This studio is CLEAN, their products are very well displayed, great choices! James was an artist referred by my daughter, HE IS AN INCREDIBLE Artist! I will NEVER let any other tattoo artist work on my body, except James- and I live in CA! Will I travel to FL for a tatto by James? ABSOLUTELY YES!!!

Nicest dudes in palm coast. They have worked diligently to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere not only for the clients, but visiting artists as well.There’s a lot of great talent underneath that roof. If you’re looking for some quality work, I highly recommend checking out their portfolios.

Got my first tattoo by Victoria.She was able to create a beautiful design exactly how I wanted it. She made sure I was comfortable with how it would move/twist on my arm before she started. She also made sure I knew how to take care of it during the healing process before I left! Can’t wait to get my next one with her!

Wife and I got our 1st tattoos at 68 and 69 years old. Devoted was recommended to us, and Ryan Sherwood and Reko Ramirez were phenomenal. They were very supportive and patient while we designed our tattoos, but everyone there was friendly. Clean, professional studio with very fair prices for the quality of their art work.

As someone who’s lived here most of my life, devoted is the only shop I fully trust. Victoria is and will always be such an incredible artist to go to! She’s understanding, compassionate, talented, and has an eye for detail! I’ve never left the shop unhappy or feeling tattoo remorse. Her creativity and artistic ability always amazes me and she never fails to bring my thoughts into reality. If you’re in town or visiting from somewhere else, I highly recommend popping in to get tattooed by her. Promise you won’t regret it!

I would give 10 stars if I could. The owner put up with me constantly bugging him on Facebook messenger for weeks. We were coming back from a cruise for spring break. We showed up before they opened and James was asked to come in to take care of us! We had an excellent experience (my daughter’s first tattoo). James was very detail oriented and professional. I wish he could have his pugs with him at work (but I get why it’s not allowed). We live in SC and I don’t trust any tattoo place here. We will definitely be back to see this establishment. We were referred by a friend of a friend. Thank you to the owner and James.

I’ve been going to Brandon (@paintedsamurai1 on IG) at Devoted Tattoo Studio consistently every month (sometimes twice a month 😅) for over a year now. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him! He takes his time with every piece. If there’s anything want to change, he’s artistically gifted enough to know what I’m talking about (even when I don’t know what I’m talking about lol). He never complains about changing a concept. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. The amount of time and care this man puts into his tattoos speaks for itself. I have a lot of tattoos - they’ve been done by at least 10 different artists. For me to be constant with someone for this long says a lot about his quality of work. Took a long time picking an artist and studio for my first tattoo. The skill and shading are amazing, definitely made the right choice. Pictures are day of before the white and 2 days after. Already have 2 more sessions scheduled.

Highly recommend Victoria, shes a family friend and she took her time to do a raffle for a cause for our family member. She did this free after I won one of the spots in the raffle. She has a light hand, I barely felt the needle. I feared having my first tattoo on my foot but she made it an all around great experience!! I will definitely be going back real soon 💜Thank you ‼️

Hallie Brooks was so incredible for my first tattoo! I have syncope and faint so often, she handled it so professionally and made me feel so safe and comfortable! She’s got a great hand, a great heart, and AMAZING talent!My bearded dragon, Savannah passed away recently and I wanted her claw print on my heart where she always snuggled me. Hallie did an amazing job creating the perfect stencil that replicated my baby’s hand to the max! She was so detailed, and by looking at her other works, so passionate about creating art that you’ll adore for the rest of your life on the beautiful canvas that is our bodies! This was my first tattoo and I wanted to make sure I went to a proven and reputable studio. A relative had recently went here to get her first as well and looked fantastic. After browsing through his prior work I was thrilled to see the quality art, but also read about him and his views online.I texted Ken and told him I wanted to get a design my daughter had drawn years ago. After working out the details I arrived a couple weeks later to meet him flying to his new studio location in FL. He showed me the design in his iPad with a few modifications to make sure the dates would last over time, and was symmetrical.The tattoo took 2 hours and he was great continuing to chat and keep me at ease...very interesting guy with 27 years experience from Ohio...go Browns!I highly recommend Ken and a great studio location!

Kurt did my 16-year-old son‘s first tattoo! He was great, very clean, and created a very beautiful tattoo with sharp, clean lines and shading! Great first experience for my son! We absolutely love it!

My friends and I were in St. Augustine for a bachelorette weekend and decided on a whim to get tattoos to remember our trip. We called and asked if they had time to see the 5 of us as walk ins for small tattoos and they said it was no problem. The shop is very nice and everyone was super friendly. My artist was Brandon and he is awesome! The tattoo looks great and he was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. I live in Orlando but will definitely be making the drive back here to get more work done in the future!

