We took my nieces here Saturday to get their ears pierced. When we first arrived I immediately recognized how clean and well kept the entire shop was. It was beautiful and smelled even better. Which in my opinion when you go somewhere to have something such as piercings done you want the place to be immaculate, and that it was. Very impressed : it was fast and neither one of my nieces cried. Ages 3, 6.

Went at 3 on a friday and she got me in so quick. I cursed the whole time and it only lasted 2 minutes. I got my ears and my nose pierced as someone who is terrified of needles. It was such a quick easy and painless process. The vibe of the place is amazing, so is she. There’s a huge variety of jewelry and her prices are amazing. Would definitely recommend coming here :) Thank you so much again!!

Tina is 100% professional. Did an excellent job adding two piercings on each ear lobe. Loved that she does not use a piercing gun. She has a much more comfortable method. I had older piercings that had closed years ago that were poorly spaced. This time they are perfect! The shop is very nicely appointed and clean. I definitely recommend Rising Phoenix for piercings.

I went here last year and had my nose pierced with my niece. My sister also got her nose pierced and my friend got her lip pierced. Tina was super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. We all loved our piercings. Today I went back and got my other side of my nose pierced and I took my daughter to get her nose pierced as well. This was her first piercing besides her ears and she was a little nervous. Tina was patient with her and very gentle. We also had 3 other people in our group who all got various piercing. Everyone was happy with what they got. Both visits there were other groups in front of us but it was worth the wait. I definitely will recommend Rising Phoenix to anyone wanting a new piercing!

Honesty, integrity, cleanliness and efficiency.I came in wanting an industrial piercing. I had one previously and wanted it back, she tool the time to look and I still had usable holes she just stretched and put a bar through, I know some places would have taken my money and just re-pierced it.With that being said I decided to get two more cartilage piercing. She was fast and efficient.Beautiful shop too, my husband and I were very happy with the experience. Ill be coming here for every piercing moving forward.

Went here with my friend to get our second lobe piercings and had SUCH a good experience!Tina was incredibly kind and reassuring! The studio was absolutely spotless and smelled so good. There were several groups ahead of us but it was absolutely worth the wait.I have a tendency to pass out when needles are involved and i get nervous but she was so comforting that I didnt have any issue whatsoever. She had great communication through the entire process and made sure to ask for lots feedback on the piercing placement.You can really tell she puts effort into comfort and quality! Years later I learned that the piercer actually pierced my cartilage so I was apprehensive to get it done again but its something that I really wanted and the process went smoother than I couldve imagined. It was the easiest piercing Ive ever had, its only been a few days and its healing faster than any body mod Ive ever had. I would suggest anyone looking for a piercing in the fair oaks, orangevale and even Folsom area to come to Rising Phoenix and have your work done here. TINA is awesome! She does the piercings so fast and she makes them look so good! Also, really good prices. She has a great personality and makes you feel really comfortable. All the good reviews are true, if youre looking to get a piercing, come here!!I had gotten my nose pierced almost 6 years ago in TX & it was a horrible experience, my nose started bleeding non-stop for like 15 minutes straight (there was A LOT of blood) & the guy who did the piercing obvi had no idea what was going on, so I decided to take out the ring & went home a little traumatized & without a nose ring

I went today with my daughter and work daughter to get ear piercings. Honestly we dropped in after stopping at 2 other places and I’m so happy we ended up at Tina’s. What a perfect place. First, a beautiful shop with a huge selection of jewelry choices. Then comes Tina. She is so sweet and accommodating. Super professional and patient with a dork who can’t decide what she wants (me). Came by to get my daughter’s ears pierced and Tina was amazing. She takes walk-ins and very organized. My daughter being 13 months made it a tad difficult but Tina was so calm and patiently waited for my daughter to be distracted and calm. Highly recommend Tina over any shop, especially shops that use a piercing gun.

Don’t go here. Helix piercing had to be redone at Iconic piercing because the hoop was too small and it swelled over and was super painful.If having your helix pierced, do your research. Should never start with a hoop. Go to someone who knows what they’re doing! Not just trying to make rent.

I cant begin to tell you how happy I was with the experience here!! I went with my 8 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Tina was patient, kind and made sure we were super happy with the placement prior to doing it. I also got my third holes in my ears done, and I was surprised how little it hurt! I was totally nervous about getting my septum pierced but she made me feel so comfortable and did it to fast it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. I went to get my first piercing done here, and it was such a nice and easy experience! Tina was awesome, I couldnt be happier with my piercing!I got my septum done ($60) and it was pretty much painless (in my own personal experience)! This is the best piercing studio i have ever been to. Tina is so incredibly kind. She has so much jewelry to chose from. She let my friend bring her service dog inside. All my friends and i were able to walk around the piercing room and studio freely. Tina helped us feel so so comfortable and gave us lots of information about our decisions. I never felt pressured into a piercing, and she was very professional. Overall this is the best piercing experience i have ever had, both times i went to her. And its so inexpensive!!!! **My experience at this piercing shop was wonderful**Last week I went to another piercing shop in Citrus Heights to get both of my nostrils pierced for the first time & paid $145. A few days after that, both nose rings fell out of my nose & I didnt have a clue how to quickly get them back in my nose especially since the piercings were so recent & fresh. After I realized I didnt know what I was doing, I came to this AWESOME piercing shop on Greenback Lane & Tina took care of me & she was just so pleasant & patient & was very careful & mindful while piercing me & even after the time she spent piercing my nose, she still ended up only charging me for the actual nose rings I purchased there which I think was only like $50. Shes the best & now that I know about this spot, theres no way Id go anywhere else to get body rings or new piercings.

