I loved my experience at Banter! Celeste was so funny and kind, and she really made me excited about my piercings! I went in to get my 2nd lobe piercings and my 1st helix. She was knowledgeable and walked me through the process step by step. She paid great attention to detail and was super caring and friendly! Celeste, youre the best!!

Wonderful experience today at Banter in Ashley park! Our piercer was very personable, thorough and even let us split the jewelers between two people!We went in, both of us wanting spectate parts of the ear pierced. Our piercer split the jewelry between us both and only charged a fee for the additional person being pierced.We checked out another place in atlanta and it was much more expensive.The service was sanitary, relaxing and she even asked if we “wanted a countdown” to the actual piercing! LolWould highly recommend this place!

Drove over an hour to come to this store to find out they closed 25min early. The employee was standing right by the door when I tried to open the door. She motions to me that they are closed, so I confirm the hours posted on the door for 7pm.She tells me that she’s already started the closing process and she has to do an audit. They will be open again tomorrow to just come back then.Why couldn’t that audit have waited until after the closing hours?Seems like she was just trying to leave her job early

My mom had stopped in to replace my daughter’s earring (I paid for insurance) the girl in the shop this evening was rude and couldn’t be bothered while just sitting on her phone. She then claimed she needed the earrings to replace them… uh no? That’s the point of a receipt and insurance, if they get lost or broken, they will be replaced. Do better at your hiring process, rudeness for absolutely no reason is unnecessary

I got my ear lobes repierced after they closed when I was young. I was scared to get them done again because I had a bad experience with getting my ears pierced but I’m so pleasantly surprised! Angelique helped me through the entire process and was so thoughtful and easy to talk to. She made the process so relaxed and fun when I was nervous. Everybody there were really chill and informational. I’ll definitely come back here if I want more piercings or if I want to get new jewelry.

The redheaded girl was amazing with assisting me to get the proper nose ring after it was previously pierced with the wrong jewelery at another piercing parlor.

This is our second appointment at Banter and couldn’t be happier!

Went in to get an industrial piercing just to find out they don’t do them because they don’t have a body piercer, so I said okay I’ll just get another cartilage piercing done and then was informed I wouldn’t be getting one because they didn’t have the bars they use for cartilage piercings in stock. I made an appointment online and gave my phone number and email they could have reached out and told me that they didn’t have what they needed to do a piercing. I definitely will stick to going to a tattoo shop to get my piercings done.
