100% recommend this shop to everyone! The four people I met that were working there at the time were all THE BEST humans! It was a vibe. Super friendly, professional, and talented at both tattoos and piercings but also customer service. My friend and I went in, we called the evening before to confirm they took walk-ins, and we each came out with tattoos and piercings we loved! Its been a few weeks since, and my tattoo is healing perfectly, looks so good. My ear lobe piercings are itchy but thats life until they heal! Please go make some friends and get some tattoos, these people are the best!

SHORT VERSION:Wonderful shop with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. You absolutely can not go wrong with any artist here. They are all passionate and amazing at what they do!! I got piercings from Solice and a tattoo from Spencer, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND both of them! They both are kindhearted and seem to genuinely care about their clients and their work. This shop is worth it for anyone looking for high quality yet affordable work as well as a safe and positive atmosphere!!LONG VERSION:My partner and I came to this shop from PA while on vacation after searching for a reputable place to get our first piercings and tattoos.I was very nervous, but Solice made me feel comfortable through the whole process by talking to me, checking in, and reminding me to breathe. He gave me lots of encouragement and any time to pause I needed. He was funny, understanding, and patient. The piercings were quick and smooth. I was unsure what exact piercings I wanted, but he was glad to help pick the PERFECT ones based on style and anatomy!!4 days later, the piercings are still free of any issues. Ive been using the piercers own saline solution, Kings Choice, to clean the piercings and have had no stinging or adverse reactions to it. Plus, the design has a cool aesthetic!For my tattoo, Spencer made a stunningly beautiful design from the idea I presented that I am very happy with! He was very thorough, easygoing, and prepared. The tattoo process was relaxing, and he explained the aftercare in a clear, straightforward way.I have had no issues with the tattoo 4 days later. The derm shield used, InkSavers, has stayed on really well and is relatively pain-free and simple to replace.Both artists made me feel valued, and I am very happy with my experience and results!!

I absolutely love The Tattoo Shop in Orem. The most amazing environment and artists!! They make sure you feel safe, and welcomed. I can’t stop coming back. I love the piercings I have gotten done so far and can’t wait to have more work done. Solice has done 4/5 of my piercings and I have the most amazing experience every-time. Solice is funny, approachable, and most importantly a safe, sterile, and reputable piercer. I had went in for a piercing and he not only checked but also searched for a second opinion on my anatomy to make sure it would be safe and done well. Solice did an amazing job with my piercing! He had a wonderful idea to replace a spot where I had a previous industrial that unfortunately another person messed up. After a while it started to reject so I took it out and he did this to replace it, I would recommend him to anyone as he was very quick and gentle when putting in the heart of the jewelry (:

I’ve had Ade do several my tattoo’s and several of my daughters. He is so talented and very artistic. I’ve given him my idea’s of what I wanted and he’s made 5 of my tattoos absolutely gorgeous, more than I could have ever imagined. On top of this, he’s so kind, makes me feel so comfortable on every single tattoo and the last tattoo I got was a chest piece and I could not have thought of anything more beautiful than what he gave me. I lost my mom and wanted to honor her with her birth flower and my birth flower entangled together, it came out so beautiful. More than i expected. He is so talented and his personality is even better. Made me feel super comfortable and gave me the small breaks I needed. I just got my 5th tattoo fromHim. I highly recommend him. He’s fantastic

Me and my best friend went to go get matching snake bites it was amazing until a few days into healing. Hers were struggling and the girl who pierced her wasnt excepting new messages on Instagram. My piercing is embedding into my lip because the girl who did my piercing only gave me small bars and I also cant get a hold of her.

Went here to get my first tattoo done. Went in with a rough idea of a piece Id been dreaming up for a while. The artist was able to run with my idea, some design elements I really wanted included, and enhance it all significantly adding their own stylistic twist. I went in to get my first piercing besides my ears and i was so nervous, but solice made me feel right at home. he was very personable and easy to talk to he made me laugh the whole time as well as talking me through the whole process. the whole place was very clean. after the piercing was done solice walked me through after care and answered all my questions. I’m definitely coming back to the tattoo shop and solice again for all future piercings and tattoos.

The tattoo shops has been my favorite place to go, not only is it a safe and friendly environment but they are also so talented! Everytime I’ve been there Ashely has cleaned all the areas to make sure that everything was clean for customers. And Spencer does amazing tattoos and always makes it a fun session.

