Hearts and Hands Tattoo and Piercing

Got a piercing here 4 years ago with Braden. It was a piercing that is known for being difficult to heal. Braden was SO professional, especially with it being in a sensitive spot. He was the most educated piercer I have ever gone to in my life. He was so well versed on anatomy to help me determine what angle was best for the piercings’ healing. I have friends who had the piercing done years ago (elsewhere) and it still hasn’t “healed.” So grateful that I went to him those years ago. Highly recommend.Additionally, a ball fell off the bar of the piercing at like 2am in the shower. He responded super quickly and helped me get it resolved. He’s a great problem solver, great shop, great piercer.

Hadley took my idea and made it so much better and he did an excellent job on my tattoo! The place is very clean and Hadley is such a nice person to talk to while getting needled for 4 hours, looking forward to him finishing my sleeve!

Went in and got a double nose piercing with Gavin for my birthday and he was so attentive and kind! He made the process very smooth and comfortable, and I absolutely love my piercings! Theyre exactly how I pictured them in my head, he took the time to really get the positioning right which I truly appreciated. Will definitely be coming back in the future for any other piercings needs!

I recently got my first tattoo here. I was pretty nervous; but Hadley walked me through all the steps, and talked to me the entire time to keep me calm. He was very kind and professional. He designed the perfect tattoo, and did an exceptional job. His fine lines and lettering was spot on. I will definitely come here again for my next tattoo, and recommend Hadley.

Ive come here on two separate occasions. Ive gotten my septum and doubles done here and both times it was very clean, reasonably priced, and the piercer was phenomenal. I will without a doubt be coming here for any future piercings. I cannot say enough good things and would absolutely recommend anyone come here.

Gavin is Amazing! I was really nervous, because this was my first piercing, but my sister got 6 of hers done by him and she recommended him. Gavin did an awesome job answering my questions, keeping me calm and the pain I felt was so minimal. I will definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a piercing!Update: I accidentally knocked out my dumbell hallway through healing and they were great to put it back in without charge. I went today to get it switched to a ring! Again, great experience! Gavin is awesome!

Absolutely amazing! jaysha gave me a super sick septum piercing🙏🏻 it was quick, clean, and everything went smoothly. she even gave me so tips since I want to get into tattoos and piercings myself. it was also pretty affordable for the jewelry. i’ll definitely be coming back for more!

We cut our work day short and drove 90 minutes (because of traffic accidents, normally a 45 minute drive) for a piercing appointment. We had 3 appointments: a 4:30, a 5:15, and a 5:30. We called on the way to make sure they could at least still do the 5:30 if we arrived at 6:00. They said yes, then they turned us away when we arrived at 6:00. It was our fault that we were late, but we called to make sure it was ok first, and they said it was. Well just go to one of the other 200 places that can do it.

I got my ears pierced by Gavin. Truly amazing, no pain was clean, fast, did an amazing placement and so much more. I have had no pain, or body rejection. I have not even had discomfort. I truly recommend hearts and hand and Gavin!

Gavin was amazing!! He helped me decide what to do based on my ear’s anatomy, and my budget. He actually recommended I NOT do as many piercings as I wanted so my body could heal faster, so I’ll be back in a couple months to get more!!

Tanner is by far my favorite tattoo artist. Ive been going to him for over a year now. I walked in with a partial idea of what I wanted for a sleeve and he completely ran with it and brought it to life. I have had a full sleeve done, two cover-ups and a revamp of an older tattoo. (Check out in the pics of the huge geo sleeve with the hand mandala, the ankle owl coverup of the purple odd ball wings, and old shoulder quote to a black Dahlia, and the two thigh roses.)-thats all me. He does incredible work. If youre shopping for cheap tattoos you will get cheap tattoos. This is not the place for you. They put value behind their work and it clearly shows in their bios. Ive went to other tattoo shops and Ive gotten my old work covered up here because I know Im getting a much better result in the end.Shop is super clean and everyone greets you coming in. Everyone at the shop has their own styles that play to their strengths and its always amazing to see what everyone can do. I get compliments all the time and I proudly tell them where I go. 🫶

August 20Gavin changed my nose stud to a shorter stud today. Went smoothly, great rate and clean! Gavin answered some jewelry questions I had and was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Thanks again for another great experience!May 11Braden was my piercer today and he was super chill. He helped answer any questions. My first impression of entering the studio was clean. That brings comfort whenever getting a piercing since I have experienced otherwise in other businesses. I will come back!

