Great experience here. Loved the ease of booking an appointment online. Wide selection of quality jewelry, and knowledgeable, friendly staff that was able to help narrow down the choices and provide pricing for pieces without being pushy. Extremely clean environment. Guest piercer Hooks was professional, easy to talk to, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Looking forward to returning to pick out a new hoop down the road.

Came in with a friend to get my second earlobe piercings and we were blown away by how clean and the amount of options available. It felt like we were in a Jewelry store and appreciate the workers recommendations and professionalism while we chose our jewelry. Although it is a bit pricey, I think its worth it considering the amount of care and detail that the team has put into the business. Ill be back for my 6-week follow-up to shorten the jewelry (is inserted long to allow for swelling). I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and their patience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

This place is incredible. Every staff member I’ve worked with is so friendly and helpful. Joe is amazing. I’ve booked with him twice and both times he has been so great to work with. So knowledgeable and personable! By far my best piercing experience.

The classiest piercing establishment I’ve ever been to! The facility is immaculate and has a sophisticated, upscale vibe. The gentleman at the front was polite and helpful. Joe was amazing, we had great conversation while he removed two of my 15 year old microdermals, one of which was not easy to remove. The whole experience was very pleasant and stress-free. Got my navel pierced almost a month ago, and Im so happy with my experience. Amara took the time to explain every part of the process, which was helpful for someone who has only had their earlobes pierced. Everything was super sterile and professional. I know sometimes navel piercings can be a tricky healing process, but mine has had absolutely zero irritation and looks gorgeous. It makes me want to go back and get some more piercings!

I had wonderful experience. Was so nervous to get my nose piercing done. But Jeanne was so experienced that i didn’t feel much pain while she was actually doing my piercing. It was so quick. My absolutely FAVORITE place. High quality jewelry, I have really sensitive ears and have never had an issue. I’ve been pierced by Elaine and Joey and they have to be without a doubt the NICEST and most gentle humans ever. I have extreme anxiety and they were so sweet and calming through the whole process letting me take breaks when I needed. 1000% recommend for any jewelry or piercing needs!!

I’ve seen Jeane a couple of times now and am always impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness. Got my other nostril pierced the other day and time was taken to measure and ensure symmetry. The quality and quantity of jewelry selection is amazing. Whole place is clean, best practices used, and unlike other piercing places I’ve visited, is not at all intimidating. Everyone is super welcoming. Would go back again anytime.

What a great shop! Went last week to get a philtrum pierced. Joe pierced me and he was lovely - answered questions honestly and was very relaxed and friendly throughout the process. Also, he asked for my consent through the entire process which was so considerate. The shop is clean and organized - they use disposable piercing clamps (super sanitary) and take extra care to sterilize the piercing area. With any piercing or tattoo, you get what you pay for - this is worth the money for sure. The jewelry is high quality and theres a huge selection. Online booking is a huge plus!

I am disappointed with this business. My first experience was great when I got my initial nose piercing. I returned for my second visit and purchased a gold hoop for my nose and earrings for my earlobe. However, a month later the hoop seemed to irritate my nose. I went back for my third visit and hoped to get my initial earring switched back into my nose and was told that I would have to purchase a new earring. Even after providing receipts, and seeing in the system the last time I was there. Why would I have to repurchase a new earring after purchasing two earrings prior which are very expensive! At that point, I went to moon flower where the staff is so friendly and let me know that the hoop that was in my nose was way too small and a tight fit. They changed it for me and I didn’t need to buy their jewelry. My next experience was followed by receiving a gift card. I figured, I’ll go back and just use it to get earrings for my healed earlobe of over 20 years. I walked in at 12:01 and the shop just opened at 12. Empty store and I was told that even to browse and purchase a pair of earrings that I need to book an appointment. I was unable to use my gift card, purchase earrings that I was going to put in my own ear when I got home . I explained to the staff that I live a good distance away and I am just looking to purchase a pair of earrings. I was turned away, I’ll never be back. Terrible service and a money grab location.

Few years ago I had my tragus piercing. This time I wanted a new service, and yes I did my second ear lobe piercing, also my daughter had her nostril pierced by Jeanne. Their jewelry displays are on point. They’re very professional, they know what is best for you, services are awesome, everything highly clean and sterilized,all of the employees make you feel at home. And very important none of this services had given us any kind of issues. Believe me I’m very picky choosing who makes our tattoos & piercings. GUYS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. 💯% recommended.

Theres a reason this place has such rave reviews, and I would drive from Cape Cod to see them! I apologize that I dont know her name, but the girl who runs the front part of the store, she is so patient and incredible at helping me pick out jewelry. Ive had piercings by both Joe and Jean (I hope I spelled that correctly?) They are amazing! I am such a baby but they put me at ease and honestly, they made it such an easy, fast and less than the painful experience I thought it was going to be. Joe, thank you for squeezing in that extra time for me 🙏. That was extremely kind and generous of you!! And the selection of fine jewelry ... amazing!!

Scathing review incoming. I went on a recommendation given by another artist so I had very high expectations. Obviously that was a mistake. The staff were rude and condescending. The jewelry selection was very basic. The prices were not competitive at all. Pretty sure the owner came out at one point and ignored all the customers there. When I told them what I was looking for they kept telling me that style wasn’t popular. It was incredibly snotty and dismissive. I inquired about a style that doesn’t exist- which is not their fault but instead of helping to find an alternative I would like they basically told me “sucks to suck”. I felt pressured to buy something I didn’t want and was made to feel guilty for buying what I did want. The whole experience left me hoping they’ll go out of business and soon. When you work a customer facing job you need to be friendly and charismatic. The people working here would be better suited behind the scenes where they can’t ruin anyone’s day but their own.

I absolutely adore this place! they are so kind and accommodating, they really listen to all your needs and are so helpful when you have questions and concerns! I cannot put into words how much I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a new piercing! they make you feel so comfortable and they are damn good at what they do!

Ive had two piercings done here so far by Joe and will never go anywhere else! They are the best in the business in CT and are tremendously knowledgable! From the minute you enter, youre greeted with smiles. Everyone is extremely helpful and patient and most importantly, they make you feel comfortable. They have an amazing array of jewelry to choose from with something for everyone. They keep this shop immaculate! This is the most hygienic place you can go to get pierced and the staff hold expertise in maintaining proper safety and infection protocols. They take great pride in their work and it absolutely shows! Joe is awesome and walks you through every step of the process to ensure you enjoy your new piercing! I send all my friends here for piercings and Im excited to make an appt for my next one! (An added bonus with Carvel being next door. Get pierced and celebrate with ice cream!)