This shop is really nice. Everyone here is friendly and makes sure youre taken care of. Theyre in the process of expanding the shop so its a little crowded right now but it wont always be that way. Each time Ive come here, whether its been to get a tattoo or to visit a friend, Ive been treated well and felt comfortable. Ive only been tattooed by two artists here, one of whom I followed here from his last shop, and theyre both quality artists and I definitely will be coming back to get more work done!*Dont mind the funky looking lines in the picture, theres a wrap over the tattoo so it looks uneven, but its not!

I have loved this shop I have had great times and bad times. Unfortunately the last 2 sessions I’ve had have become extremely infected.. this time nearly taking my life. I have been to the same artist and is a great person but I cannot recommend this place to anyone after excruciating pain for days starting the next morning. The doctors own words “this happened at the time of tattooing due to the incubation period of bacteria”. Next morning my tattoo was red and inflamed and extremely painful. Tattoo was cleaned before applying second skin. I’m a germaphobe and take extreme caution on my tattoos this was just clearly not a sterile environment. Not to mention the artist next to me kept bottoming out his needles on the ink cup almost every other time he went to reload his cart. Not to mention I wasn’t throughly sterilized before tattooing every other artist I have ever been too has cleaned me off with alcohol before hand. I have missed 3 days of work because of this. Mind you this wasn’t just one part of my tattoo but the ENTIRE THING! That tells me it wasn’t on me. Especially being the next morning. I hate leaving this place a negative review but it needs to be brought to the attention of everyone reading reviews or thinking of going here. I love the owners and have a good relationship with them but this is the last time I will ever go here or recommend this place. I hope the owners see this and realize they need to work on the environment their employees provide for people getting tattoos. I’m hoping the owners see this and have sympathy to someone that has recommended this place to other people and offer some sort of compensation because this is ridiculous that I have been in the most pain of my life for 3 days straight so far and continuing to struggle. I have never had an infected tattoo anywhere else but here. I’m looking into more ways I can bring the seriousness to everyone’s attention. I had my appointment at 1:15 pm and I didn’t get back till after 4 no clients before me no nothing.. so that was an issue as well I didn’t leave till after 7:30 look at the pictures attached you’ll see the severity this appointment has put me in including all the medical expenses and medications that I have had to be put on in order to battle this. I have had 3 infections from this place (same artist twice) never from anywhere else. I will never go here again. Not to mention I didn’t get anything near what I was expecting tattoo wise.

This tattoo shop is so much better than any shop Ive been too. All the staff are friendly and professional and the shop is clean and sanitary. Throughout my experience, I got to know not only my artist, but a few of the other artists and apprentices as well. This place just feels like one huge family, its amazing.Gabby is my artist and I cannot rave enough about her. She was kind, considerate, and professional, but also laid back and personable. Shes a fantastic artist and tattooist. I cant wait for our 2nd appointment to finish the piece were working on!

My 6 year old daughter and I both went to get our ears pierced here. They were amazing! My daughter didnt even whimper. They encouraged us to come back in a month to check on the ears, and after a month of the after-piercing care they gave us, we were approved to change them out carefully! Highly recommend.

I got my first big tattoo done here by Gabby. Let me tell you, I will be back! Getting a permanent piece of art on your body is a big decision to make and can be a scary one. I am so happy I was able to work with such a talented artist who helped make my vision my reality. This shop is absolutely amazing! I have gotten tattoos here many times over the last 4 years and I have worked with many of the artists, and they have all been lovely to work with. The shop is extremely clean and comfortable to sit in. The staff is all welcoming and fun and always willing to share a good time with their clients. A sign hangs in their shop saying “come in a stranger, leave a friend”. I feel that is a great representation of how this place makes you feel. I have never left unhappy and I would recommend this shop highly to any seeking great tattoos and great memories.

Got a second piercing in my ears and 2 tattoos here, my husband got a tattoo here with me as well! Janae did my piercings, she is so wonderful! Ernie did our tattoos, and I cant recommend him enough! They are so clean and exceeded our expectations!

I went in on a Wednesday afternoon expecting to wait an hour or two before someone could even look at my design. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with a fresh tat!The receptionist was very friendly and greeted us when we came in, complimented the design, and got me an artist right away! While my artist worked on getting everything ready, some other employees were in the lobby with us. They were all really nice and fun to talk to!My artist, Brandon, was super funny and chill and made me feel so at ease for my first tattoo. I absolutely recommend them!

Jordii did a fantastic job with my latest tattoo! I was pretty nervous about getting this tattoo since it was a realistic one of a wolf and I was getting it on the top of my foot which is very painful. However, he made me feel very comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. It turned out amazing and I could not be happier! I would highly recommend Jordii for any tattoo needs. He was kind, professional, and a great artist!