I got my hand tattoo done by Victoria and it’s amazing . She pays attention to detail and takes to time to understand what you want . The shop is clean and everyone is super nice . Her line work is on point as well and very smooth at tattooing .

I contacted the shop through Facebook about a potential appointment. I was quickly directed to an artist that could help me out. Rob was super quick to respond and really professional. After check in, Rob quickly confirmed size and placement and got us in and out faster than expected. Well most definitely come back next time were on this coast.

They are shhhh I waited over an Hour to get my tat touched up! It is what it is. I waited patiently while some drug addict was rolling around the couches while I waited patiently. Then to have this drug addict to roll on top of me not OKAY. Wowan that did my tat asked me to leave when I did nothing wrong but deal with someone on drugs. This place they smoke there weed pens in all on the job! Im definitely doing a lawsuit against them. When I paidalmost 500 there no Good an I will definitely take this in regards I was screwed & if you go there you will be too the worst tattoo place ever. Yes I did scheduled the touch up. For it not to get done as I was asked to leave due to the person being all over the place I didnt want some stranger rolling on me. So to answer you question yes & it never got touched up April is the one that did my tats

I just walked out of this establishment and I wont be back! There mere fact that we stood there for 10 mins and no one acknowledged us, is bad business. So let me take my money where its appreciated

Jade made my first tattoo a Horrible first time experience. Waited over two hours to get a color tattoo and walked out with only a black outline that took 10 mins to make. Went with my wife and cousin and they had Adam he was great from what I saw and the feed back they gave me.

I just went tonight to get a tattoo for my brother that passed away a year ago and it turned out amazing! Robert Slasher did an amazing job! The environment was very chill and convenient! Everyone was very helpful. I got in there quick and Robert did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend this shop and Robert to anyone wanting a safe, clean, welcoming experience! I love the way my tattoo came out. It was my first time getting one and I would definitely go back there again! Great prices also (which is always a plus) ;)

Mixed review.Had appt scheduled that the artist didnt show up.Another artist (Annabelle) had an opening later in the evening and did an awesome job.Sad thing is....The artist the appointment was scheduled withwas there that evening. Didnt even bother to apologize or say anything.Im very happy with my tattoo!!!Appt. Was negotiated in person by a friend with the artist. Pictures shown and specific date requested and agreed to. No deposit requested or mentioned.No deposit requested 2 years ago when using the same artist.

Brandon did an amazing arm piece for me. This is the second tattoo I’ve had with him and the fourth tattoo I’ve had at Devoted. The atmosphere is super clean and sanitary, laid-back, and chill. I cannot recommend brandon enough!!! His watercolor talent and attention to detail is incredible and I know the next vision I get stuck in my head, he’s going to bring it to life. 1000/10 would recommend

My youngest son got his first tattoo yesterday by Ryan Eternal and he went big for his first...a lot of detail and a large tattoo (check it out on the website..its the Astronaut) Ryan was amazing with him! It has become a family tradition for us...Ryan did my first, my oldest sons first and now my youngest sons. Always patient, always gentle, customer service is above and beyond, such a great person and artist. The shop was amazing...comfortable atmosphere but professional. Absolutely wonderful experience I recently got a anime tattoo and I’ve been looking all over for someone who can do that art style really well. It took me ages until I was recommended PaintedSamurai- Brandon he was super cool and helpful through the whole process, and the design he made came out even better than what I imagined! Honestly will strictly be going through him for all my future tats!!

Ryan did such an amazing job and I couldn’t have asked for a better piece of art. The way he was able to represent the life of my father(grandfather) blew myself and family away. My sister and I came to FL from WI to reunite with my other sisters after 38 years of not being together at one time. We fly back home tomorrow morning. We called Devoted Tattoo right before they closed, explained the situation, and they had us 4 sisters come in for our awesome tattoos. They were amazing. Brandon and Lance did such a phenomenal job. They calmed my sister who has anxiety. They were so patient, professional and friendly. Definitely coming back to them for my next tattoo when I come back to Florida very soon!! First off, I love this shop! Everyone is so friendly and professional. The atmosphere is inviting and extremely clean.I got a portrait of my dog today by Ryan Eternal. He was extremely pleasant and worked with me to get me the best possible tattoo. I would 100% return to not only get tattooed at the shop, but by this artist in particular.

I just got a wolf done by michael. I knew he was good from seeing his work but man when I saw my finished product I was extremely happy. I have never smiled so hard when seeing the outcome of any of my other tatoos. I waited 2 months for my appointment but it was well worth it. I will now continue to book thru him from here on.

