Abel has been my regular artist, has an eye for aesthetics, not to mention how fast he is regardless how intricate the design may be. This benefits me being that they charge hourly.

Per the owners response… I rang up at the register every single time. Had an amazing experience every single time due to Rachel. If this is the response from AN OWNER, he is only trying to bash their names because he knows he was treating them wrong. I have 3 other friends that came with me to get tattooed by Rachel, and each time……. WE ALL RANG UP AT THE REGISTER. Stop lying to make your company look better :) it puts a bad taste in everyone’s mouth. I’ll be taking my business wherever else Rachel and Steve go, cause they are way better than this company!! I think everyone else that worked with them would agree!

My friends and I went for matching tattoos. Neither of us are new to tattoos. It was my 1st time to this particular shop. Steven did all of our tattoos. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He works very light, so are left with very little pain during your session.I would definitely visit them again.

This was my third tattoo visit to ink bar and once again I walked out with tattoos I’m in love with! Steven was my artist. He was extremely flexible and easy to work with. I appreciated that he took the time to go over sizes and explained how each size would effect shading and longevity of the tattoo. In terms of tattoo quality? I think the pictures speak for themselves.

My experience has been amazing here! It’s super simple to request more information about booking and any other questions you have. Once I did that I was in contact with a tattoo artist, Steven to be exact. We talk about pricings and set an appointment all with in a week. Steven did such an amazing job on my tattoo! Ive gone to Ink Bar several times now and everyone there is friendly and welcoming and fun to talk to. I got my first tattoo here from Rachel and she made me feel so relaxed and it was a great experience. Now, I always see Rachel when I come to Ink Bar! I love her work and also love getting to talk with her while she tattoos me. She does a lot of really cool flash events too for days like Friday the 13th and Valentines Day, and there are too many amazing designs to choose from. I love seeing her work on me. Shes done really meaningful tattoos for me, some really silly ones, and ones that just look awesome, but she kills it every single time! I plan on getting a lot more tattoos from her in the future too!

I recently came to Ink Bar for my very first Tattoo and it turned out better than I imagined it! Steven (my artist) was extremely easy to work with and did an absolutely amazing job! Let’s try this again…. Google didn’t post the first time.I haven’t been to a tattoo shop in about a decade so I was a little nervous. My friends and I all wanted matching tattoos and one of the girls had been going to Steven and Rachel for awhile. From the moment we walked in everyone was super friendly and the shop was clean! Steven took his time in helping us with sizing and placement. We took up his whole night and he didn’t make us feel rushed one bit. I’ve been to shops before where the artist has not really been welcoming and you can tell they just want to get you done to get onto the next. That wasn’t the case with Steven at all. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he is tattooing. I now know why Steven and Rachel come so highly recommended. Our tattoos came out amazing of course!I will definitely be recommending Ink Bar and Steven to my friends and I know I’ll be back!On a side note. His room is fantastically creepy! 😂😂

Got 2 tattoos done by Rachel. SHE WAS AMAZING!!! I came in so nervous and she made me feel so comfortable and calm throughout the whole process. On top of that she is so talented, I cant believe she’s only been doing this for 3 years!! Overall she was incredible in every aspect, would give 10/5 stars if i could all because of her.Editing because I don’t think this review did her justice enough for her work! On top of her making you feel so comfortable I would have to agree with fact that she is also very light handed and her line work is absolutely beautiful. I am still in shock that my tattoos look as good as they do.On top of that, I love the way you guys handle poor reviews ! This was my third tattoo, and first time with Steven. He was by far the best experience I’ve had. He was very personable and honestly really fun. He tattooed me and two of my friends in under 3 hours. I really really recommend Steven for any tattoos you’re considering at Ink Bar. My mom and I both got tattoos here. Wasn’t either of our first tattoos, but it was our first time at that shop. We had Steven (Esteban) and he was awesome. I got my first ever tattoo with Steven and it was a great experience! He brought an upbeat, yet calming energy that made the whole thing fun and stress-free. I’ve gotten two tattoos from Rachel now! I love them so much! Rachel is an amazing artist. She is also amazing with her clients. Both times I’ve felt super comfortable. Sometimes when I’m requesting at tattoo I get nervous that it won’t be a good enough idea for an artist, but Rachel doesn’t make you feel that way. She is open to your ideas, but also will be honest with you on what works and what doesn’t. I will definitely be back!PS: her flash sheets are always the best! The cowboy hat is from one of her past flash sheets!

