I can not express how much i love this shop! me, my boyfriends mom, and boyfriend all got tattoos here and had THE BEST experience. everyone is so nice and makes you feel very comfortable. they offer us a drink, and a blanket if we needed one. TJ did the hummingbird and the rose and Rick did the back piece. both are super cool guys! i hope we can come back next year on vacation!!

I had an amazing experience going into the shop! i was instantly welcomed and it gave a very homey vibe, i had jay as my artist and i can definitely say he did amazing! i 100% would recommend him and i plan on going back, totally worth the 6 hour drive! the pricing is very fair and easy to work with for sure. they offer you a drink or snack if needed and make you feel extremely comfortable throughout the visit. this was truly a great experience and i plan on continuing my tattoo journey at this shop!

The low reviews either do not elaborate or are based on a review left for an artist that is no longer there anyway.Myself, my wife, my sisters, and my step brother all went in to get tattoos to honor my mother who passed away earlier this week. We all had some grand ideas, one of which was for myself and my two sisters to get tattoos in my moms handwriting. With her no longer being here, we gave them an old recipe she had written out, and Erika, Jay, and Sarah did AMAZING in piecing it all together to make it feel like mom was there to write it herself. The tattoos all turned out AMAZING as well. TJ and Jayme are also PHENOMENAL owners and hosts, as they immediately offered the kiddos temporary tattoos and let them feel like a part of the day, and they were both sweeter than any business owners could possibly be.My tattoos were done personally by Sarah, and I will absolutely 110% be back. She was an absolute rockstar, and although TJ gave her a hard time about being heavy handed, she couldnt have been more precise in her work. Mind you, these were my first 4 tattoos, did them all at once and I have zero complaints. Needless to say, Sarah with an H is my new best friend and now I have an ink addiction.

I traveled from Jersey to get a matching tattoo with my sister, and our artist Jay did amazing. We both got our tattoos on our ribs and we barely felt it. Jay has such a light hand and he is so obviously extremely talented. He made the experience enjoyable with his welcoming personality and his amazing work. I am a perfectionist and I believe Jay did our tattoos better than I could have ever imagined. I am more than happy with his work and I would highly recommend him!

This place is absolutely phenomenal. Texted for an appointment for multiple people and got a quick response. They are by far the most welcoming and accommodating tattoo shop I’ve ever been to. They all seem like family and make you feel like you are as well. The shop manager was fabulous and our artist Jay was incredible. Very precise, professional, and his line work is so clean. Knocked out 7 tattoos for our family. Very clean with amazing work. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Friendly and inviting as soon as we walked through the door. I was booked quickly and I arrived back at my appt time. I had the pleasure of Rick Shuck as my artist. Professional, personable, and most of all great to chat and hang with for a few hours. I am very pleased with the swift service and the artistic abilities of Rick. Easy to work with understanding exactly what I was looking for. Will be back in the future! Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! My son and DIL found Eleven 11. After they had multiple tattoos, my husband, another son and I made the trip from Tennessee for our tattoos. We could not be happier with the artists and will be back for additional pieces in the near future. The entire staff is incredible. Rick has done my two as well as my youngest sons. He is such an outstanding artist as well as so much fun to hang out with for an afternoon. Erika did a portrait of our GSP for my husband and words cannot describe the precision. We were made to feel welcome and at ease from our first steps in the door. We will definitely return again(and probably again....)

Sarah was awesome! I love my tattoo and she was so friendly and sweet! The studio is beautiful and clean as well. It was also my daughter’s first tattoo and she was so nervous but said that Sarah made her feel comfortable and relaxed! Thanks y’all! We will be back 😊

I couldn’t have asked for a better first tattoo experience! Everyone was welcoming and the environment was very comforting. I also appreciated their communication by text message, answering any questions I had and making sure we’re on the same page so everything goes smoothly. I had Brittany and she was amazing as to everyone in the shop! They also provide a thorough aftercare card so you don’t have to worry about researching for first timers. I definitely recommend this place!

