Came to get post downsized (i got my piercing done in miami). I was hoping to find my new piercing spot here in Naples, but it’s def NOT this place. dirty tools, terrible customer care, someone was taking nap on the back, the whole experience felt off. I felt like I was in a dirty teens room getting my ear pierced. Unsanitary, musty smells, bad lighting, and piercer who is unskilled in people skills, let alone professional. never again. Many other better choices. Skip!

I absolutely LOVE IT HERE! as it is stated, this place is highly inclusive and super welcoming to everyone that comes. i’ve gotten a tattoo from pretty much everyone there, and they’ve all been so amazing and the tattoos look phenomenal! katie is my go to girl every-time i book an appointment! she’s not the kind of artist that doesn’t communicate during the work, and she makes sure you’re comfortable while tattooed as well as making great conversation. jas is also an amazing piercer, i was getting my eyebrow pierced and was a little nervous, so i asked for a minute to collect myself, where i was able to relax and even just talk to her about random stuff. it’s been about 2 months since i got it pierced and it looks amazing with no issues whatsoever. i highly recommend coming here! finally found my forever studio!

I had an issue with a piercing I had done at another shop and Jas looked at it and helped me with it when it got infected. She was super nonjudgmental and kind, while still educating me on my piercing. I will be going back next week to get my other ear pierced while this one heals up after having such a great experience.Update as of 11/11/22:So since my initial review, I’ve gotten a helix piercing done by Jas, a line work piece done by Katie that I had a design for and a color flash done by Casey. Everyone was spectacular. My tattoos are healing up beautifully and the line work is phenomenal. Love the energy of this tattoo shop and everyone who works there is super sweet. Found my body mod parlor ❤️

I loved it here! I will never go anywhere else. I felt so comfortable there and from the beginning they were super welcoming. Katie was amazing and extremely fast. I personally don’t like needles, but love tattoos and I explained that to her and she definitely did her best to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Will definitely be back soon!

I went to this shop last Saturday and while the environment was great and I fell in love with the place the tattoo was a disaster. I was in so much pain. Now usually I can sit super well for tattoos as I have a very high pain tolerance and I’ve sat 12 hours before. Now I couldn’t handle it and had to stop. Got home and it was bleeding A TON. And the pain was next level . It is 8 days later I’m on two antibiotics I have a severe infection and the tattoo is ruined. I now have so many questions regarding the sterility of this shop and the experience of my artist. They really need to let apprentices practice ALOT more because this is terrifying . All photos attached are the progress of this infection. And no this is NOT an “allergic reaction”

I got a flash tattoo done by Katie and I loved it! She made the experience of getting my first tattoo comfortable and eased my concerns. I love the shop and they really do appreciate their customers with all the sales they provide. I always recommend this place to people looking to get tattoos and piercings by a female owned business.

The piercer Jas is amazing. She had done all of my piercings and the placements have been accurate each time. If there’s any questions, just ask and she will be able to answer with sufficiency. The process is quick, easy, and smooth. I will continue to go to Jewel’s if I want something done. The establishment is clean, cute, and organized. Thank you guys :)

My piercer was very nice but they didn’t have a ton of selection to look through (she did say she had a bunch of jewelry ordered and to come back in a few weeks to change out the top). unfortunately, the piercing themselves were so misplaced i took them out right when i got home. i’m not sure what happened from when i we put the placement marks on my ears to actually piercing them but they were not spaced out well, very un even, and were pierced almost at an angle. she didn’t show me what they looked like after piercing them, they were super bloody and were not cleaned up after piercing. i know my second hole jewelry is in different positions in the photos but even with them both straight up and down they were completely crooked. you can also tell my the crease in my ear how off they are. again, took them out as soon as i got home. disappointed as this shop has a ton of great reviews and seem to be a great place but no luck for me.response: yes totally understand that i was poked with a needle. as i said in the review, the issue that i was not shown them after and they also weren’t cleaned. a handheld mirror was absolutely not given to me after the piercing as i was asked to hole cotton rounds to my ears since they were bleeding (again, i know. poked with a needle. aware they bleed. that’s not the issue) again in my review i do state that my 2nd hold jewelry is in two different directions. also, i did confirm the placement of the marker. in my review i stated not understanding how it went wrong. adding another photo to see how uneven they are not just next to my 2nd hole, but straight on.Thank you for reaching out and trying to fix. i appreciate your time.