I have multiple tattoos from different places but the tattoo shop was honestly my favorite the artists were so nice and nada sure I was taken care of the artist I went to was Grizlee and he was honestly so respectful and did such a great job on my hand tattoo. I went to Kayleigh for two piercings and a tattoo. She is an incredible tattoo artist and piercer. She listened to everything I said or asked. She helped me design my first tattoo and did an excellent job at it! Then, when I needed a touch up on it she did it for free. When she was doing my piercings she asked me if I liked the placement of them. If I didn’t like the placement then she moved it. She also helped me decide the piercings I want for the rest of my ear and how to lay them out! She is an incredible nice person! I would recommend her to anyone that asked me.

I got my first tattoo here, via Toonz! Here are all of the reasons you should ask him to do your next tattoo (assuming you want bold, high contrast black and gray): First, he is very careful to keep his hands and equipment sterile, protecting your tattoo from infection. Second, he wont rush getting started. He wants you to be certain that the stencil is placed exactly where you want it. Third, hes fine with you using numbing cream, though it didnt last long enough for me to recommend buying some. Fourth, when he is tattooing, he is very focused on the details. Fifth, you can take as many breaks as you need, but hed probably work on your tattoo non-stop if you let him. Sixth, hes a really nice guy, and I enjoyed learning about him and his experiences. He was also great at answering any of my random tattoo questions. Ultimately though, he does great work, and I will be retuning to Toonz for my next tattoo. 10/10, would highly recommend! Additionally, Ashley, his scheduler and front desk person, is amazing! I had to email her quite a bit with questions and concerns, and she was always so polite and reassuring. Lastly, if you are looking to get a piercing, I probably witnessed 16 people get piercings during my two tattoo sessions, and Solice, the piercer, was incredibly professional, friendly, and passionate about producing high quality piercing experiences. No one complained about piercing alignment or execution, and all of them left with a smile on their face and any nerves subsided. If my kids ever want piercings, we will be going to him. Seriously, I cannot recommend The Tattoo Shop enough.

I just went back to Janae to have my other daith pierced and have my jewelry changed in my other daith that she pierced previously. I can already feel the pressure difference in my head! Shes the best and I legit wish I had other piercings I wanted because its such a great experience there. When my kids get their ears pierced, I will be taking them to her!

I’ve gotten two tattoo and two piercings here and all times it’s been an amazing experience, Solice pierced my septum and industrial, both times I came in really nervous, he and the rest of the team did everything they could to help me feel comfortable and make it an amazing experience! I’ve gotten two tattoos from Justin, he is extremely talented and all around amazing! My tattoos turned out fantastic. My first time getting a tattoo from him I didn’t eat before hand and ended up passing out… he help me when I woke up and made sure I was all good before we continued. I had an awesome experience getting my nose pierced. It was super fast and super professional! I called The Tatoo Shop and they said they could get me in within an hour. When I arrived I sat down for a couple of minutes and then was taken back (under 5 minutes) Solice pierced me with perfect placement and was also super chill and made me feel comfortable and confident he knew what he was doing! Solace (hope Im spelling it right) went above and beyond while piercing my daughters nose. He kept her calm, and since shes kinda a wuss, I thought she would freak out cause of the pain. She didnt, and she said it didnt hurt that bad! Thats AMAZING. It was super clean and very professional but with really funny banter. I walked in today without an appointment and they made some time for me. They were so kind about it too! I got my upper lobes and helix pierced and my 6 year old daughter got her ears pierced. They were SO good with her! They made the experience so pleasant and fun. They talked to her about her favorite things and after the piercing everyone in the shop told her how good she looked. It’s a very family oriented business, you walk in as a client and come out a friend, I’ve gotten my nose pierced by Janae, she is amazing and quick at what she does. I went to have my earrings put back in after the dentist made me remove them. The staff was super kind. And even though I didn’t get my ears pierced there, they put my earrings back in for free. I’m so thankful to person who helped me.

If you are looking for a shop in Utah County that is not foul and profane, this is it. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Gabby is a wonderful artist who takes pride in her craft. Her line work is impeccable, crisp, and her hand is not heavy. I could have fallen asleep during this tattoo. She was happy to make adjustments and give recommendations for placement to help with my overall goals. I definitely plan to get more work done here, and hopefully with Gabby. The Google Reviews don’t lie for this shop!

