Body Branding Tattoo Emporium

This is my Fiancé’s review who recently was tattooed at Body Branding by Eric Von Dar: I’m completely devastated. I trusted Body Branding to do my first tattoo on vacation after seeing how highly acclaimed and experienced the shop and artists were. I was asking for a very basic fine line design of a couple stars that the artist looked at and said “looks simple.” Eric kept reiterating how he completely understood what I was looking for, dainty, simple, elegant, but then delivered a result that looks like a child scribbled on my back with colored pencil. There are wobbles, double lines, very obviously crooked parts, and lines and dots touching that just shouldn’t be. I wish I had a photo comparison of the stencil that was drawn up for me because it’s not even close. The tattoo took less than 20 minutes. The most disappointing part is how simple the tattoo is and how obviously careless the artists was. The rest of the group I was with that were done by other artists in the shop ended up with amazing tattoos, I’m not sure what happened with mine, but I’m heartbroken. I think the tattoo compared to my inspiration photo speaks for itself. It says all over the shop that good tattoos arent cheap, but at $120 for this I guess expensive ones aren’t either.

I’ve never been more devastated in my life. My first tattoo. I was so clear about wanting fine lines and very dainty stars. It looks like a toddler took crayon to my back. Double lines, crooked lines, just overall terribly sloppy work by Eric. They have posted all over “good tattoos aren’t cheap tattoos” $120 6 fine line asterisks????? Apparently expensive ones aren’t either! I wish I could add a photo because it would speak for itself. I’m honestly appalled somebody would be so reckless and careless with another persons body. But hey, guess they don’t have to live with it right?

I had a tattoo covered up and was very satisfied with the entire experience. The owner of the Shop Jimbo is knowledgeable, experienced, and a true professional. It was a pleasure to have him lay down some fresh ink on top a bad decision 35 yrs ago.

Jimbo is an exceptional tattoo artist! From the moment I walked into his studio, I felt welcomed and at ease. His creativity and attention to detail are truly impressive. He took my vague ideas and transformed them into a stunning piece of art that exceeded my expectations. Jimbos professionalism and commitment to hygiene were evident throughout the entire process. The atmosphere in his studio is relaxed and comfortable, making the experience even more enjoyable. If youre looking for a talented and reliable tattoo artist, I highly recommend Jimbo. I couldnt be happier with my new tattoo!

Went here to get my daughter’s ears pierced. Was a lot of back and forth because I had to get a paper notarized (i understand you got to cover yourself) but when we finally get to the day of piercings took other walk-ins ahead of us that came after, the piercer was not very friendly or at least didn’t make an effort to ease her anxiety, was charged more than was quoted and 10 weeks later we went back because we couldn’t get the earrings out and was told we won’t touch your daughter without a brand new notarized document aka all the driving back and forth again even though we still have the original. I actually ended up ripping an earring through her ear just trying to follow their advice because they wouldn’t help. Over all I wouldn’t recommend getting a minor’s ears pierced here.

This place is incredible! They are super nice, extremely accommodating. I got my tattoo done by Eric and he’s an awesome person. We came in as a large party of 5 and without appointments. We originally went to Cherry hill tattoo and told us our tattoos were unrealistic. We all plan to come back and get more tattoos!

William was the absolute tattoo artist ive worked with. Will was so nice and professional. His work is great. Highly recommend!!

I am really disappointed. I looked them up on google, and they get great reviews. I walked in, the woman was super nice and helpful, yet I feel that i was duped into buying a fake nose ring. I didnt know that its designed to look like a hoop for people that dont have nose a piercing. Meanwhile, $40 later and the damn thing wouldnt stay in. AND to add insult to injury, I tipped her $10!!!

I truly cannot describe how amazing my experience was at Body Branding. I was initially nervous when I made my appointment, as the person I originally spoke with seemed indifferent (honestly, I believe they were just having an off day as the next time i called, i was met with genuine interest and helpfulness). The original call was forgiven as soon as I stepped foot into the shop. I was greeted with kindness immediately, and both Eric and Chano were extremely patient and friendly.Im 19 years old and this is my first tattoo, and i could not have asked for a better experience. I was tattooed by Eric, and he did such an amazing job.This tattoo turned out better than i could have ever imagined. He talked me through every step, made sure I was comfortable and asked me many times if i was okay. I have never ever felt so calm and relaxed while being poked with needles, and i have 9 piercings. I will absolutely be returning.