Jaysha was so so nice. She was super patient and funny and took the time to get my nostril piercings perfectly spaced. If I ever get a piercing again it’ll be from her for sure.

I love love love this shop! I’ve gotten my doubles pierced by Jaysha, and my friend and I got our helix’s done by Braden. Both piercers are very kind and professional, and do a great job at easing your nerves. You can also tell how knowledgeable and passionate the staff are about their work. I’m also so impressed by how well my piercings from this shop heal. Such a drastic difference in quality and service from other piercing places. 10/10 recommend!

I came here to get my third earlobe piercing done and I had a great experience. First, they had a huge selection of earrings to choose from (which is either good or bad depending on how you make decisions haha). Even for someone that is not a quick decision maker, I thought it was nice to have so many options, especially considering you will have the same ones in for multiple months. Jaysha had a calming presence and made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. I also thought she did a good job with spacing the piercing in comparison to my others. 5 stars! ⭐️ Thank you

I had Taylor do a forearm piece for me. I will say it did not turn out nearly like we spoke about and the cost was $950. Since then, I had my other forearm done, which turned out much better was at least as much work, and half the price.Im giving 3 stars for straight lines.

So, I was specifically looking for a place that specialized in daiths for migraines and found this place. Let me just say I will never go anywhere else. Gavin Jolley was amazing!! With medical piercings like the daith and shen men, he does pressure testing to get the right spot to help you the best and is super knowledgeable! I would suggest EVERYONE to go to him! All my friends and family go to him now, and I have gone back for all my other piercings!

This place is amazing! We have gone to Gavin and Jaysha for piercings and had just such good experiences! They really do care about their customers and you can tell from the very beginning. I won’t go anywhere else and would recommend to anyone!

My daughter got a daith piercing today to help with migraines. She was really nervous, but Gavin did an amazing job of putting her at ease. She said the pain was minimal, especially compared to the 30+ botox injections she gets for her migraines. The place was very clean, and Gavin was very careful about keeping things sterile. I definitely recommend getting your piercings done here!

My mom and I originally went in to get our eyebrows pierced from Gavin, but he told us that we don’t have the right anatomy unfortunately, so instead he set me up with a double helix and he made it an incredible experience. very kind and he really looks out for his clients 10/10 would go to him again

I had my tattoo done by Hadley. He was very kind and walked through each step during the appointment. He was patient and helped me pick the best placement of my tattoo. We took several breaks, and he took his time in putting the tiny details on my moth’s wings. Overall I’m very satisfied with his service and the outcome of my tattoo. I will definitely be back! :)

I got my nose pierced back in December, and forgot to post a review, but 10/10 would highly recommend. I believe Gavin was who pierced my nose, and he did a fabulous job. I havent had any piercings before, and he managed to explain everything throughly, but not overwhelmingly. He was also kind. My nose has had zero irritability since then, and during the actual process he was very neat and thorough.

Had a couple of piercings done with Braden & Jaysha. Both were amazing with all of us.Since we only did piercings, I didnt see much of the location, but from what I did see, it was a clean environment.After care instructions were written down, reviewed, and given to me (which Ive never had before, so that was extra nice).

We had Gavin do our piercings for me and my husband. He got one lobe, and I got both my ear lobes and a septum. He was incredibly nice, and did a great job of educating us on keeping our piercings clean and just fun facts in general. he was super patient and kind. The atmosphere of the entire place was also incredible. Felt cozy and welcoming with a perfect vibe you’d want from a piercing and tattoo shop. I would give it a 6/5 starts if I could 😄

Just completed my most recent tattoo from these guys, and they are top notch. Comfortable environment, immaculate vibes, and even better people. Will be a life long customer of Bret’s, and the shop in general.

Called the establishment and was told to email the artists directly. Emailed one artist and was told he would get back to me but ghosted me. Emailed another artist and was told my tattoo was told my ring tattoo wouldnt translate well or hold up. Thanks for wasting 2 months of my time instead of saying that over the phone in the first place.

Amazing. Ive been here several times for piercings and Ill never go anywhere else. The staff is amazing and experienced. My piercings were so fast. Braden and Jaysia made me feel so comfortable.

