UPDATE: This is the finished tattoo! My dragons, my kiddos! He took my idea and brought it to life. The constellations are the cherry on top! I cant even begin to put into adequate words how happy I am with this. Its perfect and detailed and beautiful! I hope he never leaves CT because I cant imagine going to anyone else for ink! P.S. playlist was once again, phenomenal!Amazing artist! Simon took a basic idea and created exactly what was in my head! This tattoo means a lot to me, Ive been waiting a long time for it and I was so excited and happy walking out of his shop with a work of art on my back. He was able to complety cover a really awful old tattoo. And beyond that, it was the most painless tattoo Ive ever gotten. Hes done several tattoos for my husbands as well as my daughters first tattoo. Worth every penny and his rates are reasonable as well.

Simón @mrsimontattoo is by far an exceptional artist. Ive personally been looking for a tattoo artist for at least a decade and after a referral from a very good friend, I found 917 Ink. After seeing his work and reading testimonials of past clients, I knew he was the one to go with... but after my first Phoenix fore arm half sleeve tattoo I was definitely sold. His expertise and precision was remarkable, in addition to his attention to detail and overall great energy. So a month later I returned for him to do a cover up of a 20+ year-old tattoo that was a homage to my children and it turned out exceptional. He blew my mind once again. And now Im hooked for life. 💯🔥🫡👑🖤

My daughter and I got matching tattoos yesterday with Simon. This is the 2nd tattoo Simon did for me and once again he did an AMAZING job!!! Not only does he do great work but he makes the atmosphere fun and relaxing. I highly recommend him for any tattoo you want from small to large and simple to complex. He has such a skill at capturing exactly what you want.

Simon is a fantastic person, a creative artist and all around provided a wonderful tattoo experience. His shop alone entertains you with lots of cool art and eclectic items all over. He is responsive and so accommodating. I will def be visiting him again for my next one and will be referring friends too!

I will be 61 yo in a month and decided it was time to get my first tattoo. After all, I had years to think about what I wanted for a tattoo and I had read several articles on tattoos. I am glad I chose Simon for my first tattoo after reading his reviews. Simon was very professional, personable, very positive, explained the entire tattooing process and addressed all my concerns. He collaborated with me while working diligently to create the tattoo that I wanted. Simon had a very clean tattoo shop as well as maintained cleanliness during the tattooing process.

I went to Simon to add some work to a previous tattoo. He went above and beyond with developing the design from the idea I had. Not only did he do a fantastic job in implementing what we came up with, but he also did an impressive job touching up my previous tattoo as well. Went in with half an idea of what I would want. Never could have imagined the artwork that I got put on my body, Simon knows how to do his thing!! The first time I met Simon he covered up an old tattoo. The way he listened to what I wanted and executed it was amazing. I was in his shop 2 weeks later getting my whole sleeve done. I booked an appointment with Simon based off of his work I saw online. I booked an eight hour appointment and came in with one picture for reference/ inspiration. He spent 3 hours with me redesigning the inspiration photo to make it unique to myself. The process took longer than we were both expecting. I live in Florida and wasn’t able to come back another day to finish the tattoo. He willingly stayed an extra 3 hours to finish my tattoo. I couldn’t be any happier with the results and will 100% be booking with Simon again.

My man Simon ALWAYS kills it! His experience speaks for itself as soon as you walk into the shop, providing a Very clean, relaxing environment with a lot of visual stimulation to keep you entertained while you get work done! If you value good work, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!

I got a portrait of my dog tattooed by Simon and it came out incredible! Simon was extremely nice, the shop was clean and it was overall a great experience. I drove an hour to get tattooed by him and I am so glad I did! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Simon was just simply amazing. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted my memorial tattoo to look like and I did my best to capture that vision on paper. Simon took my idea and made it into exactly what I wanted and had envisioned. Not only is his work great, Simon himself was wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable, had me laughing, was so easy going and had a great play list for us to listen to while he worked. My family is already planning to go see him and I highly recommend him.

Been putting off getting a tattoo for a while because I wanted designed art on my body opposed to a typical and generic tattoo. Simon took an idea I had an elevated it to exceed even my highest expectations. Haven’t been able to stop staring at my arm since I got it, absolutely over the moon with how it turned out. The only place I’ve been going for tattoos for 2+ years!! Simon is great the shop is super chill vibes and comfortable and his work is great. he pays super close attention to detail and the lines all my tats from him heal and still look amazing even now. I did this half sleeve tattoo just before Christmas, these photos are after the healing process 1 month. This is also my first tattoo. I found this shop on google and found most of his work to be good quality so I decided to try him out and I have zero regrets. 917INK is a hidden gem. I recently stopped in to ask the artist (Simon) a few questions about puting some color back into an old tattoo and about a new tatt. His first question...Did you want to refresh it or reimagine it? I knew I had the right artist. I returned for a tatt already and the experience was great! He spent some time checking out the old tatt and started brainstorming. I loved his ideas! The musical variety literally went through every genre while he worked. He was very focused while working and constantly checking his work from different perspectives. Cant wait to go back in a few weeks to start the reimagined project. His shop was clean and his work was clean. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a real artist to help them create their vision. Simon even contacted me to check on how Im healing. Simón has ceased to amaze me! I went after my friend got his tattoo, and BUZZ BUZZ, the needle was calling to me again! He has done 3 of my tattoos now, and a cover up! Always a fun time in his chair. Super clean, super cool, super talented. DEFINITELY WORTH seeing him! I was recommended there, and since have recommended many others who have gotten tats by him and love it!

This was by far one of the WORST experiences ive ever had getting any piercing. today i got two piercings and i had to get one of them repierced because the jewlery got stuck and she didnt know how to put the jewlery in and blamed it on me. my ear was gushing blood, blood all over her gloves, it was by far the most painful experience almost leaving me to pass out on the chair for something that should be almost painless. also this place did not seem clean, and was very unprofessional from the beginning, the piercer seemed careless, throwing stuff that should be left sterile around everywhere, coming late to my apt, having MY friends do stuff for her. extremely overpriced for all the inconveniences i was put through. i would not recommend anyone going here for piercings at all, super disappointed and left there in excruciating amount of pain.

I travel from mass, to go to him. This was my second time getting a tattoo from Simon and it came out amazing, no shocker there. His art is very beautiful and really knows how to make everything come together. I love it! Thank you!

So today I got tattoo by Simon for the first time and words can’t describe how 🔥🔥 my tattoo is, but what I can tell you is I just book another session with him, so what do that tell y’all. Every professional, real down to earth guy, there not to many Artist around like him anymore one of a kind.

This was the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had!! He was amazing, had great music and fun conversation. He dealt with me and my friend and our dumb stories haha and this is by far the most dope tattoo I’ve ever gotten. So many people love it. The best part is most of it was free hand. Yo I’ve looked into a lot of tattoo artist and even asked my family who they went to for their tattoos, and none of them even compare to the job being done here, not only is the price more than reasonable the piece itself looks amazing and he touched it up to make it look even better than it did the first time, he really made the tattoo pop out and focused on the little details. Plus the healing process is fast and easy because he’s not heavy handed. 10000/10 would recommend!!
