Charnel House Tattoo

I first met Dillon at the beginning of the month (August 2024). Dillon, Mark, and Lindsay were very kind and welcoming. Regardless of the conversation they start, they have a way of making you feel like you were a part of the conversation to begin with.I worked with Dillon, and he gave me creative freedom to fine tune my tattoo until I was ecstatic about it. I felt like I was starting to be picky, but he continued to reassure me that I was being decisive about what I wanted. He NEVER showed any sign of frustration or irritation.I recommend this shop. By the time I left, I felt like I was leaving too soon. 😉

Such a welcoming vibe. This was only my 2nd tattoo. Dillon made me feel comfortable immediately. He was able to trace my late husbands handwriting so that I can carry a message from him wherever I go. Very thoughtful and I highly recommend!

I met Dillon years ago when a friend visited his shop and we bonded over mutual metal music taste. When I first started getting tattoos I reached out and he was the most welcoming and warm personality. He always manages to take my ambiguous concepts and turns them into beautiful interpretations. He’s been my artist for two years and I recommend him to everyone I can.

Dillon touched up two of my 2 old tattoos from an artist that is out of my area now and did 2 completely new ones for me. I am beyond happy with his work and am definitely interested in coming back for more! He does an exceptional job at making me comfortable and adjusting any tweaks I wanted on tattoo placement and design changes. I really loved coming into his shop and highly recommend him to anyone!

What can I say, aside from my first tattoo, Dillon has been my guy for a couple of years now ever since I met him at his previous tattoo shop. He is a great artist and human being.Since hes opened up Charnel House Ive gone there twice recently for a large piece on my Left Bicep and I love the location! Its such a great space on the second floor with open windows all around to see Toluca Lake. Hes really made it a chill spot to get yourself some new ink.Dillon puts in work to get you what you want. I have been completely satisfied with all the work hes done for me. I would definitely recommend checking out his work if you are looking to get some new ink done.

I started getting tattooed by Dillon about 5 years ago and have since moved to Oregon, but still make trips down to LA to get work done by him. Not only is Dillon an incredibly gifted artist, he’s one of the kindest, easy going people I know. I’m not even exaggerating when I say that at LEAST every other day if not more I get compliments on my tattoos that Dillon has done. I regret not having all of my tattoos done by him because he is so talented and I love his work.

Ive gotten two tattoos from Dillon, and I wouldnt go to anyone else. Hes super friendly, creates a welcoming atmosphere, and is genuinely invested in giving you the best possible tattoo. Charnel House is a super cool and cozy studio. Loved the whole experience, would recommend to anyone!

I’ve been getting tattooed by Dillion for several years now and followed him from his previous shop to continue my custom tattoos. Dillion is amazing! He is the most talented artist and I’m absolutely honored to wear his art for the rest of my life. His attention to detail is second to none. He has the crispiest line work and beat color saturation I’ve ever seen. He has a book of custom drawings you can pick from but if want something truly special, let him draw a custom tattoo for you and let his talent really stand out. I get stopped every day with people asking me where I went for my work and people are stunned when I tell them some of his work has been on me for over 5 years. He’s a true craftsman and also an amazing, caring stand up dude. Do yourself a favor, and let him be your artist!

I’ve had the pleasure of tattooing along side the owner, Dillon. I can say without exaggeration, how he is one of the kindest and fair people I know. He lays down rad-and-crispy tattoos, and knows all the geeky references for a fun session of nerding out!

Dillons been doing my tattoos for years now. On top of being a fantastic artist, hes always professional and a joy to work with. His new place in Taluca Lake is beautiful, well-lit (wall to wall windows) and immaculately clean. Getting tattooed is a one on one experience and its very important for me to have trust in an artist and his collaboration with the client in order to make the idea come to fruition. His line work is amazing and the boy can certainly throw down color like a boss!Thank you for bringing my geeky obsessions into art on flesh.

Got my 6th tattoo with Dillon and the quality is impressive. Light touch, clean lines. Also the tattoo guns are SILENT- completely takes out the slight nervousness you get when you hear that sound. Nice guy. Will be going back and recommending this place.

Dillion is truly an artist. He works with me every time to find the perfect placements for all my tattoo ideas. Hes efficient and collaborative which is a big deal when you want a tattoo. He is very thorough about aftercare and thats a big plus. Love the alternative to traditional aquaphor that has to be used for weeks. I got 2 tattoos done and I love them both already!!

Dillon is fantastic to work with. I started going to him about a year ago and he continues to blow me away with every visit (12 visits in total now). He makes the whole process feel like youre working with an old friend. I cant imagine going to anyone else now.

Just had a tattoo done by Dylan the other day. Office space was perfect, and tattoo came out exactly as I wanted. Dylan was friendly, and made me feel at ease. I definitely went to the right place.

Dillons studio, music, processes and demeanor are so wonderfully polished as to put you at ease in a matter of mere seconds. He is a natural and I am completely hooked.

Not only is Charnel House the nicest, most comfortable shop Ive ever been tattooed in...but Dillon Eaves is a phenomenal artist and great person all around!