I have been to multiple tattoo studios in Utah and after being to Swade for tats and Jaysha for piercings I will never go anywhere else. Swade’s talent is absolutely unmatched. He gave me my dream tattoo in only like 3 hours and his work is flawless. Such crisp, clean lines and attention to detail and I get compliments on it all the time. He even covered another artist’s attempt of a different tattoo and made it so much better. Jaysha is a super great piercer, I have at least 4 from her that are all perfectly placed! If I ever want more there’s no question who I’ll see.

Bret was my artist and he did a fantastic job! Designed my tattoo with only a small prompt and it was perfect! He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The environment and shop was clean, well decorated and inviting. My brother came with me and wants to get a tattoo at this shop someday. Super amazing work and I’m highly impressed. I’m not sure about the other artists but Brett was booked out for about 3 months in advance. But if you don’t mind waiting he’s definitely worth the wait!

This shop is awesome - it is so clean and professional. We took our kids for some ear piercings and a nose piercing and Gavin did a phenomenal job. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Tanner was amazing! My son and I got tattoos his 1st, my 2nd. Tanner was very helpful when deciding size for my sons proportional to mine and his placement, I am in love with the work and cant wait to go back for more. I have plans for at least 2 and after seeing Tanners work and having him do work I know who to go to for my memorial tattoos.

My wife Lexi has had constant headaches for as long as she can remember, increasing in severity over the last few years. Yesterday she started having debilitating migraines that prevented her from sleeping and made her dry heave.We came to Hearts and Hands for a daith piercing, as we read online that it can often help with migraines. Jaysha was fantastic and explained the process very well. She used a special grabber clamp tool to test exactly where to put the piercing, since Lexi could tell her when the migraine started to subside when the correct spot was pinched.IMMEDIATE RELIEF. Lexi feels so much better now, shes amazed at how well this actually worked and how the process was relatively painless. The environment was very clean, all the equipment was sterilized and the piercing rods came in sealed sterile packaging. I highly recommend Hearts and Hands.If you plan on getting a daith piercing to help treat migraines, Jaysha made a good point that its best to get the piercing when you are currently experiencing a migraine or severe headache, so that she knows where exactly to put the piercing when you feel relief when the right spot is pinched.

Took my 8 year old granddaughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday, and they treated her like the princess she knows she is. They were professional and knowledgeable, but I still think its a little pricey for less than 10 minutes. $150.

I had my nostril pierced by Braden about 5 months ago. He was super nice, professional, and made me feel very comfortable and welcome the whole time I was there. After the piercing, he gave me a care sheet and made sure I understood how to care for the piercing before I left. He also answered any questions I’ve had after I left. 10/10 recommend.

Hearts and Hands is the most talented shop in the state. Both Tanner and Hadley have worked on me multiple times. Hadleys attention to detail in his fine line work is insane. Tanner takes your idea beyond expectation in either black and grey or color. Also, shout out to Jaysha for piercing my septum. Calah did an Arcanine tattoo for me here this past Friday and its amazing. Its hands down the best tattoo Ive ever gotten. Worth the time, money, and booking out months in advance to get a piece done by her.

We brought our girls here to get their ears pierced and are super happy with our experience. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly- the two people that pierced our girls ears were Gavin & Jaysha. They made a great team. They were especially good at calming our girls nerves, once they hopped up into the chair. Gavin talked to our girls asking them questions while Jaysha marked their ears. Once their ears were marked she showed them the mirror to see if they were okay with the positioning. The piercings were so quick, our girls didn’t even realize the earrings were already in. We definitely recommended coming here, if you’re looking for a welcoming/professional place, especially for your kids :)

Two stars for Swade saving the day...We arrived for our noon appointment at 11:50am. At 12:30pm we discovered Tyler didnt have us on his schedule, despite our confirmation TWO MONTHS AGO including a $200 deposit!! If my daughter didnt live out of state & wed been planning these tattoos for YEARS, we would NOT have come back at 2pm as they requested (they initially said 2:30pm but called when we were at lunch). Many, many thanks to Swade!! He literally did 4:1 the tatts of Tyler. I paid the shop minimum. Honestly...I wish I hadnt. CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT or go somewhere else!!

The environment is better than any of three other tattoo and piercing places than Ive been to in the last two-three years. Their staff are willing to give you the time of day and work on a one-on-one basis. Pretty much contractors renting theyre space in the building, thus really investing their time and reputation for everything they do. Best in valley, as far as Ive experienced.