Our last day of my cousins bachelorette party we all (5 of us) decided to get spontaneous tattoos. We come in here and they took us all in with good attitudes. They were all friendly, funny and professional. We are definitely going back to get more tattoos. All 3 artists we had did an exceptional job.

I have had William two times now and every time I have had a fantastic experience. This place always makes you feel comfortable and you leave with exactly what you want.

While vacationing in Naples, Fl, my son, his friend and I wanted to get tattoos. We walked in with no appt and they were able to take care of all 3 of us! Chano did a great job on mine-zodiac signs of me and my mom in a heart. Highly recommend, whether you live in the area or visiting!

Chano finished the outline on my full arm tribal, the shading and color will be done in 1 week, I HIGHLY recommend body branding tattoo emporium,chano did an amazing job,super straight,clean lines and hes very very professional he went above and beyond.

Body Branding Tattoo provided an awesome experience!! The tattoo they did for me was amazing and I am super pleased. My son turned 18 today and Body Branding provided a special moment for my son and I getting a tattoo together on his birthday! Thanks Body Branding and Tattoo!!

My husband and I were walk-ins and they got us in right away. Discussed what we wanted, they drew it up and got to work. Line work was great and exactly what we asked for and more! Would highly recommend Yandriel and Xochilt. It was my first tattoo and Xochilt was great at explaining and answering all my questions.

I had a great experience getting a new Manta Ray tattoo. The people at the desk were very friendly and the shop was clean and inviting. Eric is an artist and professional. We discussed the design, placement and he explained everything to me (and my wife). Great experience from start to finish. We will be back again.

10/10 great service! it was my first walk-in at a tattoo shop & Chano was very professional and kind at aiding me to what he recommended size wise with the tattoo i wanted and it turned out so nice and just like i asked. Can’t wait to go back to get more done in the future!!

This place and the people are the best! My sister and I went to get some piercings spur of the moment and wanted to try a new place. They are extremely clean and the guys in the shop are so friendly and welcoming. Jimbo did our piercings and is so knowledgeable and considerate. He was also had a ton of patience with all the tiny jewelry piercings I wanted and jewelry change I asked for and made me feel so comfortable. We had been to some other shops in the area and this is by far the best. This is going to be the only place we go to in the future.

Jimbo (the owner) pierced my nose and he was extremely friendly! The nose piercing and ring he put in it looks great and he thoroughly went through the after care instructions and gave me a paper on how to take care of it. If you follow their instructions of how to take care of it, there should be no problems or infections. The price was good! Highly recommend.

Got my first tattoo here. I was a walk-in and they took me in, and got me in and out. Amazing customer service and the guy who did my tattoo was very nice, and gentle. I would definitely come here again for my next tattoo. Absolutely love this place! Thank you!

Had two tattoos done today by Eric. He came up with the designs and they are exactly what I wanted. Was done before I knew it. Every one very nice and helpful. Facility very clean and very sanitized. Great experience. Thank you Eric.

Called the day before for an appointment and the guys were super chill about adding 2 walk in piercings for our group. Shop was very clean & staff was friendly. Jimbo had a gentle hand, was very thorough with explaining what he was doing and explained the after care in great detail. Will definitely return for any future needs. Thanks for accommodating our girls trip with a fun memory!

We had a great and friendly experience. We called on a Wednesday and had an appointment on Friday, we arrived early and was no big deal to get us in right away. They took our idea and added detail we love. Staff was personable and was an enjoyable experience. Would recommend this place to anyone that wants a clean, enjoyable mother/daughter experience.

My husband and I got our ears and nose pierced and would 1000% recommend them to anyone who asked for a piercer. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable and soooo friendly. If you need or want a piercing or tattoo this is your place.

