Angela is amazing, very patient and helpful with a question i had about an item to place a order pickup. Went above and beyond, great customer service.

The store is a bit small but it has plenty of inventory to choose from. The ladies are very friendly and helpful. I got my babys ears pierced and the lady was quite nice and professional. She did a great job.

We took my niece to get her ears pierced. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to be helped. There were only 2 people ahead of us. They need more employees as there were only 2 of them at the time. That wait time was ridiculous. Although I MUST add. The person that helped us was AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, VERY PROFESSIONAL.

They deserve lesss than a one starJacklin martin did a horrible job, my 8 month old daughters ears were infected because of the earring.Her earring also came out after a week and they did not want to fix it.She didn’t even care that my daughters ear was infected.If you care for your health and want a good job, do yourself a favor and do not go here .

Nice place for little girls my daughter loves it the girls that work there always have smile on their faces to me thats always a plus wen I go to a store.

This store is very small but has a lot of options to choose from. If you bring a 4-8 yr old here they won’t want to leave.

DONT GET YOUR CARTILAGE PIERCING HERE!!! My cartilage got infected and grew a big ball, honestly i was scared it wasn’t gonna go away but eventually it did when i took out my piercing. Also my hole closed and now i have to redo it. The piercings they use are not real gold, and yet so expensive !! $35 for something that’s not real. Waste of money.

Dulce was very unprofessional and I received the worst customer service from her top of it she asked me for change and she told me in a rude way....and since I didnt have change she told me that I was going to be short on my change that she returned back..... it wasnt much the change.... it was more of her bad attitude

Got an ear piercing which was good. Customer service needs improvement maybe some training on multi tasking would be beneficial.
