Unhinged Piercing

Went in today to trade out my nose jewelry and was open to getting another ear piercing. Liv was awesome and walked me through all the different placement options and took the time to help me decide on jewelry and the exact placement. She was also very transparent on pricing which I appreciate. I ended up going with a flat on my upper ear and it is PERFECT!!! She got the angle perfect, it lays completely flat against my ear and doesn’t interfere with my glasses. She’s such a knowledgeable and fun piercer to work with. If you’re looking into getting anything done I HIGHLY suggest Liv:) Thank you girl!! Can’t wait to come back and add more to my collection!

Took about 25 minutes overall. Went in for my 🍒 piercings and I think Art did them. The actual piercings took about 5 minutes. Pricing was what was advertised online, gave me information on aftercare too. Transparent about pricing for when I have to come back. Cute shop!

I got a double nostril done here on opposite sides. My piercer was Ari, and she did amazing! She was so sweet & made sure I understood everything, & she is so talented as well. My piercings came out extremely symmetrical, & I am so happy with them! The atmosphere of the place is great, & most of the piercers seem like they’re very helpful. I’ll definitely be going back here when I want another piercing :)

I got a piercing for my birthday by Joana and she did such a lovely job. She explained everything she was going to do, gave me detailed information on my piercing size and when to change out the jewelry, and overall provided fantastic customer service. I will be coming back to receive more piercings, hopefully from her!

Absolutely obsessed. I havent had a piercing for decades and on a whim decided to get my cartilage pierced. Olivia was the best. Educated me so felt so confident in the process and my ability to care for it. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Went in for retainers and jewelry changing. Amazing service! Love the gals I met there. Everyone was very friendly. In and out quick, definitely will be top of my list for any new piercings

The staff here are great so this rating is not because of them, and the place is clean. This rating is because of the price. The prices listed online are not accurate. I paid $280 to get a third piercing on both lobes, and now that I’ve done some research on other shops’ prices, that $280 seems outrageous. Plus, they put extra long backs on my piercings to allow for swelling and told me to come back in a few weeks to switch them out. I assumed that would be complimentary but it was not. There was a miscommunication between my piercer and me, I thought it would be $25 total so I agreed to go forward with replacing the backs for smaller ones, but when I was checking out it became clear the piercer meant $25 per lobe ($10 service fees for 30 seconds of work and a $15 new back price). I just really wish this place was more transparent with their pricing online, that their piercers were super extra clear when prices are “per side,” and that the prices were more affordable. If you’re on a budget this is not the place for you.

Got pierced here a few months ago by some guy seemed very unprofessional, i got the other side of my nostril pierced as i had already had the one side done at a different place prior. piercer stuck 16 gauge needle in my 18 gauge nostril piercing to get the “right angle” also didn’t seem very sanitary as he was touching everything with the same gloves, then proceeded to not aligned them correctly so now my piercings aren’t even I also don’t know why anyone would pierce with a 16 gauge needle for a nostril to begin with, jewelry that comes with piercing, didn’t even look like a correct nostril piercing so you have to upgrade which does make the price more. Also, the jewelry I was pierced with prevented my piercing from healing for months until I finally got my own jewelry and it healed within a couple weeks.i’d just go to a regular tattoo and piercing place at least you get cute jewelry with the piercing instead of a metal ball.

This place is awesome. I was in there twice today, once with my teen for lobes and then again a few hours later for a double nostril. Joana was our piercer both times and she was so cool. She explained everything in detail and offered great suggestions. I have been wanting my double nostril for years and Im so glad I did it. The place is very clean and they practiced numerous sterilization procedures so I felt very comfortable with them poking holes in my face. Definitely check it out!

The best piercing experiences Ive ever had! Ive gotten three piercings here in the past month and had Ari as my piercer every time and shes so amazing! I cant recommend this shop enough!

What a horrible experience. Took my daughter there to get a bridge piercing...first of all took like 30 minutes to get the ink dots right....secondly the first attempt was so crooked it was horrible...and thirdly the second attempt was barely any different. My daughter also got vertical labret done that was also crooked as heck. Ari was the piercer... So dnt go to her unless you purposely want messed up piercings that take like an hour to get done wrong.