Had a great experience getting 5 piercings between 3 of us! Jimbo took the time to expertly explain everything to us, especially to my 15yr old. The place was clean, used sanitized equipment and had a lot of jewelry to choose from. We did not feel rushed, and he made sure we understood the take home care instructions! So glad we went here!

If i could give 0 stars, i would! i only went to this place because i thought cherry hill was closed… what a big mistake. first, they told me the price of second lobe piercings was $60 over the phone, but when I got done they charged me $100… which is INSANE for simple lobe piercings.second, they pierced my second lobe wayyy too close to my first lobe. I couldn’t even wear my regular studs in my first lobe because they left me no space for both. when I asked the piercer if he could move the marking further back, he just pierced me without showing me where the new mark was made, so at that point it was too late. I had to go to a completely different piercing parlor to have the piercings removed since they pierced my lobes with a flat back stud (which you can only remove if you have the professional tools that they use… and most people don’t.)overall, i do NOT recommend this place for piercings! they are inconsistent with their prices and the quality of work is subpar. if you’re looking for a QUALITY piercing in naples, go to cherry hill instead!

Decided to get a second lobe, rook, and tragus piercing here and was not disappointed! I was a walk-in and the front of house staff took care of me right away and were very nice and welcoming. Blake does an awesome job with piercings and really takes the time to get the right placement and angle before doing the piercing and provided useful information regarding aftercare.Very professional place and would recommend anyone looking for piercings to check it out!

I would highly recommend getting a tattoo here. My two sisters and I were walk-ins. The staff was very nice and friendly. Our artist was very accommodating. We showed him a picture. He drew it up for us and added some more details that we asked for. He was very professional. Very clean. He was gentle. There was very little pain. Jimbo was also very nice and knowledgeable. We love our tattoos. I will go there for my next one.

I got a simple finger tattoo years ago and they were very clean, friendly and welcomed walk-ins. My husband just got our sons name on his arm and it was exactly the same. Clean, friendly and they were able to get him right in. Well definitely be back.

Two sisters, we got matching tattoos (well tried to & it was a pretty simple design. But they arent as matching as our other one.) Our person, i wont mention his name, but we felt confident reading his bio. However he was pretty condescending, rude, obnoxious & thought way too highly of himself/skill. He didnt listen to simple things we wanted & took liberties that we didnt ask for. He didnt do as good as we were expecting after reading his experience bio. I wouldnt even go back to have him fix it if he did it for free. This was our 2nd tattoo at Body branding.. the girl we originally had a couple of years ago was very nice, listened to us, didnt talk down to us and did exactly what we asked for. She said if we ever needed a touch up she would be happy to do it free. Unfortunately she was no longer there & when my sister showed this other guy, where the pink wasnt as solid as the rest ( & Im talking 1/2 the size of a pea.) It would have taken him a second. He wouldnt touch up her tattoo. Told her to come back another time 😆 🤣 😂. Right?! (We live in different states & he knew that!)We went back because of our first experience. Hoping it would be the same kind of experience. But....No!I would not return here because of our tattooist. He ruined the experience & was only trying to back peddle & be nice after he realized he was kind of an A$$ & it was tip time. Which we more than generously tipped but really shouldnt have.Go with your gut.. maybe u will get a person that listens?. If you get someone who talks over you when you try to explain what you want & laughs at you and makes you feel stupid.. then u probably got our guy & I would leave as quick as possible if I were you. SO WISH, I would have went with my gut. I didnt like his attitude after the first 3 mins. of trying to talk to him. But we hoped he would be good.

Came in as a walk in’s to get a tattoo with my friends and we worked with Chano. The establishment is clean, and professional. He listened to all of our ideas and details. Made sure we all got what we wanted. If I lived in the area I would come back to him for future work! Thank you, Chano!