I had a tattoo done by Steven. It was my first tattoo so I was a little nervous, but he made me feel relaxed and prepared with getting a tattoo. He was very proffesional while communicating, and while giving the tattoo. He was super chill and easy to talk to while giving the tattoo, along with being gentle and not too heavy handed. As for the studio itself, it was very clean and had a good flow. I highly reccomend them, and will be back again soon for my second tat.

My friend and I came to Ink Bar on a whim on a Saturday in hopes for an availability for 2 tattoos. We were told Steven might be able to fit us in, and he was very accommodating and got us in. Steven was incredibly awesome, and the nicest hungry tattoo artist ever. His work far exceeded both of our expectations. We both wanted thin lines and dainty flowers, and Steven delivered beyond. His suite provides an energy you can’t deny… even if you’re a Brian. We will definitely be back!

This place is very clean and makes sure to follow all safety protocols. I had been here before but the other 3 in our group had not. Steven is great! We highly recommend him. 4 of us were looking to get memorial tattoos for our mom/grandma. I was in contact with Steven numerous times via text and calls about the type we wanted before we actually went in. He was very patient throughout it all. He did great work and we are all very satisfied with our tattoos. We all went together so it was basically a full day there. He’s very interactive and fun! I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Steven is the man. He took the greatest care and was very easy to work with for my first professionally done tattoo. I went here on a whim after a negative experience at another tattoo shop. Not only were they incredibly helpful, but accommodating and kind! Sometimes in tattoo shops it can be a little intimidating but they immediately made you feel comfortable and as a woman- safe. My friend and I’s artist was Steven. My boyfriend and i went to Rachel after being recommended to her by a handful of my coworkers who also went to her. it was my first tattoo and i.was VERY nervous. but she had me put a youtube video on and we changed to music and made me feel super comfortable. of course it did also help that my boyfriend was there but to have a tattoo artist who cares about you in the process helps tremendously. i am absolutely in love with my tattoo and everyday i admire it. my boyfriend is always showing off his tattoo at any chance he gets. he is very much obsessed with it.we are definitely coming back soon!

Sat down with Rachel tonight who my wife has worked with in the past. I asked her to touch up two other pieces done by other artists (that were not great experiences for me) as well as add a small piece of her own. I was blown away by her attention to detail. Rachel made me feel at ease, kept checking to make sure I was comfortable and her precision and love of her craft was very apparent and very much appreciated. She did an excellent job!The shop is clean, the staff we have crossed paths with have made it very inviting and comfortable and with tvs set up in the artists rooms it really is a great experience. GREAT PLACE!! I recently got my first tattoo at the ink bar with Rachel Bacon, 10/10 experience! She was amazing! I sent her the design I wanted, when I came in she had everything ready and was very personable. While I was getting my tattoo she asked multiple times if I was ok, if I needed a break, ect. I felt the whole time I was in great care. She did such an AMAZING job on my tattoo as well as my sisters. Would 100% get another one because of her! My daughter and I recently got tattoos just prior to her leaving for her freshman year in college. Rachel did both of ours and I couldnt possibly be happier that she was our tattoo artist. Shes a great artist and just a really cool person. Rachel was so calm and patient and made both of us feel completely comfortable. She mixed colors for me a few times to get the right combo I was looking for and again, was so incredibly patient as I changed my mind once or twice. Shes very clear that this is a permanent addition to our bodies so that we have to be 100% sure we are happy with what we are doing and the artist we are working with. Im an almost 50y/o lady who hasnt had a tattoo in a long while, and I felt welcome and comfortable in the shop. Mike was patient and helpful in determining the proper size for my design, and worked with me to get the details just right. You’re taken into a room instead of being out where everyone else is waiting or working on designs. Masks must be worn. Everything is sanitized, fresh needles are opened in front of you, gloves are worn.As I said, we’ll definitely be coming back.