Walked in for my son to pierce his ear. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Location was clean and super friendly. Well definitely come back for piercing needs.

My mom and I went to each get our third ear piercing, I was able to ask questions through the chat thing and get them all answered so we came later that same day. since it has been over 20 years since my mom had gotten her last piercing she went first and it was super quick and hurt less than my last piercing. the art in the room is fantastic as well.

This was the quickest, most professional, and easiest experience getting pierced. I have other piercings done at other shops, but this one was EXCEPTIONAL. She was so interactive and her customer service was beyond what I thought it might be. Felt so comfortable and before my piercing treated me like family- not a transaction. I have been in here twice to pick up some ear gauge items. Both times, I witnessed Tinas professionalism, knowledge, patience, and kindness shine through towards her customers. Her studio is very clean and well decorated.... really nice shop! The selection of jewelry is pretty good too. My daughter and I both found something to suit us.Shes a true sweetheart with great knowledge of her trade. If you go here, you WILL be treated with respect and professionalism.UPDATE: I was doing the ear stretching myself. Well, one stage didnt turn out so well. I had to go back down to the previous gauge and let my ear heal. After that I went back to Rising Pheonix and asked her if she could stretch them for me. Tina did the ear stretching for me, in stages, up to a 0 (where I chose to stop). It took a couple of months to gauge up. In her hands, there was not a single mishap or angry ear lobes. Stopped in with my 18 year old daughter to get her navel pierced. Picked up a business card at my tattoo shop. The shop is kinda hidden, Ive Lived in Orangevale for the last 4 years and never noticed it before. Super clean and roomy inside. Tons of jewelry and colorful paintings hung on the wall. The gal who owns it is super sweet and takes her time to get the placement just right. Highly recommend and will tell all our friends about it.

The experience was amazing, I got my nose pierced here, the pain was bare minimum, the owner was so nice and explained the process so well to me and my family. It been 4 months since my piercing and everything has been amazing.

First time getting a nose piercing I was actually recommended to Tina by a girl who had pretty nose jewelry. She told me to go to her and that she had a wide variety of jewelry. It did hurt but it was quick and I’m happy that I was able to pick the color stone I wanted! I’ve only had it for a few days so I hope it can heal properly since I’ve had probes in the past with my piercings healing. I’d hate to take it out.

Ive been in a few times in the short time that Rising Phoenix has been open. First time to bring my kids to get their ears pierced, second time to get my nose pierced, and third time for my orbital. I love the clean appearance of the store, cleanliness measure taken for piercings, and how quick and smooth Tina completes each piercing! I did a lot of research prior and knew this was the place to go. My visit confirmed my decision. I got two ear piercings, a daith, and a single helix. She was quick and helped me get in and out, but was welcoming the entire time. She made me feel comfortable while getting the piercings. I already plan to go back in a few months two get a few more on my other ear.

Im not sure youll have a better piercing experience anywhere else. It was quick, painless (cartilage was a pinch at worst), and extremely reasonably priced. The facilities are really nice and clean, and Tina herself is so welcoming and knowledgeable.

Good piercer! But I think she needs to watch more on sanitizing the pieces of jewelry or hiring receptionist and not let people touch the jewlery without gloves or at least if they touch them undue them and drop them into a sanitizing solution. When she was there waiting to buy some pieces of jewelry I watched a customer who was with a group of people piercing getting piercings the customer asked for a piece of jewelry and she took it out from the glass box then the piercer went to the back and did a job, while she did that the customer went to the bathroom with the piece of jewelry I behind and assume that the customer physically might have allegedly tried on the jewelery the customer then came out of the bathroom the piercer was then done with the piercing job of set current client. Those people paid and all that then the customer was told the piercer she had looked and wanted to change the jewelry she had picked out and piercer unaware that this lady customer might have put all her germs on that jewelry took the jewelry back into the glass box I said nothing since all the evidence I had was a suspicion that when she went to the bathroom she probably tried it on so piercer exchanged it for the other jewelry putting the other jewelry back not sanitizing it. There was also a small tub of nipple jewelry out in the open for everyone to touch and everyone was touching them, I also noticed the jewelry was not disinfected after they touched it. The piercer did wear gloves and sanitized the area but I didnt see the jewlery get disinfected itself before going into the body at least not that I remember.

This place was clean and had so many piercing options. Tina was amazing, I got my rook and helix pierced, and it all happened in less than 5 mins in and out. I am very happy with my purchase.

Rising Phoenix saved my piercing. I got my ear pierced at a tattoo / piercing shop and they used a stud way to small for my ear. My ear ended up swallowing my stud. The people at rising phoenix were able to help me clean and switch to better more suited earrings, all the while being super friendly and chill about the whole experience. 11/10 thanks again

SO quick and easy. I was very impressed at how quickly I was in and out of there and both piercings look SO good. Clearly they were done very well - minor swelling but nothing compared to past experiences. Will be coming here from now on!
