I had my ears pierced here last year. Although the man who pierced my ears was very nice, my ears were red and swollen days later (beyond what is normal for new piercings). The jewelry began to embed in my ears. I went back to Banter, to try and get jewelry with longer posts to help the situation, but the girl working there said she couldnt do anything to help and I should probably just take them out. She was not at all helpful or accommodating. I would not recommend getting a piercing here.

Brought my daughter to get her ears pierced And the women that did it was amazing. I didn’t catch her name but her son and my daughter shared birthdates of 11/04 which was pretty cool. She was so gentle and patient with her and had an amazing attitude ! 10/10 experience

Yesterday I brought my 11 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. She has been driving me crazy to get it done (actually re-done after the first ones closed up several years ago), but when we got there her crippling anxiety set in. She was in a full panic, and in tears when it came time to pull the trigger. Even though there were several other customers at the counter, the associates were beyond patient and kind while I firmly encouraged my daughter to let them proceed. They didn’t show the slightest bit of annoyance, even if they were feeling it (I know I would have been!). I had originally planned to go to a piercing shop but so glad we ended up here. Don’t hesitate to bring your kids to this location for ear piercing!

Be very careful check your receipt! The woman added a warranty I didnt ask for on 20 dollar earrings! Real nice. Also the diamonds are tiny as hell and fall out super easy

I always seem to buy my jewelery from Piercing Pagoda, going back many years ... they have good quality and value, bargain prices, fast and easy! Oh and it looks good too! The lower prices keep me going back time after time.

Terrible service cheap products ! Bought gold earrings for my 10 year daughter and they broke 2nd time she used them . Christmas present less than 30 days . Wasn’t looking for $ but to have them fixed . They said without warranty there is nothing they can do. They were 14kt gold . Last time I buy products from them . Very disappointed 10 year old .

I had my 4 yr olds ears pierced, the where able to do both ears at the same time in other words they had the 2 staff members who were trained to do the ears piercing there the girls were both super nice. They got the job done, the ear piercing comes with a warranty. A little bit more expensive then lets say Claires but Claires doesnt always have the 2 trained people on, so they cant always do the job. Between me and my 3 DAUGHTERS Ive been through the the ears piercing experience, 10 times, this was by far one of the easiest times..

I got a necklace set from the dartmouth location as a gift (which I dont wear necklaces) so I stopped at this location to exchange it for earrings (simce I had a receipt). The lady who works there is so rude and talks down to you. She than tells me I will get store credit for the $70 even though the person who bought it for me paid cash and she said she didnt have $70 in her draw haha... I told her forget it than and he will return it where he bought it from. I will stay going to north dartmouth from now on where the girls are actually polite.

Arrived at 510 to be told they stop piercing at 5 (an hour before close) because they need to clean. Went upstairs to Claires, was served right away with much better service.. Do yourself a favor and just go there.

I wouldn’t even give this one star.The lady was extremely rudeShe did a HORRIBLE job on my daughters ears. One earring is so high up. I had to remove the earrings. I now have to wait for them to close to redo them 😡

Wow, if I could give them zero stars I would gladly do it, I made my first daughters earrings at this place and they were good, and this past weekend I returned to make my second daughters earrings and the guy was rude, he talked to me with a bad attitude he said he couldnt make them so he would come back later (with a bad attitude how annoying) I was really interested in my second baby having her earrings so we decided to wait, and when we came back later the guy along with another woman said what I should do appointment, and although I told him that he didnt mention anything in the morning when he had been there, he only chose the arms, that bothered me and it was better I just didnt do them for my daughter, I decided to go to providence place mall and it was the best decision ever very friendly and very attentive at all times.
