Great shop, great people! I have tattoos from both Billy and James. Hoping to get one in the future from Emily, her work is also fantastic, and she is a great hype lady when the boys are working on tattoos. Thank you all for the great work!

First but BEST possible tattoo experience I could have asked for. James was so down to earth and talented. I wanted a tattoo of the ridge before leaving New Paltz, and it’s the best thing I can imagine. Best crew ever and very affordable for their incredible skills.

Nothing but great things. Billy is great and takes the extra time to not only get to know you but the art he’s putting on you. I’ve gotten 3 from him and there will definitely be more! Billy Berard works to please the customer! Prior to our appointment, we shared a lot emails back and forth so he could get a good understanding of my idea. He was always very responsive and patient. The day of the appointment, we spent almost an hour exchanging ideas until I felt it was exactly what I wanted. This piece was very important to me because of it being a tribute to my father.Billy executed the tattoo with such skill and precision! He truly demonstrated the passion for his work. Not only is he a true professional, he’s genuine.I got a chance to meet the other artist/business partner and he was a gentleman as well. Beautiful shop, relaxing environment in the heart of New Paltz.This shop and the artists deserve more than a five star rating!

Great new spot! Emily is fantastic - always love the designs she comes up with after giving her a few key words. The place and atmosphere have nice vibes; its relaxing and fun. Highly recommend.

I contacted James in early February to see if he would be able to do a small cover up tattoo. He asked for some pictures of what I wanted to cover up and said what I wanted wouldn’t be too difficult, and that he was booked out until April and it would have to be scheduled mid-April, which I was fine with. I asked him what day would work best, didn’t get a response. I followed up with him in March, because I hadn’t heard anything, and he didn’t respond until mid April, saying was taking time to think it over and asked if I’d be open to a different design, which I would be. He has not responded to me at all. I’d be fine with him telling me he didn’t want to do my tattoo, but I’m pretty disappointed in the fact I’ve been strung along for months at this point. Especially because from his pictures, he seems to be a great artist.

Got a masterpiece of a tattoo here yesterday by James. The shop is clean and beautiful. I met Billy while getting tattooed by James and both are humble and wonderful people. It was a pleasure to be tattooed by James and I will absolutely be back for more tattoos!

Emily is one of the friendliest tattooers Ive ever met. AND she makes stunning artwork.
