Claires

As a middle-aged man, Im not sure Im the most well equipped person to review a place like Claires, but as the father of a young girl who adores earrings, Ill give it a shot. I think if you have a child that loves bright, colorful costume jewelry, and you want to provide that without breaking the bank, then Claires is as good an option as any. They even offer a selection of precious metal earrings for those with certain metal allergies. My little girl wanted some kitty cat earrings, and I was able to walk in, find them, and walk out pretty easily. The sales associate was very friendly, and made checking out easy. My only gripe with the place is that its very small, which makes dodging other customers a pain.

The service getting my daughters ears Pierced was great but idk how a few months later her ears are infected and we had to clean gunk after removing the earring we got from them and they fell out very easily

Had a great experience today getting a (third) ear piercing! Bellz was very friendly and patient in helping me get the spacing just right. Also reminded me that threader earrings are perfect for multiple piercings and showed me where to find them in the store, so I happily spent a bit more cash than I intended to walking in (: posting this in hopes that whoever pays this excellent human will take note!

With ear piercing 1 year free earrings...1 per month ! My granddaughter is on cloud 9. A reason to go to the mall every month this year;

Cute store. Buy 3 pair of earrings get 3 pair free.... except they dont include Christmas style earrings witch was a bummer. Other than that, got some cute styles to choose from.

We are waiting in store to get piercing. No problem except there is only one employee having to take of ALL the customers. Oh wait, it gets better. Another employee comes in and goes to work on sunglasses. Customers lined up for checkout and piercings makes this one employee keep doing everything while she works on sunglasses NOT customers. Talk about really bad customer service. They just dont care.

Do not honor prices that are advertised. Rung me up for a purchase. I realized that I wasn’t charged the 50% off that was above it. Employee explained that the sale was over. Recommend they do a better job at removing prices that are outdated.

Even though I didnt find what I was looking for I always feel lifted up because of the designs and beautiful colors. The clerks are always pleasant.

Waaayyy to expensive! They charge 9-15 dollars for a ring or two! Definitely a pricey store!

Closed in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday.

Great selection of accessories, but the place always seems messy. There is always merchandise knocked off in the floor or in baskets laid out in the floor needing to be stocked