Another great experience!They tend to run a bit behind, which I note more to be aware to give yourself time, rather than as a complaint (this is not a process you want rushed).Staff is knowledgeable & friendly, and procedures to keep everything clean & sanitary are well enforced.

I’m from out of town and each time I come to the area I stop by the shop. They are extremely accommodating and understanding of my situation. I’ve stopped by more than once without an appointment to purchase jewelry, and instead of turning me away, they have always assisted me with such great care.

Got my eyebrow pierced on the 16th and I will ONLY be going to this studio from here on out! Staff are amazing! The atmosphere is perfect and jewelry selection is top notch! Also theyre super communicative and transparent about piercing anatomy! Thank you guys, cant wait to come back!

Got my daughters ears pierced here 2 days ago. The place is very clean and professional. Joe was great with our daughter and made the process fun and exciting. The jewelry is expensive, but high quality and worth it. I highly recommend this shop.

Update May 18 2024: This piercing is, hands down, the best in the state and reminds me of my favorite spots in Cali. The jewelry selection is incredible ~ so much variety and they’ve always got in stock both simple gold jewelry and also more ornate styles with stones. Absolutely kind and welcoming, no need to go through the potential “am I cool enough” angst ~ just a great friendly, talented, and super helpful group of people. Shane at the front is awesome at jewelry curation~with zero pressure. She’s got a great eye, and sees beautiful combos that I wouldn’t have thought of. And I’ve now been pierced twice by Jeane (sorry if misspelled!) . She also has a great eye, is very easy going and puts your mind at ease. Her placement is on point. Needless to say, I highly recommend Stay True. If you’ve made it to the end of this crazy long review, you possess great patience!Really wonderful piercing shop. Very large selection of jewelry accommodating a wide variety of jewelry, really friendly front office people, and my piercer (whose name is escaping me-John, I think?) was so respectful and made the experience a great one. My piercer Jeane Bean (ig @ diamondinthedaith) was amazing, as was the front desk/phone service. This is my 7th body piercing and it was by far my best experience because the process was streamlined and the piercer had an amazing demeanor. He explained everything to her in such a kind and simple way, and asked her consent before starting any step of the piercing process! The entire staff was friendly, kind and welcoming. I had an excellent experience at Stay True Body Piercing just over 3 months ago. I had both lobes pierced by Jeane. She did a great job not only piercing my ears, but also answering my questions, and explaining the healing process. All of the staff that I interacted with was friendly. My piercings look perfectly symmetrical, and they are now just about fully healed. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get piercings done.

I was looking to get my nipple pierced, and saw Stay True was 1 of 3 of shops in CT that had APP certified piercers.Booked an appointment with Jeane and she is so lovely and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.I also got new jewelry for existing conch and rook piercings, and she was able to look at my ears for a second and immediately deduced the correct sizes. A small thing, but I thought it was really impressive and was a testament to how much she knows her stuff.The shop is beautiful, sterile, and in a great location. All the staff I talked to were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

I have gotten 2 piercings done here and I can confidently say that I will never go anywhere but Stay True for any future piercings. Employees are professional, experienced, and helpful, and the entire shop is noticeably kept very clean and organized.They offer endless options for your choice of jewelry. I will say that it can be expensive, but this place exclusively sells high quality jewelry that is sure to not irritate you during the healing process. The quality matches the price and its worth it. Jeane did a great job with my 3rd lobe piercing. The placement was perfect and she was very quick and friendly. She even got an earring into one of my other partially-closed piercings, at no charge. I forgot to get the woman’s name at the front counter but she was very patient in showing us lots of jewelry options-they have so many beautiful pieces it was hard to choose.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Ive had over 20 piercings, all from different places and all over my body; hands down, this was the best experience Ive ever had. I get syncopal whenever I get pierced, and I always warn the studio and piercer ahead of time. This studio was the first place thats ever listened to me, and they made accommodations for it and the entire experience was that much better for it.Everyone here, from the cute guy behind the counter to the amazing woman who pierced me, and everyone in between were great. Professional, courteous, funny and welcoming doesnt even begin to due it justice. They know their stuff, theyre very easy to talk to and its a great atmosphere. And theres a HUGE selection of jewelry to choose from, all if it extremely high quality and absolutely gorgeous.I wont be getting pierced anywhere else after this. Im glad I listened to the recommendations to go here and I will be sending everyone here from now on.

Really clean, really nice shop. You need to buy your own earrings there, and it can get expensive, but honestly, it is worth it. Took my 7 year old daughter in. She picked out her earrings and then went into the very clean piercing room. They mapped out where she would have it done by putting 2 dots on both of her ears. Then she laid down, and they walked her through everything from what tools they were using to breathing techniques. She did everything they told her to do, and she didnt even flinch. I got my second holes done, and I think I was more nervous than she was, and my ear was a bit angrier, but the redness went down the next day and felt fine! Its been about 2.5 weeks since we got them done, and they are healing beautifully! They even gave my daughter a certificate saying she did it! She has it hanging in her room.

Wonderful experience. I was greeted immediately as I walked in and let the staff knew I needed some time. After a little, Z had approached me and I had asked some questions on pricing. After some back and forth, we were able to find two pieces of jewelry that were perfect for me!

Went with a group of 4 of us for piercings and couldn’t possibly have had a better experience! The entire staff were so warm and welcoming. They took time with each of us explained all our options for their extensive jewelry line. Joe was fantastic! Incredible experience. Booking appointment was a breeze, staff are efficient, knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. I cant imagine a better place to get our childs first ear piercings done. What a great place!! The jewelry to choose from was amazing! The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. My daughters nosering fell out 2 days prior and they were able to find that it was still open and put in a new piece! They made her feel comfortable and she loved the new stud that they put in. I highly recommend this spot!!!Note - for insurance purposes (I think this is what they sais), they will not put in jewelry from anywhere else, so you will have to get it from them. But they have great choices to chose from!!!!

By far the best piercing place Ive ever been to. All piercers are incredibly knowledgeable and so kind. Ive gotten my last 3 piercings from here and theyve healed far better and quicker than any of my previous piercings, I wont go anywhere else. It is a little pricey but the best quality is well worth it.