They are by far one of the friendliest shops I’ve been in. They have such a good atmosphere in shop and are so collaborative. On top of that all of their artists are badass and would happily let them tattoo me any day. I recommend them to everyone 🤍Erika absolutely killed my first session and I cannot wait until our next session! Honestly the photos don’t do it justice!

Rick did an amazing job adding color to my cover up, of a cover up. He listened to all my concerns and now I have a beautiful “refreshed” tattoo I can be proud to show off. I highly recommend eleven 11! I will definitely be going back, but next time it will be for a brand new tattoo.

Last minute decisions arent always bad!Clean, well kept shop that had nice art and great artists. My tattoo, granted not very large in size, only took roughly 10 minutes and is stellar. Healed right up. Great mini vacation memory, stamped right on my neck! ❤️

I went to eleven 11 for the first time this past week to start my sleeve. I saw Jay & he absolutely killed it. The vibes of this shop are unmatched & everyone there is incredibly kind, inviting, & accommodating. I sent Jay a couple random pictures to go off of & he brought my entire idea to life. He is an incredible artist & made the entire experience comfortable & enjoyable. I’ve been to multiple shops in the area & I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Jay & Eleven 11!!

10 out of 10 recommend. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and feel welcome. I got my tattoo done by Sarah, she came in on Sunday when they we’re actually closed. I will be booking with her again. She does awesome work and really sweet. There is definitely a lot of talent at this shop.

Everyone here is truly amazing, i got my first tattoo ever done with sarah and it came out beautiful. My dad had gotten a matching tattoo done by Rick! (also amazing) i wish i could give this place more than 5 stars honestly

I have been going in and out of tattoo parlors for over 30 years. Eleven Eleven is by far the best I have ever stepped foot in. The artists are all professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I took my Son in for his first tattoo and he got Slick Rick. What a perfect match up for a first timer!! Rick not only produced a great tattoo but knew exactly how to handle a younger first timer. Of course I couldn’t leave without getting something. So midway through my Son’s tattoo, I was introduced to Erika and we began working on a something for my outer arms. All I can say is WOW! What attention to detail and the lines couldn’t be more precise. I left there extremely pleased with the results of both our tattoos!! If you want a one of a kind environment/experience that is filled with years of talent and unbelievable professionalism and kindness…don’t sit around and wonder if this is the right place for you. Believe me, it is…you will have no regrets and I can guarantee you will find your way back over and over again. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I got my first tattoo on my birthday and it was the perfect place and perfect people to do it for me! Everyone was so reassuring and excited for me. They designed exactly what I wanted and helped me with placement and size. It was such a wonderful experience and won’t be my only time getting a tattoo here! Thank you Tish and TJ! Best place ever to get a tattoo.. all the artist do beautiful work.. they are so nice and make your time there enjoyable... the couple who own it are just as nice as can be.. I go there which there are others closer to my home... but these people are just great.. working on my 4th tattoo from them .. I use Rick... but all of them are fantastic.. check out thier work online...

This is a memorial tattoo for my husband. Rick did an awesome job! He really brought what was in my head to life! Its been 21yrs since my last tattoo so I was really nervous going in but everybody in the shop was awesome and made me feel comfortable.Thank you Rick! I love it! ❤ 🥰

Amazing artist and professionalism from all the staff. TJ was awesome and from other work I saw getting done the other artists were very talented as well! Jayme the office manager did an awesome job making everyone feel welcome even offering sodas and water to drink. I’m from Illinois and visit here once a year with our family and will not get another tattoo anywhere else!

TJ and Dan are some of the best artists I have had the pleasure of getting tattooed by. They did some rework on a couple of older tattoos and really brought out and added more details to make them pop! Highly recommend Eleven 11 tattoo shop!

Slickkkk Rickkkkk!Rick is amazing dude.He’s professional, does amazing work (literally so good. line work, shading, he’s great) has a great vibe and is hilarious.The shop was able to squeeze me in, in pretty short notice on my asking. Rick was amazing, he helped bring my ideas to life and added them to my body. He’s very knowledgeable and willing to work with you on what it is what you’re wanting to do and will also be straight forward with you if something won’t work, which I really appreciate in an artist. We weren’t able to finish my piece so I will definitely be back.Everyone in the shop is very friendly and inviting, it’s like their own little community and you don’t feel like an outsider being in there.Pricing is really good for the area and for the detail you end up with.Sara was quite observant and helpful as an apprentice and will be an great addition.(Will add pictures when tattoo is done healing so I can do them justice).

