The space is so welcoming and serene. The staff are kind, professional and knowledgeable. I signed up for a package deal to include 6 underarm laser sessions. Booking appointments is easy and reminders/confirmations are sent which is super helpful. When I went in for my consultation, Samantha addressed all the FAQ and answered any lingering ones I had. The visit is quick because it’s such a small area but she’s thorough in making sure you’re comfortable. The “pain” is so minimal, this is way better than a waxing appointment!I’ve completed two sessions and I’m so happy with the results so far; looking forward to the final results! Lost Art is such a clean, modern, welcoming space. Dennis is very responsive and helpful, and scheduling an appointment couldn’t be easier. Samantha always spends time really listening to all my questions and concerns, and she is dedicated to making sure I’m comfortable with what we decide to do. She is impressively knowledgeable and skilled, she doesn’t pressure me to do any services or buy any products, and she is honest about what results to expect. I’m so glad I found out about this place!

I went to Lost Art for laser hair removal for the first time this past weekend, and I had an amazing experience! The office itself is clean and beautiful and has a fantastic atmosphere. Sam is knowledgeable and professional and did a great job walking through the procedure with me before we began. I felt completely comfortable, and was so impressed by how quick, easy, and painless my first treatment was. Additionally, I found the pricing incredibly fair (especially considering the high quality of the laser/equipment itself), which made it well worth bundling services for multiple treatments. Im looking forward to my next 5 treatments!

Really great experience!Everything was thoroughly explained, prices were more reasonable than other removal locations, staff was nice but most importantly — the feeling of the laser during removal (I had four tattoos treated on my arms - one being very big) - was significantly more tolerable than when I had treatments done elsewhere in the past!Dennis and Dylan were very knowledgeable on everything and helpful with the entire process!The space was super clean and modern! Easy parking and able to find.I made appointments to come in every 6 weeks for my laser removals!

I had a great experience with my first laser facial with Sam. She came highly recommended, and i totally see why! She is kind, professional and very skilled at her work. My broken blood vessels around my nose are GONE and my skin feels amazing. Can’t wait to come back for more treatments!!!!

I went in for my first session of laser tattoo removal and have had a great experience so far. The whole process was explained to me in detail both by Dennis and Sam and the procedure itself was very quick. I told them that I’m looking to get my tattoo removed before my wedding and they’ve been awesome with scheduling and were able to get me in immediately for my first appointment. The location is also beautiful and easy to get to. Looking forward to my future sessions!

Had my first session of laser hair removal on my underarms about three weeks ago. Beautiful location. Extremely comfortable and quick session that took less than five minutes. Prices are very fair. Im already starting to see a huge reduction in hair. Very excited for my next treatment.

I’ve had removal before somewhere else and never had results this fast. After one treatment I didn’t shave for 2 weeks and could already see my legs balding in areas. Had my first session of laser hair removal with Sam last week and it was awesome. I was nervous about the pain and if I was going to be able to sit still for the whole service. Sam made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. The service only took an hour or so, and I felt no pain! Very professional and clean atmosphere. I did the carbon laser treatment with Samantha. She explained the whole process and kept me comfortable throughout the whole process. I have oily skin with large pores and I’ve noticed improvement in both already and skin feels smoother. Can’t wait to return for more treatments. Environment and decor is also very cute and relaxing

I have had two laser treatments so far. I appreciated the first consultation and how detailed it was- gave me all of the info I needed and explained how the laser works. Each laser treatment has been very professional and quick.