I came in about a week ago to get my seconds done in my lobe, I was super nervous because it was my first time going to a tattoo shop for a piercing. I had been working up the nerve for years but had worried due to metal allergies and the fact that I knew the piercing was with a needle instead of a gun and not fully knowing what to expect. Gavin did my piercing and oh my gosh he was amazing!! Super patient, let me take my time, I told him about my metal allergy and he told me exactly which metal he would recommend. He was so informative when it came to the process along with taking care of the new piercing, and put me at ease when it came time to pierce my ears! HIGHLY recommend this place!

Hearts and Hands is great! I love the vibe at the shop. Some tattoo shops have a creepy feel to them, but not Hearts and Hands. I felt very comfortable the whole time I was there. Tanner did my tattoo, and I love it. I want to see how it looks after getting a touch-up following the initial healing. Thats the only reason I put 4 stars for now. Great shop!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I got my helix done by Braden about a year ago and it healed perfectly. I have some other piercings I got done at another shop and those piercings have gotten infected too easily, even my extra lobe piercings! My helix is strong and perfect today, I will be coming back for more piercings. Hearts and Hands literally the best place to go in Utah County. You wont regret it!!

I got my septum pierced by Braden and he did a fantastic job. The whole shop has a really nice relaxed vibe which was great because I have social anxiety and it helped me feel relaxed. Braden was super kind and did a great job letting me know what to expect and how to care for my new piercing, he even wiped away my tears for me which was nice of him. I would 100% recommend this shop and Braden if you need a piercing. I’ll be back in a few months for another one for sure!

I came here a couple years ago to get my shen men (cartilage) piercing and was so impressed but the professionalism and care that Gavin displayed. We just went back to get my second earlobe piercings and my 9 yr old daughters ears pierced and it was once again a great experience. Jaysha was so sweet with my daughter and made it a great experience for her. She told her exactly what she was doing and made her feel less anxious. I highly recommend this place!

Ive been wanting to get a daith piercing to see if it would help with my migraines. I waited about 1 year to get it done, but this last month my headache has been so bad that I finally went in.Gavin was my piercer and I really cant say enough good things about the experience! He was so kind and patient. He made sure to answer all of my questions, tested to find the right pressure point, and did the piercing. I had heard that this was a super painful spot to have pierced, but Gavin did it so quickly that I hardly felt it- maybe a 3/10 on the pain scale.Within seconds my Migraine was gone- it just released. Im still in shock about it.Gavin gave us great after care information, and his phone number in case we had any questions or concerns.Everything was very clean and sterile. The price and service were great! I highly recommend!

My wife, daughter, and I have all gotten piercings done here. Super pro and they were so wonderful to my daughter who was slightly freaked out at first, but they made her comfortable and she loved the experience. I have gotten 2 tattoos from Calah. Does nice work. Def recommend.

My 8 year old daughter had some scar tissue they had to work around for her earlobe piercing due to some trauma from her first time piercing. Gavin was really awesome with her. Very personable and kind and did a great job with her less than perfect situation. I wish we had gone here the first time we got her ears pierced.

My girls (10&7) decided they wanted their ears pierced, so I took them to Hearts and Hands because of all the great reviews Id been reading. Braden and Gavin were the best! They were so laid back and friendly, explaining things step by step to my girls as they were working to help ease their nerves. They were thorough and very clean throughout the whole process. Id definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience and a quality piercing.

Bret Johnson did matching tattoos on my wife, daughter, and me. They turned out great! He also did a water color tattoo on my wife previously which looks amazing. My daughter also pierced her nose here and there were no issues whatsoever. We will continue coming here and I recommend you do the same!!

Thank you Braden! You made the entire experience so much more comfortable than I could have imagined. 4 years ago I searched for days the best place to get a piercing and everyone kept saying koi. I ended up having a subpar experience through them for the exact same piercing. I would absolutely suggest Braden Peay at hearts and hands over koi all day everyday. No beef with koi. But Braden made me feel seen and genuinely cared for as his client. Finally, a shop in Utah county that’ll give SLC shops a run for their money lol. 😭🤧🥹

Literally the nicest piercer I have ever had. I went into get my jewelry swapped out to plastic since I am getting surgery this week. And Gavin was awesome! So nice and patient. Defiantly will come back here to get piercings in the future!