Ryan Eternal did my tattoo today and it’s absolutely amazing! It was a hard big piece on a small little arm but he was able to put his own spin on it and make it fit and make it more amazing than I could have imagined! The vibe in the studio is amazing and I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the first time to make my appointment. I recently moved to this area from San Diego and I was extremely worried about finding a new artist but I found him and will continue to go back! Extremely easy to talk to and vibe with everyone in the shop, Ryan was well priced and very available for the amazing work he does. I highly recommend checking this shop and all of its rad artists out!

This is a fantastic tattoo parlor & art/cultural center. The artists & staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Michael Biller, the owner (as well as one of head artists), is just awesome! It’s very apparent that he really cares about all aspects of his business–from the creative approach, to the other artists’ & employees’ well-being, the customer-client relationship and beyond. He did a really great looking piece for my aunt that we were both really happy with. He’s extremely considerate and accommodating. The whole experience was just very comfortable and enjoyable, like hanging out with a buddy. Another admirable point: He’s also involved with the city of Palm Coast, and is passionate about growing & progressing the cultural identity of the local community through different events that he plans and curates. Super cool. I highly recommend Michael and his establishment for anyone interested in getting tattoo work done and/or anyone that has an interest in alternative art & culture.

My wife and I have been here several times over the last year. We have both had sessions with Ryan Eyernal, Jay Waite, and Kenn Ellis. Haven’t been disappointed in any way by any of our artists. The shop is always super clean and everyone there is friendly and professional. We initially went to Devoted specifically for Ryan Eternal, and whichever of us is getting work done by him, the other issues a different artist. We drive 4.5 hours to use this shop. They are the best!!!

I enjoyed my experince here very much. Staff are polite and caring. The place is very modern and clean I felt comfortable and i had a fun time chatting and planning my tattoo with someone so interested in what I was wanting. My artist was Brandon. Funny, patient, and super into his work. He took what I was wanting and making beyond what I could have pictured it to be. He brought my reference to life and definitely did amazing work as well on my second one! He killed it. He was interested and making a good time out of hours of work. Love to say I’m coming back again and they most definitely are called devoted for a reason!

I have gotten three tattoos here so far (four this afternoon) and between my husband and I we have had experiences with three different artists. Let me start off by saying that Ive been on the search for a Tattoo Artist since I moved to Florida almost 4 years ago. Iam beyond ecstatic that I stumbled upon Ryan Eternals IG page. The booking process was super easy, his assistant was a doll, and he promptly responded to my numerous emails. I hadnt met him in person due to covid so a normal consult was held through our email contacts. On my appointment day he was at the shop, on time, greeted me at the door. He was very professional, listened to my thoughts and gave me his suggestions and boom 3 or so hours later im left with a beautiful sternum piece. The atmosphere of the shop was wonderful, it was clean, everyone was professional, I had to do my best not to laugh while laying on the table because the guys in the shop were so hilarious. 2 make a long story short, im happy to say that I found my Tattoo Artist, and I cant wait to get some more ink! Started coming to this shop one day on vacation two years ago. After we moved down here we spoke to Mike and told him we had sleeves we wanted to finish since we moved from up North.The owner Mike Biller now does majority of my tattoos. He does phenomenal work, runs a great clean shop. Always an enjoyable experience to be at the shop and have some laughs while getting an awesome tattoo.Got my first tattoo from Ryan Eternal and it came out amazing yesterday. It was everything I wanted to add to my American traditional nautical leg sleeve. He does fantastic work and is very efficient especially with a painful spot to work with.Also have been tattooed by Frank and he did an awesome nautical dagger. Clean lines and creative concept drawn up by his own idea.Usually always give the guys a concept and let them do their own thing on design and they never disappoint !If I could recommend any tattoo shop in the area it would definitely be Devoted.

I’ve gotten officially 7 tattoos done here now, all by Rob Slasher, and I’ve never been happier with a tattoo artist. His artwork is pristine, he works with you great, and he’s friendly to everyone.In terms of all the other staff, I’ve never met a single staff member who wasn’t super easy to talk to, and professional while being cool with you to make you comfortable. I got my first tattoo last night from Rob. I had a great experience from beginning to end. I came in to the studio to talk about what I wanted and to schedule an appointment. Rob was very professional and provided advice about the design I wanted. He drew the design and checked with me several times before finalizing it. Since it was my first tattoo, he explained how the process would go and how it could feel (and it didn’t hurt by the way). He was very professional during the tattooing process and took his time to pay attention to details. Thanks Rob for such an easy first experience, I love my new tattoo!