Alexis is a gem that shines as bright as the new gem in my face. Great business, informed professionals who communicated advice about my new nose piercing in a very calming way. Went for the first time on Thursday and had a wonderful experience. I was purchasing new jewelry for a Tragus piercing I had done at another studio. The sales person at the counter was very informative and picked out pieces based on my tastes. I knew going in that the jewelry is on the more expensive side (that being said I also know they back their jewelry if you have an issue -and quality is worth it). I was able to find a beautiful new piece and have it changed out. The piercer was amazing, friendly, explained everything he was doing and made sure he had answered all my questions prior to me leaving the studio. I will also say that the atmosphere was phenomenal and had a chill vibe. I will definitely be back!

Just wanted to thank Joe for my piercings. He was terrific at calming my nerves and explaining the process from start to finish. Just had my piercings done yesterday and had no pain what so ever afterward! I got a custom industrial piercing by Jeane about four months ago and I could not be happier! Jeane was upfront about me not having the right anatomy for a traditional industrial and made me a custom bar that fits perfectly. The piercing itself was almost painless and the healing process has been remarkably easy, which I attribute to Jeanes expert piercing alignment. I will definitely be back!

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Jeane and Joe were class acts and second to none. They made my daughter feel so calm and in control. I also was convinced to get my nose pierced and I’m so happy I did. I will be referring everyone I can and will return if I decide I need another piercing!

I had a great first experience at Stay True while getting my vertical philtrum pierced. I was nervous coming in for my appointment, but everyone working there was extremely friendly and really helped ease my nerves. Joe was my piercer, and he did an awesome job! He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, explaining the process to me and answering all of my questions, and he was very careful about sanitizing his hands and frequently changing his gloves. I also appreciate the amount of time and care he put into marking my lip, so the piercing would be as straight as possible. Overall, the studio was very clean, had a great, chill atmosphere, and the staff provided excellent customer service. I would definitely come back to get another piercing and recommend Stay True to anyone looking to get pierced!

Really just an amazing experience, I took my daughter here for her second earrings and Joe just could not have been nicer, what a kind, calming person! my daughter was very nervous and just was on top of the world when we left. Joe also clearly really knows his stuff, talked us through everything and has a great eye for the piercing placement too! Jean came in so both ears could be done at once and she was also so very nice! The staff member who helped us check in and choose earrings was wonderful as well! Basically if you want the best result in terms of the piercing, cleanest most sanitary and friendliest experience there is no question this is the place to go!

I brought my 10 year old daughter to have her ears pierced and could not have asked for a better experience with Joe. He was so kind, calm, and explained everything he was going to do and asked for consent before each step. She was a little nervous going into the appointment but Joes demeanor and process put it her to ease instantly. I will be recommending your shop and Joe to anyone that brings up piercing!

Getting your ears pierced can be so stressful, especially for me because of how sensitive my skin is - luckily, Stay True did stay true and gave me a wonderful experience. Joe was the one who did my ears and while it hurt a little bit I felt very comfortable with him and trusted him to pierce my ear. His license was displayed in his office which made me feel better and he was very reassuring. I apologize for not remembering the other names of the two others that helped me but everyone I worked with was helpful. Every question I asked was answered honestly and with the most information possible. The only reason I leave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I thought the service and earring cost was a little pricey but I am still very content with my experience. My ears look great and Im so thankful I took the step of getting an ear piercing.

Make sure you leave plenty of time to get there, I left early but ended up being 5 min late due to traffic, then a few more minutes because I couldn’t find parking, and when I got there they refused to help me saying I missed too much of my appointment. All I wanted to do was buy new earrings to replace some old ones that had fallen out, I didn’t even need anything pierced! I also wasted money making an appointment and paying ahead of time like they required, just to be spoken to rudely and basically kicked out of the store after a 30 second interaction! I ended up going to a completely different place the next day and the staff was welcoming, friendly and super helpful! I won’t be coming back to Stay True for my piercing needs in the future!!

This is the place to go for a piercing. I had my conch pierced, and purchased jewelry for two existing cartilage piercings. Very professional experience with welcoming and helpful staff. Everything is spotless. Lots of free parking, easy to find location. I will note pricing. Given the quality of jewelry, its pretty pricey. I have simple taste and the most basic studs were $80+. Just something to note that your jewelry will be an investment but its good quality based on my 3-month experience. Highly recommend.

I’ve been to Stay True a couple of times now and both have been such good experiences that will keep me coming back! Overall, the studio has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The front of house staff was super helpful and friendly. They helped me pick out pieces, were great to chat with about jewelry, and their pleasant attitude makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in.One aspect that I really love about this studio is their ever changing jewelry selections. They have such a wide variety of options that’s continuously growing, and always have something that I feel fits my style as someone who typically doesn’t go for gemstones or anything really fancy. Sometimes stepping into a studio can feel intimidating because of all the high end options but they have a ton of really cool titanium pieces which are more budget-friendly.Both times I’ve gone in I’ve been pierced by Jeane who has been wonderful! Whenever I’ve had piercings that I initially came in for, but I didn’t have the proper anatomy to get or we couldn’t do due to how masks sit on my ears, she’s offered guidance on really fun alternatives and compromises that get me equally if not more excited! I really appreciate that she’s been honest with what I realistically can get pierced and also took the time to give me that information, because it shows that she cares about the piercings long term while they heal, as well as providing clients with accurate and safe information.I’ve gotten three vertical helix piercings, one eyebrow, and a tragus piercing from Jeane, and each time I was pierced by her was a very pleasant experience. Whenever I wanted to move markings or had any questions about placement, she was very open and easy to work with. Her bedside manner was wonderful! She definitely made me feel like I was in good hands, and even took the time to explain parts of the process when I asked. Her presence put me at ease and made the whole process very comfortable.This studio is full of knowledgeable people who clearly really care about what they do beyond just when you’re in their studio, and I would definitely recommend you pay them a visit!

This place is amazing, clean and really nice inside! Although it is slightly pricier than other places but your getting genuine real jewelry. I got another conch piercing done today and i love it! The shop owner did it for me and he was professional, welcoming & friendly.. I went with my cousin for her to get a piercing swap out. The gentleman in the front asked if i have an appointment and i told him i really wanted a piercing but they didnt have any openings for today, and the shop owner over-heard us and decided to do my piercing for me! I will be returning for sure.