Got my seconds done here, it had been years since I had a piercing and I couldnt believe how painless it was! Solice did an amazing job and was super knowledgeable and explained aftercare really well. I have had no pain in it since then--my only issue was the earring did unscrew itself and I had some trouble getting it back in because its so small but besides that I will definitely come back again for more!

I’ve gotten 3 tattoos done by Ernie now and he is AMAZING!! After going to Ernie I literally refuse to go to anyone else. His line work is amazing and every single one of my tats he’s done i absolutely love, not to mention the healing process is so smooth sailing and they heal so nicely. He is super cool and makes getting a tat a good experience. If you come to the tattoo shop you have to come to Ernie you absolutely will not regret it!!

They were able to get me in same day for a piercing. Janae was so amazing and kind and helpful. She told me how to help fix my daughter’s bad piercing and was just so nice and thorough through the whole piercing process.

I cannot recommend this shop enough!! Everyone is extremely welcoming and patient with any requests I’ve ever had along with making me feel welcome and at ease with both piercings and tattoos. Janae is the only piercer I will ever trust as I have never had an issues with any of my piercings and she is extremely professional and patient with her clients. Toonz has been amazing to work with for my tattoos with his expert advise on designs and placement. I have no complaints regarding these two or anyone at the shop. It will be my permanent go to.

Just had my first appointment and let me tell you, they DO NOT disappoint!! This is my first big piece and the whole process was set up amazingly. My artist was Red> @reds_tattoos16 on Instagram, he has an amazing talent and skill for black and grey realism, as you can clearly see! I mean, wow. Just look at this piece! 8 hours, with all the detail in this piece just blows me away! The whole staff/ artist selection at this location are outstanding! They will go above and beyond to ensure you walk out with a smile on your face. I highly recommend checking these artists out!!

Holy wow!This is my go to shop for piercings. I’ve had my bellybutton, left/right daith, and a double helix within the last couple of years here.They are incredibly sterile and rather quick to get you back and done.Janae is very down to Earth, and Solace is just the sweetest thing. They always let me bring someone to hold my hand and even let me use numbing cream on the ear piercings!The whole vibe of the shop is amazingly chill. The best things I have seen from both of these piercers are the piercing placement, the quality of the jewelry, and thorough explanation of aftercare.I’ve had issues with infection and they’re always willing to help me get to a solution so I can keep the piercing.

Toonz did an amazing job. Very easy to work with, and a top talent. I searched over a hundred artists before I made my decision to go with him, and drove quite a few miles to have him do the work. I’m glad I did. A tattoo isn’t something you should look to do “cheap.” If you’re choosing to put something permanent on your body you should choose the best…and be willing to pay for it. He’s the best.

The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The piercer Janae is so sweet and is so good at what she does. She is meticulous about placement and will re-do the markings a million times over if that’s what it takes to get it right. She is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and will be up front if something won’t work with your body but always has a solution at the ready. I will not let anyone else do my piercings. Toonz is such a phenomenal artist. You can tell that he pours his heart and soul into his work creating art that you will be proud to show off for years to come. His pieces always flow with the curves of your body and his creativity is other worldly. Everyone else at the shop is so sweet and it never feels like they are competing against each other. They are always down to share tips and tricks and hype each other up. It’s seriously like one big family. This place has so many 5 stars for a reason. There is no other shop like it. They are phenomenal at what they do. Do not go anywhere else. You will regret it if you do.

The staff really care about you and about their art. I went here for my nose piercing (by Solice) and my first tattoo (by Ernie), and both were great experiences! Both artists took the time to make me feel safe and comfortable, and they explained everything to me in detail. Definitely going back for my future tattoo & piercing needs!

Everyone here is just so much fun. Ive been in a few different shops but this one is definitely the most welcoming. Ive had a piercing and a tattoo done here and havent had any issues or problems. Definitely coming back for my next one. Everyone is who works here is professional and friendly, and it really makes a difference for those who get nervous like me. Any questions I have they are more than willing to answer and are honest. The shop is very clean and well organized and the prices are definitely reasonable and worth it. One thing I particularly liked is Justin, although capable of almost any piece, was very upfront about his strengths and weaknesses depending on the type of artwork being requested. I’ve had three pieces BEAUTIFULLY done by the one and only Taylor the Color Queen, she does amazing, clean work, and is super nice and friendly. She has also done some amazing touch ups for me on some tattoos that weren’t done so well by other artists originally. Highly recommend coming here and getting work done by Taylor. 10/10 knows what she’s doing.

