I went to Robi for my first tattoo. I could not be happier with the piece. He gave me a neotraditional piece representing one of my favorite shows. Robi is truly a tattoo ARTIST. He is so knowledgeable and is extremely talented. I highly recommend him!

Robbie did my first tattoo. He was so kind and patient with me. He never made me feel judged or uncomfortable when I made changes to the tattoo the day of. Leandra was very kind throughout the process anytime I called and had questions. It was an amazing experience and really set the bar for my expectations on other artists locally. He is so so talented and kind. It’s been 4.5 years since I got my lighthouse and I’ve never needed a touch up due to quality.This studio is worth every penny you spend and second you wait.

I have had a tattoo done by both Nicole and Robbie! They are by far my favorite work ever! I hope to someday be accepted to come back there! They are by far the only choice I have in the industry. My tattoos are more than I ever expected and I always recommend their studio! Love the ambiance of the place and the talent is top notch!

IT is actually run as a business..very professional...but also very comfortable and friendly.....this will be only my 4th tattoo but the first three were actually what you would assume a tattoo place looks like...this place makes me feel at home and comfortable in my surroundings..cant wait...I get number 5 in couple weeksJust got it done....Nicole rocks it is exactly what I wanted to honor my dad who passed in October...I absolutely love it

Leandra is very prompt and courteous while setting up appointments and answering any questions throughout the scheduling process online. Robbie has years of experience and does beautiful work. The studio is very cozy and provides a relaxing environment. I felt at ease during my consultation and they were very helpful making my appointment convenient for my night shift work hours. The new studio was a little hard to find but when Google says you are there, you are. Just park and look for the sign. The studio is upstairs.

Nicole is an artist. She creates beautiful images and translates them into tattoos. She has placed several for me. Robbies work is stunning. I havent used him simply because I wanted delicate watercolors and Nicole shines. The studio is very clean and comfortable.

Best shop/artists around, period. I have had many sessions with Robbie and his work is top notch. I have not had a chance to work with Nicole, but her work is equally amazing. Definitely consider using this shop for your next tattoo!

Very professional. Makes sure your design and tattoo fit you and is what you want. Very clean and comfortable studio. I have had two tattoos done by Robbie and I love them both. I am also going back for a third one later this month. My husband also has had a tattoo done by Robbie and he loves his as well.

I got my first tattoo ever from Shangri-La, and it was the just an unbelievably amazing experience.First, Shangri-la is not your usual tattoo shop, when you walk in you immediately feel a calming zen. It feels like a place where beautiful art is created (and it is!) It is not loud or crowded with nice music in the background. It is so clean and organized too!! It was so impressive.Second, Robbie, Leandra, and Nicole are all so nice and thoughtful. I first requested Nicole with my idea and she told me Robbie would be best for my tattoo. It just means a lot that they want best for you and take pride in their work. Robbie was nice the whole time and explained things I never knew about tattoos. (Because I asked and like learning lol)Now on to the tattoo, Im not sure If it will let post a picture from my phone. But I will try to add later. Robbie took my idea and created a beautiful piece. Its better than I could ever have expected. Robbie talked me through everything, gave me his thoughts and ideas. When I first walked in on tattoo day he brought up adding a border to my tattoo and we went with it. Just the fact that he thought about it enough to come up with an addition just makes me appreciate my tattoo so much more. The border completes it. The whole tattoo process was nice and simple. My tattoo was 8 hours and it was long but I didnt feel miserable sitting there. Robbie was very considerate. They gave me great cleaning instructions and now I have an amazing tattoo.Overall, If youve read this far. Shangri-La is absolutely THE place for getting a tattoo. The whole experience was just perfect.

Robbie was extremely patient, professional, and kind with this first-timer! He worked with me every step of the way to make sure everything was just right before we started. Robbie is the best artist in town. He is a consummate professional and an amazing artist. Hr has a real passion for the art he puts on his clients. The shop ia friendly and inviting and sparkling clean. Leandra the receptionist/personal assistant ia friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall you will never leave disappointed from Shangri-Las.

Nicole took my idea, fleshed out the perfect image and then executed it with unbelievable precision. The shop is very clean and everyone is professional and friendly. I flew in from Florida to get this piece done and I will definitely be back. I think Ive found my forever artist!

I have loved my experience each time i walk in there. Its peaceful and very clean with no sweaty body smells. The chair is comfortable and the artists work is stunning. The workers are fun to be around but serious when it comes to the art they provide. A wonderful place. Id recommend them to everyone.

Elizabeth Pierce did my tattoos. She is very detailed, compassionate, and thorough with her art as well as tattoos. I highly recommend she or Robby. I have plans to go back and get more tattoos done by this place.

Its the cleanest, well kept place in Indiana. Owners and staff are so very nice and helpful. Dont even get me started on the tattoos. The artistry, and precision that gets put on the ones lucky enough to get one, is amazing and unbelievable!