Waited a while to write my review because I’ve had my septum pierced three times previously by another shop/artist and I couldn’t get it to heal properly. I always had so much sensitivity the prior times I had my septum done, but I LOVED how it looked and was determined to have it back. I booked with Jeane, and right away when she looked at my previous piercing scars, she was able to identify that the placement had been off, which seems to be what the problem was. She took her time finding the “sweet spot” where the piercing is supposed to go, and I’m so blown away with the results. It’s healed beautifully and I have not one single complaint. The shop is super clean and the jewelry selection is great and very high quality. I HIGHLY recommend booking with Jeane! So happy to finally be able to enjoy having my septum done, and will definitely be going to Jeane for any and all future piercings, as her knowledge and professionalism was top tier.

Our first time and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.Booking online is super easy. You make an initial payment for the piercing appointment. They have helpful email and text notification/ reminders.The location is very easy to find- right on Main St with plenty of parking in the front and the back.You walk into a very clean space, the jewelry is laid out up front and you can choose your pieces.The staff are very friendly and helpful- making you feel comfortable and helping you choose within your budget. It helps to realize that these are quality pieces with lifetime warranty.You will need a birth certificate and picture ID for both parent and teen. There is a consent form to complete online. They have the QR code available to do so right on your phone. You can take a picture of the license and ID and upload it right there as well.Joe completed our piercing. He walked us into a clean room, washed his hands thoroughly and sterile the equipment. He walked us through each step of the process, answered all our questions and was very willing to explain things. He made us feel at ease and very comfortable. It was a wonderful experience.I highly recommend Stay True. :)

Absolutely loved my experience at Stay True! Theyre so helpful with picking out jewelry that fits your style and works with your anatomy. Joe did my conch and helix piercing and it was my best piercing experience! He was patient and understanding to my nervousness. He did some breathing exercises with me to help me relax. Ive went to them twice once for lobe piercings and another time to fix my cartilage piercing that another piercer unfortunately did. My piercer was Joe both times and he was great both times. all staff is very nice and welcoming when you come in. Bedside manner is off the chains great. I have yet to be disappointed and dont expect to be anytime soon.10/10 recommend :)

Everything about this experience was great.The jewelry selection is beautiful and the atmosphere was super comfortable, Impeccably clean and they have very very through sanitation procedures.Joe was awesome! From the moment I walked in he was involved, he was excited for me and his overall vibe and explanations, really helped my nerves calm very quickly.Joe also went above and beyond to make sure my double nose piercings, were perfectly symmetrical which I appreciate because I never notice these things until after the fact but… they’re truly perfect.I’m a very jumpy person, and I didn’t even need to mention that because Joe walked me through everything he was doing before and during the process so I was never surprised.I especially appreciated how he asked permission before doing anything. Like needing to rest a hand somewhere in order to get the angle right or in general anything he was doing he asked if it was okay and I don’t know if anyone realizes how comforting that is, but it really is.Last note - I went to a gas station like 10 minutes after this and someone was complimenting my earrings. I saw a few reviews about price and its important to know this is a fine jewelry piercer, prices are going to be higher than you’re local malls shop but this jewelry selection is wide, stunning, elegant, - there’s something for everyone. And I’m already mentally planning my next piercings lol

Just came here on Friday to get my nose pierced with my bestfriend and had an amazing experience! The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable, they made us feel very comfortable. Also the place is spotless!! They switch out gloves multiple times in our session between getting supplies ready, getting rings into the cleaning machine and piercing! They have a great selection of fine jewelry and we will return in November to switch out rings and buy a few pieces! Highly recommend and am happy we made the trip here!

I came in to get my nipples pierced by Joe today and it was very calming I wasn’t nervous at all. Had an awesome music selection on as well! I had my bridge pierced by Alexis a while back and the jewelry at this store has kept my bridge very healthy while I’ve noticed other jewelry causes it to be irritated. Very high quality and overall amazing atmosphere. :))

I’ve never felt so strongly about an establishment than I do about this one. I’ve had two piercings done here and I cannot say enough great things about the staff at stay true. I took my young daughters to get their ears pierced and it was an excellent experience! The inside is incredibly clean and their attention to safety and sanitation was outstanding. We had SUCH a fantastic experience here. A few friends and I made appointments together, and never once did they make our group feel like an imposition. Stay True is very clean, professional and has some of the highest grade materials out there. The reason I’m doing two stars is because I had an experience where my jewelry (which I spent over $1500 on six months ago) fell out for whatever reason. The first piercing fell out weeks after the initial installation, which sometimes happens and I assumed it was a fluke thing. Over the past month, 3/5 of my piercings fell out and one of them pretty much closed. If you’re spending over $1k, I’m assuming something like this isn’t going to happen. I returned to have the jewelry re-inserted and Joe did an awesome job, but I’m very frustrated that I wasn’t told why I was having all of these issues and how I can remedy them. Something as small as an apology goes a long way. I ended up spending an additional $350 on more jewelry that I know won’t come out. Going forward, I’m not sure whether or not I’ll return, but I’ll continue to recommend them due to their cleanliness and knowledge.

Where do I begin…my experience at Stay True was incredible…the staff were very friendly, warm and welcoming…the level of sterility, cleanliness and attention to safety was very impressive. The wide array of jewelry to select from was great…it made it hard to decide! I was pierced by Joe. I felt no pain and felt extremely comfortable during my experience. This studio is hands down the best piercing studio in New England…if I wasn’t a CT resident I would definitely drive the distance to be pierced here! Overall, a indescribable amazing experience. You won’t be disappointed. Highly suggest going as soon as it opens because it is walk in only and gets very busy.

I cannot say enough good things about Stay True! I had my septum pierced this past Saturday by Jeane and was so happy with my experience. Been here a few times over the years and nothing has changed, staff are condescending and dismissive to clients. Completely insincere and judgmental. friends and i have even overheard staff talking poorly about clients and rolling their eyes.. disappointing

Went one time with my daughter. EVERYONE was friendly kind and extremely knowledgeable for my young daughters piercing. She went again for guidance on a piercing she received in waterbury ( big mistake) and they helped with a minimum charge. She and I will go NOWHERE else for this service and will encourage family and friends to go there as well. My daughter and I highly recommend this business.

Clean environment. Friendly staff. Joe was great! I hadnt been able to remove my nose ring for three years. He was very determined to remove it without hurting me. Tenacious. It took awhile but he was successful. There was no pain, tenderness, or redness when he was done with the replacement. I highly recommend Joe.