The shop is very clean and everyone I met was very nice and asked if they could help me. My artist didnt leave me wondering at all, he discussed with me the size and placement of my tattoo and certain detailing I might want. Alex was very courteous and asked if I needed breaks and breathers periodically. The tattoo came out just the way I wanted and my aftercare was clearly explained. Overall, this is an amazing place to go and Im glad I got my first tattoo here 😁.

Hands down, the best infant piercing experience Ive had (3rd time). Janae was absolutely exceptional - super professional, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Not to mention a rad personality. The shop was extremely clean and all equipment used was sterile and top quality. I wouldnt hesitate for a minute to go back for any other piercing. Oh, and their pricing was more than fair! Seriously, not a bad thing to say about this place.

I recently got a tattoo there and Jason was my artist. He and his wife were very friendly and knowledgeable about their trade and the place itself is very clean. And the shop is bright and inviting and probably the least threatening tattoo place Ive ever been to! Also, I loved the fact that I wasnt wrapped in plastic wrap like leftover food afterwards. They have this really cool stuff that they put over a fresh tattoo that is breathable and used for burn victims. All in all, my friend and I loved our experience here and will definitely be coming back! Definitely recommending to EVERYONE!

Just got my second tattoo from Taylor, she did amazing as usual! Shes extremely talented. Waiting for my sister to ger hers done, and the owner (Janae) sat out here and talked with me and some other customers. Shes super awesome! So nice and such a genuine human. I cannot recommend this place enough! Great employees and great prices too. They dont screw you over here.My husband has gotten his tattoos by Alex and hes great too. Seriously would give them 10 stars if I could.

Ernie did an amazing job and was as dedicated to perfection as I was. He also had one of gentlest touches I’ve ever been tattooed by, which makes all the difference in making it as painless as a tattoo can be. I’ll definitely be going back, and I’d recommend him to anybody, whether they’re getting their first ever piece, or if they’re a seasoned canvas looking to add to their collection.

Went here to get two more piercings on each of my lobes and it was an amazing experience. Several times while I was waiting to meet with the piercer I was asked several times if I had been helped (which I had been helped promptly when I walked in) and Janae was amazing! She was fun to talk to, took a lot of time to make sure my piercings would be even and then made sure I was clear on the after care procedures. I highly recommend this place for getting any piercings done, and I know I will be coming back in the future.

I was worried because I was running late from another appointment but as soon as I walked in the atmosphere was relaxing and calm. These guys are so awesome! Went and got tattoos for their Friday the 13TH deal they had going on! I commend them for all the hard work they do, they worked as hard as they could to get as many tattoos done and some don’t even get a break. With deals like that you need to know it’s gonna be packed and there’s gonna be a wait. They’re so cool so laid back it was a fun experience and our tattoos turned out great! I came here for my septum piercing, which is my first ever piercing outside of just my basic ear piercings. Everyone was so kind, and Solice did AMAZING. I’d give the tattoo portion a 5 star! Had nothing but good experiences with the artists. However, about a year ago I went in for a septum piercing. they pierced me wrong and still let me leave with a piercing that was way too high, and in the wrong size. The person watching the apprentice do it, looked at me, noticed something was wrong but still let me leave. I had to get it taken out and re-pierced at a different shop.

Janae pierced my 15 month old ears and she was absolutely amazing! She was very patient and very kind I would and will recommend her to everyone! I will never go anywhere else based on the customer service I experienced there! 5 STARS!!!!!!

I was impressed with my experience here. I recommend this place for people getting ear piercings, especially if youre a little nervous. It is much better than some place at a mall!They were professional and informative. One of my lobes was still open, so they didnt charge me to pierce it again and just charged me for the jewelry, showing that they are both honest and care about my ears feeling good! They also did great with making sure that the earrings were straight (not something that happened when I got my ears pierced at Claires several years ago). They also made sure I had the contact information in case I had any questions.Overall, they were great, and Im glad I came here.

I highly recommend these guys. After my brother passed, I wanted to get his name tattooed on my wrist. It is my first tattoo and I was nervous but the owners were so nice and it helped me to not be nervous, plus it actually wasnt painful either and it was quick; I like that they offer the free touch up too. I recommended this place for my mom to get hers and it was also hee first one too. Ill be coming back to get a touch up and to add a stem and such to my tattoo. The best experience I’ve ever had. Janae Rivera pierced my Medusa and labret I was being the biggest baby and it took me forever to actually let her pierce me and yet her and her son were so patience and validated my feeling the entire time. Told me it was on my time and whenever I was ready. Super kind and understanding. Killed it. Both look amazing placement is great super professional and sanitary.