Small wait, but worth it! The two piercers working were very sweet and answered all my questions. Got my tragus done, and it looks perfect. Only con is they’re cash only, but not uncommon for a piercing shop!

Absolutely loved my experience here. I’ve wanted to get more piercings for awhile but always worry about the environment. Olivia was super kind and understanding of my concerns and helped me pick out all new jewelry for sensitive skin. She checked in before during and after each piercing to make sure we were still good to go. I will definitely be coming back~

I brought my daughter to get her ears pierced, second hole on each ear. After reading the website, we understood the cost would be $40, including jewelry, plus tip. She picked out her jewelry and got the piercings. When we went to pay, the total was $175.19!!! Too late, already done, cant change your mind or return a piercing. Website says $40 for lobes not one lobe. It was actually $60 for one lobe and $30 for the second lobe. We werent given the option of complimentary vs upgraded cost of jewelry. She picked something out thinking it was included and wasnt told any different. Totally in SHOCK by the price. After verifying what I understood from the website, I called to inquire. I was told the website hasnt been updated for a while, but nothing could be done. I dont know what to say. Art was kind and did a good job but needs to explain costs BEFORE piercing.

My piercer liv was really cool explained everything really nicely was super nice the entire time. I got a septum piercing and I love it.

Lindsey is a magician! I had a nose-piercing bump, so she suggested changing my steel stud to a titanium one. She did it so gently that I hardly felt any pain! I am going to her after six months to get the nose hoop. :) She deserves a 5-star rating!!

Art is just the sweetest and best piercer! I hadn’t had any piercing and from the very first time I walked into the store I felt welcomed and cared for. Both me and my nephew got matching septum piercings that looked beautiful and healed super quickly! I would recommend Art for anyone looking for the most attentive service and wonderful piercing results! Thanks again Art, hope to return soon!

I came in to get my doubles pierced and Art was my piercer. He did an amazing job was very welcoming and friendly. The whole staff is amazing and the vibes were great. I will definitely be coming back here to get all my piercings done. Highly recommend!!

Was visiting for a few weeks and went to the shop twice during my stay! everyone is so sweet and genuinely excited to help you figure out what you’re looking for. Olivia did some new cartilage piercings for me and changed a ton of my jewelry and i feel even cooler now 1000/10

Art is incredible!! He’s done 3 of my piercings now and they always turn out perfect! He’s very educated on what he’s doing and makes the right calls on my jewelry every time. Unhinged is easily my favorite piercing shop and I will keep coming back!

I went in for a styling of my ear piercings and to change out my nose ring. Olivia was so fun to work with and had great suggestions on styling my ears and made the entire process easy and smooth. I will definitely be back soon!!!

Olivia was amazing! She walked me through the entire process of getting an industrial and calmed me down. She made sure I was ready before continuing with the actual piercing. The shop itself is beautiful and very clean too! Highly recommend going here

Ari is simply the best!!!Very welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and caring. She explained the procedure throughly, so I felt comfortable and confident of her expertise. The process was painless in her capable hands. The follow up instructions were clear and understandable. The entire experience under Aris care exceeded my expectations!

These folks helped me out of a tight spot when my new piecing (done in another state) got ripped out while getting my haircut. Thankfully they were able to get a new piece in asap. Clean, professional, helpful. Might have to come back & get another piecing!

Staff was super friendly and helpful! I came in at just the right time before my piercing couldve gotten infected or worse. I had gotten a piercing in Thailand and the earring was not the proper earring that they used and it was getting embedded into my ear. I forgot the name of the staff that helped me out but she changed out my earring and advised me proper care! Def coming back in when I want my earring changed or my nxt piercing. :)

My piercer was fantastic. They reopened my septum piercing for me and got the new ring in, even when the hole wanted to be stubborn. Super fun environment, and the care I was given was top notch.

Customer service was terrible, he continued to use fowl language and charged my card twice. My second lobe piercing is also extremely crooked. They also were not very helpful when trying to figure out how to refund the card. Eventually they were able to refund the extra change.

I got double nostrils. They were all super nice and energetic. They walked me through the piercings and after care. Ari was super nice and patient. It was my first piercing and really easy.