I was pierced incorrectly at another piercing studio and made an appointment to get the piercings looked at and the jewelry changed to the correct type of jewelry. When I called to make the appointment, Jeane was SO kind and got me in on the day and time I asked for, and was very informative of what to expect. Talking to her was like talking to a friend. When I got there today, the studio was immaculately clean and not like any other studio Ive ever seen before... dont even get me STARTED on how gorgeous all their jewelry is. Joe helped me with prices of jewelry, I didnt spend much time with him but he was very nice. After that, Jeane worked with me by taking pieces I liked and showing me her favorites and helping me find 3 pieces of jewelry that I absolutely loved to replace the incorrect jewelry. Again, talking to her was like talking to a best friend. Alexis re-did my piercings and his bedside manner was amazing. I felt very comfortable in the shop with Alexis and didnt feel nervous or unsafe like I have in other shops. He was so nice and explained everything to me before they did it. They even sterilized the jewelry right in front of me. Everybody was so nice, jewelry was beautiful, I loved the experience so much. The place was so clean and inviting. I went to StayTrue today to get both my lobes pierced!I had a lot of anxiety about it, because as a kid I had gotten my ears pierced twice. Both times came with so many problems and issues that I ended up taking them out immediately.I let Joe, my piercer, know and he was so reassuring and helpful! He explained every part of the process and always asked if I was okay after each step; truly such a professional attitude. I got to see him sanitize everything beforehand, and he was incredibly friendly! I felt immediately at ease as soon as I walked through the door.I asked some questions about jewelry types and quality, and Jeane was very knowledgeable about everything, I got to learn a few new things :) I never felt rushed to pick something out. The jewelry they sell is incredibly high quality, which is what you need for a piercing. It’s a very clean store and you can see they really care about their clients safety!I highly recommend going here for any and all of your piercing needs! I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Stay True is genuinely a lovely experience! They took my style into consideration when helping me pick pieces for new piercings and upgrading old jewelry. Jeane did my 3rd lobe and cartilage piercing, as well as installed my first lobe, 2nd lobe, AND downsized my healing conch. Jeane is so gentle and kind, and walked me through every step of the piercing and installation process! The whole experience was fantastic and I cant wait to go back to downsize and get more piercings! I highly recommend Jeane and Stay True!Update: I continue to return to Jeane, where shes added a third cartilage piercing and downsized my others, while exploring new additions and what would work for me in the future! The front staff are also amazing with their recommendations and they do a beautiful job!3rd update: I scheduled an ear styling/curation with Jeane and I cannot recommend it enough! Clean place. Staff is very professional and friendly. It’s $85 for the piercing and the jewelry ranges from $100 and up for most the jewelry we looked at. Some of the jewelry is authentic gold and stones with lifetime warranty. Not sure about the other jewelry but all in all it was worth it.

I cannot say enough positive things about this shop! First of all, I could stare at their jewelry case for hours. Stunning selection of high-quality, unique pieces to suit so many styles. Second of all, both of my piercing experiences (nostril & helix) have been exceptional. I had my nose pierced a decade ago and it was a nightmare piercing that just never healed quite right. I was so put off of piercing any cartilage after finally retiring that nostril several years ago. However, when a friend told me to check out Stay True, I decided to give it another go and I’m so happy I did. The shop is impeccably clean, the front desk staff are super knowledgeable about piercings and the jewelry selection, and the piercers talk you through every step of the process as they prep for your piercing and are open to any and all questions you may have. 11/10. I won’t go anywhere else for piercings, jewelry, or advice.

I went in to get my nose repierced and it is the best money you can spend getting your piercing done at. Amazing staff, and you get to watch as they sterilize all equipment, and to make sure you are comfortable. I did a walk in, and although it was a bit packed, I didn’t mind just waiting for my turn and looking at the different beautiful jewelry they showcased. Price is given only in store because every different piece of jewelry is of different price and they have really cute options to pick from. When I was in the process of getting pierced, Joe (I believe I’m so sorry if I botched your name) was super friendly and made sure that my friend and I liked our piercing. Either way, I always trust the professional to make sure placement is where it should be and that they make the best choice on why it should be there. Was incredibly nervous to get pierced today, went in without any expectations and had such a lovely experience at Stay True Body Piercing. I got a beautiful helix piercing done here six months ago, which has now healed. I had no problems throight the healing process and the placement is absolutely perfect. They did a great job!I work in surgery and have a degree in microbiology, so am strict about aseptic technique. Joe and Alexis are great at practicing sterile technique, and I felt very comfortable having them pierce my ear.The jewelry is high quality and the prices are fair for the product you are getting.

What a great experience!!! I had gotten a piercing done at a different shop and was having a lot of issues with healing, so I went to Stay True for a consult. They had their whole team take a look and diagnose the issue. They could pretty quickly tell I had been pierced with improper jewelry for a new piercing, and were really thorough in making sure there weren’t any other issues causing me not to heal correctly (poor piercing placement, etc.)When they changed out my jewelry, they were super careful not to cause me any extra pain than I was already in, went slow, and had multiple piercers working together to make sure the processes was a smooth as possible.All in all, this was a WILDLY different experience than I had at the place I was pierced. They made me feel so at ease. I knew I was in the hands of people who were super knowledgeable, and all around kind. Absolutely would recommend to anyone with any piercing needs!

I love Stay True. Honestly they are so kind and helpful and make me feel comfortable when going in. They helped me with my first helix, and I loved it so much I went back for 2nd lobes, mid helix and a flat. They did a curated piece in which they talked to me and gave me suggestions about the placement of some pieces and how they would look. They listened to me and made me feel involved. They honestly are the best place Ive been to for my piercings and any time someone asks me where to go I always mention Stay True first.

I was SO nervous going in but every person that works at Stay True was extremely nice and genuine. They could tell I was anxious and didnt make me feel bad about it. Ive dealt with gatekeep-y attitudes at some tattoo/piercing shops before, which caused some of my anxiety, but Im so happy to say that was not my experience here. All of their products are extremely high quality. No fake gold or diamonds! I went there not knowing this and was, at first, taken aback at the prices (although worth it as the pieces are gorgeous). Staff was very understanding and extremely helpful in finding me something that I liked that also stayed within my budget. I felt extremely comfortable through out the whole process and staff was still talkative and warm even after hours of non stop piercings. Highly recommend and will be back!!

