Identity Tattoo is the ideal spot to go for a tattoo. Extremely clean and comfortable environment. Todd is hands down one of the nicest guys I have had the pleasure of meeting, and is a top notch artist. I will definitely be going to him from now on for all of my future tattoos and will be referring him to all friends and family! Don’t make the mistake of going somewhere else, Todd is the man!

My wife and I have had several great experiences working with Todd (Lucky) and his team at Identity Tattoo.REGARDING THE TALENT: Most recently, I spent 8 sessions with Todd working on a full color arm sleeve. He exceeded my expectations at every session! He always listened well and looked out for my best interests, even if it meant telling me what I didnt want to hear. Why? Because tattoos are permanent! I put my trust in the professional and he did an outstanding job. They are all great artists with unique skills, that care about the work they are doing and the customers feelings.REGARDING THE SHOP AND CULTURE: It is always very clean and welcoming. While tattooing the guys like to crack jokes and dont take themselves too serious. It makes the entire process a fun experience, not just a transaction. I would not even hesitate to take my Mom or Grandma here. These guys just rock!

I got my first tattoo here and it looks Amazing! Aaron Powers did a Great job! My brother and sister-in-law have been getting work done here for a few years and got me a gift certificate for my birthday. The atmosphere is awesome and clean. Everyone there is really nice and they listen to your ideas and make sure you are happy when you walk out. Would definitely recommend getting your work done here!

Lucky is so amazing at his job! he’s so fantastic! love his vibe his energy! everything about his shop is hands down the best i’ve ever stepped foot into. Never gotten any other tattoo at any other shop then Identity! Definitely recommended! 100% I wish i had his cards on me because of how often i get stopped in public or at work!

I love Identity! The shop is clean, organized, well-managed. I have gotten an arm sleeve, 2 miscellaneous tattoos, and my leg tattoo all from Aaron Powers! Hes a great artist, easy to talk to, and understands how to put ideas to ink.Lucky and David are great artists as well, sporting many years of full-time tattooing. Between the pinball machine, the music, and the atmosphere, I plan on only going to Identity for future tattoos!

I was a walk in, it was my first tattoo and I didn’t really know what I was talking about. But Todd the owner made me feel really relaxed and helped me with figuring out placement and told me what to expect. David the guy I got tattooed by had an opening that day, his tattooing station was very clean and felt open. David did an amazing job on my tattoo (deer), he definitely knew what he was doing. I highly recommend going here, all the artists are very talented and will be going back for my next one.

I had an amazing experience here. I have dozens of tattoos from a number of places but this place blew me away. Clean, professional establishment of superior quality. Aaron Powers did a great job and guaranteed his work . The little extras make a big difference. Anyone looking for a new piece will not be disappointed here. Really great place. Lucky was extremely professional- took my drawing and made it more realistic (for a “tattoo” making it amazing on a body…). He is extremely serious about his art and his ability to satisfy the customer meeting theirs and his expectations. He had me meet with him prior to setting up a actual date of getting my tattoo - and informed me on how to take care of it. Very intricate detailing and he is world renown for his work.

Where do I start. We have been clients of Identity Tattoo, specifically Lucky, since the beginning at his first shop. My family has been in for work off and on over that time, and we are always treated like part of his family. The work done by Lucky and the other artists is very professional, and THE best around. I could go on all day, but if you are looking for your first tattoo or adding to a collection, its worth your time to stop in to Identity, ask questions and see what they have to offer, you wont be disappointed!

Great experience. My first ever tattoo and I love it. The best part of the experience not only comes from the great skill, store cleanliness, professionalism, but also from the fact that I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. My artist Aaron was awesome and is highly recommended.

Identity Tattoo is very professional and cares about their clients. Ive had approx. 100 hours of work done by this shop. An arm sleeve, matching tattoo with my wife, and a calf tattoo. All of which look great!Aaron is my go-to, but Lucky and David both do great work as well!

Todd was able to lay down a serious amount of ink in a short period of time. Was & still am really happy with the work I had done 🙏. Was impressed with what Todd was able to dream up & put together based on some concepts I had in mind for the tattoo. Will definitely be back & highly recommend 🤘

This is a great shop. I was a walk in and David had a cancellation and I was able to get right in. David did really nice work on a Kanji script I had done. Clean environment, good camaraderie between the owner Todd and other artists. Nice culture and feel to this shop and all the artists are really talented. I would highly recommend Identity Tattoo.

Alejandro did mine and my sisters arrow tattoos. He did an excellent job with line work and shading. He was super easy to work with and a funny, down to earth guy. This was my first tattoo and he walked me through the process and answered any questions. I highly recommend him.