So my husband told me I could get my Medusa pierced again as a new years gift. And I am a really picky person when it comes to my tattoos and piercings. So I’ve been scouring places and reviews because eventually I want a tattoo as well. I looked this place over and all the reviews were awesome! And the artwork was beautiful so I’m really excited to get an appointment set up, however…phone etiquette could really be worked on…Ive never been here so I have no idea if they are a walk in shop or an appointment only shop, so I called on Friday to see how long their piercer was in for and the girl who answered the phone answered it “heart tattoo….” So I went on to ask my question “how long is your piercer in today?” And all she said was “were booked up today”… and her tone was very flat and almost annoyed that I had called…she didn’t offer to schedule an appointment for another day or if I needed any other help or had any questions or anything..and that’s a really easy way to lose a potential customer…if i didn’t luckily like the reviews enough, to keep trying to get an appointment, I would keep looking based on the unprofessional and unhelpful phone call alone. So just some friendly advice, work on your phone etiquette when people call looking for information or else your going to lose a lot of customers…

I love this little tattoo parlor 💚 all the artists are so talented but I got mine done by Erika. The shop is CLEAN!! And they are all super careful to keep their stations and equipment sanitized!

I worked with Swade in 2020 on a custom thigh tattoo as well as a small custom ankle tattoo. He was absolutely amazing!Super professional and sterile with everything! Plus he was awesome and fun to work with! He drew exactly with I was looking for and wanted!! Brandon was amazing! He was friendly and professional. I felt really comfortable having him do my nose and nipple piercings. The shop was clean and he used sterile, new equipment (no piercing guns!) so I felt confident that this was going to be a safe, clean experience. Seriously, go to Brandon if you want a piercing!

This place is the best. We took our three year old to get her ears pierced and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. We waited for months and watched lots of videos with our daughter to make sure she was ready and this place was better than anything weve seen. They pierced both her ears at the same time. I dont know of any other place that does that. The place was super clean and the staff was amazing. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Bret is the man!!! Time and time again I am impressed by the skill, artistry, and talent of this man. The shop is a welcoming place with many other great artists from piercing to body art. If you are on the fence just come on in and get it done!

I went in to get a piercing for headaches. It was an easy process and I felt like Braden did a good job of meeting my needs. The jewelry was sterilized before use and the whole atmosphere was very professional. I received excellent instructions on how to care for the piercing and am convinced they will help if I need it!

Gavin was great. Got my second lobe piercing and he set me at ease and was very transparent and communicative throughout. So far (day 5), following the aftercare instructions, the peircings are doing great and they look awesome. It was a great experience. I want to get my rook or maybe a conch done soonish and Ill definitely revisit 😊

Definitely won’t be my last time coming here! Got my first body piercings done, I was a lil nervous about it. But Braden made me feel super comfortable, he did a great job with explaining everything & took his time with all of it, which was appreciated, especially having it be my first time. Three months ago I went in to get my nose pierced. It was my first body modification and I was obviously very nervous. Gavin was incredible about helping me stay calm and explain the whole process to me and answer all my questions without judgment or hesitation. He helped me find the jewelry I wanted and the piercing was done before I even knew it started.When I came in last week to get it swapped from a stud to a ring, Gavin remembered me and acted very excited to see me, and that alone made a world of a difference. It made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer, but someone important to them, and that made the whole experience so much better. Gavin grabbed three different size rings and tried each one to make sure we found the best fit instead of just grabbing whatever and going for it. He constantly checked if I was in pain or getting pinched and was incredibly professional and friendly. I’ve been telling everyone I know who likes tattoos and piercings to come to this shop, because I know you won’t walk away with a sour taste in your mouth.

Drove here from SLC to get my nose pierced for the first time, and it was absolutely fantastic! I cant say enough about how great my experience was... This is by far the best shop I’ve come across. They are by appointment only right now but Braden was incredibly responsive and helpful. I was able to get in to see him the next day. I have a piercing I had done in Seattle that I was having trouble with. Braden was able to remove the jewelry with literally no pain or discomfort at all and replace it. Jaysha is freaking amazing at what she does. She pierced my lip 3 weeks ago and pierced my nose today. Took our daughter to get her second piercing in her ears. The gal that did it was very nice and helpful. We chose to go to a tattoo/piercing shop instead of someplace like Clair’s because we wanted the piercing done with a needle. This place was clean and professional.