Was in for tattoos recently and had a great experience. We were a group of 4, we called the morning of and Jim was kind enough to fit us in. We came in with some ideas and the artists helped see it to the end result. Mine and my one friend were done by Mike and my husband and other friend were handled by another artist (I am sorry I did not get her name) all had a a great experience. The pic included was my orange blossoms done by Mike, great conversation and so very happy with the art! Would definitely recommend the shop for anyone in the area looking for work done. The shop was extremely clean and everyone was very professional. Thank you again for fitting us in and will stop in next time we are in town!! :)

I did research on shops around the south Florida area for tats and piercings while I was in town from MN.Owner, Jimbo did my piercings. He made me feel very comfortable.Also, as a nurse, I noted infection control and steril procedure was on point. The rest of the shop was immaculately clean as well.Mike, my tat artists was laid back, professional and experienced. He was well rounded and had an eye for details. I trusted in his artistic opinions (instead of mine) and Im glad I did! Amazing, quality work. I didnt worry too much about cost, because I wanted quality, but Mike was reasonably priced for the talent he displayed.I would definitely go back.Definitely recommend.5 stars 🌟

Robbie does all my work and never disappoints! After hearing about him from multiple people I knew I had to check him out. I’m so glad I did! Besides the fact that I get a beautiful tattoo from a talented positive artist who makes me feel comfortable, it’s done in a very clean environment! I love how serious they take COVID and I feel it’s a very safe place to get a tattoo! I also got a phone call a few days later making sure everything was healing okay and if I had any questions. Talk about customer service! I’ve never had a shop do that for me. Will continue coming here and I recommend this place to everyone!

I really enjoyed my experience here! The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and the prices are fair. I was scared to get my bellybutton re-pierced because it has been pierced before and built up a lot of scar tissue. The staff made sure it was as painless as could be and talked me through what they were doing which was very much appreciated. Can’t wait to go back for my next piercing! :)

I moved here from Connecticut and lucked out with a position here. This is the most thoroughly clean and completely service driven facility I have worked at. I was completely impressed seeing the welcoming cube that the owner custom built to abide by our Covid requirements in order to make not only our staff but our customers feel safe. The person to person consultations are impressive and the follow up calls that are part of the normal procedures are impressive as well. The piercings and tattoos are handled with the most modern techniques and cleanliness and I have been tattooed for decades. I am proud to be a part of the family of Body branding emporium tattoo!

I got piercings done by Caid and he was VERY professional and did such an amazing job! He made me feel calm and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be going back to him for any and every piercing in the future. I highly recommend this shop as everyone in there was very welcoming and informative!

This place was great!!! Definitely my kind of place, staff was so nice, got straight to the point with the tattoo idea I walked in with, filled out paper work and was set to go! This place is awesome, I truly recommend Eric he is the best. I got my first tattoo with him the best experience, to be honest I was little bit scared at the beginning but he made me feel so much better during the process.

My artist was Johnny and he was amazing! First time for a tattoo and it was a great experience! Really nice people super clean, talked me through it the whole time. Took the time to go over what I wanted and made sure I was happy with instead of just doing whatever he wanted. He did amazing work and the lines are super clean. I have gotten nothing but compliments from it and I’ve been staring at it for hours and I just can’t get enough. I will definitely be going back and I will recommend them to all of my friends. If you’re thinking about getting a tattoo, this is the place to do it! Johnny is fantastic at what he does and has a real passion for his work. Strives to make you happy and make sure that you are comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend them. They are amazing and I have nothing but great things to say!!!!

I work for People Ready, which is right next door to this place. I referred a lady to work for People Ready also. She was brand new in town. She didnt know anybody and didnt know her way around here at all. She didnt even have a phone. One day I was waiting for her to get off work on my bicycle after the office had closed. I was waiting right outside of People Ready, not Body Branding Tattoo Emporium. A man that I guess is the owner came out and told me that I had to leave or he would have me arrested for trespassing. I politely explained to him my purpose there which was to help a lady in need of guidance and he very rudely told me that I could go accross the street and wait for her. He is a very nasty, inconsiderate, and obviously heartless man. He is in dire need of prayer. I ask for everyone who reads this to pray for him but please do not give Body Branding any business. There are plenty of other places in Naples to get tattoos and piercings and stuff like. Thank you all for your prayers for him and for not giving him any business.

