hung up the phone on me without confirming they will not call me again. Thai businesss will absolutely not get any money from me, ever. It is basically harassment to call someone eight times in an hour.

I cannot rave about LaserAway enough! I noticed results after my very first visit. In six weeks, the hair under my arm has barely even grown back and for the Brazilian I’ve seen noticeable results as well. Every time I go in the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Their customer service has been completely on point from the minute I first spoke with someone on the phone about their services provided. I’m so impressed and so thankful that the entire staff makes it such an easy experience!

I’ve met Tiffany for my Clean brilliant laser today, before she start she checked the previous treatment and she softened, take her time on my face also carefully to not touch the area that sensitive around my lip, she very detailed.

Everyone is so friendly and so sweet and inviting. I always feel very welcomed when I come in. The place is very clean, too. My tech is thorough in her questions and treatment is quick, easy and painless. I almost always have my baby with me when I go in, too, and everyone is perfectly fine with that!

They do such an amazing job at laser away! They are extremely helpful in answering questions and have your best interest in mind. If you’re running late and they can’t reschedule you the same day they charge a $50 fee which is really frustrating considering how much the services already are.

The ladies at laseraway are always so sweet , and you can tell they genuinely like their job. To me that speaks volumes about laseraway itself ! My nurse is the best , she guides me through the process and constantly checks in to see if im doing okay. I never though permanent hair removal was a possibility for me as just an ordinary mom of 3. But its affordable and much more convenient than shaving or waxing. Def recommend!

Ashley was fantastic- she was personable and so easy to work with. Because this was my first treatment, she took time to explain what would happen and put me at ease. Overall, the staff were all so nice and friendly and the place was so inviting and clean.*Because my treatment does not have immediate results, I left it at 4 stars. Once I start seeing results, then I foresee this being updated to a 5.

I can’t speak of the service as this is only a review about their prices. They quoted me over $2,000 for 8 x 15 minute sessions. That’s A LOT of money. If you do the math, they’re charging over $2,000 for 2 hours of work. Hence they make about $1,000/hour. I just can’t justify spending that much money.

My first visit to Laser Away for botox and I was impressed. When you walk in friendly staff. I had no wait to see my tech. She was concerned of what typeOf results I was looking for. There’s always conflicts with scheduling. They don’t like full body in one day. Twice the machine broke down. They cancelled my appointment while I was there on my last visit. I drive 40 minutes to get cancelled on. The front desk always makes scheduling errors. The communication in the beginning regarding numbing wasn’t clear so I lost two appointments because of that. The staff has drama among each other and make it known. Super unprofessional in that sense. I spent a ton of money for the promise of certified nurses vs. aestheticians but this place has been a joke!!! They’re not even accommodating for their broken machines. Run! Do NOT go here!!

I originally signed up for the Clear and Brilliant. They had limited weekend appointments and I financed it. I want to start out by saying the staff are all amazing except one RN and I dont even know her name. Anyway, the clear and brilliant was nice, as were other treatments. However the last time I went for Botox the woman was very rude, and told me I was not eligible for injections anymore, yet I still have to pay for them. They keep sending me daily emails to sell me more and more. I am paying for services that are booked months in advance so I cant get in, or that Im not eligible for.

Laseraway was very clean and professional. They did an excellent job with my tattoo removal. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a tattoo removed

The phone representative I spoke to Kim made me VERY uncomfortable. Once we got through the informational portion of the call and came to the price portion she refused to tell me the cost of each session. I kept saying what’s the cost and she kept saying what’s your monthly beauty budget. Like what????? This isn’t something that is bargained for it has a flat price so my monthly beauty budget is irrelevant. Just give me the price after going back and forth I said we can keeps going back and forth or you can just give me the price per session and we can stop wasting time. She then kept pressuring me to sign all documents while on the phone with her and instantly pay and when I said I wanted to wait and think about it she told me that I’m clearly not sure laser hair removal is for me. I then had to explain there’s other factors involved one of them being going to other places to discuss cost which I’m glad I did because this company was the most over priced from all the others I had consultations for.

I tried both the Clear and Brilliance facial and hair removal treatments. My first experience at this facility went great, it is very clean and the staff is friendly. I would give them 5 stars, except the last time I went they had me put on the numbing cream myself, which is something I very much can do myself with no problem, but I found it a bit odd as no other LaserAway location had done this to me before. They had a seemingly full staff, and it was not busy. It just rubbed me the wrong way. Other than that, my experience went well.

I got a call from this company and the lady I spoke with ask me to send pictures over. and I did that. but I never heard from them. I been call have got a call back I will not send nobody to them they have poor customer service, & poor communication. I’m just happy I never give them money

I have no pain tolerance at all, I was so nervous about the injections used with Botox. Nurse Ellie was gentle, kept me informed about everything she was doing. She iced each area before the injections. I didn’t feel a thing. I’m thrilled with the results too.I will go back!

Firstly, Kelly was my sales rep and she was super seeet and told me everything I needed to know and answered all questions. I txted her on multiple occasions abt multiple questions I had throughout the weeks and she answers quickly and friendly. My first appt went great, the receptionist talked to me the whole time and walked me around the building and it was a really nice place. Then I’m pretty sure her name is Tamar, she explained everything sweetly she was very very helpful and thorough with the explanation of how the procedure was gonna go and then honestly the explanation took longer than the actual procedure and it was it wasn’t uncomfortable procedure she made me feel very comfortable and it’s a great place to go and I highly recommend it