The reviews are true! If there were an option to give more stars, I would. I have been to many piercing/tattoo shops, and I can honestly say that none compare to Stay True. The level of cleanliness was evident the moment I walked in. There wasnt a dust bunny, or smudge on any surface - it was that immaculately kept. The girl working the jewelry counter was professional, and knowledgeable (and a heck of a good salesperson). Once I filled out my informational sheet, I was escorted to the other room - which has the feel of a doctors office. Not in a bad way! It was clean and sterile. Alexis apprentice (whos name escapes me - sorry!) was so pleasant to work with during the sterilization process. He made sure I was aware of each precautionary measure that was taken, and that I was completely comfortable with all of the tools and jewelry being used. Once Alexis came in, it was a consultation of the utmost professionalism. While performing the re-piercing, he ensured I remained comfortable, and pain free - while explaining step by step what was about to happen. Not only did he make me feel at ease and in good hands, but he also kept a warm smile on his face the whole time. Just got pierced today, and everyone here is super nice and amazing. I felt super welcome and comfortable throughout the whole process! I texted them about a week ago inquiring about coming in, and they were nothing short of really kind and helpful throughout all of my questions. They always responded really quickly and even by the tone of how helpful they were via text made me want to book an appointment. I was pierced by Joe, and he was phenomenal. Super personable and down to earth, and really good at what he does. My piercing looks beautiful and I’m very happy!Not all piercing places have this level of quality people. I got my second ear lobe piercings done last night and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience! The whole staff was friendly, informed, and helped put my nerves at ease. We brought our daughter here for her first ear piercing. This place by far exceeded all of our already high expectations and was a very positive experience. It was great experience, we took our 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced at her request. The staff was amazing it was quick and our girl didnt even flinch! They do have two people do both ears at the same time which we appreciated! It was a bit pricey it cost $90 to book the appt and $138 for the jewelry. They gave her a prize at the end which she was super excited about! Overall I do highly recommend!!

Our daughter Brooke wanted to get her ears pierced for her 6th Birthday. We googled ear piercing places and decided on Stay True Body Piercing. We had a great experience there! The in store experience was great, a beautiful selection and the staff nice , but my issue was pricing. I needed a nose stud, and the minimum price was 70 per stud. I understand high quality jewelry, but it’s really really expensive. All of it. Stainless steel or titanium options could be there for budgeting.If you have the money to spend on beautiful jewelry they have a nice selection, but it’s not a modest price in my opinion. Just out of my budget.

Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. The people here are so real and want to help you find what you want and need. Jannae was so helpful in helping me pick out my jewelry with my budget and what worked best for me. She was genuine and very patient as she seemed to actually care for what she was doing. Joe, equally as genuine, nice and helpful did my rook and helix piercings where he made the whole process go smoothly and was very reassuring. He took the time to fit my piercings the way I wanted taking into consideration his background knowledge as well as what I had asked for. Neither of them were pushy for any reason they were super accommodating. I love my piercings and the jewelry, I’ll definitely be coming back for my future piercings. I’m so glad I found this shop!

Stopped at the shop to get new, shorter backs for my daughter’s earrings and they wouldn’t help us, because we didn’t have an appointment. I understand the need for appointments for piercing, but I didn’t know appointments are needed just to buy jewelry, so a heads up to others out there. We arrived before they opened and there were no other customers. New backs would have taken 2 minutes. Very frustrating.

Went for a few piercings. They all did a great job. Couple of front desk workers seem unapproachable they look too serious. The work done was worth going. They are expensive especially the jewelry. Be prepared to spend your money.

I decided to come to Stay True after I looked them up on google to get my bridge pierced, and I haven’t left since. I knew I wanted a bridge piercing, but I was extremely concerned about having an irritation bump in the middle of my face, or it looking odd because of my anatomy. I was blown away by their knowledge and precision while piercing me. They spent at least 20mins placing the dots on my face to be sure it would be perfectly straight, and had all the piercers come in to check their work to confirm. I got my bridge piercing in September, and it’s been the easiest piercing to heal I’ve ever had. Since then, I’ve had Jeane pierce my triple conch, left nostril, and high lobe, and taper open my “closed” right nostril, tragus, and industrial. Even though I’ve only ever been pierced by Jeane, I’m on a first name basis with everyone in the shop. They are the most friendly body mod staff I’ve ever met, and I’ve never been so comfortable with such cool people. They’re all invested in the projects that the other piercers do, so even though Jeane pierces me, I feel welcomed by everyone. I can’t recommend them enough. Their knowledge exceeds what I even know to ask, and they so obviously love what they do. Every time I get pierced I have them calling me “cool” and “tough” despite my cursing in pain almost every time. These guys rock and I’ve recommended every single person that has complimented my piercings.Thanks for making me look cool, and making my day brighter every time I come in.

I went here to get a floating navel piercing and could not have had a better experience. the front end staff was so welcoming which was nice because i was nervous for the piercing as well as not having been to this shop before. the piercing itself went extremely smooth, jeane explained everything she was going to do and it ended up being pretty painless. the placement and jewelry size was exactly what i pictured. the price came out to only about $100 which was beyond reasonable for the quality of the jewelry they provide, and they give a complimentary cleaning solution which is just another small reason to love this place. most places i’ve been pierced at, the cleaning solution advertised in-store is an extra charge, which typically deterred me from buying it since i was already paying a good amount for the piercing service. overall, this is my new go-to piercing shop.. the customer service and treatment of their clients is unbeatable. thank you!!!!

Stay True is amazing, the staff there is all super friendly and helpful. Completely honest, completely professional and some of the best people you would want to meet. The place is immaculate, clean and gorgeous in there. The jewelry is gorgeous and top quality and very reasonable. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a piercing, unique or otherwise.

Piercing part was fine I just feel like I got ripped off. $277 for a nose and belly jewelry, I didn’t even have to get it pierced because I had it pierced previously. When the total came up I was like…. I’ve gotten a tattoo for this price!

Truly the best experience anyone could ask for. As someone who had negative experiences with piercings in the past, I was nervous for my appointment. I took my 13-year-old daughter to Stay True yesterday to get her ears pierced and we had an amazing experience from start to finish! Jannae was super helpful when I called to make an appointment and she also helped us pick out the perfect earrings when we arrived. My daughter was very nervous and Joe instantly put her at ease. He is so personable and explained every step of the process so she was very comfortable. And the shop is incredibly COVID-compliant. This was my first piercing so I was nervous. I booked and appointment with Joe today. He was not only a lot of fun to talk to, but he was also very professional. He guided me through the whole process before-hand and did a great job of easing my nerves. He asked multiple times during the piercings (One nipple and an industrial) if I was doing alright, feeling lightheaded or needed a moment. This is a very clean, comfortable and professional environment and I would recommend getting your piercings done here! I’m excited to go back in a few months to get some more.