Ive gotten two tattoos here in the past six months, and each one leaves me hungry for more. The staff is friendly, professional, and really, really good at what they do! Ive been able to get inked the same day as I walk in both times, and I get ridiculous amounts of compliments on their work. Id definitely recommend them!!

I got my septum done here. Very clean and easy. When I lost one of the balls to my piercing they gave me extras for free! Front of house staff is very professional and nice. Highly recommend :)

Jimbo’s honesty was very much appreciated and my conch piercing went MUCH easier than I thought it would. 😊👍🏻UPDATE: By following the instructions I was given, my conch piercing has been healing effortlessly. 👍🏻

Caid did an excellent job piercing my septum. He did great making sure I was comfortable and handling the piercing process well. Front desk lady was super nice as well. Love how clean the place is and how they give souvenirs (Keychain, bumper sticker, pen and business card), and Caid did very well on after care/healing instructions. Highly recommend this place for a piercing!

This place has the rudest people working here. My sister and I came to get some piercings and the owner of the shop did my sisters ear first and this guy starts yelling and cussing at her and for literally doing nothing but being nice, then wouldn’t let me get mine pierced and keep in mind that my sister and I are 20 and this is a grown man. I would never recommend anyone to come here. If you want some work done please go to cherry hill tattoo, they are literally the sweetest people.

Today my husband wanted to get a tribute tattoo done. We went to another shop but it was booked and we were told to come back another time. We decided to check out Body Branding Tattoo and I am SO glad we did. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The shop was also very clean. Andrew did my husbands tattoo, he was so professional and put genuine care into the tattoo. I was so happy with the shop and Andrews work that I decided to get a tattoo as well. We are so happy with our tattoos and our experience. When we got in the car we both agreed that we will definitely be back.

Jimbo did a wonderful job on nostril piercings for my niece and me. He was kind, professional, and safe. He also did a great job of calming my nerves! The ladiy at the front was very nice and efficient. I would definitely recommend him and Body Branding.

This is the worst tattoo shop in Naples. All the reviews about their staff being rude is completely accurate. Not to mention their work is absolute trash.I went in for a hand tattoo and was overly charged ($125 for a tiny 4 letter word). I was also told that hand tattoos did not qualify for touch ups which I understood. But as you can see in the imagines, this 3 week old tattoo is incomplete and faded. I called and gave the owner “Jimbo” the opportunity to make it right. His excuse was that “feet and hand tattoos heal differently and can fade even on the same day you get them.”I have multiple tattoos, including my foot and I’ve never seen anything like this. Not to mention I know plenty of people with hand tattoos that have ACTUAL ink 🤣I work in an office and I’m well educated on tattoo after care. So can’t even blame it on hand washing or the healing process. This shop is just a sorry excuse of a business. Don’t waste your money.

This place was disgusting. Super rude right off the bat. My friends and I came in and the two guys immediately were harsh and asked if we were the people that called with attitude. We had no idea what they were talking about when we simply just asked if they had a piercer in at the moment. He then slammed the papers on the desk and rolled his eyes and said oh here we go again. I said no but wait I need to know the material the price and he was so rude and barely wanted to talk to us. We walked out and he continued to speak to us saying goodluck trying to get pierced somewhere else and sarcastically waved us out of the parking lot. Disgusting people. Terrible service. Horrible vibes. I’d never let one of those two even get close to piercing my face .

We stopped in here spur of the moment and from the moment we walked in the door we felt very comfortable. Being very new to getting tattoos we were nervous going to a new place. My husband and I only have one each that we got in Georgia last year. From the lady at the front desk to our tattoo artist Johnny who did our tattoos, we thoroughly enjoyed this relaxing and professional establishment! I would definitely recommend checking this place out whether you are new to tattoos or just looking to add to what you have!GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

My tattoo artist was Brandon. I came in with my own idea but he was able to guide me in the right direction respectfully to getting a tattoo that would look best on me based on the location I wanted orginally. This was my first tattoo and the best experience I could ask for. This place is clean, when walking in I saw the owner disinfecting and sanitizing everything from chairs, counters, doors, and handles. I came early in the morning when they first opened up so I wasnt able to meet the whole staff. All in all I would recommend this place to anybody. Thanks again Brandon!

