My daughter and I came in today for me to get my ear pierced. Chelsea was there and did an awesome job with the piercing. Not only that, but she was amazing with my 2 year old. Chelsea was so sweet with my daughter, I really appreciated it. She went above and beyond.

Clean fast and Stephanie did a fantastic job in piercing my nose . Would recommend her to anybody

Got one of my ears pierced here. The lady was a bit rude and didn’t even disinfect my ear properly. She quickly wiped the front and not even the back. When she put the dot, I thought it wasn’t correct so she moved it, and we moved it again. She looked like she wasn’t happy to serve us. She didn’t even give me after care or and information. After a bit I realized the earring did not even go in straight, it went in cross. My first piercing went much better than this, where the person was helpful and nice. Would not go here again.

I took my 3 boys ages 13,8,6 here to get there ears pierced here and Stephanie was absolutely amazing she was patient and very sweet to all of us. She even comforted the two that cried. We had a great experience and if I have to ever shop for a preteen or any girl I’m definitely going there!!!! THANK YOU STEPHANIE YOU WERE AMAZING!!!! Our visit was 6/19/2021

If you see a short, red curly headed girl, she was so rude, she need to be fired immediately, my friend and I were making jokes and said we would buy children’s fairy wings, the lady proceeded to hint at us that we were fat and how even if we did buy them they wouldn’t look good or fit, we tried to explain that we were joking and she had an attitude saying “You shouldn’t joke like that, you guys are too big to be wearing fairy wings.” And continues to fat shame us and try to make us feel bad for how we looked. I will not be shopping again.

If you see this red head curly hair short girl she needs to be fired!!!! My friend and I were joking around saying we were going to buy these fairy wings as a joke obviously...and we said this in a sarcastic way...also obviously. This musty girl comes out of no where saying “thats not going to fit on you” in the rudest voice ever. We told her it was a joke and it wasnt serious, yet she proceeded to fat shame us and told us we are too old to be acting like this and called us immature. I will never lay a foot in this store again.

Employee was very nice and had the store in good order. However, Claires has priced thing so high that they can do a buy three get three. Its crazy that even a small item cost triple what it should. Horrid business practice.

Nice place for girls. They have a wide selection of cute items. The ear piercing price has increased and will be increasing again so make sure you ask about the price before the piercing with the earrings you select. It says free ear piercing with purchase of a starter kit. The price varies depending on the earrings you select upwards of 80.00. They said the price was increasing again soon.

Had to get some JoJo bows for my 9 year old daughter and her friends. There were so many to choose from, and the manager was very helpful. Thanks for helping to make my daughters birthday a success. Store is clean and well organized.

Stephanie was phenomenal, we took our 7 month old baby to get her ears pierced and she made us feel super comfortable and was very patient with us through out the whole process.

I got my ears pierced at this location today by Makyall, and she was INCREDIBLE! She did an amazing job, and she helped me and my friend find exactly what we needed. Even as the store got busy and she was the only employee working, she multitasked wonderfully. If you’re looking for a Claire’s, I highly recommend this location!

This is mostly a shop for young girls. There is alot of free and handicap parking. This retail store is located in Ashley Park, which is the premier shopping destination in the city of Newnan, Georgia. The store is clean and well organized. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about there products and services. Awesomeness in retail selling.

Store is neat and the prices are fair enough but the manager is RUDE. I would give more stars because the other girls are super sweet, but the manager always has attitude when you ask the smallest things. I don’t usually do reviews but I had to warn you y’all..

The DARLING young lady who helped me was AMAZING. So sweet & helpful. The selections are way nicer than expected. Went in for 1 thing & came out with 6. 😆

When I last went to the store which was like a few days ago, the prices for earbuds there was 20$ and I was like WHAT. The point is, this store has prices a little too high and I would love it if the prices there were a little bit less expensive.

The store closes at 8:00 p.m on Thursday. We come in at 7:30, and the girl didn’t greet us , just said we are closing at 8. She says it in a rude way . We came out at 7:45 she closes right away.

Please don’t get your ears pierced here! My piercing is so crooked, it’s terrible. The piercers are clueless teenagers with no training on proper piercing. Don’t make my mistake and please go to a legit place to get pierced.

Employees ignored me for 20 minutes while chatting. Small store, obviously done on purpose! Left without purchasing an item I looked everywhere for and only found there. Very disappointed, will not return

They did really good Mkaylla did my ear piercing. It was really cute . Today was a good day, and it didnt hurt.

Their prices are so high like really😡😡😡 I can buy half this stuff at Walmart!!!! I would like that place only if they lower there prices to a reasonable prices then I would be happy.

Nice setup and the staff members were very friendly.

Please never get your ears pierced here or any place that uses piercing guns. The staff gets 2 weeks of training. Piercing guns can shatter cartilage. Go to an ACTUAL professional instead!!!