I have gotten so many tattoos here and so has my family. Well we all did the devoted Christmas giftcards this year for each other. $600 worth of gift cards and checked out read everything and went to book. Got there and they said only Mike honored them. Mike is booked until March. Mike is also the owner and put a disclosure after the gift cards were purchased that they could only be redeemed with Mike. Thats horrible that it was AFTER the purchase and now all our money is wasted because not everyone will be here in March. Very upset and mad. Brought this up and they didnt even seem to care. MY brother also asked for a refund due to not being able to use it by then and they refused. So you lost atleast 8 loyal customers

I was searching for an artist and happen to fall into Annabelles lap. Shes energetic, fun, and professional. Its super clean in the studio. Annabelle knew what I wanted and even showed me things I loved more! We pieced together my half sleeve and she rocked it. Her color schemes are out of this world. I constantly have people stopping me to get a good look at the tattoo because the color just pops and the work is even better! We are now working on a full sleeve because I was so happy with her.

Kurtlin is very perceptive to what it is youre wanting. My tattoo is gorgeous and I have had a bit of excessive scabbing but this is easily corrected and thats the difference between an artist who knows what theyre doing and their competitor. I would highly recommend these guys! Immaculate studio, personable artists, gentle as well! All my stuff is coming from them from now on! Pricing is awesome too! 10/10💜💙💜

@ryaneternal did both my tattoos the week I was there. I flew to his studio in Florida to celebrate my birthday. Following Ryan on tic toc gave me the idea because he seemed very down to earth . I was not disappointed, he treated me like I had known him since we were kids. The first 5 hrs went by in a flash because the vibe was good and the conversation flowed . His prices are realistic and he’s not driven by ego or the fame he has amassed since being on INK MASTERS. I am 1 billion % positive you will not be disappointed. The only drawback was that I wanted more ink and his schedule couldn’t accommodate. So book early because you’ll need it. I can’t say anything more about how positive the experience was. You will never be disappointed

I trusted Ryan Eternal with a tattoo of a painting and he totally nailed it. His expertise and knowledge made for a professional tattoo while staying true to the painting. He’s reasonable about what he charges. It was a fun experience and I already want another one. I will say it was difficult choosing an artist. Brandon did a line-work jammer that came out awesome. My brother is tattood by Mike and his work is super high quality as well. Would recommend for any type of tattoo. This shop is a fun place. Grateful for the talent! The first tattoo I got was a coverup and it came out great! The shop is in a great location and is very clean. Everyone there seems nice 👍 I will continue to go back to Jay Waite. He never tries to run out the clock on me or makes me wait for a drawing. He’s working on a leg sleeve for me most in traditional black and grey and does awesome Shading and line work! Each piece comes out solid and clean. I highly recommend this establishment!

Brandon Agata completely transformed and restored a tattoo that I had gotten previously done by a different artist and he made it totally awesome and exactly what I wanted! As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a friendly staff and noticed that it was spotless and modern! I was tattooed by Ryan Eternal. I did my homework beforehand and seen that Ryan had appeared on the T.V. show Ink Master for a few seasons and while I checked out his portfolio I had a giant smile on my face the entire time!! I couldnt believe that Ryan and this shop was rite in my backyard!! It wasnt my first tattoo but first time there and I was blown away! Its the experience Ive been chasing for 20 years! I did a full chest plate with a skull indian chief and the realism and detail is unbelievable!!! This guy is a total pro and the real deal!!! The only thing that rivals Ryans talent is what an outstanding person he is!!!

My tattoo artist was Jay W. and he was incredible. The whole crew there is very talented, but Jay had the style I was looking for. I would 100% recommend him and the shop to anyone. The studio is very clean and they even have a shop side where you can purchase shirts and other items.

I was trying to set up 2 appointments for the same day for a friend and I to get tattoos done. First time was pretty much handed a business card with a QR code on it and was told to scan and pick a artist and message them even though we had our artists picked out already but was never asked. I went home messaged one artist Hallie she responded and agreed to meet me the next day to go over both tattoos. Messaged Hallie asking if I could come earlier if it was ok with her. She agreed. I was coming from Ormond to Palm Coast and when I got there and told them I had an appointment with her they said oops she left she will be back. Then Jade said I will call her she came back and said sorry she is having issues and will contact you at a later date. I work in sales and this is unacceptable. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Found a new place who has agreed to do the work we wanted. Please do your business elsewhere.

I went to devoted without an appointment and was looking to get a tattoo and they didnt have any openings but was still able to get me in. the tattoo was actually a present for my birthday from a friend but anyways, not only did I walk in and get a seat with a tattoo artist they also brought me French fries and gave me a free shirt at the end so hands down this is probably the best place to go if you want a tattoo. service like no other. ❤️

The owner Mike Biller does majority of my tattoos. He does phenomenal work, runs a great clean shop.