I will never go here again because from the second I got there it was bad. Nobody knew what a snug piercing was. The piercer told me that swelling isn’t common for a piercing when I have well over 20 piercings total and all of them have swollen. When he finished piercing me I felt fine he dropped the dud ball like twice while the clamp was moving my fresh piercing around which made me nauseous. I have never felt the way I did getting a piercing. And now my ear looks like it is swelling over the piercing because the jewelry is too small. It just felt like I was teaching him when it should’ve been a smooth process

Caid did such a great job! Super professional and friendly, and got the job done so much easier than other piercers I’ve been to. The shop was very clean and adhered to covid protocols. I felt very safe. I can’t wait to schedule my next piercing!

Walked in for a piercing recently, process was quick and easy, facility extremely clean, and was given a thorough explanation on aftercare for your piercing. Very happy with the experience

The staff was very nice and professional had a great experience with them. But the owner on the other hand did not come off as a friendly person at all not once did this man greet me nor my friend not once did he ask if we were being helped. But heard a lovely story about how he had the confront his neighbors about driving across his driveway. Only reason I would go back to this place is because of the amazing staff. I went in expecting them to tell me they would be booked for months like Cherry Hill did . But Kristian took care of me. He was very nice, I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in getting a new tattoo.

I brought my daughter to Body Branding for a Tragus ear piercing. The staff is very helpful and the process was pretty easy. I appreciated Caids professionalism with my 14yr old who was nervous. He was kind and informative. Im very happy with our experience here and trust him for future piercings.

Caid pierced both of my eyebrows on December 2nd and honestly they are PERFECT. He did an AMAZING job. Everything was clean and sterile, the shop looked absolutely great. Not sure what these other reviews are talking about given the fact that I’ve been in this shop multiple times and it is spotless every single time I go. Everyone is extremely polite and professional. I’ve recommended it to everyone I know. 10/10 will DEFINITELY be coming back.

The experience was 100% comfortable, and they listened to exactly what I wanted....they used the highest grade sterilization methods known to artistry and they handled my wife and I very professionally!!!!!! Robbie York is the highest quality portrait artist in the state of Florida....Ive only had my tattoo for 24 hours and Ive already had tons of compliments and people saying it is the best they have ever seen!!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! :)

He as well as the other staff make you feel comfortable and they do an amazing job.He made me feel assured that even after the appointment, I can call if I have any concerns whatsoever. First off the two young gentlemen in the front were super pleasant, professional and kind! Thanks guys! This place was recommended by a friend that live in Naples, so I decided to take the chance and go in, feel the place and meet Maria, the artist that was recommended. As soon as I walk in I felt a great vibe, even better when I met Maria, saw her work book and everything started to come together. Gave her my design, listen to her suggestions, after one hour we went back and there was the design I wanted !! Had a little anxiety at the beginning but she made me feel better and better as the time went by. I wanted everything done in one sitting, so after 5 hours I was tired but extremely happy with the result . She has a beautiful firm clean line, she’s very passionate in what she does plus she has that warm Italian caracter that I really like .Great job Maria !! Can’t wait to go back for my next one .I definitely recommend this place !!

I took my teenage daughter in recently to have her belly button pierced and our experience was nothing short of welcoming and professional. Caid was the piercer and he thoroughly went over what to expect prior to the piercing and answered any questions we had. The piercing room was clean and all new tools were used. The piercing itself went well and Caid explained all of the cleaning/care instructions thoroughly. I would highly recommend Caid and Body Branding for their services.

Last week I went to body branding to get a piercing. The staff was very welcoming. Corey pierced the top of my ear exactly where I wanted it. I was worried that it would hurt. Ive wanted it for years. He calmly went over what he was going to do and told me to take a deep breath and it was over. I didnt even feel it! He then proceeded to go over detailed instructions on how to care for it and its healing great! Thank you so much!

