Best piercing experience of my life. I gave them a try because of the good reviews online and they didn’t disappoint! The shop is so charming and so clean. The piercer was able to fit both me and my wife in despite our work schedule making it a tight fit. Our piercings are beautiful and were perfectly placed. Austin was so kind and professional. We will definitely be recommending to all and are already talking about what we are gonna go back and get next!!! 10/10!!!

Austin and Kim are both amazing! The location is beautiful and they are both so knowledgeable and helpful. I previously had my nose pierced and just assumed it had closed up. Kim offered to check and see if it was still open so that I could save some money on the needle. Really appreciated the honesty and great customer service.

I went with a friend to get our septum’s pierced. I was super, super nervous, but the shop was very nice and clean. Austin was also super friendly and made us both feel very comfortable! I’ve heard a few people talk about the pricing a bit, but truthfully I feel as if it’s 100% worth it. He talked us through the healing process very thoroughly, made us feel very comfortable, and it was overall a nice (and quick) experience. I will definitely be coming back if I plan to get anymore piercings! Thank you guys!

One of the cleanest piercing places in Paducah, my girlfriend and I had been looking for a clean place up in Chicago to get our nose pierced. The very idea of getting jabbed with a needle can be stress-inducing, but Kim & Austin were absolute pros when it came time to get the deed done. Not only does the shop feel warm and welcoming, but their demeanor and guidance are exactly what youd hope for when planning to add some new holes to your body.

I took my 10 year old to get her ears pierced here. I could not have asked for a better experience, the jewelry is beautiful and the staff was absolutely wonderful! She was lovely and they were both very nice.I had my daith pierced by Austin and was in and out in 15 mins.Both piercings are perfectly placed with my anotomy taken into consideration and with proper care instructions given by Austin and followed by me, they healed with no issues.

Got two piercings today in clothed areas. Im a female and Austin pierced me, and he was quick, efficient, and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. If youre anxious about a man you dont know seeing you like I am, dont be! Austin was amazing! He only touched when he had to, and that was to clean the area or mark it for the needle. He made me laugh, talked me through the process, and helped me breathe. Other than that, the shop is clean and the piercing room is private. No one was there (my appointment was scheduled for when the store opened), but Austin was kind enough to close the door regardless.Thank you, Austin! My piercings look amazing!

Austin pierced my septum and I barely felt a thing. Spire is clean, well decorated, and cozy. The shop might be small but its filled with top notch people and beautiful jewelry. The only problem youll have is staying in your budget with all the beautiful pieces available in the display case. Both Austin and his apprentice were wonderful while my sister and I were there.

Ive gone there 3 times now and I love it, theyre super friendly, professional, clean, and quick. And theyre prices are amazing for the quality piercing they do, Ive not had any issues from any of the piercings Ive gotten, and they answer any questions you have. Go for it if youre on the fence!

Their shop is very clean and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They are very clear with instructions and keep you very calm during the process and it took a little less than 10 minutes. Coming from a person who is afraid of needles I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a piercing.

I had a great experience here with my nostril piercing today, I was nervous and the girl did a great job and made me feel comfortable. I’ve always been nervous about getting a piercing-but I was able to face my fears and do it because she was so confident and down to earth. Spire seems to have a broad selection of jewelry in a variety of styles. The staff was friendly and informative.The piercing process was quick with the preparation being thorough and meticulous. The room in which the procedures take place is well laid out with a proper medical table with a neon sign reading just breathe above it.Overall, Spire looks to be a very professional piercing studio.

I got my septum pierced here and it was a smooth and easy experience. The ambience is great, piercer is really chill and welcoming, and it overall is nice on your nerves. He was thorough with sanitation as well which is a must.

What a great experience. Im new to piercings, afraid of needles, and have a history of fainting while giving blood. Austin took the time to talk me through everything and answered all my questions. It was less painful than I expected and truly better than I feared.

I got my first piercing here, which was the conch piercing. I wanted the industrial but they ended up telling me I couldnt get it because of the shape and size of my ear, which was of course disappointing but I would rather them do that then make me pay for something that isnt going to work out in the long run. Both workers were extremely kind and helpful with everything from figuring out what I wanted to keeping me from freaking out during the actual piercing. This is an amazing place and I will definitely be going back for more piercings in the future!!