Decided to give this shop a shot after my sister recommended one of their current apprentices Steven. Based off his work and demeanor you wouldnt be able to tell he is an apprentice. The man is a vibe and so is the shop. He was respectful, talked about every step he was doing during the process and just super friendly all around. I was already recommending him and the shop to friends while I was still in the chair. Overall the shop gave off a very clean and professional atmosphere, the owner was friendly and my guy Steven definitely has a great future ahead of him as a Tattoo artist.

Walked in and right away got great vibes from the staff up front. This place is spacious, its clean and the staff is welcoming. I worked on a custom piece with Matt he was amazing on only a few days notice with collaboration on my custom piece. I was in a decent amount of pain for the majority of the time BUT I was as comfortable as I could possibly be. I spent 5 hours there with Matt and because of how comfortable the room and set up was it felt like half that time. He was accommodating, extremely friendly, he had incredible attention to detail, and no corners were cut. We watched a few movies, listened to music and I cant stress enough how clean and professional of a spot they got over there. Amazing team- even the staff we didnt work directly with were great. My wife also got a tattoo done by Rachel and loved her experience as well. We have found our forever ink home at Ink Bar. Thank you Matt and Rachel!

I have worked with Rachel at Ink bar for 3 different tattoos, including design work for my most recent and I have nothing but high praise. First working with Rachel has been a pleasure. I went to Rachel with a tattoo idea and over 2 months she helped take my design and adapt it into a tattoo. The final design and tattoo put my jaw on the floor, especially because Rachels line work just makes it POP. Ive gone to Steven for all of my tattoos and I highly recommend him. Im doing patchwork and have 20+ tattoos already. Hes super chill. He lets you play whatever music you want. If you are going alone or have a couple friends you want to go with, this is the dude to go to.

Oh boy, where do I even get to start with Steven. First off I thought his name was Eric for the longest. When I mentioned I thought it was Eric, he laughed it off and joked with me that he was offended. He is so friendly and honest. He’s not just there to make money, he is passionate about the work he does and wants to make sure you’re happy with it before it’s on you permanently! His work is a reflection of himself. He will make sure hat the placement fits with what you’re looking for, and if it doesn’t he’s willing to redo the placement or resize the tattoo to be exactly what you’d like. Steven is a thorough Professional tattoo artist, who would go beyond his physical capabilities to ensure that EVERY DETAIL of the tattoo has got the attention it seeks and completed with precision. He’s an apprentice, but you’d never know it with his mannerisms, the knowledge that he has, and his line work. I’m super picky with what I wanted, but still gave him creative control, and he knocked it out of the park! I get compliments everyday on the piece he’s done for me. I got tattooed by Mike this past Saturday and it was a great experience all around. It was a gothic-esque font quote on each thigh above my knees. They were super friendly, bought me a monster during a 7/11 run, and Mike talked me through ideas and made sure i got exactly what I wanted. Aside from so, he was cool, nice n honest and quick to provide me with a cost over the phone unlike other shops when I called about what I wanted. I was even given his personal number to get info and make an appt which he answered right away n talked to me. He was gentle and calm when doing my piercings n made me feel very comfortable. This place is incredibly unprofessional. I set up an appointment, drove an hour to it, and they claimed i never even called. Not only that, but the artist i actually TALKED TO ON THE PHONE wasn’t there. Even when we discussed a time and everything. They are awful, rude, and waste of timeNot only that but if you’re looking to get a detailed, professional, artsy tattoo this is not the place. I’m glad you suddenly remember my phone call, even though you claimed that it never happened.Here’s the thing, you or your artist never called back when they said they would. That call back would have entailed getting the deposit, and making the final reservation. So that’s on you! You keep bringing up securing the appointment when you guys never did your part in doing so.Also, just because i made the appointment for him doesn’t mean i had to be there when he got the tattoo. Just saying. And if you “treated him as nice as you could” he would have walked out with a tattoo, and you wouldn’t be getting a bad review.You and Rachel are talented, two of your other artists who have tatted my boyfriend and I did an awful job, if you would like photos to prove that, i have no problem posting them :)

Went to Ink Bar from a referral from my tattoo shop doesnt do piercing. Talk to Mr. Spears very nice young man and so helpful on advising me on my next piercings. Even thought one I wanted done was risky because Im a cancer warrior in remission. So he is not just a take your money and where do you want your piercing person. All the people there was so helpful relaxed and upbeat. Be sure to check them out you wont regret it. I will be going there for my piercing and even some new ink.😊😊

I had an appointment and was so excited I walked in there just for the guy just to tell me that he cant do a tattoo and that he wanted to change it to something that lookss nothing like what I had in mind. I dont understand why didnt you just text me that same day to tell me you cant do it 😒 Instead you made me waste my money for Numbing cream you told me to get. What a Joke. I dont recommend people to get a tattoo from a place they cant act like Professionals. Dont make someone go out buy Nummy cream n Set their plans aside just to come in tell you that oh forget that tattoo I got a better one in mind smh.

