Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

I came to Removery for my initial consultation today, and as soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place. After my consultation, they were able to squeeze me in for my first session. I was really nervous, however, Rob and Donna were so kind! They were very welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. They are also very knowledgeable about the process and allowed everything to go at my pace. I’m excited to come back for my next appointment!

This is amazing! Donna and Robert are knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. I was able to get my first session in right after my consult! The Newtown location is clean and organized. I was given the option of doing a payment plan that worked for me. The laser did zap and hurt for a few minutes, however my tattoo is on my finger so it’s all bone. Nothing worse than how a tattoo feels, however. Cant wait to go back ! Robert and Donna have already reached out to see how I’m feeling and if I have any questions. 10/10 recommend!

I had the best experience here, the staff is positive and answered all my questions and they made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. It was the best vibes. Place is clean and cute and very well kept and you can tell the people who work there enjoy it. First consultation with Rob was amazing on 5/4/24. He was able to explain every step of the process and ensure I understood the background and how long it may take depending on how receptive the sessions were. The cost was fair as it’s a flat payment for UNLIMITED sessions. My sessions will occur over the course of a year at 6-8 week intervals. After consultation, and all documents and payment made, I was then sent over to Donna who was my laser removal technician and I was ready to just start on my first session. She spent a good 15 minutes explaining the process and how she would only start/stop based on my pain tolerance. She was adamant in ensuring I was comfortable and made sure to even “count down” before each zap. The overall laser treatment took 5 minutes from start to finish. It felt like little bee stings repeatedly and for 20 second increments. The aftercare instructions were then provided and I was sent on my way! Hope to update as more sessions are completed. Great staff and great accommodations to ensure everyone who walks in felt at ease and comfortable!

Rob and Donna are down to earth, understanding, respectful people who make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. Finished my first session and everything is going great days following. Looking forward to coming back!

My consultation was a breeze. Donna and Robert are amazing. this whole process was super easy and quick: I came in, they took pictures of my small tattoo, and gave me a price. I even got my first session done that same day. everything took 30 min. Rob and Sarah are amazing! I was extremely nervous, but as soon as I walked in the door I felt a calming sensation with the way Sarah greeted me. The consultation with Rob went great…he made me feel comfortable and excited about moving forward. He gave me several payment options (including some 0% interest financing), but in the end I decided to dive in and pay in full. I was even able to start my first session that day! Both Rob and Sarah were able to answer all of my questions flawlessly…though they explained so much that I didn’t have very many. I expected it to be painful, and it was, but Sarah helped keep me calm and told me I could take as many breaks as I needed. 30 seconds!!! That’s all it took!! Quickest appointment I’ve ever had! I’m so glad I started this process and I can’t wait for my next session!

Based on my experience on my first appointment, Robert and Donna gave me the confidence to continue with removing my tattoo. He (mainly) explained very detailed each step of the procedure, showing pictures before and after of other patients, and make sure my understanding of how they performed their treatment. When it was Donna’s turn I didn’t doubt to start the procedure. She is very professional with the laser, and all the time she was telling me the correct care after that.Thank you guys.

I went to Recovery on 6/6/24 I had a consultation with Robert, he took his time explaining the process to make sure I understood everything, very knowledgeable and professional. Nice and clean inside too.Donna was so nice and bubbly she explained what she was going to do before she did anything and explained my aftercare as I go forward. This is now my second time at removery in Newtown PA. I was recommended over by a friend/coworker. I have to say these two experiences have been nothing short of amazing! My first session went smooth and the healing was very easy, the results are mind blowing! My second session was even better. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and absolutely awesome! The staff makes you feel super comfortable and asks a series of questions before hand to ensure you get the best results. The place is super clean and they even offer consultations before getting any laser done. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much again removery! During my initial consultation, Rob provided a thorough overview as to the science behind the procedure and expectations of progress,. I appreciate knowing one price covers as many sessions required for complete removal.My first session was with Donna, who explained all steps involved, and provided information as to length of procedure, aftercare, and the healing process in between sessions. The targeted area is numbed with ice prior to the laser session. It is admittedly uncomfortable but quick and bearable. Overall, I am pleased with my experience thus far, and would recommend Removery-Newtown, PA for their professionalism. Thanks!