I set up appointment with Zac, he gave me the most beautiful tattoo of my frenchie Moonpie. It’s amazing, looks just like her. Zac did an excellent job and I appreciate the time he took to get her expression and all of her features SPOT ON. Damn dude you did a great job! Thank you again! The best tattoo shop in the area! Zac did an amazing job with my tattoos and I’ll be going back again. The shop is very clean and the atmosphere is great, the other artists and owners are all very friendly. Zac can do anything but specializes in colorful pieces/shading.

My experience here was beyond amazing! Super great vibes all around. TJ tattooed me and his work is impeccable. He is very personable, and made me feel comfortable the entire time, making sure I had water, and even turned on my favorite show for me while he tattooed me. I am so pleased with my tattoo! Its taken me some time to muster up the courage to write this review. Overall, the atmosphere in this place is great. Its clean, busy, and fun. The owner was welcoming and made it a point to come around and talk to each client as they were being tattooed, which I thought was cool.I decided to book with a specific artist (who is no longer at this location) whose portfolio was impressive and similar to the work I already had done. After our consultation, I booked three consecutive sessions to finish a sleeve on one arm and start one on the other. On the day of my first session, they reached out to tell me they were running late. I understand that things happen, but it was inconvenient as I was on the clock with a babysitter for my toddler and it took an hour off of the limited time I had available.When I got there, the artist was distracted by some news they had received that day and the vibes just werent good. They kept stopping in the middle of tattooing to go to the back to check their phone. They seemed to be getting progressively flustered and eventually put the gun down and dismissively said Well just have to finish this next time, I know you have to go get your kid. What should have been a five-hour session turned into three hours, tops. I left with an unfinished outline of a leaf, a tiny quote, and a couple flowers. The largest portion of my upper arm that was already tattooed needed some minor tweaking to clean up some lines, and it ended up being a complete disaster. I left in tears and Im honestly really embarrassed with the end result.What was supposed to be a (very expensive) birthday present to myself ended up being a huge and permanent mistake. Needless to say, I was too heartbroken to return.

Had the BEST time here! they make you feel so welcomed. I was recommended to TJ and I waited 6 months for my appt with him. Worth the wait. he was friendly and worked w me on the design, every artist came by to chat and give input on placement. I felt like we all became bffs and i love the open concept to allow all other clients to chat. We watched Christmas movies and the shop mgr is TJs wife she was passing out cookies and sodas. The tattoo turned out amazing and im already booked for 2 more sessions. thanks eleven 11 for a wonderful experience

I worked with Kira on a thigh tattoo for 3 sessions. Shes friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly gifted. The entire shop is full of warm and friendly people, which made my experience even better. By the time I was done, I was sad to not have another appointment coming up because I just enjoyed being there. Highly recommend the shop and Kira!

Every person in the shop was very professional and treated me with respect. This was my first tattoo & they ensured that it was going to be EXACTLY what I wanted. On the day of, Chris Purdy had a lot of patience to help me go over any mistakes that I had on my draw up. He reprinted and redrew maybe 5 times to make sure I had what I wanted. The tattoo turned out amazing with excellent line work. I’ve had many compliments. Chris was also very personable along with the owner and a few others I talked to. I highly recommend this shop.

I had TJ and he was AMAZING! I got a piece done a couple years ago and he did awesome at adding detail to it to blend it all together. Hands down the best tattoo shop I’ve been to. I wanted my family crest tattoo on my shoulder. TJ did an outstanding job combining the traditional tattoo artwork with modern flare. He made it look better than I could have imagined. He has fantastic ability to envision the end result and executed it flawlessly. And this is my first tattoo at 58 years old.