Unprofessional management I took my girlfriend here a couple of months back for a piercing, and they talked to us about how to keep it cleaned. They recommended us a bottle to do so , a couple of days go by, and we had questions. They never really answered any calls, and it seemed like they werent open when we went there multiple times even when it said it was open

When initially looking at places to get my nose piercing done on vacation, I right away loved this business was labeled as women owned and given all the positive reviews - I decided to look no further. The booking process is super easy (booked ahead online) and they are in constant communication with you leading up to the appointment. Jas was SO friendly and encouraging - she made me feel so comfortable even though I had some anxiety before. It was the least painful piercing I’ve ever had. My friend was contemplating a piercing as well and they worked to squeeze her in. Great experience here!

I book with Katie every single time and she is my go-to artist. Every single experience I have is amazing and I’ve never felt to safe and welcomed into a studio, they’re so kind and accommodating and Katie had made the atmosphere an amazing experience 🖤 highly recommend to anyone thinking about going to her!

My bestie and I scheduled appointments to get our noses pierced. The staff was super friendly, the shop is super cute and clean! They made us feel very welcome. Jos did the piercing and I felt NOTHING! Literally felt nothing! Pain was 0/10!

Honestly, I had such a great experience getting pierced today. Jas was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and made the whole experience awesome. Everyone there has a smile on their face and its such a welcoming environment. Also, I love that the business is women-owned and supports the LGBTQ+ community. The shop is so beautifully decorated and gives such great, safe vibes. Jas was so understanding with my aunt and I and managed to fit us into her busy schedule. Her work ethic is nothing short of amazing as everything is sterile and she explains everything from the piercing process to the healing thoroughly. My belly piercing started to embed into my skin recently and she gladly took me in one afternoon to inspect it and give me advice on how to better take care of it. I will definitely be coming back for more piercings and be telling everyone about Jewels Inkpire! :)

I got my nostril pierced here a little over a month ago. Everyone was relatively nice, especially Jas, the piercer. However, I was pierced at an angle that caused my nose piercing to be noticeably misplaced. It is fully tilted upwards to the point where you cannot see the gem on the jewelry whatsoever unless you are looking at my side profile. This initially bothered me a bit but I have never gotten a body piercing before so I assumed that this was normal and due to the post being elongated to accommodate for swelling. I figured that once I changed the post to a shorter one when it was ready, it would flatten out and stop being at such an angle. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I went to another tattoo/piercing studio to shorten my post, and they immediately told me that my piercing was at an extremely noticeable angle and it would not be fixed by just shortening the post. The only option that would fix this would be to take it out, let it heal for 2 months, and come back and get it re-pierced. I of course would prefer that I didn’t do that but the angle bothered me immensely. I’m disappointed that this had to happen. Of course mistakes happen, but please, I encourage you to double, even triple check the angle of which you are piercing somebody in the future.

EDIT BASED ON 9/11/23 RESPONSE FROM OWNER:This kind of response from the owner matches the type you write to other low-scoring reviews, so I cant say Im surprised. However, Im appalled to see you insinuate that my review was anything short of honest.I wont allow you to take away from my personal experience and the things Ive witnessed first hand and heard from friends.While I was in the shop (NOT on Mondays), I have seen men either in the actual studio or in the back room. They were not accompanying children or minors! I believe they were friends or partners of either the owner or employees, but obviously I cant know for sure. It didnt bother ME because I really dont mind men in a tattoo/piercing shop. However, to advertise your shop is women only and then allow select men who are there for no reason is wrong.One of my friends had her nipples pierced at the shop and did not have a privacy curtain. My friend is not a liar.I think its embarrassing for you to only think your shop is represented by the good reviews. Im not the only one who has left a review with less than five stars.Yes, I continued to come to Jewels Inkpire for YEARS, but I came to get tattooed by Katie. I got a piercing once and had to remove it because it wasnt properly done. I never got pierced at the shop again.My original review was left when I was still going to the shop for Katie. Now, Im not.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I had really high hopes for this place when I saw it was women-only. But unfortunately the rule doesn’t apply to the owners and employees because I frequently saw their boyfriends/partners around the shop. I got my nose pierced here and it quickly got infected because the piercer didn’t use the right jewelry. The only reason I kept coming back was to get tattooed by Katie. Katie is now at Vervain so I can finally leave a review on the shop. I have several friends that had horrible experiences such as getting nipple piercings with NO privacy curtain or signing up to get tattooed by Katie and getting another (less experienced) artist that butchered the tattoo. My experience with Katie was amazing and she always made me feel comfortable. However, I can’t say the same for the shop and the owner.