I recently visited for a consult for two of my tattoos. Robert and Donna were very friendly and thorough. They made sure all my questions were answered. I was able to receive the first treatment that same day. It was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend!

Donna and Rob were so helpful answering all my questions during my consultation and I just had my first appointment with Donna lasering my hand. It does hurt like hell but was only 5 or so minutes opposed to getting tattooed for hours. My hand swelled a bit worse than getting tattooed but Donna assured me through the whole process and is helping me get through it all!! Awesome experience so far!!

I had a wonderful experience with the staff.They are very knowledgeable and put me at ease. They do follow up text messages to make sure that the healing process goes accordingly. This establishment is a good choice if interested in tattoo removal!

No one said this was going to be easy! Tattoo removal is not for the weak! But Sarah explained the entire process to me going in. Told me if I needed breaks in between, to just let her know. She recommended to just focus on my breathing. She did a few test spots and then we were off to the races! It definitely does not feel like puppies and rainbows but it was SO fast! I have large tattoo on my thigh and she asked if I needed a break, and I told her just to keep going. It lasted maybe 1 minute total for its size. It hurt right after also but that pain subsided to like a warm burning sensation like after you first finish with a new tattoo. The area is definitely sensitive afterwards but the pain is gone! And as for the second tattoo on my forearm, that lasted less than 30 seconds of pain! It definitely hurts like hell, but it’s so fast! If you can sit 3 hours for a tattoo then you can sit for a minute of removal! Sarah was amazing and the rest of the staff that originally did my consult was fantastic! I highly recommend if you have old, faded and worn out tattoos, to come to Removery in Newtown PA! They ROCK! 🤘🏼Photos are from my first removal session.

I had an amazing experience at Removery Tattoo Removal. After winning a package at a local fundraiser, I scheduled a consultation, though I had never heard of them before. Walking in, I felt instantly at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, which eased my nerves. Im excited to remove three tattoos with them, knowing Im in capable hands.

The staff in the newtown building was beyond amazing and helpful. Ive only had one removal session so far, but the pain is tolerable and the pretreatment they do to the tattoo area (icing/numbing) was helpful when it came to the actual procedure. The nurse performing the procedure (Donna) is beyond open and honest and a straight shooter about the whole rest of the process. Rob in the front of the office was great too with helping me schedule the consultation, appointments, and figuring out the best way to pay the bill at the end of the day. Overall, if youre in the Yardley, Newtown area and have a tattoo you want to cover up or remove from your body Removery is the way to go!

I had my first laser session last week, the entire appointment was easy breezy from start to end. Rob helped me out at first and walked me through the whole process, he was not only detail oriented and informative, but charismatic and funny as well. Donna came next, she was so easy to talk to and made the whole experience enjoyable. Laser treatment is certainly not pleasant but she cracked jokes and talked to me the whole time, which made it fly by. After the treatment she gave very thorough aftercare instructions and a little packet. She took her time to answer all my questions and was wonderful overall. 10/10 will be coming back for all my lasering needs.

Yesterday I went to Removery just for a consultation. I spoke with Rob and he was really informative about the process from the procedure to the payment. He showed me before and after pictures and even his own arm as an example of how the tattoo looks through the process. After speaking with him, I was booked and had my first session that same day. Donna performed my laser session, she explained everything step by step and made me feel really comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about the procedure and explained throughly the after care of the treatment. Im really excited to go through this process and cant wait to show my before and after pics!

I completed a consultation today and it was a really wonderful experience. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were patient when it came to all of my questions and I felt no pressure at any point. If you’re on the fence about removal I’d recommend at least doing the free consultation to get educated on the process.