Swade is the best tattoo artist in the state of Utah hands down. He has done all of my tattoos and I get a complement on them almost every single day. He does such clean line work. I appreciate how personal he makes the experience. He really takes his time to lay your tattoo out perfectly. I would recommend the other artist that work there too. They are held to high standards. I went to this shop about a month ago to get a few piercings done. I am the biggest baby when it comes to needles, and Braden was so kind and understanding about how nervous I was. He even made sure to tell me everything he was doing before he did anything. After getting my piercings done, I had MANY questions and fears about the piercings and Braden didnt hesitate to answer all of my questions and calm my fears. I really cant say enough about this shop, and Braden. I recommend this shop to all of my friends. And I will continue to recommend them to Hearts and Hands.

Overall, a good piercing experience. When you first arrive you will see that the parking situation is a little confusing. You cant park in the lot closest to the building, youll want to park either behind the building or on the left side of the divider between the lot closest to the building and the next lot over. Once you get in youll find that it is a nice little shop with eclectic decor. The shop has a nice selection of good quality jewlery. I was able to select studs which were nice for the price I paid (around 75). I went in for earlobe piercings and am satisfied with how they turned out, once they were in I couldnt even feel them. Although my piercer wasnt the friendliest person in the world, she wasnt unfriendly, and she did a good job at explaining the piercing process and doing what she could to make it less stressful for me. Afterwards, I was given a printout that thoroughly explained the aftercare expectations and a card with their contact information for any other questions. I think it went well.

Got a new daith ring in as mine came out and then I also got a helix piercing. Braden Peay was awesome and so down to earth! I’m honestly so impressed with the environment of the shop, it’s cleanliness, and how kind Braden was! 10/10 recommend!

I was nervous to come here because I have a piercer in Salt Lake that I trust either everything but they were closed for covid and I was too impatient. I went to Braden and he is amazing! I pierced my ears a ton and he also did my septum and he is very professional and also super fun to hang out with in the process! Super comfortable and the place is also very clean with fresh air and it was just a very good experience!!

I had to get my ears re-pierced after not being able to wear earrings for a couple of years. I got a nose piercing here on Saturday. the girl that did it was very nice but the jewelry they use was WAY to small. it was fine on Sunday. a little sore but that is to be expected. cleaned it the exact way they said. well today ( Monday) I woke up and i thought the top of it came off because you couldnt see it.. the bar is so short that it pulled the top gem part into the top of my nose. they are closed until Wednesday so i had to go to another shop to figure out what to do. they said they never should have used jewelry that small and now I have an infection after less than 48 hours all because they used the incorrect jewelry.Esit to respond to tue shop. I could not wait until wednesdat as it ws already sunk inyo my nose. It was not a long bar. I had ro go to another shop and they could not believe the size. It was tiny

If I could give over 5 stars I would! I was having trouble with getting my jewelry in my daith piercing due to swelling and Gavin and Braden helped me get a new piercing in even though it took forever and were very patient and kind. They also gave me some great tips on how to take better care of my piercing. I’d been having a lot of issues with it and even though I wasn’t pierced here they still took care of me. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend!!

I originally met Braden and Swade when they were down in Payson. I was so excited to hear they opened a shop in Orem. Braden has done most of my piercings and jewelry changes. Cody was amazing while doing my tattoo, his talent and work of art is not only beautiful but precise. He is very good at what he does, he was patient with me and answered any questions I had regarding my tattoo, he is an amazing artist and can’t wait to see more from his work. 💪

Braden did my second lobe piercings and my helix and he was so amazing! I was nervous and he made me feel so comfortable! It was so clean in the shop and everyone was very friendly!

I had an incredible experience! i went in to get my ear pierced and i was super nervous. gavin immediately greeted us & made me feel super reassured. he was very educated & talented! the piercing i got was for my anxiety. he made sure that the piercing was in the exact place it needed to be so that it would work instead of guessing around. he was gentle & the piercing didn’t even hurt. best experience i could have had. we came back the next day for my sister to get her ear pierced as well! gavin asked how my piercing was when we returned and was excited to hear about my success with it so far. best piercing place in the utah valley. will for sure recommend to others!