Most tattoo shops don’t even let you bring kids with you, but I’ve brought my baby every time with no problem. Definitely a family friendly place and the staff is all welcoming and make conversation with you. Janae pierced my daughter’s ears for her 6th birthday and she did a great job! She stayed eye level with her the whole time and explained each step. She made her feel calm and so brave! Everything was clean and organized and everyone in the shop was so sweet to my girl. Would definitely recommend!

Don’t get your ear pierced here. I got two piercings. Did everything I was told to do, didn’t touch my piercing with my hands whatsoever. Both piercings were not screwed in properly and fell out. Went back to have the cartilage piercing put in, now it’s swollen because the piercing had to be forced back in before it was healed. The lobe piercing would’ve needed a repiercing and they said they would charge me the full cost. I feel that if a piercing that is supposed to stay intact for 6 months, falls out after 2 weeks, especially both piercings, this is not a quality facility. I do not recommend getting a piercing here and will not be coming back.

I went in to get my 8 month old daughters ears pierced. I had made an appointment and they got me in right away. The girl was so sweet to my baby and she was as careful as she could be! She gave me her phone number if I needed anything, and when I had questions I texted her and she gave me great advice and then I went back so they could check on her and she was so great about helping me! Would most definitely go back!! Best experience!

I wish that I had never stepped foot into this shop. I wanted some design ideas and Taylor, who was supposed to be good with color, destroyed my tattoo. She doesnt understand simple design principles. I didnt want a cover-up at all and she covered up everything that I loved about my tattoo. She charged me $900 and its still not done; it looks horrible. She has turned it into something I hate to even look at. She also canceled on me over 5 times. She never told me that she was going to color in the part I loved! I have been blown off for months and there is a complete lack of professionalism. Maybe get some actual artists? Horrible experience with Taylor.

I got my tragus and daith pierced here about 3 months ago and it was an awful experience. My daith hurt so badly compared to my other ear (done somewhere else). It is a little too deep and at an angle. The tragus was a whole situation.The actual piercing part hurt as expected for having a needle shoved through a body part. When it came time to put the jewelry in I think she had a piece that was bigger than the needle she used because she had to force it through. After 3 excruciating attempts I was about to give up. She said if she couldnt get it this last attempt wed take it out. She managed to get it through but it bled and hurt a lot. ( Im pretty sure I ripped holes in her chair).About a week later the piercing started to be swallowed into my ear. I had it replaced with a smaller gauge, longer bar, and bigger top at a different piercing studio. It developed an irritation bump almost immediately after being pierced and, 3 months later, just barely fell out. Even though I didnt have the jewelry replaced here I still blame the tattoo shop for the traumatic piercing experience probably leading to the loss of the piercing.Aside from the terrible piercing, the front staff were awfully unprofessional. Overall, I cannot express enough how much I do not recommend getting a piercing here.

I took my almost 6 month old to get her ears pierced and they were wonderful! Janae was very patient, sweet and professional. They don’t have a large selection of earrings to choose from but I didn’t choose a Tattoo Parlor for the earrings but for the peace of mind. I wanted to avoid all of the issues that can arise from the blunt force trauma caused by an ear piercing gun. They are also very reasonably priced! You may need an appointment though- not sure if that’s due to covid or standard policy.

Janae helped me with all my questions for getting my first piercing. she was very informative and comforting. i didnt feel anxious at all! walked in without an appointment, got my piercing and left within 30 minutes (which was unexpected!) i had a great experience!

Ive gotten two tattoos from this shop in 4 days from two different artists. I love both. The shop is super chill and all the artists are professional and very nice. I would definitely recommend getting your next tattoo here. Their prices are also extremely fair. Its all around just a great shop.

I walked into the tattoo shop and immediately I was comfortable! Its a family owned business that is extremely clean and fun! Janae (Mama Goose) was my piercer! For starters shes just completely bad a** herself, but is also Soo nice and professional! Her station ( and the entire shop for that matter) was so sanitary and tidy! I am so so so (cant say this enough) happy with the work she did on me today! I recommend 500%! And most definitely will be returning!!! Thankyou for the amazing experience!