Amazing experience, me and my two daughters were welcomed and pampered by the awesome women here and had a wonderful time! We were able to walk in last minute and it aligned to where they had someone available for each of us and the services we wanted. We were able to turn a really tough day into a great one with some beauty therapy. Nayma is the best for facials and beauty treatments. Kiara did a small cute tattoo for me and made it super special. 🖤

Such sweet staff! They were able to squeeze me in (I was a walk-in). Septum piercing came out great, I am so happy with it. Jas was very comforting and sweet after I got the piercing, really really recommend 10/10 experience.

Most professional piercing experience I’ve had! If you’re in the Naples area this is hands down the best place to get pierced. Clean, professional, and make you feel super comfortable. Receptionist could be a littler clearer in explanations. However, my piercer was amazing. Thank you for my piercing!

K8e literally did my spine tattoo and it was the best tattoo I’ve had in so long. She was so patient and kind. The whole crew was so friendly and welcoming. They kept me comfortable and taken care of during the whole tattoo. K8e was so light handed and made me feel so confident. She artistic ability is beyond measure. 10/10 everyone should see her.

I will never go anywhere else. Everything in the shop is, not only beautiful, but so clean. All the employees work together to create a safe and fun environment. I love that it’s an all female shop and the female empowerment is radiant here.I had the privilege of being pierced by Jas. I have personally been tho this female shop practically since it opened. Every time I go in I always get the absolute best customer care. The girls never fail to greet you with a stunning smile. Not to mention the owner is very professional and is very attentive to her business and customers. On this very day I went in to get a lash lift by a beautiful lady by the name of nayma. She was very nice. She did an excellent job and I couldnt be any happier with the service she provided me with. I highly recommend to visit this business to anyone looking for a beauty, tattoo, or piercing job.

My dad passed away and we wanted to get a memorial tattoo. My 67 year old mom, myself and cousin all got tattoos. The shop is beautiful and welcoming. We came as strangers and we feel like we left as friends. I have some more ink to get done but I will wait till I can come see Katie. Thank you for your kindness and warmth!

I thought my experience here would be better but it was horrible, they had me wait for almost 20 minutes after my appointment time to do the piercing. Then the piercer was rushing through the appointment. After I told them I was interested in a tattoo, they gave me a number which I messaged all the details. They then asked me when will be a good time to get it done, but I had told them if they could let me know the price first. They didn’t respond. I texted them back to see if there was any updates and I still have not gotten a message back. I know many friends who have had a bad experience here. I’m really disappointed on how my experience went.

Very clean tattoo shop, I love that it is women owned and a safe space for people who feel intimidated by tattoo shops. As someone who is covered in tattoos, I was so excited to come here and get tattooed by their apprentice. Im a big fan of being a canvas. However, my only reason for giving three stars is timing was absolutely horrible. I had been there for maybe a little over an hour past my appointment time before she started tattooing me. The price I was originally quoted had changed multiple times so I ended up getting less work done than expected. The rates this shop has for apprentice artists is fairly high. In addition, my artist did not provide me and information on her recommended aftercare which is a big deal to me. Every shop is different, uses different products, requires different types of aftercare. I was quite literally told take care of it like any other tattoo when the placement of my tattoo wasnt in an any other tattoo spot. Overall, a comfortable place to get tattooed the girls in the shop are so nice. They just need to work on timing and communication.

So Ive had multiple piercing done by Jas. My first one was a septum piercing in winter 2021. She was really nice and answered all my questions. I had a belly button piercing down in fall 2022. I also had a rook and tragus piercing down a couple weeks ago. Excellent service!!! If its your first time getting a piercing, I would definitely recommend. Every experience has been great for me!

Everyone here is super sweet and Ive loved my experiences here. Ive gotten two piercings with Jas and she makes it so easy and is so patient, even when the shop is extremely busy. I will definitely be back for more things, as this place literally has it all!! And of course the fact that its all female makes it SO much better. I feel super comfortable going here and the place is adorable on the inside.

My first experience getting a tattoo couldn’t have been better than it was here!! The owner and artists are phenomenal. Not only are they professional, and extremely talented, they are kind and a lot of fun. I told my husband I may have to come back to Fl for any and all future tattoos or piercings! (Live in OH)HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I love the aesthetics of the shop. It’s a place you want to be at. You feel welcomed and at ease. I booked a tattoo appt with Katie and she didn’t disappoint. On top of being super friendly, her work is pretty sick. The lines are clean, shading is perfect and she was so quick. Hands down my favorite tattoo by far, I love it!