First session getting 3 separate pieces removed, and it was honestly a great experience. Donna and Rob are super warm and friendly, creating a comfortable & fun environment. The removal itself was a piece of cake - Donna walked me through the entire process and what to expect every step of the way. I was expecting pretty bad pain from the laser but once we did the test, it honestly just felt like static - definitely not as bad as I was expecting. Overall a great experience - highly recommend getting removals done here!

I went for a consultation in the fall and just had my first removal session a few days ago. I’m so glad they have a Newtown location because I probably would have decided against doing the removal if it meant repeated trips into Philly. Scheduling appointments is easy, and I was able to reschedule when things popped up at the last minute. As others have stated, the staff is wonderful and the office is clean. I am a huge baby, and I was very nervous about the pain. I probably asked a million questions. Sarah, Rob and Donna were very patient with me, and made sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated the follow up from Donna after my removal appointment. Overall, a great experience. If you’re on the fence or nervous about getting your tattoo removed, I would encourage you to have a consultation.

They do a wonderful job here. Im a huge baby when it comes to getting the removal done. I let Donna the laser specialist know and she made sure to ice my tattoo properly for a good amount of time. We came up with a way for me to lay that made it easier for me to ice part of the tattoo while she worked on the top half and then then worked her way down. Im so grateful that she made me feel so comfortable with the process. It was the best session I had yet.

I have horrible credit but it didn’t matter because of their Flexible, affordable in-house finance options. After my consultation 6 months ago I had such a good feeling about starting my tattoo removal. All of the amazing reviews are what brought me to this location. Donna and sarah are intelligent, kind, friendly and truly care about the customer. Ive never had a bad experience with Removery and the Newtown location was no exception, the staff is educated and very friendly!Ive had between 3-4 treatments with Removery and I think were almost completely faded.This is my tat a day after treatment. Swollen and red just like they told me ✨️💕 my tattoo gets so much lighter with every treatment! Im excited to see how light it is after it heals a bit.

I 1st started at the center city location but followed Donna over to this location bc she’s amazing and has the best energy. I just had my first removal treatment of a large piece on my arm. This is the only Removery location I have been to. I found the office and treatment rooms to be a very nice, clean, comfortable and professional environment. Both Donna and Sarah are really enthusiastic and professional about their work. I just started a half sleeve removal and from the initial consultation I knew I was in good hands. Donna is knowledgeable and compassionate, and patiently answered all of my questions throughout the entire process.

I have been going to the Removery for years. Donna has been my technician for the majority of the time I have been a client. When I found out they opened a Newtown location and Donna would be working there I decided to book all future appointments there. I currently receive laser tattoo treatment for 2 forearm tattoos that are nearly gone.Donna is great at explaining the procedure and walking you through all post care instructions. She follows up in the days after the procedure to make sure that you are following the post care and to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend this office for ease of access, cleanliness and professionalism.

I just started my journey to remove a tattoo. I had my first session a week ago and I can not say enough good things about my experience at Removery Newtown. First, Donna and Sarah are both so friendly and kind. I was very nervous to start and Donna was so understanding and made sure I was very comfortable through out the process, stopping to re-ice and reassuring me we could re-ice as often as I needed. The treatment was very quick and needless to say my mind is totally at ease about my upcoming treatments because of how smoothly the first went. I drove about an hour to be treated here and it is well worth the travel. I look forward to the rest of my treatments at Removery Newtown.