The tattoo shop in Orem is completely unlike anywhere else I have ever been for a tattoo. I recently had the opportunity to be tattooed by Taylor and she was absolutely amazing! She is super sweet and easy to talk to. Her attention to detail and her ability to spot the little things that need extra work is what made my tattoo truely amazing. She is my new go to girl for color. My sister was also tattoed there the day before me by jughead. It was her first tattoo and he was so careful with the way he tattooed her so that it came out perfect! He was great!!! We also were both pierced by Janae and she is seriously the best piercer I have ever been to. I previously had my nose pierced twice at different shops and I ended up taking it out both times because I didnt like how it looked. But janae totally nailed it! She was super fast at piercing my nose and it was way less painful than the previous piercings! Everyone there is so so nice. They make sure you are comfortable and taken care of.You will leave feeling like you are family and you belong there. Also it is by far the cleanest shop I have ever walked into! I definetly recommend they will not dissapoint!!!

Theres a sign when you walk in that says, Walk in as strangers, leave as friends. And I truly felt that yesterday. Jay, Janae and their whole team were amazing. They made me and my husband so comfortable there. I will always be so grateful for Jays amazing talent that brought my idea to life. My first experience at this shop was a few years ago, going with a friend to get hers. I loved the atmosphere and how polite the owners were! Her tattoo turned out great so I went back later for one myself. It was a simple one and I loved it! So, I decided to go back again for a cover up Ive been wanting for quite awhile but never had the funds for until recently. There were scheduling issues for a few weeks but they eventually got sorted so, no biggie. Unfortunately, this experience wasnt as great though. Not by any fault of the owners, the artist I was scheduled with couldnt make it and I didnt find out until I was already there. I didnt get the tattoo cover up I wanted but I do love the new tattoo another artist took the time to do. I tried to reschedule my original appointment and never heard back. I wasnt really surprised since my initial contact with them (that particular artist) wasnt the most professional feeling experience. I mulled it over for awhile and ultimately decided maybe it isnt such a good idea to go with them. I did what I thought was the courteous thing and I let them know that since I hadnt heard back, Id be going with someone else/a different shop. The response was um ok. Im not going to call them out because I dont know what they have going on (maybe I texted at a bad time?) or if maybe they just dont know how to be professional over text. Anyhoo, the 3 stars instead of 5 is for that experience because I had really been looking forward to getting this cover up done and felt really let down. Aside from that, the other experiences I had and other people I talked to/worked with were amazing - 5 stars!

These guys are my new go-to place for tattoos and piercings. Hands-down the best place in Utah County. Fantastic artists. Very clean and organized shop. Extremely quick to respond and just super nice staff. All-around just 10/10. I recommend them to literally everybody.

Came here for the Friday the 13th deal to get my first tattoo! I loved it! It was clean, everyone was so nice and welcoming, and I had an awesome time (despite being so nervous!). Shaquelle did my tattoo and it turned out amazing! He was fun and friendly and very informative! Definitely will be coming back to get more tattoos!

Clean, kind, accommodating. My husband and I came in to get our wedding rings tattooed and Toonz was great! He worked us into his schedule at short notice and did beautiful work. Lily, the assistant was kind and meticulous. Nice shop.

Fantastic tattoo shop! Nate Goodman tattooed me and did an amazing job. I was a little hesitant, since I have been to several tattoo shops where there is obvious drug use and its just a grungy environment, but this place is so clean, bright, organized and everyone I met there was so great and friendly! I will for sure be back for more tattoos here!

Solice did my septum piercing and they were amazing! Even when I was late (thank you Utah snow smh) they were so nice and professional! They talked me through the whole process and made it a painless experience. I highly recommend this shop and having Solice pierce you!

I went in on Sunday to get a tattoo that I had already sketched out and designed. The experience could have been improved. It felt like he didn’t want to be there, or was eager to finish. Based on his portfolio, he can do amazing work, but I don’t feel like my tattoo reflects that. There are aspects of it I do really like, but the more I’ve had to sit on it, the more I feel there are parts of it that just don’t look quite like the drawing at all. I’ll be getting it touched up elsewhere once it heals.

Janae is a freaking boss (and she is the boss). I went in for 7 (yes...7) piercings (lob and helix) and she was incredibly helpful, professional and fun to work with. She makes sure you’re getting what you want and takes the time to do it right. Thanks so much Janae! I love my new piercings!

Took my 3yo today and I was so impressed! Everyone was so friendly, kind, and encouraging. They even changed the music (unasked) to more family friendly songs, which I thought was very considerate. Janae walked us through the whole process and made E feel so calm and comfortable. To top it all off, they are very affordable! Half the price of other shops we called. Thanks!!!