Robbie did my tattoo yesterday, after 6 hours on his table I will NEVER go to another artist. He spent an immense amount of time drawing my tattoo and perfecting it before I walked into the shop. It was far more beautiful than any of the examples I had sent him before. While on the table he was easy to relax with and I really enjoyed his company. I offered a ton of creative freedom even during the tattoo and when I finally saw the completed work I was on the verge of tears. The finished art was easily the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.He stressed the importance to tattooing in a way that created the least trauma to the skin, and it absolutely made sitting for 6 hours far more tolerable vs breaking up into two sessions. The colors are so vibrant you would think someone took a marker to my skin.Wound give 10 stars if I could. Instead I am handing his card out like I’m getting paid for it. ❤️

Brought my daughter (14) in for a consultation on an ear rook piercing. I was asked to get a form they provided notarized, then make an appointment with Jimbo. The notarization provides time to contemplate the piercing, which is great. We had a superior experience with the consultation and actual piercing. Professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind staff. Very welcoming to us. (We had a poor experience with another local business down the road we stopped in to - extremely condescending staff.) Terrible quality jewelry. Stud fell out no more than 2 days after I got the jewelry. Stwas told it would be replaced free of charge. When I arrived I was given the opposite response. Bad quality jewelry and experience wasnt what was expected afterwards. Unfortunate

2 piercings + $120 later and I still had to get my septum re-pierced by someone else. Dude does not know what he’s doing and because he can’t do his job I had to pay three times the amount for a septum.

Jessica was so nice, and knew exactly what she was doing. I got my daith pierced, and it was literally the most pleasant piercing experience Ive ever had. I have ears on the smaller side, and she didnt have a lot of extra room to work with. She informed me what was going to happen, and even trained another person while doing it! Caid has pierced my daith, as well as 2 cartilidge piercings at Body Branding. During both procedures, he was highly professional, from using the correct medical equipment to providing me with aftercare instructions. I got the second service done during the pandemic (Covid). Theyre taking extra precautions during this time to ensure the health and safety of all of their clients, like installing a barrier before you enter the parlor. Ive been here many times to visit and its always sanitary. Not once, have I had a bad experience. The manager, Jimbo, and everyone else Ive met there has always been nice to me. Yendiel is amazing- 4 of us walked in on vacation, and all 4 of us were amazed by what we received, even with translation ! It didn’t matter that we did not speak his native language fluently- he was amazing and everything was translated perfectly by coworkers and he asked all the right questions! I paid 125 for a tattoo thats not detailed (rose) maybe 3 inches big and been waiting to go there to get a touch up but only have 30 days and theyre is a scab on it still!!! and its week 3 I have plenty of tattoos and never been scarred like that . very disappointed . jay was fantastic unfortunately he does work there he did one of my tattoos the other guy sucked . never again. Very unprofessional, my smiley piercing fell out within 12 hours of getting it and after calling to say what happened and wanting to get it redone he told me thats how its made and often falls out which is not normal if it was done correctly. I got my nose pierced as well and after he put the needle in he says oh sh*t something that would be alarming as im having a needle stuck in my face by a so called professional. Went in a couple days later to get my smiley redone and the piercer tried to make me pay again after he messed it up.

Got a tattoo here not even a week ago with my boyfriend and his tattoo is horrendous. The ink is bleeding out into his skin and the lines are all over the place, crooked , uneven , obviously went too deep in some spots but too light in others. My tattoo looks like once it scabs off, there will be no ink in my skin in some spots. We coulda got better tattoos in jail.I’d give negative stars if I could

I am 16 years old, I have been wanting a tattoo for years that says “You Will be Found” this message means a lot to me. Both of my parents are fully supportive of my decision. When we called and asked he said “Well that’s not morally right.” Even though it’s the decision made by myself and my parents. Do NOT go here. They’re incredibly rude and making presumptions such as that is disgusting.

Waited over an hour with an appointment to get 1 piercing with no one in the shop just to end up not have anything done, i’ve gotten a tattoo done here before as well and the first time it was completely horrible (lines weren’t complete, I had a diamond shape around my tattoo that was completely wobbly and unsymmetrical) I came back and the owner I believe touched up my tattoo and made it look much better however I feel every time I come in there’s an issue.