Alexis is awesome!! I had a septum piercing done and needed to change the jewelry out a week later and Alexis made the whole process painless. He was understanding and patient and didn’t make me feel dumb for having to get it changed to different jewelry so soon after piercing. After doing a ton of research and thinking for a long time, I decided on Stay True to get a flat and forward helix piercing. I landed on an appointment with Joe, and I will NEVER get pierced by anyone else! Joe made me feel so comfortable, addressed all my concerns, and walked me through every step of the process. Wouldn’t let me in just to buy a piercing even though I already knew which one I needed and I didn’t need to meet the piercer. Probably make everyone do an apt just to charge them more for no reason.Edit for reply: I understand needing to sterilize and give people your full attention but I came in and I already knew what I needed and I only wanted to buy the jewelry, I didnt need anyone to put it in. It would have been faster to let me buy the item than it would have been to schedule an apt (scan an item and tap a card vs getting all my info). The one thing you did get right is that I probably do only have one star reviews and like a lot of other people, I do tend to leave reviews if a company has done something that I believe would be helpful for others to know (ie. if you only need to buy jewelry maybe it is better to go somewhere else - Ride The Needle let me do a walk in and they were so friendly). I will take that feedback and try to write reviews for companies that have also had a positive impact and give them good reviews (unfortunately you are still not one of them) Thank you for the feedback and heres some feedback for you guys, blocking the doorway to let me in can come across as very rude as seen in a lot of your negative reviews. You would have thought I had a disease by how fast they ran to the door and blocked the entrance so I couldnt even step my toe in and maybe everyone that works in the store should learn how to cash out the jewelry so there is not three people just standing around telling me that we do not have time.

Took myself and my daughter to both get piercings. All staff was kind, friendly and professional. It was clean, and I had no concerns about COVID protocol. Joe and Alexis pierced my 7 year olds ears and she’s normally very anxious, but they kept her totally calm and she is thrilled to be sporting her new earrings! My piercing was also awesome. I cannot say enough good things about this place, I will be back!

I always go here for my piercings and for good reason. Everyone is incredible there and Joe and Alexis do great piercings every time. They have a great selection of jewelry and the inside is clean. I have been to Alexis multiple times for my piercings and I will never go to any other artist. He takes pride in his practice and it really shows how passionate he is about piercing and his clients. Going to Stay True Piercing is always a great experience, he is clean, precise, honest, and a good time.

Everyone is nice and knowledgable but it’s kind of a rip off. If you’re getting a lobe piercing they put an extra long post in that you then have to go back to pay to have them put a shorter one in. It’s all very expensive between the jewelry, piercing and then paying for the switch. Very annoying because I don’t live close

If I could give more stars, I would in a heartbeat.Even though I am an avid tattoo collector, piercings terrify me. I’ve wanted a second and third lobe piercing for as long as I could remember, but anywhere I researched online intimidated me, until I found out about Stay True. I called and booked an appointment for the same day, and that’s when the nerves began.When I arrived, I was immediately put at ease by how kind, welcoming, and casual both Joe and Jeanne were. I picked out the perfect jewelry without feeling rushed, and then was pierced by Joe. Not only was everything incredibly sterile and safe throughout the whole process, but Joe was great at keeping the mood light even though I was super nervous. I had so much fun and left with 2 beautiful, quick, easy lobe piercings, placed exactly where I wanted them. I’m hoping to come back super soon for something new because my initial ear-piercing anxieties were put at ease. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Stay true body piercing is my go to place for piercings. Alexis is very professional and friendly. I’ve been following him for years! First of all, I’ll just say that I am not particularly experienced when it comes to piercings. Having had my ears pierced many years ago with the traditional gun, and having been unhappy with the results (scarring, discharge, inflammation, long healing period), is about the extent of my experience with piercings. However, at Stay True, this clearly had no bearing on quality of service. Some tattoo/piercing shops have an aloof attitude towards newbies, but there was no such awkwardness at Stay True. All employees were welcoming and extremely helpful. The sanitation procedures used were above and beyond industry standard, and the space itself was light, comfortable, and clean. My two lobe piercings felt like next to nothing, and now, over a week later, I have had almost no discharge, very little pain, and absolutely no inflammation. I would give them 6 stars if I could. My experience was absolutely stellar, and I will definitely return if I am ever to get any more piercings.

As a walk-in I was promptly taken care of, staff was very friendly and professional. I was immediately drawn in by the large selection of beautiful fine jewelry. As they were preparing It was very reassuring to know to witness Alexis be so particular with sterilization and making sure I felt safe and comfortable to have chosen StayTrue. As a dental assistant I’m always on edge about cleanliness. Alexis showed me the sterilization indication strip before running the jewelry and instruments in the statim and also after so that I’d acknowledge the change in color (from white to black) which indicates everything is sterile. I felt so comfortable there I returned the next day during my lunch break for more piercings I’ve always wanted and they were so good at getting me in and out quickly. These guys are very professional and friendly and know their stuff I wouldn’t consider anywhere else when wanting to get pierced.

They were really professional and excellent bed side mannners. They could tell I was really nervous and helped me calm down. I am terrified of needles and Alexis let me know what was happening the whole way from start to finish. Joe did an excellent job of telling me the whole process before I even sat down and had it pierced. I will be definitely go back again for my piercing needs.

Had a jewelry change done here today. Everyone was great, super helpful, and they have a gorgeous selection of jewelry. On of the women up front pointed out the *perfect* piece for me 😁. Joe was great, super friendly. Took a look at another piercing in the ear he was changing out since its got a bump and gave me some good advice for taking care of it. Cant wait to go back for more jewelry & piercings once this one fully heals.Also, great safety policies in place. Masks requires, 1 person in the lobby at a time, hand sanitizer on entry, and they were sanitizing the door and surfaces between people.