Google prompted me to review this place, but I had only walked by it. Never been in there. I have only heard good things about Lucky. Ive seen lots of his art on folks. All that Ive seen of Identitys work is beyond incredible. If I could afford another addiction, this is for sure the place Id go. 6 stars.

I got my first large tattoo from Todd last Friday, and I freaking LOVE it. I went in and lucked out that someone had to reschedule. I had an idea of what I wanted, and Todd came up with awesome ideas for me. Its a work in progress, since I want more done, but if I didnt, the piece is gorgeous on its own. Todd is PHENOMENAL!!!

Absolutely amazing shop!! Lucky and the rest of the artists are so incredibly talented and helpful when it comes to creating the piece you are getting. Great artist, fun experience, ink that stands the test of time.

I have had great experiences at Identity Tattoo. I had a blue morpho butterfly with a blue colon cancer ribbon hidden in the design done on my ankle by Aaron several years ago. It has special significance for me as I am a colon cancer survivor. His artwork is amazing and I highly recommend him. I’ve also had work done by David. I asked to have a short phrase put on my forearm. David designed several different script fonts for me to choose from. I absolutely love the final design. I seriously get sooo many compliments on it. People have asked me “what font is that?” My reply is that is is David’s unique artistry. I highly recommend David. Both guys were professional and easy to work with.

Todd is nice, professional and kept a good conversation going to try to keep my focus off the pain. Love the outcome of my cover-up & I would highly recommend him.

I went to Shawn Hebrank at Identity Tattoo for my first tattoo. I loved the experience from start to finish. Shawn designed a custom piece for my leg. From the first time I walked in for a consult to when I left with a finished masterpiece I felt at home and at peace. The shop was clean, comfortable, and a fun place to be. Todd, Ben, and Shawn were accomodating, friendly, funny, and professional. Shawns work and attention to detail are amazing, I am already getting compliments one day post tat! Thank you to Shawn and Identity Tattoo for my first tat experience. It wont be my last!

Lucky is very talentedHad a barb wire cover up. With a half sleeve of a cabin in the woods. I get a lot of Comments on my new cabin tattoo and nobody even knows it is a cover up. Lucky did a very good job and when I get the time and money Ill be getting another half sleeve done on my other arm.

I highly recommend Identity tattoo. Ive been to a few other tattoo shops for some work but Identity had me coming back as a satisfied customer. I now have a half-sleeve on my left arm and couldnt be happier w/ it. Lucky was my artist. All the artist are knowledgeable and experienced.

Alejandro finished up my tattoo on my thigh and did an excellent job. It didnt hurt much at all. The shop is clean and the staff is very friendly. I had a great time and I will be back.

I went into Identity Tattoo as a walk-in and I was greeted with some amazing customer service. They listened to my ideas and took them and made them better than I imagined! I will be recommending Identity Tattoo to all of my friends that are wanting to get a tattoo done.

Called to ask about prices on the phone,so I wouldnt have a wasted trip.Told me I would have to come in.And I ended up with a wasted trip,time and gas.Wanted to have a small sweet pea flower by ankle. They told me they have a 88.00 minimum charge which they couldnt tell me on the phone and the small tattoo would be at least 150.00. Too expensive for such a small tattoo and they waste your time to get you into the door.Wouldnt recommend to anyone keep on shopping! Was not told about the minimum charge wasnt told that until I came in wouldnt discuss any charges unless I came in. Money trap, too expensive next to other tattoos parlors.

Got my first tattoo done here a few days ago by Aaron, he did a wonderful job was great to talk to and made the experience a lot less stressful than I had anticipated, I will be going back for most of my work through him.

I got my very first tattoo here today! It was a very very nice welcoming environment and I felt completely comfortable there! Definitely will be going back there for more tattoos! I would highly recommend!

I had a lot of questions and concerns on a cover up. He would not listen to me and stated that I was interrupting him. True, but he also would not listen to understand. He had no patience to help me and stated he had an appointment in 3 minutes. I was clearly a waste of his time. I was nervous about making a mistake. He chose to be rude and short with me. I needed help. I didnt need to be repeatedly criticized. I walked away feeling horrible.

Best tattoo shop in MN. Awesome artists and great environment. My wife and I get all our ink done here. Artists are extremely talented!!! 5 stars 👍🏻

If I could give 10 stars I would David did my tattoo and I was a walk-in customer...he was super nice and made me feel comfortable all the staff was amazing and answered any questions I had ..I definitely will recommend them especially David and will be coming back thanks again David for the memory peice you did dedicated to my grandpa..