These guys are AWESOME! They are genuine and cool to be around. I worked with Gavin and Braden. They had me laughing the entire time I was there, and I definitely want to refer them to everyone I know!I walked in and I had originally just gone in to talk to them about whether I should get the daith, shen men, or the rook. I had done a LOT of research and wanted to know which one would be best, especially since it was to help with my medical issues!The place is as clean as a hospital, and Braden definitely makes sure that everything is super clean. He walked me through the whole process and made me as calm as he could, you know before a needle goes through my inner ear. Lol! But seriously this guy is great!I got my daith piercing on both sides because my anxiety and my headaches are always SO bad! I have brain 🧠 surgery and I still get (got) headaches, tension headaches, stress headaches, the works!Braden takes pride in his work, and he most definitely should! He will tell you, he is not Jesus but I swear this man made my life better! I had a headache when I walked in and I was nervous, and they said the daith would be best.If nothing else to try it and to come back if I want to try another one later. They were definitely not trying to upsell me. Braden even said I could just try one side if I wanted to! He pierced one side, and yeah it hurt SO BAD! But hey he is putting a needle through my ear 👂 I screamed a ton of curse words and I’m sure that the ppl down the street could hear me I was so loud!The daith is working well! I have done acupuncture and I knew I wanted one of the piercings, because I was desperate for some relief. I am soooo glad I did it! I had tried western medicine, oils, salt lamps, OTC meds, and this has been the best relief! I had done acupuncture before and it worked and I think this piercing is indeed giving me the same effect!And I might go back for the shen men, because I still have anxiety, but I have a LOT going on in my life. My headaches have been GONE since I had the piercing done, and trust me I have had a LOT of stressors recently. And even the guys said that “every person’s body is different!”Anyways, I am thankful for these guys! I am thankful that I did a lot of research before choosing this shop, and I also had multiple friends recommend them before I went too! So I hope you will read this review and go visit these guys!Update:One more piercing for anxiety! This piercing wasn’t very painful comparison of getting my daith piercings. But it’s all about location for sure.This piercing is definitely helping already! I’ll probably go back and get the other side done next month.I love Hearts & Hands! These guys are awesome 👏🏻 Gavin walked me through the entire process, helped me pick out the perfect jewelry. He only wanted to do one side to see how it helps, and if I need to come back.The place is hospital 🏥 clean 🧽 and the guys are so genuine and nice! I’ve gotten 5 plus tattoos from Nash and I absolutely LOVE them and the experience of getting them here. Nash is super helpful and professional. Did a great job of doing what I wanted but also offering his professional opinion on some little things that would make them and the placement better. Would recommend this place and specifically Nash to anyone.

Tanner has exceptional talent for dimensional/3D/fine detail work. After thorough research of his work I came in with a tattoo that was done overseas - it was bluntly black and simply not interesting. By adding his artistic touch the tattoo now looks 100% 3D, a true eye-catcher. Would without hesitation recommend Tanner to anybody looking for that special added artistic touch. He is a true artist with serious talent.

A lot of respectable artists here, each with their own style. The piercers make sure you are taken care of as well, always handling things in a cleanly and professional manner.

Bret rocks. Clean shop, awesome peeps and conversation. Best of all they’re fair and honest. Me and my sister have gotten tattoos from Bret, he will sit there and hash out a design with you until you’re 100% satisfied and not make you feel bad about being picky.

I dont have enough words to describe how incredible this shop is. The ink I got is a work of art that deserves to be on the walls of an art gallery or museum. Braden went above and beyond to make sure when I left I was content with my piercing (even though he wasnt who initially pierced it). The place is extremely clean and he was very professional. I highly recommend this place if you are getting any piercings.

I love it here! Everyone is really nice and they were very accommodating of my desire to have my siblings there for my first tattoo. It turned out great despite the complicated design of wrapping around my ankle several times. 100% recommend.

I have had both tattoos and piercings here. All of the artists are super chill. And even better, they are all masters of their craft. Swade is the best!! Hes done 3 of my tattoos, one is a cover up and you cant even tell. Swade also worked hard to do a memorial tattoo for my farther, and it looks amazing. Swade able to add my dads signature in it, which was very tiny. I always recommend him to everyone! His hand is light and steady. Braden did my nose piercing. I HAVENT had any issues with it. I simply love this shops work!

Very friendly artists, good atmosphere, and I didn’t feel talked down to or silly for not understanding the process since it was my first tattoo. Calah did my thigh and it looks perfect. Highly recommend this place!

I had the BEST experience here. I had a tattoo appointment at noon with Swade for some florals and he was all prepared and ready to go. Super professional and friendly. I am looking to continue my floral sleeve with him as well as get some other pieces. This is the best tattoo shop I’ve been to in Utah hands down. Super clean and I was completely comfortable.
