Jasmine Hayes is a phenomenal tattoo artist! I met her two months ago for a simple tattoo and since Ive had 12 additional tattoos, two older tattoos rejuvenated, and one completely covered. She continues to amaze me every time I get a new tattoo. She invest her time and her talent unconditionally with each customer. She always responds immediately when I text regarding questions or future tattoo ideas. She is very humble, down-to-earth and easy-going. Her personality is what Drew me to her as an artist, but after seeing her extensive skills and her freehand tattoos, Ive been a cheerleader for her since. If you have not had a tattoo done by Jasmine, you are truly missing out!

Great place! Clean and professional! Went downtown first to Maine Ink with a picture of what I wanted. When I asked the artist for any of his additional insights his answer was, youre going to get whats on the picture. Went to Good and evil, had a quick conversation with Matt the Tatt and he offered me his own insights and inspiration at almost half the price of the tourist trap downtown. This was my 1st tattoo and the staff was incredibly accommodating! Will be a repeat customer!

At 61, I got my first tattoo. My little 16 year old Shih-tzu, Coco passed away in March. I looked for different versions of a tattoo with her paw print. I found some pics and brought them to Bob to put together a design. It came out better than I imagined. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed with some great tunes. When it was all over, no redness, and it came out great! I would recommend him for anyone that its their first time, or 100th. Thanks Bob!

My daughter and I went in to get two piercings from Hale. My daughter was getting her nose re-pierced and I got the Ashley tattoo.. She was amazing. My daughter barely flinched very knowledgeable about how to take care of piercings learned new things. The next day came back some ink work. Owner is very knowledgeable taught me more things I never knew about aftercare of tattoos nice place. I would go back 1 million times nothing but good experiences!! Love it there!!

Went here today to get my 4 year old daughter’s ears pierced. The owner, Bob, was there when we showed up and nothing but pleasant to deal with and he was very nice to my daughter. We waited a few minutes for Hale to show up so they could each pierce an ear at the same time. Such a great idea. They explained everything to my daughter to keep her calm which worked well. I think my kid said oww once. It was so quick and professional. Not in a million years would I have taken my kid to some mall boutique. Pay the extra money, go to a reputable place like Good and Evil, and have a safe, sterile, and professional experience. Plus you are supporting a local business that takes pride in their craft. Thanks again Bob and Hale, made my daughters day.

I met Bobby when I was in Maine with my mom for a trip this past weekend and he was so great he took me as a walk in and gave me a hoop nose piercing that I love! I highly recommend him and would see him for more for sure!

Got my nose pierced by Hale, she was absolutely amazing. Took very good care of me, made me feel so welcome. The attention to detail and time she spent making sure I was comfortable was unlike any other piercer I’ve encountered. I have 5 piercings and this one has healed the best so far. She is also extremely communicative and answered all questions I had promptly. Even though some of my questions felt silly or simple she made it so I didn’t feel embarrassed or stupid for asking. I will never go to anyone else for another piercing!!!

My wife and I had honeybee tattoos done by Sarah. She was really communicative and helpful with our ideas, respectful and friendly during the entire process. Me and my friend came in for walk in tattoos last minute. They were very nice and made us feel very welcome. Joey designed two matching tattoos for us, and him and Marissa did them with ease. I was headed home to Connecticut that day, and was disappointed about an experience with another local tattoo place that shall remain nameless. We drove by this shop and had stopped to get gas before heading home and they were just opening their doors. I called and explained my issue with the other shop, he took me as a walk-in, no questions asked. He was attentive and was consistent on checking in on my pain tolerance. We had a great conversation and I was able to close out my vacation on a high note. Would definitely make the drive back for more work! Thank you Kevin for being so thoughtful and helpful!