After years and years of failed piercings from other shops (around 6 failures with keloids and excessive scarring) I was hesitant to keep trying. I’m glad I did and I am glad that a place like Stay True exists. I got my septum done years ago by Alexis and the process was seamless and the results were impeccable. I still have my septum in to this day and I NEVER plan on taking it out because it is just that perfect. My anxieties around piercings and aftercare were dealt with in a professional and understanding manner given my past, and when I finally got the courage to go back this past weekend I went to Joe. Joe explained everything in complete detail and made me feel very comfortable. I cannot wait to see the results of this next piercing as I am sure the results will be amazing. Always a great experience! Would NEVER go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! And whenever people ask me about my piercing I happily refer them to this place and just rant and rave about the service and the quality. Drove the 40 miles to get my septum pierced. I’ve seen crooked septums and ones pierced in the cartilage so I wanted to see a piercer that was an APP member.It was busy, but it was a Saturday and I figure that’s a good sign. You will wait a bit if it’s busy, these things take time!Jeane was super nice and helpful to all the customers that came in.Joe pierced me and he was friendly and put me at ease. This is by far the best piercing studio I’ve ever been to and the only one I wholeheartedly trust. A little back story, I moved to Los Angeles 2+ years ago and I have visited some of the “top-rated” piercing studios in the area. Nothing compares to the expertise, professionalism, cleanliness, and attention-to-detail that Alexis provides here. He’s super friendly, patient, honest, and extremely talented. I got my first piercings from him back in 2013 and I keep coming back.After taking out a couple of piercings that I got done in LA, I now wait until I come back to Connecticut to get a new piercing. I refuse to go anywhere else, even if it means waiting until the holidays to get the piercing I’ve been dying for. You won’t find a better studio, I promise you that.

I went in to get my nose and my 2nd earlobes done and it was a great experience! I really enjoyed the pre-piercing convo with Joe while he got his hand washed and everything set up. It calmed nerves a lot. This shop it more expensive but that’s because you can’t use your own jewelry, reasonably. There was a great selection of jewelry otherwise. An hour after piercing I couldn’t feel ANY pains or soreness which was a pleasant surprise! Overall it was 100% worth it and I definitely will come back for any additional piercings :)

I highly recommend this place. The owner is very personable and makes you feel super comfortable. He is very informative and is great with keeping you fully educated about the piercing process. The apprentice was also very a cool guy, he seemed to know about Eve there is about the jewelry and the piercing process, so I would have been comfortable with him piercing me to. The jewelry selection is massive and stunning. The shop is spotless and VERY clean, which is extremely important to me. They actually sterilized the piercing components right there in front of you. Again I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Its a tad bit hard to find, but just remember to look up once you get to the address. Its on the top floor.

I went around 2 and a half weeks ago for a double conch piercing with Jeane. She did an amazing job she answered all of my questions and took her time. I will definitely recommend her to anyone and I can not wait to go back for any new piercings.

$10 deposit for a downsizing and an additional $25 when i got there, never paid that much for a downsizing before (including here) so i am very confused why it was different as of recently. only one piercing i had downsized by the way, it wasnt even multiple.

I wouldn’t suggest anywhere else for piercings or new jewelry! I’ve been going to Alexis before he opened this beautiful space up and the moment you walk in you feel comfortable. Any question you have will find answers and your eyes won’t know where to look with all the high quality jewelry. He talks you through the process of sterilizing the jewelry so you know you’re safe and the process of being pierced to calm your nerves. I gave him creative freedom to create magic on the flat on my ear and he gave me the best 4 piercings I could’ve asked for. Can’t recommend him enough, go!

I am 45 years old and had my nose pierced. The owner is professional, polite, skilled, and the whole experience was awesome. They handle childrens ears with the same grace as adult piercing. It is quality you will pay for, but worth it.

My friend was excited to get a piercing for her 18th birthday so we chose stay true because of their 5 star rating and good reviews. After the piercing was done something seemed off, we later went back to get it checked out and they reassured us that everything was fine. A couple days later we noticed that the piercing started to sink into the skin and was slowing being swallowed and started to swell up again. We then talked to another piercer to get a second opinion and they were shocked at the job that was done and said it needed to be removed immediately.

If I could give them 1000 stars I would. I had such a great experience here getting my nostril and septum piercings done. Would highly recommend to all. Super friendly, patient, accommodating, and professional. I’ll only be going to them for future piercings from now on.

Got my nose pierced and it was a fabulous experience. Very professional. Very clean. They have beautiful jewelry. I was scared and my piercer was gentle and kind. Definitely going back. Highly recommend!

I didnt get a piercing but Joe helped me put a retainer thru my belly piercing that was closing. Hes cool to talk to and always checks if youre comfortable throughout the process. My favorite is how this place is VERY clean and they make sure everything is sterile. They also have really cute jewelry to choose from so I will deff be coming back:)

I truly adore this shop. When I first found the website I saw that there was a texting option. They responded quickly and were able to answer all of my questions over text before calling to make an appointment!!! For introverted people like me, this was an amazing option! My appointment went smoothly and everyone was so friendly and informative. The price of the jewelry is 100% worth the cost and its gorgeous. I plan to go back for more piercings and jewelry. Truly, a great place!

I’m so glad I got my septum pierced by Alexis. The atmosphere is great, you can tell he really loves what he does. Everything was super clean and there’s a beautiful selection of high quality jewelry to choose from. I’d definitely come back for any future piercings.

I came here in 2019 when it was easier to be seen with out an appointment. Staff was rude (not piercers). Came back June 2022 staff seemed more educated but still not the friendliest. Also when making an appointment they charge you $42.58 to hold your spot but don’t expect it back or to go towards what you are getting done. Can you say SCAM! Definitely will not be back!

I stopped by on a whim and Im so glad I did. This dedicated piercing studio was clean, professional and knowledgeable. Joe was wonderful and so helpful. Will definitely be coming back for all future needs!

2.5 stars rounded up. The piercer was really nice and the place is clean hence the extra stars. I wanted to get my lobes re-pierced since they closed up a couple years ago when I stopped wearing my earrings. My piercer told me that my holes werent fully closed and I could get it re-opened instead, it would be cheaper. I did this and soon later I got irritation bumps, for 6-7 months I tried to fix it and eventually it got so bad that I had to remove my jewelry. One earring was so tight that I had to go back to spend an extra $20 to get it removed, which even the lady removing it had a hard time. I asked if there was a way to heal the bumps and the piercer told me that my previous piercing was at angle and I could let it close and come back in. I just feel sad because I spent over $100 on my lobes just for them to close up/heal and be told I need to get them re-pierced again. Im also confused because wouldnt you know it is pierced at an angle if you are re-opening them? I wouldnt come back as Im afraid the same thing would happen again.

I got my industrial done here about a year ago and it healed amazing. Everyone there is really nice and I plan on going back there for more piercings later on.

I went in last night to get some jewelry in my ear switched out and was helped right away. I had questions that were all answered and the person helping me went through prices and quality of their jewelry so that I knew exactly what I was looking at. Beautiful shop, and a wonderfully professional and kind experience. Everything was sanitized and he even showed me how to tell what the jewelry is sanitized properly. I highly recommend Stay True!