These are some of the sweetest and most understanding people i’ve ever met! They are lgbtq friendly, and i genuinely felt very safe the whole time. I have a huge phobia of needles but they comforted me all the way through it, they have wonderful service and great communication skills! Their work space is very clean and sterile, and very welcoming, it’s absolutely beautiful. Will definitely go back to get more piercings in the future.

Personally the best piercer I’ve ever heard of located in the Naples area. I had my nose pierced by her and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was quick, everything was so neat and she sanitized everything in front me. What I loved and appreciated most about my experience is that she not only pierces you, she truly does care about the aftercare like how you help heal and clean your piercings. She will give you information on how to do so correctly!! Definitely recommend.

I attempted to visit their walk-in flash sale today, waited hours and never even made it in the front door. Honestly, thank god I didn’t. the friends that had better time management than I did and were seen today (3 out of seven people who were literally the first seven people there) all had shoddy work done or were denied service after waiting 2+ hours in the heat. Piercings that completely missed the stencil mark and bled (HEAVILY!) for 3+ hours before being removed entirely were done by a piercer who did not sanitize between clients, did not show the clients the piercings after they had been done, and sends people out the door in gauze regularly. For simple lobe piercings. Only one got a tattoo, where she was coerced into keeping the 1st stencil attempt even though the stencil transferred poorly and the client asked multiple times to have it removed and redone and was told it was fine and that the artist could do it from a messed up stencil (reader, she could not). The shop has reviewed this footage and said since they never said no, they are in the clear. This shop, who markets themself as a “safe space”, said “well we didn’t hear a no”. The shop lied on their consent and liability waiver and claimed their most well known artist (the only one with a positive reputation) would be doing the tattoo. The client signed this waiver and was not told until midway through the tattoo that her artist was, in fact, an apprentice. She was only told because she asked. The shop said the paperwork she filled out was not legally binding, but legality should be the bare minimum, not the best they can do. I’ve read the reviews other people have left and they show this type of unprofessionalism has been happening regularly. I have also read the replies Jewel’s Inkpire’s owner has sent to these reviews, which all can be summed up to “it’s your fault, you knew what you were getting into, you must be having an allergic reaction it’s definitely not our fault, piercings are supposed to bleed (dear reader, they are not supposed to soak through gauze), it’s your fault not mine”. They do not care about their customers or their quality of work and this is clear just from their conduct in these reviews. Whoever is reading this, please listen and read what people have to say about this place. To the single tattoo artist who actually rocks that works there- Katie, please find a better home than inkpire. Your good reputation helps bring in business, but their shoddy work is tied to your name will eventually drag you down and you don’t deserve that. Your clients will follow you when and wherever you go.Edited after response: the tattoo artist stopped tattooing and cancelled the walk ins after the first tattoo of the day, not after getting through tons and tons of tattoos like the reply says. Note again in the response that the business has blamed the client for their shoddy work.

After a bad experience at another shop I decided to come here. I got my navel and industrial piercing and I must say I was treated with the utmost care and respect, the salon is beautiful and I love that it is ladies only, the staff is very welcoming! oh and they even offer beauty services! I will be coming in for a facial next. Thank you to my piercer Jas who took very good care of me and made my experience a bliss

I had a wonderful experience here. She was patient with me and gave me time between the piercings. I didn’t feel rushed or felt like I was on a time constraint. This one my first time meeting Jas and she was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and Welcoming. She gave every bit of information from A to Z of the proper knowledge of what to expect during and after the piercing procedure as well as after during the healing process. I just received my piercings yesterday and already they are starting to heal. I will most definitely be back to see her.