I had my first appointment with Donna, Sarah and Marcus & they were wonderful to work with! Sarah and Donna warmly greeted me the second I walked through the door and Marcus explained the process throughly with me so I knew what was going on. Donna was also very detailed and explained the step by step process and assured me we could take breaks as needed if I was ever uncomfortable. Today was my 5th session. Donna and Rob are fantastic! Donnas done four of my five sessions, and shes incredible. Im always scared for my session, and Donna has this incredible ability to ease my concerns and treats me with such care. I wont lie, the process is painful, BUT MUCH QUICKER than I anticipated. Excellent Experience with Sarah and Donna!Prior to the consult, the company was so responsive. I inquired via an online inquiry and within 10-15 minutes, I was receiving emails/text asking when I would like to schedule a consult and asking if there were any questions. I didnt expect to hear anything back for at least 24 hours.I went for a consultation on Jun 29 regarding the removal of two tattoos on my back. The office was very neat and smelled clean, so I was pleased from the entrance. After doing the quick in-take form, Sarah took me to the back for the consultation. She went thoroughly through the process of what a removal would be like, in addition to the expected pain and recovery per session. My biggest concern with being a person of color is that I have been burned on my face by a dermatologist who was inexperienced with my melanated-type of skin. She went the extra step to show that they service clients of all types of complexions and backgrounds and searched for clients who had similar skin tones and their results with removal to highlight that there could be some uneven areas of pigmentation in those areas where the tattoos are being removed (which helped to ease my concerns because some hyperpigmentation is expected).After answering the NUMEROUS amount of questions I had with the HIGHEST level of patience, we ended the session with discussion of next steps to move forward if I choose. I liked that I did not feel overly pressured and she invited me to call with any additional questions that may arise. As I was heading out, Donna was in front helping another customer. I noticed how well they handled customers, questions, and had a very welcoming presence. I told them that I wanted to submit a review that included my experience because I wanted both to understand how I appreciate businesses like this where customers are treated well, with respect, and are not being rushed out the door when they have questions and concerns. I would recommend this location to anyone who may be thinking about tattoo removal.

Just completed my first visit yesterday and it was a lot quicker and easier than I had expected. Simple process and Sarah walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I went with the total removal package as I am wanting to get quite a few words taken off my arm that were tattooed with a heavy hand and came out too thick. Price is reasonable and the overall experience was more than I could ask for. Pain was definitely manageable, especially considering that I am getting a lot of lettering removed. I went in for a consultation, knowing that I was likely going to follow through with the treatment if it was in my budget. Sarah greeted me when I arrived and went over what I wanted from my removal/fading treatment and answered all of my questions. I never felt judged or uncomfortable during the process. I put off getting my tattoo removed for a long time because I thought laser wasn’t affordable, it would hurt like heck and it would be embarrassing (No one likes to admit that they made a mistake and are willing to pay for it to go away, at least not me). If you are living with the regret of a tattoo and are not entirely sure how to take the first step this is the perfect place for you. The staff here are amazing, friendly and warm. This removerey location sets the standard for customer service. I have horrible credit and they were able to find a payment option that has unlimited treatments for 190$ a month. For a tattoo that took 12 hours and covers my whole chest this a a drop in the bucket in my opinion. I’m so greatful I found this place.

I do apologize since i’m so bad with names but I believe my technician was Donna.. HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXPERIENCE. She was so patient with me. I relatively have a good pain threshold but after completing my first session about 8 weeks ago.. I knew this pain is no other. Been wanting to try laser removal for a very long time ( years ) however I was unsure of equipment effectiveness in the past. Like everything, with time things get more advanced and more effective.Removery uses PicoWay lasers and that’s exactly what I was looking for. It’s top of the line equipment and has great results with the least amount of pain.The establishment was clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was taken right away at appointment time and treatment done quickly (benefit of using PicoWay laser).I’m glad I waited to start my removal journey as the laser technology is so good now. I also purchased the complete removal package soI’m good to go until this tattoo is gone.Looking forward to future visits!

The Removery was recommended to me by an amazing tattoo artist and I received several laser treatments in Newtown, which had just opened at that location. The objective was to fade, not completely remove, some bold outline work that I was not happy with that had been done by a relative amateur (a -you get what you pay for- scenario!). I stopped at 4 laser sessions and I definitely notice the difference. It will continue to fade for about 6 more months and should provide a better canvas for the new artist to work her magic. Ngl, folks, it huuurts! But each laser session is relatively quick compared with a tattoo session and it’s really interesting how the process works. I was in very capable hands and I can’t say enough good things about the people at Removery Newtown. I don’t think it could have gone any better anywhere else and I will always recommend their services to anyone who mentions tattoo removal! 😊
