On 5/28 around 6:15. Worker with light brown hair, glasses and overweight is so rude. Like sorry you have a whole bunch of stuff not on clearance in the clearance section? Zero reason to have such attitude and act like Im stupid.

I went to get my cartilage pierced here and I had this one lady i wish i knew her name she had red hair, she was absolutely amazing. Like 10/10 service. I was trying to figure out the prices and she was SO helpful and so patient. And she did so well piercing my ears and explaining everything. She truly made my experience so good and comfortable. I wish I knew her name but she did amazing!!!!

Tried to get my ears pierced with my 2 other friends and my friends mom came in with us. The worker said we need our parents even tho my mom is on vacay in Mexico and we even asked if we could call our parents she was very rude -1000000/10 She was all up in my grill from the jump. Bye. Imagine if I was adopted how rude that would sound like omg, the picture is literally how we look to her cuz we’re brown. I think she thought we were 12 but we’ll be 18 in 2 months 😣😣😣😣

Went in with my mom this afternoon. Cassie was so helpful picking out items with my mom for my cousins daughter. Top notch customer service!! Thank you so much Cassie!!

There was a sign saying 12 people allowed which would have been fine but there were about 20 people in the little store and the workers did not care at all everyone was so close I had to leave
