Amazing place! The shop is very clean and open, with a nice atmosphere. Artist Shelby did an outstanding job, really taking into account the vision for my tattoo and did an amazing design. She also went through all of the tools she was going to use - how they were single use and their expiration dates. 10/10 recommend Shelby and this parlor!

Shelby is amazing!!!! She did a memorial piece for my pup and I couldn’t have asked for a better job than what she did! Her work was amazing! She shop was so clean and the needles and tools were still sealed until I sat and she showed them to me to verify they were in date! How amazing is that to not have to worry about it. Brian did a great job helping me select the design I was looking for, the colors and the positioning of the Tattoo was absolutely perfect. Check this place out! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. Danielle is super knowledgeable and patient. She answered all of my questions about my older piercings. She explained things about the healing process that I hadn’t been told before. I initially went to get jewelry switched, but went back the next day to get another piercing. They also have a great selection of jewelry to choose from.

It is so disheartened to know I would never give Elite another penny. I got a nose piercing a few months ago. I went back after 4 or 5 weeks to get a smaller gem put in. Three days later I am in the ER because the gem fell off and the rod got lodged in my upper nose. When I went back to explain this to Danielle stating that the new gem must not have been in securely she told me I must have gotten it caught on something. I think I would have known if I got caught on something because it would have hurt. Anyway, I did bring back the piece that the Dr took out. She couldnt find the opening so she repierced my nose and then have the brass to charge me $50. Even though this was her mistake she charged me. I would have paid for the new gem but not to have been charged for a new piercing. Let this be my notice that you can cancel my upcoming tattoo with Shelby as well. People shop around and read reviews before you trust this establishment.

Fuchsia did an incredible job on my Sandworm tattoo! I couldn’t be happier, she was kind and courteous and explained everything from start to finish. 5 stars!!

Ive come here a couple of times to get pierced by Dani, she always does an amazing job. Just last night my partner and myself got tattooed by Shelby. Not only did she put out some amazing work she held great conversation and was super fun to chill with. This will be go to spot for everything else I plan on getting done and I can not recommend them enough. Definitely worth checking out and getting some work done by the people here!

Hands down one of the best piercing experiences I have ever had! Staff was super friendly and we had some amazing conversations! Shop was super clean and decorated very nicely. My piercing was my very first dermal and it came out perfect!!! Barely hurt and no after pain. I was fully educated on the healing process. I also explained that my current jewelry for an existing piercing was not working out so a new piece was recommended and I love it!! I will be returning with my best friend for more work asap! What an amazing experience we had at Elite. My four person family all got tattoos this past weekend and absolutely loved the artists (Nick and Mickey), the environment and the overall service. I took my daughter to Elite, to have a couple piercings done. Danielle did an amazing job!! She did my daughters second ear piercings and re-did her bellybutton piercing, that was not done correctly at another shop. Danielle explained everthing very thoroughly and was able to give my daughter an amazing belly piercing!! She was very professional and friendly! The place looks great and extremely clean. We will only be going to Danielle from this point forward, for all of our piercings! Definitely a 5☆

Honestly would definitely recommend going to get tattoos done by these guys!! We had messaged them asking if they had any time before we left the end of the week and Dominick(Nick) and his wife made time for the whole day the day before we left for my boyfriends, sisters and my tattoos!! He took his time to make sure he got my daughters heart beat right and for my boyfriend to FINALLY get a tattoo that wasnt messed up in some way 😂 They are awesome! 11/10 recommend them!! So she decided to go with water colors. Before we found Shelby we’d been told it was “not possible”. BUT Shelby took one look and said ABSOLUTELY I can do it! This is her before and after. My sister and I had matching tattoos drawn up and put on by Shelby. We are in LOVE! Shelby was amazing from the start. She was so patient with us, as we both hadn’t gotten a tattoo in over 20 years and were a bit nervous. I psyched myself out and passed out in the chair!! Shelby reassured me it was normal and helped me through it. She even came back to the shop the next day, which the shop was closed that day, and finished it for me! She was great very clean and sterile. She explained the whole process to me step by step. She kept me calm and I felt nothing. She told me the care process , and even let me know I could come back and she would change out my jewelry for me. She is very knowledgeable.I decided I wanted to get a tattoo worked up and her husband nick was GREAT! I gave him an idea of what I wanted and let his artistic mind do the rest. Put my deposit down and I was blown away with his design. I got a nostril piercing done by Dani. Quick, and painless. Dani was very attentive and kind as soon as I stepped foot in the store. She made sure it was in the perfect spot. It has healed nicely and looks phenomenal. She’s awesome ! Highly recommend going to her for piercings.

Brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced, piercer was a bit iffy on the phone because 4/5 years old is sort of a gray area, but she asked me to bring her in and she’d talk with her and we’d go from there, the shop was VERY nice And EXTREMELY clean! She done so well with my daughter in doing her ear piercings and calming her down after the first ear was done 🥰🥰

Danielle was so wonderful with my daughter when she got her ear lobes pierced. She was patient, understanding, and clearly explained what she was doing throughout the entire process. I came in on a whim and got a 2nd hole for my earlobes. Danielle was very friendly and professional. The shop is super clean and has a great vibe. This was my 1st time having my ears pierced professionally without an ear gun and it was a breeze. She told me what she was doing every step of the way. Hallie was the absolute best!! (Typing this as she is tattooing me 🤣) Took my mom here for her birthday and she got 5 absolutely stunning tattoos and has been so very patient. Her personality made the entire experience worth it! We came in very indecisive as to what we wanted and she was able to work with us both and create a plan for all of our tattoos! Im currently in the middle of receiving mine but so far so great! Will definitely be back for multiple more and a sleeve for my mom. 😁😁Highly Recommended

Had a phenomenal experience with Nick, an amazing, talented very friendly artist. Was very comfortable while he was tattooing me and kept me engaged in conversation like a good friend would. Would 100% recommend, come again, and plan too.

I wish I had better things to say about our experiences with this shop but unfortunately I don’t. First off let me start by saying if you’re plus sized or have any allergies to nickel DO NOT get pierced here!! Best friend and I had come in on a Saturday looking to get our belly buttons done and we’re told the piercer was out with a flat tire. We were told to call back to see if they were there later, which we agreed to and went off to run some errands. When we came back at 3:45, the piercer was there and seemed to be the only person in the shop when we walked in. The first red flag for us should’ve been them telling the girl before us it was okay to swim with her piercing she literally just got, as we were signing the paperwork. We had specially requested the opal jewelry for our piercings but when asked what jewelry we wanted were told that she only had one and it was an extra up charge, which again we agreed to. Being that we both were plus sized we asked if they had any longer piercing bars and were told that they didn’t exist for new piercings and the shop only had 11mm ones at the time. We both went through with the piercings being as we saw their piercer as a trust worthy source and as they had no reason to lie to us. At not even a week and a half later, we’ve had to take them out due to fake Nickel jewelry and too short of a bar being using in our piercings causing the top ball to become embedded in our skin. It was $130 for both of us and now we have double that in doctors bills thanks to this shop. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or bring your own Jewelry to get pierced with if your plus sized or still considering this shop at all.

Yesterday I walked in to Elite Custom Tattooing with my sisters to get a script tattoo. The shop was super clean and the staff was friendly upon arrival. Shelby greeted us and listened intently to us as we explained what we wanted. Although our tattoos were overall really simple, we were picky about what we were looking for, and Shelby was super patient with making sure we got exactly what we wanted. She also opened each sterile package in front of us and showed us expiration dates as well. Her work was great-she was super calming and easy to talk to. She made sure we left there happy and took the time to inform us about the after-care of our tattoos. I will vacation in Palm Coast in the future, and I will definitely look to link up with Shelby at Elite Custom Tattooing again. :)

Shelby was hands down the best! I told her I wanted 2 cardinals as a memorial tattoo for my grandparents and she created this amazing piece for me. My husband and I are in town visiting from MD this week and decided to go out on a limb and get tattoos! We called a couple other shops but no one could get us in. Called Elite and talked to Nick, he said we could come in about an hour. We got there around 8:00pm, he took our ideas, found a font that worked for both of our styles and got us set up! The shop was super clean, everyone there was friendly and Nick did an amazing job! He had no problem staying late for us either! We plan on making a trip back and working on some new pieces next year as well! Huge thanks to everyone there for giving us a great experience and definitely looking forward to coming back!

Nick is amazing! He is very professional! He really shows his talents! He really focuses on what you want and works together with you on any design! I have yet to find anyone that has crisp lines as him! His shop is clean and treats all like family! I even shared dinner with him between some breaks and feels like family and home. This place was awesome! My mom and I got infinty tattoos while i was visiting down here and we walked in and got a spot with Shelby. She was absolutely perfect. Showed expiration dates on all of her quipment and was so easy going and easy to talk to. We could have sat there for hours talking with her. The artist knew what he was comfortable with and the stood by it, and offered other options. I want an artist that is inspired by the artwork they are creating and have the courage to to say so when they are not.My artist was Drew and he was amazing. He listened to what I wanted and created something better than I imagined. His creative spirit, talent and professionalism truly shines. After going to devoted and receiving a poor quality tattoo I was very nervous. Shelby did a tattoo for me and im so very pleased with it. I just had my first session with Nick at Elite, I had asked for lot of things in a custom piece. It involves 2 cover ups and a lot of specifics. Everything was included that I asked for in the way I asked for it!The service was excellent from the designing aspect to the actual tattooing. I have been many places and this is by far the best experience I have ever had.The shop is very clean and tasteful. Everyone else getting work done around me and coming in also recieved great service. A wonderful atmosphere to get work done in. Dude , Nick is such a great artist. it was very open to what I wanted for my sleeve. He was real receptive during revise. He is the only artist I will let do any work on me in the future. His line work and shading are second to none. The vibe of the shop is so chill. I waited two years to get this piece and waited till I could find an artist I felt was up to snuff and I vibes with. My friend made a spontaneous trip to visit me and we decided we needed new ink! They had time and got us in. They were super professional and fun artists. My friend wiggled and laughed a lot but the artist was patient and her tattoo turned out awesome. The artist was honest with his opinion when asked and he was patient with us when we kept changing small details. Overall fabulous place with great artists.