I’ve waited a while to post my review because I wanted to see what my tattoo looked like after the healing process, but now that it’s been almost a month now I’d like to say Bob gave me the tattoo of my dreams. This is my first tattoo and he couldn’t have treated me any better and gave me so much helpful advice for my potential future tattoos. I came here for my bachelorette party with 11 friends and they were so patient with us. 8 people got tats and 4 got piercings. The piercings were quick and easy and Bob did an INCREDIBLE job designing and doing a couple of our tattoos. He took his time and put incredible details in. I highly recommend going and seeing “That Guy Bob” here. I know I will be again.

2 friends and I went into this shop last week and we all wanted matching tattoos of a small Peace sign on our hand, we were approached by Kevin and after explaining that there was a 100 starting price for a tattoo (quite steep but we were still on board with getting it done). Kevin proceeded to place 3 horrible tattoos that were in NO WAY worth the money. Please save your money and go search for a better artist.

Went in for my first tattoos recently! The artists were very friendly and made me feel comfortable! Aly did such a great job on my tattoos, I love it! They even stayed late for us, thank you Good and Evil tattoos!!

I went for a piercing exchange and I brought my own jewelry that I bought from my normal piercer in NH. I was impatient and didn’t want to make the drive back for the piercing exchange. When I was at Good & Evil Tattoo, the woman who helped me put the clamp on my forward helix piercing, locked it, and then dropped it. This was the most trauma that I’ve experienced with this piercing, even after it’s been healed for well over a year. The jewelry I wanted to put in was a small silver cross that I had help picking out to make sure it was the right size. The woman at Good & Evil was struggling to put it in and soon began to convince me to go with another option. She said it was the gauge size but all the jewelry I brought was the same size. She put the cross down with the rest of the jewelry and we choose a different option. I noticed the cross had broken off of the front post of the jewelry and when I tried to ask her about it she was very reassuring it did not break, and that it wasn’t screwed on, which would’ve been fine except I got to my car afterwards and realized she lied.

I want to start this by saying my artist was super nice. We went in and she had a lot of questions regarding the sizing and placement of our tattoos and I just thought she was very particular and was pretty excited to get someone that into the small details. We went through the sizing process and the stencil and placement were perfect....... then I got the tattoo and it was not like the picture I gave her at all. None of the detailing is there and in hindsight I realized shes just very unsure of herself. My tattoo is asymmetrical and not what I had asked to be put on. Its just a small anchor that luckily looks like an anchor and unless you saw the original, youd think nothing of it. My biggest complaint is that she kept saying i just dont want anyone with a tattoo they dont like except you couldnt follow a simple anchor stencil. I had 3 other girls with me who went after I did and all but one of those were messed up as well. Sorry but Britt just shouldnt be alone on the floor when she cant do basic line work. Someone is going to end up with something unfixable and Im honestly surprised a business owner would allow her alone after seeing her work. I’ve attached 3 of the 4 tattoos along with the original design for mine - just a heads up to all to avoid this artist because not only did I pay $100 for something that clearly isn’t worth that, now I will need to pay for removal because this work is just unacceptable.

Went to this parlor with my family ( 4 of us ) during our vacation to get a new tattoo today , and got what I wanted within the day even tho it was super busy !! They also got what they wanted !!All of our tats came out amazing , thank you Kevin for your amazing dedication and work 💛

My husband and I went to OOB for our mini honey moon. We decided last minute we wanted tattoos. We stopped into Good and Evil to see if they had availability. They took us right in, drew up our tattoo and made it even bigger for us at a wicked good price. My husband got his on his forearm and I got mine on my ribs. Bob was super nice to us and Ray was our artist and he does amazing work. Wicked friendly. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here, got my tattoos a month ago and they came out amazing. I went with 3 friends, we all wanted similar tattoos but each with a little different and the artists worked with each of us to get exactly what we wanted. They even let me get two tattoos as a discount which was so nice and thoughtful. The 4 of us came by walk in without appointments, and they were happy to take us and called in extra people to make sure we got service. the tattoos healed nicely and came out exactly how I wanted. I had a great experience and definitely will go back.

