Horrible horrible experience for my 4 month old granddaughter. My son and daughter in law were assured several times that the person piercing my granddaughters ears was comfortable and experienced, she proceeded to pierce her ear in the lower ear lobe. She then tugged at the ear a number of times in an effort to cover up her error. My son had to insist for her to stop tugging at the babys ear. To make matters worse, the back of the earring got stuck because of the placement. She never apologized and left the service recovery to another associate. You can see from the picture the marker dot indicating where the piercing should have been and the little red dot where it landed. BTW... the baby was completely content and still so no excuses.