I got my first tattoo here today. Janae and Toonz were so patient with me and my 100 questions. They looked at my ideas and set me up with the artist that was best suited for what I wanted. That was Ernie, he was awesome. He sat down with me and customized my tattoo and executed it perfectly ....Im very happy with everything .

I went there to get my belly button pierced. I absolutely loved it there! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful! The artist even came out to say hi and see if everything is good! I was nervous and scared! They went over all the steps they were going to do. (Super helpful) They are perfectionist! I love my experience there! I drive from salt lake to get my tattoos done by Jay. He does amazing work and has great pricing. When you walk in the shop it just feels like a family and they make you feel like part of that family. I love them all.

Both my girlfriend and I were walk ins (we called ahead). Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. The owner was extremely courteous and helpful in pairing us with available artists that would best match the style of what we wanted and didn’t keep pricing a secret. Shaquelle Risin did a fantastic job on mine. Clean lines and deep color without over working the area. He was patient with attention to detail, and a great vibe/conversationalist. Ernesto Blanco did wonderful on my girlfriends tattoo. We both left the shop more than satisfied. Looks like we found our new favorite shop.

Ive been here 3 times for my self now and if I had the money Id be here every payday getting something!The tattoo shop is the only place I will go for ink now, and its anyplace I consistently recommend to people,Toonz did my squid and my hearts and I love how well the lines held up after! Ive yet to get my squid finished bit hes been very patient with me till I have time to actually get there.Traylor aka the color queen did my but/heart tattoo, I was a bit worried people would laugh at me cause it was kindof a weird idea but she loved it and not once made me feel weird for getting it! The lines are beautiful and the color was just impeccable! Its the tattoo I get most praise for!

Im happy with my piercing. We drove from Park City to get it done. Very nice people as well, but unfortunatelly I couldnt make any photos or video there. But over all, happy with the result.

Went in today with my sisters and mom to get some small tattoos. Our artist Curtis was awesome. We felt welcome Curtis joked with us the hole time. They are kid friendly and even gave my niece her very first temp tattoo of minnie mouse. We love how our tattoos turned out and we will definatly be back.

I got my piercing from Janae (forgive my spelling). She is a SWEETHEART. And I am so glad I went here. I won’t use any other place for my piercings. The shop was clean, everyone was friendly, she gave great tips for cleaning. Good experience. 5 stars for sure.

This place is beyond fabulous!!! I got 5 piercings and for the first time In my vast piercing history THEY ARE NOT INFECTED!! Janae was so professional and clean and only one of 5 even bled and barely at that!! She has a skill that’s unprecedented that barely even hurt!!! Three months ago, I took my 8-month-old baby to pierce her ears. Janae is very professional and knowledgeable. She was very patient with my baby who was grumpy at the time. The piercing was flawless, it heal without any problem. The earrings are beautiful and small, just the right size for her little ear. I recommend Janae 100%

Taylor is the most talented artist Ive had tattoo me. She also did a cover up on my finger that turned out better than I had imagined. Very fair pricing and great energy at the shop. I would definitely recommend this place over anywhere else in Orem.

I brought in my 6 month old baby to get her ears pierced and I was so incredibly impressed! I was a walk in and Janae came to the waiting room and talked with me and my baby and even got my baby to laugh. She explained the whole process to me and made sure all my questions were answered (The whole place was clean and everyone was so friendly). Janae took her time with marking the holes and getting everything set up. The piercing went quick and after she asked to hold and comfort my daughter. I cant even express how happy I was with the whole experience. I brought in my toddler a month later to get a new set of earrings and she was so engaging and sweet with my daughter. I will only go here for any piercings from now on. If you have kids that you want to pierce their ears, have Janae do it!! (you will never go anywhere else)

I got a tattoo there a couple of weeks ago and it looks awesome just needs a few touch ups! I recommended quite a few people to go here. The employees here are way nice and care about making your experience with them the best it can be!

I’ve been going to another shop for 6 years and decided to pop over here one day to see what was up. It was great! Was able to meet with an artist for a few minutes and scheduled a time to come back. Loved the finish product which was the most important, but I also didn’t feel like I was in the midst of a bunch of pretentious douches trying to prove that they’re not Mormon in Utah County like I did at my last shop. Nobody cares, you know? This’ll be my new regular spot!! Thanks Ernie!!

Got a tattoo that was simple line work and only 4 inches long and they charged wayyyy more than they should have for that. They told me the shop minimum is $100 but as I say in the front waiting area I heard them tell someone their tattoo would be $50! They are not worth your money and are likely to overcharge you depending on who you go to.
