Great experience there for my first session to remove my forearm tattoo. The receptionist was real kind in explaining the process and procedures to my tattoo removal. The specialist herself was really great to work with, and helped me prepare myself for the removal. I will say, it was just a bit painful, but It must’ve been my own lack of pain tolerance that contributed to the sensation. The specialist was smooth, quick, and handled my session with great care. I am eager to get this tattoo off my arm, and have my full confidence in this location that they’ll fulfill what I need to have done!

Hello im a first time customer here at the Naperville location. I wanted to say both Monica’s were very helpful with informing me of the procedure step by step. They had also offered a brochure that consisted of other people’s results as well, and this made me feel comfortable and safe and is definitely worth the time and money.

I love the Naperville location. Very nice, well kept office. This has been a painful experience leading to the final results of my tattoo removals but the staff is very patient and they try their best to make the experience pleasant. Removals coming along great.

Went in for a consult and was a very pleasant experience. Was on the fence on moving forward with it and whether to start it before or after my wedding and was provided information to help make that decision and lots of other important information.Planning to start later this year!

Excellent consultation! I have not signed up or gone through the removal process yet. I will definitely recommend them for their customer service, knowledge, and packages offered. I love the guarantee to remove the tattoo versus paying for a set of sessions without a guarantee the tattoo will be completely removed. They specialize in tattoo removal instead it being part of their business. I am happy I found them!

Switched from the Schaumburg location to Naperville. There are two Monica’s at this location and both offer great service. Monica the technician is informative and quick during the removal portion. Monica at the front desk is helpful with a smooth scheduling process. This has been the best experience I’ve had with the Removery.

I have been going to Removery for a little over a year now. The sessions are spaced out several months for safety and Id have to say thats the one thing that felt most reassuring, safety is constant.*Before Removery* I had gone to some highly recommended places in DT Chicago. There was very little communication before or after. Progress was unclear even after spending thousands. I felt like one more in a line of people. These were MD level techs and it just felt like they couldnt be bothered.I researched for a few years, found Removery, and waited a while before giving my feedback to be sure. We check, double check, before photos, after photos, communicate about medications, healing, progress. All skin is different and as obvious as that may be to most, it was a lot of education for me. I asked if I would have the same tech and was told a reassuring yes. A year later, still the same people, they know me, they really feel like teammates on my journey.During our sessions, before, and even after they will share with me knowledge from a very informed perspective. How the lasers work, how the skin can react positively or negatively. Ive never felt like a bother to them and Ive always received the impression that they appreciate people who want to be educated as they go.Removery was definitely the right choice. The lines on my embarrassingly bad back piece were thick, dark, and fortunately in a place where I didnt need to be reminded of how bad...until swim season came around. Today I can see its about fifty percent of the way gone, enough that I can start having conversations on cover up ideas with artists.There are three other pieces that they are removing small portions of so I can make adjustments to areas of the tattoo that didnt hold up.I am grateful for the Naperville Removery team, they have gone above and beyond.

If you don’t want to fill in the form every visit, they will imply you should not be mean to them. Good service with some extra attitude to put you in place!!P/s: The girl tell me there is a form saying that you need to be nice to the employee!! Talk about entitlement… Spending $5000 and the staff tell you that you that each customer now be given a relaxing ball during treatment so they can take home and bring back by themself on the next appointment. This must be a joke.

In process of large tattoo removal. Was very nervous about treatment in abdominal area. Almost passed on it!!!Technician helped me to feel at ease with the process. Numbing the area very carefully & offering frequent breaks. Tattoo removal is just painful. Period. However this technician attempts to make things as comfortable as possible. Great experience.

Shout out to the staff at the Naperville location. They make the experience so much more pleasant. Though I’ve only had two treatments, both times have been great. Upon my initial/fist visit, the staff explained the whole process and answered all my questions thoroughly. The payment plans are pretty self explanatory. My tattoo is really dark, but by my second treatment, you could see it had lightened slightly and is now showing hints of brown, meaning it’s fading and the treatments are work. Will continue to update ✨

My first two sessions were great with my original technician. I went in today for my 3rd session and it was someone new. I was nervous, knowing that experience varies, but trusted in Removery to have a well trained professional. I am extremely disappointed with my session today! Being a healthcare provider myself, there were a several red flags. To start, she had the bed facing the wrong direction, and I asked her to turn it around and she declined saying to doesn’t go all the way around- when I know it does from my previous two sessions. I mentioned my tattoo is on my upper left shoulder, and would be best if I laid in [that] direction Vs. leaning over my entire body. On top of that, when I got on the bed it was not locked. I got back up, thinking she would lock it, instead she instructed me to lay back down. I had to ask her myself- to lock the bed. (A patient under treatment should not be on an unlocked chair/bed for it to potentially move mid treatment) She was a little annoyed, had to get up and walk around the bed to lock the pedal. I then laid down, on a bed that did not have your typical sterile sheet laid out, like my previous sessions. She also did not wipe down the bed prior to me coming in, if there were no sheets available. So I have no idea if the bed was actually sanitary for treatment. At the start of the session she barely wipes my tattoo down with alcohol or whatever prep they use, and then started to ice me to numb. She wouldn’t let the ice pack sit for more than 2 seconds before she was lifting it and checking to see how cold my skin was. I verbally had to tell her to leave it there, as she’s not allowing it to get cold. She only iced half of my tattoo, and said she would ice the other half when she got to that. Ok, different process/style for technician I suppose. My fiancé accompanied me to the session, as I have him take the before/after pics as well as a video (with permission) of the treatment since it is on my back and I cannot see. I am glad I have done this as I can clearly she she missed several spots throughout my tattoo, as she was all over the place and did not have a strategic pattern to cover everything. When she did get to the other half of my tattoo, she quickly iced. Again, I had to ask her to leave it on. She seemed very rushed. She was just randomly ‘coloring’ here and there, and kept adjusting the laser strength. As she finished the other half of my tattoo, she kept purposely brushing her hand on the tattoo that just got done being treated, and very sensitive. Additionally, she was wearing long sleeves, that she was resting on-top of my tattoo site. (This is not sterile practice) My original tech was fluent, consistent, professional, sterile, attentive and most of all— I did not blister or anything. It is now 10 hrs post treatment and I just looked at my tattoo for the first time since, and I have red splotches all over, that potentially are blisters forming. It has never looked this bad. I understand this is a risk, however considering the multiple red flags throughout this treatment session I am very dissatisfied and hesitant to give any other technician a chance. I will be calling the store tomorrow to speak with a manager, and to request that I only see my original technician. Unfortunately, todays technician was not professional, nor experienced.

They are the sweetest and always make sure I’m comfortable before doing the removal! I can’t recommend them enough

Staff was rude. The answering service that took my call did not inform me that I was out of my package so when I got there, I was going to have to pay for the service. A complete waste of time.Also compared to other laser removals, I think that your service is substandard.