So, just like many who just think of getting a tattoo in the heat of the moment, I called 4-5 different places trying to get a tattoo (not having had an appointment ahead of time or from the area) to try to get 3 words in Spanish that my grandmother wrote on my Masters graduation card that she made. Si Se Puede - something that I want to motivate me to continue to keep going at it when things are hard. Ink Bar answered the phone to talk to their apprentice, not going to lie, was a little hesitant at first until actually talking to the person, seeing his work from his portfolio, and that comfortability within describing the tattoo. He checked his schedule and was able to fit in with no problem. I did not arrive until around a half hour (if that) before closing and still wanted to get me in and get it done. Very real person and easy to work. Willing to do what ever was needed to get what I wanted done RIGHT. Though he is an apprentice, hes there for a reason because the workers there know that he has the ability otherwise he would not be there. Thank you to those who stayed extra after their usual times, and thank you Steven @sk8rat_tats (IG). Never assume that work isnt going to be the same from an apprentice. We have all learned something new before and some people just seem to get it quicker than others. This guy does. 100% very pleased and cant wait to continue working with this business and people. Best tattoo experience 10/10 recommend. I was debating getting a tattoo at all and the one thing I wanted to make sure was that it wasn’t at a sketchy place. When I walked in the shop it was super clean and professional.There was a lot of amazing artwork on the walls and the staff was all super friendly. When I went in for my tattoo I was able to watch Netflix which was cool because no other shop I knew had nice comfy chairs and a tv. My friends have gotten tattoos at other places and after they just had given them of card with two instructions on how to clean it or even nothing at all. If you’re like me you need a step by step instruction guide and that’s exactly what I got at inkbar and I was so relieved. They actually cared about you after the process and Were not just eager to get money. I can’t speak for other artists but Rez ( Abel) was definitely clean, careful and caring towards every step of my tattoo. If you want a great experience go to inkbar.

A great tattoo parlor with several experienced tattoo artists with a variety of styles for you to choose the perfect tattoo from. The atmosphere is clean, friendly, and inviting. Even if youre not getting a tattoo, you can hang out and play pool, play the classic stand up Pac Man machine, listen to some music, check out the original local art on the walls, and play pool. Its a very cool place. They sometimes have art shows or DJ sets. Abel is a great owner and will work with you to make sure you are taken care of. Jaime (Kittens of Industry) is an amazingly talented artist with a cute/slyly sinister style. Mike is a monster/predator enthusiast and can give you a horror/sci-fi style. Rez and Alvin have beautiful, super detailed work. There are a couple of other artists Im not as familiar with. Point is, whatever you want, you can get it done here.

My daughter, son and my self went to check out the Ink Bar Tattoo yesterday to find that it is a very cool, well done, thought out, tattoo shop, very very clean and plenty of room!! It was awesome meeting with the Boss Rez and also Marie, both very professional and nice.There is a art gallery that I found very interesting that you must check out also and there might just be something there you just cant live with out!! When you walk in this shop you have a feel of the arts...from music, to painting, to tattooing...it is all around you. I was told there are a couple other veteran artists to join in along with Rez and Marie... with piercing coming soon..If you are looking to get a OUTSTANDING tattoo or just want to check out the art ...you need to just stop in...I recommend this place to you all....this place is AWESOME!!!

The entire business is very professional and the proprietor appears to run a tight ship making being a client a more reassuring experience. The website states that comfort is something that the shop aspires to and in my opinion, they have reached that mark and even exceeded it.

I am from aurora, figured I support a local business. Called two times for something simple or to even make an appointment. Everytime no one was available. As a business it is important to follow up with a potential customer and not ignore the imprtance of me calling. I did not call a third time as I felt it would be more of a bother. One star for not getting any call back and more of a run a around.