Kira was very professional during a multi hour tattoo..She was prompt on the start of it, was creative in help with my personal design and very friendly during the art work. TJ was amazing!! I brought in a drawn picture and it looked exactly liked I asked with a fun spin he put on it with the watercolor. He was great, friendly and it just felt like home. The best part is its very family friendly so my 5 year old was able to come with us which was great!! Definitely found the right artist and cant wait to go back!!

TJ and his family are just down right amazing. My daughter and my Wife got mother daughter tattoos done here. It was her 19th birthday. If you want a warm welcome and awesome group of people go here. I cant thank them all enough for a wonderful experience. Price is right and the artwork is superb.

We went in on a very special day and they were able to squeeze us in. they were amazing and super friendly and helped us get exactly what we wanted. even when one of us gave them a scare by getting super light headed they were professional and amazing. My family and I come to Pensacola Beach every July. For the past four years my friend and her daughter have been joining us on vacation and we wanted a matching paper airplane tattoo! I also wanted a mom tattoo to represent me and my three boys! I searched for a clean, top notch, and a friendly tattoo environment and came across Eleven 11 Tattoo Studio! Upon checking out their Facebook and Instagram page, I knew this was the tattoo shop I wanted to visit! TJ is amazing and has a funny sense of humor and Kira and Dan are super friendly, too and always had a smile on their faces! We will definitely be back next year!!!

Though I am very new to getting tattoos I will say that this place by far is one the most comforting tattoo places, everyone is so cool and friendly and absolutely amazing at what they do and especially their astounding color artist Chris, because of him I’m only getting tattoos that involve color just because I love looking at it so much. Writing this for my wife...I was in town to attend a funeral for my best friend. After the funeral, I was driving back to my hotel and decided to stop in Eleven 11. TJ was awesome. He worked with me to determine the best placement for a tribute tattoo. About 45 minutes later I walked out with my tattoo and it is perfect. It is exactly what I wanted. TJ was extremely compassionate and thoughtful in my time of grief. I highly recommend TJ...he is new to the area, but his artistry speaks for itself. Stop by and check out his new shop.

Me and my girlfriend just got tattoos. Absolutely enjoyed our experience. The artists were so nice and experienced. They seemed like they enjoy what they do rather than seeming awkward and stand-offish. I would highly suggest to come in and get a tattoo at ELEVEN 11. Loved the work Dan had done for me, my mom, and dad. we had thumbprint, heart tattoos and he did it perfectly. evenly distributed, very symmetrical, and didn’t hurt one bit. awesome for a first tattoo, and i’ll be back there again for my second!

Grey did my tattoos he did an excellent job quick, professional and fair. Had no problem doing second piece at a moments notice. Definitely getting my next series of tattoos at this location.

Just got done with a session with TJ that lasted a couple hours, but the time flew by. Easy to talk to, respectful, and has great taste in music. Not to mention he gave me the best tattoo I have to date

Great prices, even better work first time in a long time I felt that true customer service was happening my vision was listened to, TJ is the man! TJ and his staff of artists are friendly , professional people who show attention to detail , and it shows in their work . If you are looking to add new ink to your collection or renew some ink you already have , you seriosly need to give these people a try - 💯

They performed a tattoo of a guardian angel. Probly a 3 hr. sit. professional clean and friendly. Also being in a wheelchair they were completely understanding helpful an accessible. I intend to return in July for another dose of ink... Hopefully I can get a time slot. Experienced eonly the best their and hype for my next piece From 11th street.

This was the best place for me to get my first tattoo, everyone was SUPER nice, and Jay, the tattoo artist for me, was super gentle and made me laugh and talked to me which made me very comfortable, I’ll definitely be coming back for more tattoos in the future!!

Not too happy with my experience here. I finally had to go somewhere else to get my tattoo fixed after spending too much money here and 3 tries. I felt like the last touch up, which was a cover up from my first tattoo here was overcharged since it only took about an hour and I was charged $200.

Wonderful experience here with TJ and Jay. Their art is impeccable and linework is the best around. Making this a yearly tradition. They make you feel like family here and its comforting