Great atmosphere, talented local artist and not trying to be a summer attraction!!! Had a horrible experience with a shop on the strip that I had appt set with went there and they took me with no appt! They have earned a customer for life!!!

We came to get our ears pierced, 3 adults and 2 children getting piercings. When we called we were told that the piercer who is also the owner was on his lunch and should be back in 20 minutes. We got there 10 minutes later then waited an hour and 35 minutes and he still wasnt back. We were only told that hed be back and that was it. No calls, no time frame. Completely unprofessional. There was also another person in line before us that got there at 4 and was still there at 6 when we left. You should not advertise as a piercer if you dont actually have one onsite for several hours during peak business hours. On a Saturday afternoon. Very disappointed.

I rated this 5 star due to the fact, the professionalism was top notch with all the needles being opened checked in my presence, cubes are clean. Also, my artist took a good amount of time going over exactly what I wanted.. if I had any concerns about location, size he would adjust..My lines are straight, color took great and there Knowledge to get u healed quick is good. I healed with NO scabbing anywhere on my arm.I ended up completing a whole sleeve on my arm and Im looking forward to doing more work with them. quick note, the artist actually bounced a few ideas and size off each other while I was there. its a Good atmosphere in there. Ben and Bill rock!! Keep up the good work men. I will be back for more :)P.S. If u dont take care of ur own skin, you cant blame anyone but yourself!! Be smart, your ink is your own personal investment..wish I could post a pic of my Arm Ben completed. Came out GREAT!

Went there today for my first tattoo with my friend. We were there for a total of 5 hours. I gave a reference photo and had it used for the stencil, but it did not turn out how I wanted at all, and really does not look like the reference, which was pretty simple. It is a moth, and it came out noticeably asymmetrical and very dark. It reeks of cigarettes in there and nobody wears a mask. The people were very nice though. That’s really the only good thing I have to say.

Clean, well-lit and welcoming space that still looks like a tattoo shop. The staff were chill and knowledgeable, listened to my idea and executed it perfectly. I will recommend them and return on my own for future ink!

Marissa did a wonderful job on my half sleeve, she pieced together some great art around my existing tattoos.

I loved it my first ever piercing other than my ears and I didn’t wait to long and it was fast and easy. It didn’t hurt at all and was very clean. I would 100% go back and recommend this place. I loved how I could just walk in and get it very cheap I loved it.

Terrible for belly button piercings!!!! Got mine done before Memorial Day and it never looked right... felt very wrong when I got it done I had one before and it was fine this time it hurt a lot and felt like it was placed poorly. It is now still bleeding randomly and a blood vessel came out the piercing hole because he put the needle through it... don’t recommend this place! Never got infected but the vessel be pierced through came out and I had to get plastic surgery on it to remove internal blood clots. This was no fault of me but the piercers mistakes.

Amazing first tattoo experience, Bob made sure to take the time to spiff up the tattoo for me even though it was past closing time! Will definitely be back!

My wife was going down for her girls weekend and I noticed a change come to find out Micheal Johnson and amandalyn sunshine has something going on. He knew she has a husband and 2 kids because he was messaged about it. Yet he still text and went on dates with my wife well I watched our kids. Real professional dont worry Mike I hope you have room for her at your house bud. Remember if she did this to me it will happen to you. Enjoy

A friend went on vacation and got a tattoo from here it looked amazing but after a couple days it started to turn really red itchy and it was painful to the touch I wouldnt recommend this place was told it was from using a dirty needle but not sure

I cam in as a walk in at first and Bob, the man who was going to do my peircing was leaving as I came in. we caught him outside and he said hed be in at 10 and so we came in the next day and after we made the appointment he wasnt going to be in four 2 hours after we set a time. Very unprofessional dont plan on coming back

The tattoo I got from this place is terrible. Lines were crooked, uneven color, very deep. Have had it for years now and have hated it every minute. Thinking about getting it lasered off soon. Please dont go here. There are so many better, more reputable tattoo parlours.