Jas was absolutely amazing! My friend and I came from out of town & messaged to see if she had any openings for a same-day piercing & she was able to fit us in! The atmosphere and decorations of the studio are beautiful and out of this world! I did a helix piercing. My piercer was Jas and let me tell you, service was amazing. This place was recommended by a resort we stayed in. They had a last min opening when I called day of but other than that they are usually pretty booked from what I heard. I had a Brazilian wax done by Jas which was definitely the best experiences ever! She was super down to earth, friendly and made me feel so comfortable. The fact that it is women owned and run is a cherry on top. All staff was super nice and accommodating. When I return to Naples I’ll wait to get my services done here again! Really disappointed with business practices.. I was referred to them by a friend, when I went in it seemed like a wonderful, woman owned shop and I was excited that I might’ve found a shop that also acts as a safe space. Unfortunately I’ve had nothing but poor experiences. I went in to get a piece of jewelry changed out, turned out the piercer was sick that day, no big deal, they told me to send her a message on instagram and she’ll get back to me. I also asked the specific artist that I was referred to if she had a moment to talk about a piece I am wanting (I was the only customer in the shop at that time) she seemed a bit rushed while talking to me and told me to message her on instagram. I messaged the tattoo artist, the piercer and the main shop’s instagram accounts with no response. I figured I’d give them one more try for the jewelry, called ahead, they said for the specific jewelry I want I just need to come in and order it from Jaz the piercer. So I go in, I’m told she’s just finishing up on a customer for a piercing and she’ll be right with me. I waited for 45 minutes, I can hear them talking about me being there and how she didn’t want to come out to talk to me until she made eye contact so she finally obliged. It was very quick and rushed, said she’s going to have to order two sizes to make sure she gets the right size, took my name and number down on scratch paper and said she would let me know when it came in. She then said the price was going to be $200 (pure gold so I can understand) then asked what my limit is so I said probably the $200 to be honest since it’s just a basic gold ring. She then said she would let me know when it came in again and walked away. This was a month ago and I haven’t heard from her. Just really disappointed as a whole, I was hoping I had found a shop I felt comfortable in with artists that have great work but I won’t beg to be a customer.

I loved getting my piercing here! I was soooo nervous about getting it done but Jas was the best!! She encouraged me to go for a piercing i was doubting because I was scared of the pain but everyone was so sweet and encouraging and made me feel so comfortable! I was so happy in getting that piercing because I’ve been really wanting it. The pain was a 3/10 for the helix! Almost felt nothing! I will for sure come back here for any other piercing I want

I got my septum pierced by her a little over a week and it’s healing amazing! The experience in her shop was great and overall comfortable she was very sweet and patient when it came to signing all the papers, because i’m a minor, and the piercing itself barely hurt and went in smoothly and was over with in less than a minute. 10/10 would recommend!

Had the best experience getting my conch and tragus pierced today with my girls. Upon arrival we were greeted right away with cookies! What’s better than that?!!!They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Jaz did a fantastic job with all of our piercings. I will never go to anyone else !!!

I wanted to love it so much but I had called and messaged the shop to ensure that there would be time for my appointment before going. When I was there I was the only one in the shop and the tattoo artist told me she didn’t have another appointment until an hour later. Anyways, she finished my 4 inch tattoo in about 20 minutes. I didn’t mind her being quick but now that my tat is healed I can see that it looks very rushed. there are places where her shading went outside of the lines and just kind of looks smudged. I went to Katie and her line work is very good id go back for maybe lettering but i’m not happy with the way she rushed my tattoo, and there was no reason for her to do that.

Two of my friends and I went for the $31 Halloween special and immediately fell in love. First off, the decor was gorgeous, such a vibe. Our tattoo artist Katie was so amazing and got all three of tatted in less than 2hrs. The entire experience was amazing and will now be our go to spot. Thank you Katie!!

Absolutely LOVE this place!! Sophie did an amazing job on my lash extensions. Exactly what I wanted😊And Jas removed my dermal, & pierced my reverse Lebrea on my lip. I will keep coming back here. Tiffany was a doll . Sweetest person and does the best lashes In love with my volume lashes and if you’re looking to get started on your lash journey I definitely recommend booking with her ! She also is super gentle when it comes to waxing , she did my Brazilian wax and was by far the most comfortable I felt during my wax and I’ve been to multiple waxers but definitely will be sticking to her book her !

Got my tragus and flat done here and absolutely loved it, I have a fear of needles so she explained everything and let me sit for a minute afterwards so I didn’t faint. She explained after care very well and referenced the website if I had any questions or forgot. Much more gentle and explanatory compared to the place I went for my industrial who said to just clean it with soap.

Jas was professional and especially when helped me push through the pain of 2 forward helix piercing (aka pushing through cartilage) back to back.She also recommended me the best course of action if i were ever to get 2 more piercings for the size and shape of my ear.Love her emphasis on after care for piercings

The most amazing, pain free, polite and professional piercer I’ve ever met. I took my daughter to her after having a HORRIBLE experience at piercing pagoda, that ended in her ears getting infected. I came here with my sister so we could both get nose piercings (she got her nostril and I got my septum).I was beyond terrified since the only other piercings I have are earlobe piercings I got as a child.