Nick is absolutely great! This was my first tattoo and he worked with me to make the experience as simple and enjoyable as possible. I came to him with an unusual tattoo idea, and he aced it! I definitely would recommend Elite Custom Tattooing, and Nick, to anyone looking to get a tattoo!

I don’t know where to begin - Elite Tattoo went above and beyond my expectations. My family and I are new to the area and found them online. When we came in for our consult, JT greeted us immediately and was friendly, kind, helpful, and passionate. We were able to get 4 appointments the next day. JT did my mother, brother, and father’s tattoo. It was two of their’s first experience and he made them feel heard, comfortable, and welcome. Nick did my piece: he took the reference materials and my picky directions and he created an absolute masterpiece. The colors, the line work; it’s breathtaking. Nick took his time and got every detail perfect. You can tell he’s not only talented but passionate about what he does. The shop was clean, welcoming, and friendly. I plan to come back for more pieces as well as recommend Elite to all my friends and family. 12 out of 10 recommend!!!

This tattoo shop is second to none. They work with you to give you exactly what you want. Color, black and white, detailed or simple. They have artists that do it all. Knowledgeable and friendly and they will listen to exactly what you want. And now they have expanded and added a certified cosmetic tattooer that does everything from permanent makeup to the newest fibroblast. I had this done and she explained everything from beginning to end. It was fantastic and Im already planning another session.

Me and my boyfriend were visiting from PA and wanted to get some work done. We had called ahead of time to make sure they were available. When we got there, they remembered us right away. As soon as I walked in I was impressed. The décor is retro and cool and the place is immaculate. I had an idea what I wanted but not exactly how I wanted it done and Nick sat with me until he could create the perfect (simple and pretty) piece that reflects my style. It is beautiful and I love it. Nick is really light on the touch too so there was very little discomfort. When Im ready for another piece I know who Ill be going back to.

I’ll probably never go to another tattoo shop again. Elite is an awesome shop, great owners/tattoo artists alike. I think I’ve been there 6 different times at this point and would use any artist there! Atmosphere is great and they all make you feel super welcome. Our experience with Elite quickly turned into a family affair as a domino effect happened and it went from one person getting a tattoo to 5 of us! Dominick was incredible with my tattoo and my friends tattoo. We had general idea of what we wanted, but he took it to paper and got us exactly what we wanted! My friends tattoo had stippling (Dominick had never done it before) and it turned out beautifully!!! THE MANS GOT HANDS!

I contacted Elite Custom Tattoo around 4pm on 2/7 via Instagram inquiring about the next day, my birthday, for a small tattoo. We were staying in St. Augustine, so about a half an hour from the shop. The person who replied was friendly and reassuring that there would be an artist available at any time the next day. They told me that they opened at noon and agreed for me to come around then.My fiancé and I show up at noon and consult with JT, he was seemingly knowledgeable and experienced and I felt confident that he could give me a really good piece. He had me email some pictures to him and we chatted about a good time for me to come back. We agreed for me to come back after the dog races we planned to go to- around 4:30pm. I even mentioned that I never check my email and to call me. He called me at 130pm and asked if I could come around 6 or 7 in which I agreed to come at 6pm. I show up at 6pm and sit waiting for around 10 minutes for JT to come into the shop and ask me if I looked at my email that he sent “awhile ago” (mind you we had the convo that I don’t check my email and to call me) and I told him that I had not. JT told me he emailed me to say 8pm instead of 6pm. I later realized he emailed this to me at 5:35pm, knowing that I am staying in St. Augustine a half an hour away. I emailed JT after leaving and said “I will be there at 8pm, please call me or text me at ######### if anything changes”.I come back at 8pm justifying the inconvenience with JT’s experience and impressive work. I sit on the couch in the shop for 15 minutes , JT is chatting with others and steps out to smoke a cigarette. He opens the door and asks me to come outside, I went outside and JT told me he “didn’t know I was coming back” and that he has an hour a half left on the girl he was working on presently (this was the girl he began working on when he told me to come back at 8pm). JT then proceeded to tell me that my best bet would have been to make an appointment. We wasted my entire birthday driving back and forth to the shop for absolutely nothing. We are completely and utterly disappointed and shocked that this even happened.I’d suggest a different artist or a different shop all together.

We went in to get a small penticle tatoo but JT turned us away saying he wouldnt do any religious tattoos. Yet on the website there are pictures of the same and other symbols. He was extremely rude and acted like we didnt matter. He just didnt want to be bothered When we asked another business who the owner was, she called us. She was very rude saying her artist was a religious person!?! Yea figure that one out Very unprofessional!
